Organizational Modes of Severe Wind-producing Convective Systems over North China 被引量:13

Severe weather reports and composite radar reflectivity data from 2010-14 over North China were used to analyze the distribution of severe convective wind(SCW) events and their organizational modes of radar reflectivity. The six organizational modes for SCW events(and their proportions) were cluster cells(35.4%), squall lines(18.4%), nonlinear-shaped systems(17.8%), broken lines(11.6%), individual cells(1.2%), and bow echoes(0.5%). The peak month for both squall lines and broken lines was June, whereas it was July for the other four modes. The highest numbers of SCW events were over the mountains, which were generally associated with disorganized systems of cluster cells. In contrast, SCW associated with linear systems occurred mainly over the plains, where stations recorded an average of less than one SCW event per year. Regions with a high frequency of SCW associated with nonlinear-shaped systems also experienced many SCW events associated with squall lines. Values of convective available potential energy, precipitable water, 0-3-km shear, and 0-6-km shear, were demonstrably larger over the plains than over the mountains, which had an evident effect on the organizational modes of SCW events. Therefore, topography may be an important factor in the organizational modes for SCW events over North China. 展开更多

In order to provide channels of human resource management in promoting organizational learning,structural equation models were used for identifying the differences in the coupling dimensions between human resource archetypes and organizational learning modes based on sample data of 219 manufacturing firms with more than 100 employees.It is found that the coupling of the cooperative human resource archetype and exploitative learning is reflected in the mechanistic structure dimension;the coupling of the cooperative human resource archetype and exploratory learning is reflected in the two dimensions of the mechanistic structure and specialist cognition;the coupling of the entrepreneurial human resource archetype and exploitative learning is reflected in the two dimensions of generalist cognition and cognitive trust;the coupling of the entrepreneurial human resource archetype and exploratory learning is reflected in the dimension of generalist cognition.When manufacturing firms pursue exploitative learning,it is suggested that they pay attention to the structure dimension management of the collaborative human resource archetype and the cognition and affect dimensions management of the entrepreneurial human resource archetype.When manufacturing firms pursue exploratory learning,it is suggested pay attention to the structure and cognition dimensions management of the collaborative human resource archetype and the cognition dimension management of the entrepreneurial human resource archetype. 展开更多

Based on the significant weather report,CG lightning,composite radar reflectivity,and ERA5 reanalysis data,we first studied the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of four types(only severe convective wind(SCW);SCW and hail;SCW and short-duration heavy rainfall(SDHR);and SCW,hail,and SDHR)of convective weather events related to SCW during the warm season(May to September)from 2011 to 2018 in North China.Second,severe convective cases producing SCW were selected to statistically analyze the initiation,decay,lifetime,and organizational characteristics of convective systems.Finally,using ERA5 reanalysis data and conventional surface observation data,preconvective soundings were constructed to explore the differences in environmental conditions for initiating convective systems between SCW and non-SCW.The results indicate that mixed-type of SCW and SDHR events occur more frequently over plains,while other types of convective weather occur more frequently over mountains.The frequency peak of SCW occurs in June,while mixed convective weather peaks in July.The initiation time of convective systems is concentrated between 1000 and 1300 BST,with a peak at 1200 BST.Over mountains,the daily peaks of ordinary and significant SCW generally occur at 1700-1800 BST and 1600-1700 BST,respectively,while over plains,the peak of ordinary SCW typically lags behind that of mountains by 1-2 hours.Additionally,SCW systems are mainly initiated over mountains,with most lifetimes lasting 7–13 hours.Nonlinear convective systems produce the most SCW events,followed by trailing-stratiform convective systems.The convective available potential energy(CAPE),downdraft convective available potential energy,and the temperature difference between 850 and 500 hPa can all distinguish between SCW systems and non-SCW systems occurring over plains.Compared to non-SCW convective systems,SCW convective systems over mountains are more likely to occur in environments with less precipitable water,while SCW convective systems over plains are more likely to occur in environments with higher CAPE and stronger deep-layer wind shear. 展开更多

