Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous upgrading of market demand,the demand for talent in enterprises and industries is increasingly diversified and complex,especially innovation ability has become one of the important standards to measure the quality of talent.At the same time,the difficult employment of college students is still serious,the state has issued a series of policies to encourage college students to actively start their own businesses.In this context,local universities,as an important part of higher education,are facing the critical task of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.This paper aims to explore the current situation,problems,and reform paths of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in local universities under the background of the integration of industry and education,in order to improve the training quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

“Three-Wide Education”Reform,Innovation,and Practice in Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology

The comprehensive reform of“three-wide education”is important to achieve inheritance and innovation in ideological education in colleges and universities.The Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology aims to address the practical problems of a weak ideological education team,incomplete system and mechanism,and insufficient resource mobilization in“three-wide education.”It actively explores the“three-wide education”based on the university’s existing foundation and advantages.Comprehensive,innovative ideas for reform,practice,and promotion of unique practices and paths are necessary,to continuously deepen education reforms and strive to build a new“three-wide education”work pattern to help the country’s modern talent cultivation work.

Exploration of the“Three Transformations,Four Integrations,Five Expansions”Hybrid Teaching Path in Curriculum and Teaching Innovation Reform:A Case Study of the“Design Drawing A”Course

Using the“Design Drawing A”course as a case study,this paper addresses key challenges encountered in the learning process by adopting a“student-centered”approach rooted in outcome-based education.The course team proposes a blended teaching model defined by“three transformations,four integrations,and five expansions,”which places students at the core of the learning experience.Through a comprehensive restructuring of the curriculum and innovative teaching methods,elements of civic education-including national identity,rule of law,scientific inquiry,and philosophical reasoning-are effectively integrated into the classroom.This model broadens the teaching process across multiple dimensions and refines the evaluation approach to be both multi-dimensional and dynamic.As a result,the course’s blended teaching approach yields significant,innovative outcomes.

Research on the Reform Strategy of University Education Management from the Perspective of Innovative Education

With the advent of the knowledge economy era and the acceleration of globalization,the demand for talent in society has gradually become innovative.The traditional mode of university education management has become difficult to adapt to the requirements of the new era.Therefore,it is urgent to reform university education management from the perspective of innovative education.This article aims to explore the inherent relationship between innovative education and education management,analyze the current situation and existing problems of university education management,and propose strategies for reforming university education management,providing references for universities to cultivate innovative talents.

Urban Hierarchy of Innovation Capability and Inter-city Linkages of Knowledge in Post-reform China

The 2000s has witnessed increasing interests in cities′role of innovation in the era of knowledge-based economy.Compared with substantial empirical analysis on the world city hierarchy of innovation,this paper attempts to examine the national urban hierarchy of innovation capability in China,in terms of ranking systems,spatial pattern and inter-city linkages of knowledge during the post-reform period since the late 1970s.Based on quantitative analysis such as principal component factor analysis and clustering analysis,this paper identifies the five-tier hierarchy of in-novation,which is headed by Beijing and Shanghai,followed by the capital cities of each province and regional centre cities.The development of China′s urban hierarchy of innovation capability has been driven by such factors as the scale of innovation,scientific scale,innovation potential and innovation environment.The paper further investigates the inter-city linkages of knowledge measured by the number of co-authored papers among the cities.Beijing is positioned in the central position of the knowledge diffusion and knowledge cooperation innovation.More knowledge diffusion among high level cities has occurred than that among the low level cities as well as between the low level cities and high level cities,and provincial capital cities and the regional central cities.

Mode Innovation of School-Enterprise Cooperation on Food Safety Testing Laboratory Reform

In view of the difficulties about school-enterprise cooperation on food safety testing laboratory reform,the current training program,teaching methods and teaching forms are not suitable for the new platform.This paper provides new ideas and modes to solve these problems,such as integrating the resource elements between school and enterprise,establishing new platforms with the help of external force and innovating the cooperation modes to improve the laboratory,which can fully serve teaching,scientific research and enterprise production.

Review on Innovative Catalytic Reforming of Natural Gas to Syngas

Decreasing supplies of high quality crude oil and increasing demand for high quality distillates have motivated the interest in converting natural gas to liquid fuels, especially with the present boom in natural gas proven reserves. Nevertheless, one major issue is the curtailment of costs incurred in producing synthesis gas from natural gas, which account for approximately 60% of the costs used in producing liquid fuels. While there are three main routes to convert natural gas to syngas: steam reforming (SMR), partial Oxidation (POX) and auto-thermal reforming (ATR). Significant new developments and improvements in these technologies, established innovative processes to minimize greenhouse gases emission, minimize energy consumption, enhance syngas processes, adjust the desired H2/CO ratio and change the baseline economics. This article reviews the state of the art for the reforming of natural gas to synthesis gas taking into consideration all the new innovations in both processes and catalysis.

