Organic phosphorescence materials demonstrate potential optoelectronic applications due to their remarkably ultralong organic phosphorescence(UOP)lifetime and abundant optical characteristics prior to the fluorescence materials.For a better insight into the intrinsic relationship among regioisomeric molecules,crystalline interactions,and phosphorescence properties,three crystalline dicarbazol-9-yl pyrazine-based regioisomers with para-,meta-and ortho-convergent substitutions(p-DCzP,m-DCzP,and o-DCzP)were designed and presented gradually increased UOP lifetimes prolonging from 63.14,127.93 to 350.46 ms,respectively,due to the regioisomerism effect(RIE)which would be an effective strategy for better understanding of structure-property of UOP materials. 展开更多

Several planar conjugated polymers and model compounds containing pyrene units are synthesized.The pre-cursor polymers and model compounds are obtained through the Pd(0)-catalyzed Suzuki reaction,then the planar structure is formed through intramolecular cyclization in the presence of acid.We investigate the regioisomers in intramolecular cyclization reaction by using model compounds,suggesting that the syn-and anti-structures are formed in ladder-type polymer LP1,and the syn-structure is more easily formed in LP3.The planar conjugated polymers and model compounds show untypical features of ladder-type polymers,they display broad absorption and blue or blue-green emission in solution,and interchainπ-πstacking in film still occurs.Moreover,the new polymers and model compounds are characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy,gel-permeation chromatography(GPC)and cyclic voltammetry(CV). 展开更多

This work investigated the effect of glyco-regioisomerism of glycopolymers on their dynamic interaction with benzoxaborole-containing polymers. Two kinds of glycopolymers, P-1-Gal and P-6-Gal, i.e. galactoside pendant group linked to the identical main chain through its anomeric(C1) and C6-hydroxyl group position, respectively, were studied. We found that P-6-Gal showed stronger binding strength to the PNIPAM-co-PBOB polymer than P-1-Gal did, which controlled the macroscopic property of the resultant hydrogels at a molecular level. 展开更多

In this study, the chemical analysis of the marine sponge spieces, Haliclona cymaeformis, collected from the South China Sea was carried out, Two pairs of regioisomers of alkyl substitutional 6-oxy purine alkaloids(1a/1b and 2a/2b) were isolated. All of them possess two structural moieties, a 6-oxy purine nucleus and a pentan-2-one or hexan-2-one alkyl chain. Among them, 1a and 2a are the major N-9-substitutional regioisomers, and 1b and 2b are the minor N-7-substitutional regioisomers. 展开更多

A series of N,N-disubstituted piperazines were synthesized containing the structural elements of both methylenedioxybenzylpiperazine (MDBP) and trifluoromethylphenylpiperazine (TFMPP)in a single molecule.These six potential designer drug molecules having a regioisomeric relationship were compared in gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS),gas chromatography-infrared spectroscopy and serotonin receptor affinity studies.These compounds were separated by capillary gas chromatography on an Rxi(R)-17Sil MS stationary phase film and the elution order appears to be determined by the position of aromatic ring substitution.The majority of electron ionization mass spectral fragment ions occur via processes initiated by one of the two nitrogen atoms of the piperazine ring.The major electron ionization mass spectrometry (El-MS) fragment ions observed in all six of these regioisomeric substances occur at m/z =364,229,163 and 135.The relative intensity of the various fragment ions is also equivalent in each of the six El-MS spectra.The vapour phase infrared spectra provide a number of absorption bands to differentiate among the six individual compounds on this regioisomeric set.Thus,the mass spectra place these compounds into a single group and the vapour phase infrared spectra differentiate among the six regioisomeric possibilities.All of the TFMPP-MDBP regioisomers displayed significant binding to 5-HT2B receptors and in contrast to 3-TFMPP,most of these TFMPP-MDBP isomers did not show significant binding at 5-HT1 receptor subtypes.Only the 3-TFMPP-3,4-MDBP (Compound 5) isomer displayed affinity comparable to 3-TFMPP at 5-HT1A receptors (Ki =188 nmol/L). 展开更多

卟啉的区域异构效应对其电子结构和生物功能产生重要影响,β位羰基取代的不饱和卟啉衍生物尤为明显。在卟吩内酯化合物中,通过引入二内酯结构和控制内酯基团的取向精准调控卟啉配体的三线态能级,实现了对Yb3+近红外发光、单线态氧敏化... 卟啉的区域异构效应对其电子结构和生物功能产生重要影响,β位羰基取代的不饱和卟啉衍生物尤为明显。在卟吩内酯化合物中,通过引入二内酯结构和控制内酯基团的取向精准调控卟啉配体的三线态能级,实现了对Yb3+近红外发光、单线态氧敏化、光催化反应和三线态湮灭上转换等三线态能量传递过程的调控。通过芳香性的调控实现了对区域异构效应的放大,实现生物功能化的调控。并且在近期的工作中成功实现了诊(断)(治)疗一体化以及"多合一"光诊疗试剂,展现出极好的生物医学应用前景。本文综述了区域异构效应对卟啉配体的调控及其在稀土化学生物学中的研究进展,展望了其发展的方向和趋势以及在生物医学领域广阔的应用前景。 展开更多