This paper uses the daily precipitation observation data and Doppler weather radar observation data from 2017 observatories and regional automatic stations in Fujian, China from 2009 to 2015. The characteristics of formation mode, organization mode, moving direction and duration of linear mesoscale convective system during non-typhoon continuous rainstorm in Fujian were analyzed. This paper gives the definition of linear mesoscale convective systems, trailing and parallel mesoscale convective systems. The above characteristics of the linear mesoscale convective system during the continuous heavy rain in Fujian differ greatly from the non-sustained heavy rain process: The linear mesoscale convective system in the continuous heavy rain in Fujian is mainly constructed later, and the trailing and parallel mesoscale convective system is conducive to the occurrence of continuous heavy rain in Fujian. The moving direction of the linear mesoscale convective system and convective monomer is mainly in the east direction, and the system duration is mostly 4 - 10 hours. The formation time of the monomer to form a linear convection time is mainly 1 - 3 hours, which is 2 hours earlier than the organization process of the general linear mesoscale convective system. The linear convective system formed to a dead time of an average of 5 hours, slightly longer than the general linear mesoscale convective system. 展开更多

Research on the Relationship between the Profitability and R&D Investment of Enterprises of Different Scales in China’s Pharmaceutical Industry

Objective To analyze the relationship between the profitability of pharmaceutical enterprises of different scales and their R&D investment.Methods The data of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from 1995 to 2016 were selected to establish a vector auto-regression mode,and then an impulse response function and variance decomposition were used to analyze the data.Results and Conclusion For large-scale pharmaceutical enterprises,1%increase in R&D input will lead to 0.792%increase of their main business profit.For medium-sized enterprises,if their main business profit increases by 1%,their R&D input will increase by 0.965%.Therefore,if their R&D input increases by 1%,their main business profit will increase by 1.036%.The improvement of the profitability of large-scale pharmaceutical enterprises cannot promote the increase of R&D capital investment.But the increase of profitability from medium-sized enterprises can promote the increase of R&D capital investment.As a result,the increase of R&D capital investment of large and medium-sized enterprises can improve corporate profitability. 展开更多

物流是实体经济的“筋络”,连接生产与消费、内贸与外贸。有效降低社会物流成本是增强产业核心竞争力、提升经济运行效率的重要举措。当前我国社会物流成本较高,这是我国经济结构、物流业水平、供应链水平、市场效率等因素综合作用的结... 物流是实体经济的“筋络”,连接生产与消费、内贸与外贸。有效降低社会物流成本是增强产业核心竞争力、提升经济运行效率的重要举措。当前我国社会物流成本较高,这是我国经济结构、物流业水平、供应链水平、市场效率等因素综合作用的结果:一方面,我国服务业占比低,工业占比高,且多数产品附加值较低,不利于物流费用的降低和产品所对应GDP的增加,影响社会物流总费用与GDP比率的降低;另一方面,我国综合运输体系尚未完全建立,社会库存量大周转慢,物流基础设施不完善且投入不足,物流服务运作主体仍有缺陷,税费高且不统一,产学研一体化体系尚未形成,行业协会合作欠缺,不利于科技赋能和物流业水平、供应链水平、市场效率提升,导致保管和管理费用居高不下,影响社会物流总费用与GDP比率的降低。社会物流成本是国家经济社会发展成本重要的组成部分,通常包括运输成本、保管成本、管理成本三个部分。降低社会物流成本是一项系统工程,切忌单纯从物流看物流,要着眼国民经济全局,通过发展新质生产力、改造物流供应链、推动物流业数智化转型、提升产业链供应链现代化水平、深化市场化改革,着力降低经济结构性物流成本、组织模式性物流成本、运行性物流成本、管理制度性物流成本,四者缺一不可。其中,发展新质生产力、推动物流业进行供应链改造和数智化升级,是降低社会物流成本的必由之路;打造创新力更强、附加值更高、更安全可靠的产业链供应链,是降低物流成本的根本之策;促进物流与供应链制度型开放、深化供给侧结构性改革、构建物流统一大市场,是降低物流成本的制度性保障。此外,还要加强物流与供应链绩效考核,增强物流成本核算意识。 展开更多
