R-Factor Analysis of Data Based on Population Models Comprising R- and Q-Factors Leads to Biased Loading Estimates

Effects of performing an R-factor analysis of observed variables based on population models comprising R- and Q-factors were investigated. Although R-factor analysis of data based on a population model comprising R- and Q-factors is possible, this may lead to model error. Accordingly, loading estimates resulting from R-factor analysis of sample data drawn from a population based on a combination of R- and Q-factors will be biased. It was shown in a simulation study that a large amount of Q-factor variance induces an increase in the variation of R-factor loading estimates beyond the chance level. Tests of the multivariate kurtosis of observed variables are proposed as an indicator of possible Q-factor variance in observed variables as a prerequisite for R-factor analysis.

Failure analysis of the needle valve body of R18CrNi8 steel

A needle valve is a key component of a diesel injector.The needle valve body of the diesel engine, made of R18CrNi8 steel, cracked and failed during the working process.The cracking failure reasons for the carburized injector valve body through chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope(SEM) analysis, and energy spectrum analysis, were investigated.The results reveal that the original material of the needle valve is in conformity with the manufacturing requirement.Due to the high carburizing quenching temperature, the best carburized layer structure was not obtained, and the machining defect from which the crack emanated was not identified.The cracks expanded and eventually led to fracture under the action of altered stress and the high-temperature combustion environment during the operation of the engine.

Application of R-Mode Cluster Analysis to Multielement Taxonomy of Early Triassic Conodonts

The multivariate statistical analysis is profitably applicable to the study of conodont multielement taxonomy.R- mode duster analyses of quantitative and 0-1 data are carried out here to classify more than 6000 discrete Lower Triassic conodont specimens belonging to 108 kinds of conodont elements from Western Guangxi . The results of R-mode cluster analysis reveal more directly the relationship among many isolated conodont elements , and they also prove that the results of the logical inference are basically correct,i.e. 108 kinds of conodont elements can be identified into 32 species belonging to 11 genera of conodonts . The application of R- mode duster analysis multielement taxonomy by the method . has brought about 4 significant conclusions , which can be used by conodont researchers as reference .

基于R语言的疫情分析报告模块化输出——以新冠疫情为例

目的探讨疫情分析中,基于R软件的模块化输出方法。方法以新冠疫情为例,基于可重复执行的R程序,利用officer软件包实现R程序和Office word的交互。结果通过在预先设定好格式的模板文档中插入书签,用R语言模块化输出数字、文字、图表。基于Office Excel数据,在R程序中使用Officer软件包实现生成流行病学报告的疫情分析自动化和可视化输出。结论R语言简洁高效、便于维护,可显著提高疫情分析的时效性和准确性。

Fractal Method for Statistical Analysis Geological Data

This paper establishes the phase space in the light of spacial series data , discusses the fractal structure of geological data in terms of correlated functions and studies the chaos of these data . In addition , it introduces the R/S analysis for time series analysis into spacial series to calculate the structural fractal dimensions of ranges and standard deviation for spacial series data -and to establish the fractal dimension matrix and the procedures in plotting the fractal dimension anomaly diagram with vector distances of fractal dimension . At last , it has examples of its application .

Comprehensive Evaluation of Economic Indicators in Guangxi Economic Zone Based on Parallel Analysis

When making comprehensive evaluation on economy of an area,it is always hard to choose evaluation indicator system and composite indicators reasonably. This article uses parallel analysis to choose the number of principal component and classify indicators by R clustering and load rotation matrix to assess the economy of various cities in the economic zone and analyze economic status of each city,to provide a scientific basis for the government functional department to make correct decisions.

