Construction Method of Rail Transit Oriented Metropolitan Area under the Integration of Four Networks

In the process of metropolitan area integration,the current rail transit development is not enough to support the rapid expansion of the economy and population of the metropolitan area.It is necessary to attach importance to the important role of rail transit as a support system,promote the integrated development of the metropolitan area,and create a metropolitan area on the track.Through the problems in rail transit development,the development concept of “four networks integration” of rail transit is put forward.From multiple aspects of planning,construction and operation,reasonable promotion strategies are proposed,which could provide feasible suggestions for promoting the construction of metropolitan area on the track.

长春轻轨发展历程及特点

长春轻轨被业内人士普遍认为是典型的轻轨系统,也是今后可以广泛推广的轻轨制式。长春轨道交通轻轨制式(以下简称轻轨)发展较早,目前已经运营61.5 km,建设运营经验较为丰富。其中3号线是国内首条运营轻轨线路,已有17年历史。随着3、4、8号线最终建设完成,里程将达110 km。2018年7月《国务院办公厅关于进一步加强城市轨道交通规划建设管理的意见》(国办发〔2018〕52号)发布,轻轨再次进入许多城市的考虑范围。长春轻轨各系统的建设及运营经验可以作为重要的经验借鉴和参照标准。针对长春典型轻轨系统,分析其发展历程、规划建设特点及设计创新与技术特点。秉承"量力而行、有序发展"的原则,长春选择了先轻轨后地铁的双网融合、主辅结合的建设模式。实践表明,建设之初选择运量较大、投资较低、外形美观大方、节能环保的典型轻轨系统,符合长春市经济实力及发展需求,有利于规划线网的快速形成。这种发展模式也对与长春经济实力大体相当的一些大、中城市发展轨道交通具有借鉴意义。