Comparative Evaluation of the Regular Ovitrap vs an Innovated Larvitrap for <i>Aedes</i>Entomological Surveillance in Tapachula

Objective: The objective is to compare a regular ovitrap versus an innovated larvitrap for monitoring Aedes spp. populations. Materials and Methods: A total of 20 regular ovitraps and 20 innovated larvitraps were placed in pairs in 20 houses from the 5 de Febrero neighborhood in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico. The innovation consisted in the incorporation of a valve in the lower part of a half tire to drain the contents in a 2 L collection container. The evaluation was carried out during five weeks, collecting eggs and larvae from the ovitraps and innovated larvitraps, respectively. Positivity indexes and insectary production of adult Aedes spp. mosquitoes were compared by collection type. Results: Average positivity index for the five weeks period were 60% for ovitraps and 91.25% for innovated larvitraps. During the five weeks, 4043 Ae. aegypti and 703 Ae. albopictus adult mosquitoes were produced in the insectary from the eggs collected from ovitraps, while from innovated larvitraps were 9014 Ae. aegypti, 1205 Ae. albopictus, and 15 Culex spp. Conclusion: Collection by the innovated larvitrap was more efficient, collecting 3.56 times more Ae. aegypti than with ovitraps, using approximately the same effort in time for replacing the filter paper from traditional 1 L ovitraps. Since the logistics for the storage and placement of larvitraps may still be a disadvantage in comparison with ovitraps, their use could be specifically intended in sentinel sites for mosquito population monitoring for entomological surveillance purposes.

Chinese Rural Comprehensive Reform:Theoretical Innovation,Key Contradictions and Countermeasures

As a systematic project, Chinese rural comprehensive reform （hereinafter referred to as ＂the reform＂） involved multiple dimensions such as rural governance, economy, culture, society and ecology, which laid a solid foundation for the overall reform in China. Western rural development theory had been proved to be insufficient to support Chinese rural reform. Therefore, theoretical innovation became urgent in the fields of rural governance, government functions, public finance and rural-urban integration etc. In recent years, Chinese rural comprehensive reform had been adjusting itself to the requirements of the ＂new normal＂. And during the process of agricultural modernization, the bottlenecks included the contradictory relationships between reform, development and overall stability, agricultural simplification and industrial diversification, economic development and environmental protection, rapid development of urban areas and slow progress of rural areas, grassroots governance and democratic supervision etc. Proper countermeasures would help to settle the above contradictions.

The Evolution of China’s National Innovation System During the 40 Years of Reform and Opening Up

From the perspective of economic system transformations and scientific and technological system reforms, this paper investigates the evolution of China’s national innovation system (NIS) during the 40 years of reform and opening up. It concludes that China’s NIS has evolved from weak to strong, from a follower groping its way onto the track of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics. China’s innovation system has experienced a trajectory from “introduction and imitation of complete sets of technology” to “market for technology and imitative innovation,” to “integrated and secondary innovation” and on to “integrated, secondary, collaborative and original innovation combined.” The path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics is a natural choice of economic, societal, and technological development in the new era.

Innovation in Bio-disaster Prevention and Control Mechanism after Forest Tenure Reform at County Level

Taking Youxi County of Fujian Province as an example,the author introduced basic situations of new bio-disaster prevention and control mechanism for forest resource protection and social service works after the forest tenure reform.Then,the author analyzed new problems faced by bio-disaster prevention and control in forestry.Finally,the author present the existing problems of bio-disaster prevention and control at the county level from five aspects:innovating upon plant quarantine management mechanism;innovation upon survey methods and service modes of bio-disaster monitoring;strengthening and improving construction of bio-disaster monitoring and forecasting network;innovating upon management system for bio-disaster prevention and control;speeding up construction of service system for social prevention and control of bio-disasters.

An Empirical Research on Mixed- Ownership Reform and SOE Innovation： Evidence from China＇s Industrial Enterprises

Using the microscopic data of China＇s industrial enterprises, this paper measures innovation efficiency by the sales revenue of new products as a share in total sales revenue, and examines SOE mixed ownership reform＇s innovation efficiency effect using PSM method under a ＂quasi-natural experiment＂ theoretical framework. Results indicate that： Mixed-ownership reform can significantly increase corporate innovation efficiency. Reformed SOEs are more efficient at innovation than foreign-funded firms, private firms and firms invested by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. This paper provides robust evidence for evaluating SOt？ innovation performance after mixed-ownership reform, and offers policy implications for promoting SOE mixed-ownership reform.