滇西官房铜矿床微量元素R型因子分析及其地质意义研究

官房铜矿床位于我国著名的三江成矿带南澜沧江火山岩段北段,属云县-景谷(火山弧)铜多金属成矿带,是该区最具代表性的玄武岩铜矿床,储量达中型规模。对矿区内矿石的33种微量元素进行聚类分析与R型因子分析,结果显示:经过聚类分析,33种微量元素可分为基性岩元素组合、中低温矿化元素组合、中酸性岩相关元素及中高温矿化元素组合;R型因子分析得到F_(1)、F_(2)、F_(3)、F_(4)四类元素组合因子。其中,聚类分析与R型因子分析的元素分类结果基本一致,能够代表矿床的成矿过程,即成矿分为热液成矿期和中低温地下水热液改造期两个阶段,成矿流体主要来源于深部,成矿物质具有壳幔混合来源的特征,该矿床属于隐伏岩体及岩浆作用有明显成因联系的浅成中-低温热液矿床。

R/S AND WAVELET ANALYSIS ON EVOLUTIONARYPROCESS OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC DISPARITY IN CHINA DURING PAST 50 YEARS

This paper shows the dynamic process of regional disparity of economic development in China in the past 50 years from a new insight by using the rescaled range statistic (R/S) analysis and wavelet analysis of the Theil index sequence with different time scales. The main conclusions are: 1) The regional disparity of economic development in China, including the inter-provincial disparity, inter-regional disparity and intra-regional disparity, has existed for many years. Theil index by the comparative price has revealed the true trend for comparative disparity of regional economic development from 1952 to 2000. 2) Decomposition of Theil index indicates that the dynamic trend of comparative inter-provincial disparity in the coastal region is in line with dynamic trend of inter-provincial disparity in the whole China. 3) The R/S analysis results tell us that during 1966-1978, the Hurst exponent H=0.504≈0.5, which indicates that in that period the evolution of comparative inter-provincial disparity of economic development showed a random characteristic, and in the other periods, i.e. 1952-1965, 1979-1990 and 1991-2000, the Hurst exponent H>0.5, which indicates that in those periods the evolution of the comparative inter-provincial disparity of economic development in China had a long-enduring characteristic. 4) By using wavelet analysis at different time scale, we arrived at a conclusion that the evolutionary process of the disparity of economic development of China is not a simple inverted U shape but a compound of several U shapes. The result tells us that the evolutionary plot of inter-provincial disparity in China follows the inverted U on the whole at the higher scale, 24(16 years). That is to say, the disparity tends to rise in the first stage of economic development, and fall slowly over the peak in the second stage of economic development. However, if we shorten the time scale to 23 (8 years), then a link of several U shapes will appear.

R&D资本化背景下我国TFP增长率再测算

研究与试验发展(R&D)资本对经济增长和科技创新作用日益凸显,但对于R&D资本的核算亟待完善。本文基于SNA2008和CSNA2016框架,将R&D支出作为资本形成,对我国各省份物质资本存量和R&D资本存量进行规范化测算,使用随机前沿分析法重新估算1991—2019年间的全要素生产率(TFP)增长率。研究发现:第一,我国R&D资本存量规模呈总体递增和地区聚集趋势;第二,1991—2019年间,我国广义TFP增长率年平均增幅为2.10%,对经济增长存在正向作用;第三,将TFP增长率分解为技术进步、前沿技术效率和规模效应,发现技术进步对TFP增长率的贡献最大,是推动我国TFP增长的主导力量,但却呈现逐年递减的趋势;第四,随着我国对R&D投入的不断增加与重视,R&D对我国广义TFP增长率的贡献呈现递增的趋势,R&D的贡献逐渐成为推动我国科技进步的主要力量。

R/S Analysis and its Application in the Forecast of Mine Inflows

In this paper, the status quo and modeling principles of R/S analysis of non-linear theory are introduced and reviewed. Given the hydro-geological conditions of the Wutongzhuang coal mine, Hurst exponents of mine inflow for the main shaft, venti- lating shaft and auxiliary shaft were obtained using R/S analysis, which are 0.772 0, 0.824 7 and 0.905 1 respectively. Since all of the three Hurst exponents are larger than 0.5, it can be concluded that the trend of mine inflow are a long-term as well as persistent problem. Based on the level of duration, the shafts can be listed in decreasing order as the auxiliary shaft, the ventilation shaft and the main shaft, which appears identical with the actual situation of the mine inflow. With R/S analysis, a new method for long-term forecasting of mine inflows is provided.

