Research on the dynamic andnon-same-plane vague region relations without kernel

To remedy the defects of the existing research achievements,the dynamic vague region relations without kernel and the non-same-plane vague region relations without kernel based on the conception of the vague sets were studied systematically.The formalized definitions of the vague intersection set,the vague cut sets and vague region partition etc were given.Based on the vague sets,the eight vague region relations in the same plane and the ten vague region relations in the different plane were given.Furthermore,the coessential intersection and the heterogeneous intersection were proposed to simplify the representation for the dynamic vague region relations without kernel and the rotation-corresponding relations between the two kinds of the relations were also studied.The production in this paper laid the foundation for the applications and research of the vague region relations without kernel in the spatial database.

Regional homogeneity of intrinsic brain activity related to the main alexithymia dimensions

Background Alexithymia is a multidimensional personality construct.Objective This study aims to investigate the neuronal correlates of each alexithymia dimension by examining the regional homogeneity(ReHo) of intrinsic brain activity in a resting situation.Methods From university freshmen, students with alexithymia and non-alexlthymia were recruited. Their alexithymic traits were assessed using the Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20. The ReHo was examined using a resting-state functional MRI approach.Results This study suggests significant gro叩 differences in ReHo in multiple brain regions distributed in the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe and insular cortex. However, only the ReHo in the insula was positively associated with difficulty identifying feelings, a main dimension of alexithymia. The ReHo in the lingual gyrus,precentral gyrus and postcentral gyrus was positively associated with difficulty describing feelings in participants with alexithymia. Lastly, the ReHo in the right dorsomedial prefrontal cortex(DMPFC_R) was negatively related to the externally oriented thinking style of participants with alexithymia.Conclusion In conclusion, these results suggest that the main dimensions of alexithymia are correlated with specific brain regions' function, and the role of the insula,lingual gyrus, precentral gyrus, postcentral gyrus and DMPFC_R in the neuropathology of alexithymia should be further investigated.

Method to determine α in rough set model based on connection degree

An improvement of tolerance relation is proposed in regard to rough set model based on connection degree by which reflexivity of relation can be assured without loss of information. Then, a method to determine optimal identity degree based on relative positive region is proposed so that the identity degree can be computed in an objective method without any preliminary or additional information about data, which is consistent with the notion of objectivity in rough set theory and data mining theory. Subsequently, an algorithm is proposed, and in two examples, the global optimum identity degree is found out. Finally, in regard to optimum connection degree, the method of rules extraction for connection degree rough set model based on generalization function is presented by which the rules extracted from a decision table are enumerated.

The regionally proximal relation of order d along arithmetic progressions,namely AP[d]for d 2 N,is introduced and investigated.It turns out that if(X;T)is a topological dynamical system with AP[d]=Δ,then each ergodic measure of(X;T)is isomorphic to a d-step pro-nilsystem,and thus(X;T)has zero entropy.Moreover,it is shown that if(X;T)is a strictly ergodic distal system with the property that the maximal topological and measurable d-step pro-nilsystems are isomorphic,then AP[d]=RP[d]for each d 2 N.It follows that for a minimal 1-pro-nilsystem,AP[d]=RP[d]for each d 2 N.An example which is a strictly ergodic distal system with discrete spectrum whose maximal equicontinuous factor is not isomorphic to the Kronecker factor is constructed.

Bearing Fault Numerical Model for the Closed-slot Rotor Submersible Motor

A numerical model of the bearing fault of a motor with a closed-slot rotor using the finite element method(FEM)is proposed.The rotor’s radial motion can be regarded as static eccentric at the defect time points and healthy at other time points.The frequency of the harmonic component is analyzed corresponding to bearing fault in stator current according to the radial movement of the motor shaft.Moreover,the relative permeability variation region is established to achieve the radial motion of the rotor with bearing fault.Firstly,the relative permeability variation region is established in the health and static eccentric models.Then,the defect time points are estimated and the static eccentricity model by transient field is analyzed.Finally,the relative permeability of the variable region in the static eccentric model is imported into the variable region of the health model at the defect time points.The simulation results show that the air gap flux density of the bearing fault model is different from that of the health model and static eccentric models.In addition,the stator current contains harmonic components of the bearing fault.The analysis results prove the applicability of the proposed model.
