We focus on three of its surface properties, namely, the slipperiness of ice, the phenomena of a string under load passing through a block of ice without cutting the block in half, and pressure melting and adhesion of blocks of ice. [Objective] Study on antibacterial activity and stability of the ethanol extracts from Allium mongolicum Regel.[Method] Taking Allium mongolicum Regel.(AMR)as experimental material,the antibacterial and stability test...[Objective] Study on antibacterial activity and stability of the ethanol extracts from Allium mongolicum Regel.[Method] Taking Allium mongolicum Regel.(AMR)as experimental material,the antibacterial and stability test,antibacterial capacity and antibacterial activity substance stability of extracts were studied.[Result] Size order of antibacterial effect of extracts on these 5 strains tended to be:Saccharomyces cerevisiae > Penicillium sp.> Aspergillusniger> Staphylococcusaureus> Escherichia coli;under neutral or slight alkaline conditions,optimum antibacterial effect presented best;and UV light irradiation basically had no influence on tested strains.[Conclusion] Antibacterial effect of ethanol extract shows great difference among these strains,and antibacterial activity substance is of good heat and UV light stability.展开更多

This paper presents a model of isotopic fractionation by freezing under near equilibrium conditions in an open system and uses the model to predict the fractionation curve and slope gradient of δ 18 O versus δ...This paper presents a model of isotopic fractionation by freezing under near equilibrium conditions in an open system and uses the model to predict the fractionation curve and slope gradient of δ 18 O versus δD. The simulation results show that 1) the fractionation curve and slope gradient are determined by the ratio of freezing rate to input rate, 2) the isotopic value in the initial stage of freezing is determined by the isotopic value of initial water; 3) in the latter half of freezing in an open system, the isotopic value converges to a certain value determined by that of input water. These results suggest that the shape of the fractionation curve is the method to distinguish whether freezing occurred in a closed or open system. This analysis is applied to an isotopic curve observed in basal ice of Hamna Glacier, Sya drainage, East Antarctica. The isotopic curve indicates formation by regelation in an open system with a ratio of freezing/input rates of about 10/4.展开更多

Accordi...The article analyzes the natural distribution area of the species <i>Tulipa kaufmanniana</i> Regel using the programs of type MaxEnt and ArcGis, the endemic of Central Asia (past, current, future). According to the results of the study, it is proved that the main distribution of the species coincides with the boundaries of the areali Tien-Shan mountain system (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan). It is noted that the climatic factors that are optimal for the species are sufficient temperature and annual precipitation.展开更多

Ponomarev, breeding and seed production of plants by T.T. Rakhimova. The study of the biology of flowering determined the optimal humidity, air temperature and soil surface. Objective:To study the cardioprotective effect of Baitouwen(Pulsatilla chinensis Regel,PR)in isoproterenol(ISO)induced heart failure in mice,and investigated the molecular targets using network pharmacological predict...Objective:To study the cardioprotective effect of Baitouwen(Pulsatilla chinensis Regel,PR)in isoproterenol(ISO)induced heart failure in mice,and investigated the molecular targets using network pharmacological prediction and experimental validation.Methods:PR were orally administered to ISO induced HF mice for two weeks.The cardiac function was analyzed by echocardiography.Hematoxylin-eosinstaining(HE)was used to evaluate the pathological changes.The PR targets for HF were predicted by bioinformatics analysis tool(BATMAN-TCM).The expression of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),and HF related genes Phosphodiesterase(PDEs),were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR or Immunohistochemical staining in heart tissues.Results:Cardiac hypertrophy was observed after ISO treatment,and hypertrophic cardiomyocytes were arranged in disorder.Moreover,the expression of ANP and BNP gene in myocardium were upregulated(P<0.05).Treatment of HF mice with PR aqueous extract improved cardiac function characterized by enhanced ejection fraction(EF)and fraction shortening(FS).Furthermore,PR extract also downregulated the expression of ANP and BNP in the heart tissues.Arrangement of cardiomyocytes was also improved.Furthermore,administration of PR group decreased target genes PDE5 and PDE1C expression in the hearts.In addition,PR treatment also improved myocardial fiber distribution and decreased myocardial thickness in the hearts of HF mice.Conclusion:PR treatment may suppress cardiac hypertrophy and improve myocardial function in HF mice via inhibiting the predicted targets PDE5 expression.These results suggest the potential of using PR in preventing the development of HF.展开更多