技术密集型企业工时管理标准化可行性分析——以R公司组织与研发项目特点为背景

随着科学管理理念和现代数字工具的广泛应用,无论技术体系和产品应用场景如何变化,进度管理始终是项目管理的研究重点。然而迄今为止,工时管理在技术密集型企业的应用仍不尽成熟。本文从理论分析的角度探究了基于度量元的工时标准化实现条件,并结合R公司的实际管理现状进行比对分析,发现当前工时管理标准化在工时定额的确定、工时应用与维护方面还存在诸多困难。尽管如此,工时标准化管理的实行存在诸多积极影响,比如提升产品研发速度、实现产能平衡与精益劳动管理、加强业绩考核工作等。因此,探索工时标准化管理对技术密集型企业未来发展具有重大意义和前景,需要企业努力创造工时标准化的条件并结合科学理论进行积极探索。

木-混组合梁R-ECC连接板受弯性能有限元分析

为研究高延性橡胶粉水泥基复合材料(R-ECC)在木-混组合连续梁负弯矩区中的适用性,对木-混组合梁R-ECC连接板和混凝土(RC)连接板的受弯性能进行了有限元对比分析,设计了10组不同参数的R-ECC连接板,探究了连接板厚度、无粘结层区长度、配筋率及配筋方式等主要影响参数对木-混凝土组合连续梁负弯矩区R-ECC连接板受弯性能的影响,并与已有的试验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:同设计参数的R-ECC连接板的抗弯承载力有限元结果与试验结果较吻合,且优于RC连接板;连接板厚度和配筋率对木-混组合梁抗弯承载力影响较大,而无粘结区长度和配筋方式对其影响不大。

Thermal-Structural Coupled Analysis of ITER Torus Cryo-Pump Housing

An ITER torus cryo-pump housing （TCPH）, which encloses a torus cryo-pump, is connected to a vacuum vessel （VV） by a set of associated double bellows. There are complicated loads due to two different operating states （pumping and regeneration） and foreseeable accidents with the cryo-pump. This paper describes a thermal-structural coupled analysis of the present TCPH according to tho allowatfle stress criteria of RCC-MR, in which the worst cases and outcomes of various load combinations are obtained. Meanwhile, optimization of the structure has been carried oul, to obtain positive analysis results and an adequate safety margin.

Spatial Statistical Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of High-Tech Industry Development

After 30 years of economic development, the high-tech industry has played an important role in China’s national economy. The development of high-level technological industry plays a leading role in guiding the transformation of China’s economy from “investment-driven” to “technology-driven”. The high-tech industry represents the future industrial development direction and plays a positive role in promoting the transformation of traditional industries. The rapid development of high-tech industry is the key to social progress. In this paper, the traditional analytical model of statistics is combined with principal component analysis and spatial analysis, and R language is used to express the analytical results intuitively on the map. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation is established.

Nonlinear analysis of r.c. framed buildings retrofitted with elastomeric and friction bearings under near-fault earthquakes

Reinforced concrete （r.c.） framed buildings designed in compliance with inadequate seismic classifi- cations and code provisions present in many cases a high vulnerability and need to be retrofitted. To this end, the insertion of a base isolation system allows a considerable reduction of the seismic loads transmitted to the super- structure. However, strong near-fault ground motions, which are characterised by long-duration horizontal pulses, may amplify the inelastic response of the superstructure and induce a failure of the isolation system. The above considerations point out the importance of checking the effectiveness of different isolation systems for retrofitting a r.c. framed structure. For this purpose, a numerical inves- tigation is carried out with reference to a six-storey r.c. framed building, which, primarily designed （as to be a fixed-base one） in compliance with the previous Italian code （DM96） for a medium-risk seismic zone, has to be retrofitted by insertion of an isolation system at the base for attaining performance levels imposed by the current Italian code （NTC08） in a high-risk seismic zone. Besides the （fixed-base） original structure, three cases of base isolation are studied： elastomeric bearings acting alone （e.g. HDLRBs）; in-parallel combination of elastomeric and friction bearings （e.g. high-damping-laminated-rubber beatings, HDLRBs and steel-PTFE sliding bearings, SBs）; friction bearings acting alone （e.g. friction pendulum bearings, FPBs）. The nonlinear analysis of the fixed-base and base-isolated structures subjected to horizontal com- ponents of near-fault ground motions is performed for checking plastic conditions at the potential critical （end） sections of the girders and columns as well as critical conditions of the isolation systems. Unexpected high val- ues of ductility demand are highlighted at the lower floors of all base-isolated structures, while re-centring problems of the base isolation systems under near-fault earthquakes are expected in case of friction beatings acting alone （i.e. FPBs） or that in combination （i.e. SBs） with HDLRBs.

