目的:快捷、准确地获取检验危急值结果。方法:制定实验室信息系统(laboratory information system,LIS)报告和双通道报告(即LIS和电话同时报告)检验危急值的标准、流程并进行监管。采用χ2检验、Pearson相关系数、数据差Shapiro-Wilk检...目的:快捷、准确地获取检验危急值结果。方法:制定实验室信息系统(laboratory information system,LIS)报告和双通道报告(即LIS和电话同时报告)检验危急值的标准、流程并进行监管。采用χ2检验、Pearson相关系数、数据差Shapiro-Wilk检验及秩和检验法对LIS报告和双通道报告结果获取时间、回复率进行比较。结果:与LIS报告相比,双通道报告13 min即可完成检验危急值由检验科发出,经护士工作站再到医生无误获取结果的过程,比LIS报告时间显著缩短(P<0.05);双通道报告护士回复率及医生回复率也显著增高(P<0.000 01)。结论:双通道报告检验危急值回复时间、回复率都优于LIS报告检验危急值,缩短了报告时限,提高了报告准确性。展开更多
