The temporal behavior of the s... The spectral emission and plasma parameters of SnO2 plasmas have been investigated. A planar ceramic SnO2 target was irradiated by a CO2 laser with a full width at half maximmn of 80 ns. The temporal behavior of the specific emission lines from the SnO2 plasma was characterized. The intensities of Sn I and Sn Ⅱ lines first increased, and then decreased with the delay time. The results also showed a faster decay of Sn I atoms than that of Sn II ionic species. The temporal evolutions of the SnO2 plasma parameters (electron temperature and density) were deduced. The measured temperature and density of SnO2 plasma are 4.38 eV to 0.5 eV and 11.38×1017 cm 3 to 1.1×1017^ cm-3, for delay times between 0.1 μs and 2.2 #s. We also investigated the effect of the laser pulse energy on Sn02 plasma. 展开更多

The retinal ganglion cells of the optic nerve have a limited capacity for self-repair after injury.Valproate is a histone deacetylase inhibitor and multitarget drug,which has been demonstrated to protect retinal neurons.In this study,we established rat models of optic nerve-crush injury and injected valproate into the vitreous cavity immediately after modeling.We evaluated changes in the ultrastructure morphology of the endoplasmic reticulum of retinal ganglion cells over time via transmission electron microscope.Immunohistochemistry and western blot assay revealed that valproate upregulated the expression of the endoplasmic reticulum stress marker glucose-regulated protein 78 and downregulated the expression of transcription factor C/EBP homologous protein,phosphorylated eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2α,and caspase-12 in the endoplasmic reticulum of retinal ganglion cells.These findings suggest that valproate reduces apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells in the rat after optic nerve-crush injury by attenuating phosphorylated eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2α-C/EBP homologous protein signaling and caspase-12 activation during endoplasmic reticulum stress.These findings represent a newly discovered mechanism that regulates how valproate protects neurons. 展开更多

The ion thruster is an engine with high specific impulse for satellites and spacecrafts,which uses electric energy to boost the spacecraft.The ion optical system,also known as gate assemblies which consist of acceleration and screen grids,is the key component of the ion thruster.In this paper,the static mechanical properties of the C/C composite grids are evaluated based on the structural design.Representative volume element (RVE) is adopted to simplify the braded composite structure as a continuum material.The dynamical behavior of the 100 mm ion thruster optics in the launch environment (1000g shock-load) is numerically modeled and simulated with the half-sine pulse method.The impact response of the C/C and molybdenum gate assemblies on the stress distribution and deformation is investigated.The simulated results indicate that the magnitudes of the normal displacement of the composite grids subject to the uniformly distributed load are on the same level as molybdenum grids although the normal stiffness of the composite grids is much smaller.When subject to impact loading,the stress distribution in the C/C composite grids is similar to molybdenum grids while the stress magnitude is much smaller.This finding shows that the C/C gate assemblies outperform molybdenum grids and meet the requirement of long lifetime service in space travel. 展开更多

Recently, α-Al2O3:C crystal with highly sensitive thermoluminescence (TL) and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) has been successfully grown by the temperature gradient technique. This paper investigates the heating rate dependence of TL sensitivity, light-induced fading of TL signals and thermal stability of OSL of α-Al2O3:C crystals. As the heating rate increases, the integral TL response decreases and the dosimetric glow peak shifts to higher temperatures in α-Al2O3:C crystals. Light-induced fading of TL increases with the irradiation dose, and TL response decreases as the exposure time increases, especially in the first 15 minutes. With the increasing intensity of the exposure light, the TL fading of α-Al2O3:C crystal increases sharply. The OSL response of as-grown α-Al2O3:C crystal is quite stable below 373 K and decreases sharply for higher temperatures. 展开更多

A common optical potential for 4He+12C at intermediate bombarding energies, which is essential in analyzing exotic nuclei with 4He clusters, is obtained based on the Sao Paulo potential. Among systematic optical potentials for 4He+12 C, this potential has the merit of using a fixed imaginary part of the Woods Saxon form. By optical- model calculations, this potential reproduces the experimental elastic scattering angular distributions of a He+12 C well within the energy range of 26A 60A MeV. It is also applied successfully in calculations of the breakup reactions of 6Li+12 C and 6He+12 C with a three-body continuum discretized coupled-channel method. 展开更多