KINEMATIC ANALYSIS OF THE GENERAL SPATIAL 7R MECHANISM

The displacement, velocity and acceleration analysis of the general spatial 7R mechanism is discussed in this paper, fused on the method proposed in Ref. [2], an input-output algebra equation of the 16th degree in the tan-half-angle of the output angular displacement is derived. The derivation process and computation are considerably simple. A program written in Allanguage is used to derive the coefficients of displacement equations: therefore the amount of manual work is greatly decreased. The results are verified by a numerical example. The researches of this paper and Ref. [5]found a base for establishing an expert system of spatial mechanism analysis in the future.

Sensitivity analysis method for increasing the passenger demands of parking and riding

Focused on finding out the relationship between passenger demands of P&R and its influencing factors, a nested-logit mode choice model was developed based on the characteristic of different modes and transfer rules. The utility functions were given respectively according to the characteristic of each alternative. Passenger demands of different modes between O-D pairs were obtained by making use of the binary logit model. Then an equilibrium model for different modes was proposed. Under this condition, the approximate relationship between passenger demands of different modes and their characteristic indexes was modeled by the sensitivity analysis method. Shift volume among different modes was achieved by utilizing this model when their characteristic indexes were changed. A case study indicates that the model and algorithm presented in this paper are effective.

Multi-scale and multi-fractal analysis of pressure fluctuation in slurry bubble column bed reactor

The Daubechies second order wavelet was applied to decompose pressure fluctuation signals with the gas flux varying from 0.18 to 0.90 m3/h and the solid mass fraction from 0 to 20% and scales 1?9 detail signals and the 9th scale approximation signals. The pressure signals were studied by multi-scale and R/S analysis method. Hurst analysis method was applied to analyze multi-fractal characteristics of different scale signals. The results show that the characteristics of mono-fractal under scale 1 and scale 2, and bi-fractal under scale 3?9 are effective in deducing the hydrodynamics in slurry bubbling flow system. The measured pressure signals are decomposed to micro-scale signals, meso-scale signals and macro-scale signals. Micro-scale and macro-scale signals are of mono-fractal characteristics, and meso-scale signals are of bi-fractal characteristics. By analyzing energy distribution of different scale signals,it is shown that pressure fluctuations mainly reflects meso-scale interaction between the particles and the bubble.

Structure analysis and function prediction of human P2X7R based on bioinformatics

Objective:To analyze the structural features of human P2X7R protein,meanwhile homology,protein-protein interaction,and cell epitope were predicted to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.Methods:Human P2X7R protein was analyzed and predicted by ProtParam、TMHMM、ProtScale and SignalP 5.0 Server et al.Results:Human P2X7R protein is composed of 595 amino acids,the molecular formula is C 3077 H 4749 N 835 O 871 S 40,with the theoretical isoelectric point PI of 8.62,the instability coefficient is 46.07,the total average hydrophilicity is-0.317,and the protein is an hydrophilic protein instead of secreted protein,no any signal peptide,but transmembrane region is contained,which belong to transmembrane protein.There are 157αhelices and 288 random coils in the secondary structure of human P2X7R protein,accounting for 26.39%and 48.40%of all amino acids,The coverage rate of the three-level structure prediction results is 100%,and the sequence consistency is 80.34%,and the ramachandran plot show that the predicted structure is relatively stability.The interaction of proteins show that there are a variety of proteins interacting with human P2X7R,and P2X7R was closely related to inflammation;this protein had many B and T cell epitopes,which could provide ideas for vaccine development.Conclusion:The results indicate that the analysis of human P2X7R protein that is based on bioinformatics method has certain reliability.P2X7R is involved in the development of inflammatory diseases,and the antigenic epitope of B,Th and CTL cells screened out by prediction will provide the treatment scheme for diseases.
