目的:探讨CyclinA2基因5′-U T R区rs769236位点多态性与结直肠癌易感性的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究,收集150例结直肠癌患者及150例健康对照者,以聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性法(PCR-RFLP)检测CyclinA2基因rs769236位点...目的:探讨CyclinA2基因5′-U T R区rs769236位点多态性与结直肠癌易感性的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究,收集150例结直肠癌患者及150例健康对照者,以聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性法(PCR-RFLP)检测CyclinA2基因rs769236位点单核苷酸多态性。rs769236多态性与结直肠癌发病风险的关系采用非条件logistic回归分析。结果与 rs769236 GG野生基因型相比,rs769236突变基因型(GA+AA)携带者罹患结直肠癌的风险显著增高(校正 OR=1.92,95% CI=1.10~3.36)。结论 CyclinA2基因rs769236多态性与CRC发病风险增高显著有关,突变基因型(GA+AA)是人群罹患结直肠癌的独立危险因素。展开更多