针对现有光纤无法满足宽带光密集波分复用系统传输和S+C+L波段粗波分复用的要求,设计了一种具有中心凹陷的三角形芯+环形的折射率剖面,利用外部气相沉积工艺制备了一种非零色散位移光纤,并通过调整第一芯层的相对折射率和第二芯层与第... 针对现有光纤无法满足宽带光密集波分复用系统传输和S+C+L波段粗波分复用的要求,设计了一种具有中心凹陷的三角形芯+环形的折射率剖面,利用外部气相沉积工艺制备了一种非零色散位移光纤,并通过调整第一芯层的相对折射率和第二芯层与第一芯层的半径比,探究了其对光纤衰减、色散斜率和有效面积等参数的影响。研究发现,当第一芯层的相对折射率逐渐增大且第二芯层与第一芯层半径比逐渐减小时,零色散波长和有效面积逐渐减小。当第一芯层的相对折射率在0.52%~0.53%,芯层半径比在2.6~2.7时,光纤的有效面积接近70μm^(2),零色散波长在1420 nm附近,在1550 nm波段的色散系数大于8 ps·nm^(-1)·km^(-1),色散斜率为0.059 ps·nm^(-2)·km^(-1),可以较好地抑制传输过程中光非线性效应,满足长途干线网与城域网的使用要求。 展开更多

Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)(C12A7)and Y_(0.02)Ca_(11.98)Al_(14)O_(33)(Y-C12A7)single crystals were grown by using the traveling-solvent floating zone(TSFZ)method.The temperature was increased to avoid the bubbles and cracks which may be formed during the preparation of the ingot material.We have started with the flux higher than the normal to avoid the bubbles and make good treatment for the solid-liquid interface.The structures of both Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)(C12A7)and Y_(0.02)Ca_(11.98)Al_(14)O_(33)(Y-C12A7)were studied by using x-ray diffraction(XRD).Optical properties for C12A7 and Y-C12A7 single crystals have been studied in order to determine the optical parameters such as optical energy gap(Eg),refractive index n,oscillating energy(Eo),dispersion energy(Ed),volume energy loss function(VELF),and surface energy loss function(SELF).Finally,a new result for these samples is that the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility(χ(3))was determined.The results have been discussed with effect of Y-doping on the C12A7 single crystals for optical and industrial applications. 展开更多

目的:探讨miR-200c在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及与ZEB2的相关性。方法:选取113例子宫内膜癌组织和癌旁组织标本,40例正常子宫内膜癌组织作为对照组,检测组织中miR-200c表达量,以及ZEB2基因和蛋白表达量,利用反义寡核苷酸技术抑制子宫内膜... 目的:探讨miR-200c在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及与ZEB2的相关性。方法:选取113例子宫内膜癌组织和癌旁组织标本,40例正常子宫内膜癌组织作为对照组,检测组织中miR-200c表达量,以及ZEB2基因和蛋白表达量,利用反义寡核苷酸技术抑制子宫内膜癌RL95-2细胞株中miR-200c表达,检测其对细胞侵袭力的影响,以及细胞中ZEB2基因和蛋白表达。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中miR-200c表达量、ZEB2基因和蛋白表达量均高于癌旁组织和对照组(P<0.05);反义miR-200c转染组穿膜细胞数少于阴性对照组和脂质体组(P<0.05);反义miR-200c转染组细胞中ZEB2基因和蛋白表达量均低于阴性对照组和脂质体组(P<0.05)。结论 :miR-200c在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达,可能是通过调控ZEB2而促进肿瘤细胞的浸润和转移。 展开更多

R-C光学系统是现代光学工程中常用的光学系统,以某一R-C光学系统为例,对其计算机辅助装调技术进行了研究。分析了R-C系统装调理论,确定以主镜为装调基准,调整次镜五个自由度的装调方法,建立起次镜失调量与系统Zernike系数的关系,以此指导装调工作,达到明确装调方向、缩短装调周期的目的。整机光学系统的波像差RMS值优于1/10波长,达到了成像质量的要求。对相机进行实验室和地面外场成像,获得的图像图像清晰,层次丰富,验证了装调工作的正确性。 展开更多
