Concerning the detailed analysis of the theoretical system of"One Belt and One Road",there lacks a universal theoretical framework and the foundation of the Chinese philosophy and literature."One Belt and One Road"is not only a new developmental strategy,but also a new proposition for reconstruction of our cultural status.

Indian Ocean Regional Studies in Perspective of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind

The research scope of Indian Ocean regional issues mainly includes the influence of the community of shared future for mankind on the foreign relations of Indian Ocean countries,a comparative study of Indian Ocean regional issues from the perspective of traditional Indian Ocean regional issues and think tanks,the influence of the vison of a community with a shared future for mankind on overseas Chinese community in the Indian Ocean island nation,and research paths in the Indian Ocean region from the perspective of think tanks,and so on.This article focuses on the politics,economy and culture of the Indian Ocean countries,analyzes and summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of the study of the Indian Ocean region from the perspective of a community with a shared future for mankind.Through in-depth discussions on the docking status and challenges of the vison of a community with a shared future for mankind in the Indian Ocean island regions,we will promote the exchanges and mutual learning of civilizations and people-to-people bonds between China and the Indian Ocean region,and provide intellectual support for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road,and the construction of a community of shared future in the region.

Assessing the Impact of Using Different Land Cover Classification in Regional Modeling Studies for the Manaus Area,Brazil

Land cover classification is one of the main components of the modern weather research and forecasting models, which can influence the meteorological variable, and in turn the concentration of air pollutants. In this study the impact of using two traditional land use classifications, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) and the Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS), were evaluated. The Weather Research and Forecasting model (WRF, version 3.2.1) was run for the period 18 - 22 August, 2014 (dry season) at a grid spacing of 3 km centered on the city of Manaus. The comparison between simulated and ground-based observed data revealed significant differences in the meteorological fields, for instance, the temperature. Compared to USGS, MODIS classification showed better skill in representing observed temperature for urban areas of Manaus, while the two files showed similar results for nearby areas. The analysis of the files suggests that the better quality of the simulations favorable to the MODIS file is straightly related to its better representation of urban class of land use, which is observed to be not adequately represented by USGS.

STUDIES OF NUCLEOLAR ORGANIZER REGIONS AND MUCIN HISTOCHEMISTRY IN ULCERATIVE COLITIS

The argyrophil method for nucleolar organizer regions (AgNOR) known as the AgNor technique and mucin histochemical stain were applied to Investigate the dysplasia and cancaration in ulcerative colitis Including 58 cases of biopsy specimens and three cases operative specimens. The numbers of AgNOR have been gradully increased with the grades of dasplasls. Similarly the percentage of sialomucin having vicinal diols on side chain of sialic acid also gradully Increased with the grades of dysplasia. The AgNOR reflects rDNA transcriptional activity responsible for degrees of differentiation of cell. Epithelial cells secreting a heterogeneous mucin, could be taken as a signal of abnormal cellular differentiation. AgNOR and mucln chages might be assumed as a criteria In representing malignant transformation.

Study on Regional Culture Inheritance in the Construction of Modern City Parks: A Case Study of Fule Mountain Park in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province

City park, as an everlasting cultural carrier, is an important place for the expression of regional culture. The concept and characteristics of regional culture are summarized, and regional culture inheritance carrier mainly includes land, garden style, garden building, etc. There are generally six methods: reservation, restoration, inheritance and development, extraction, reappearance, and creation. Taking Fule mountain Park in Mianyang City for example, combination of regional culture and landscape is analyzed.

Impact of Ningbo Port Logistics on Regional Economic Development of Zhejiang Province

In related academic circles, the research on port logistics industry and regional economic development has become a hot topic in recent years, and there are already extensive studies about this topic. Taking Ningbo Port as an example, this paper analyzed its logistics development status, and discussed the existing problems. Besides, taking the time series data of Ningbo Port from 2007 to 2016 as sample data, and using the quantitative analysis methods such as correlation analysis and regression analysis, it systematically studied the interaction between the port development and regional economic development. Finally, on the basis of the problems, it came up with some recommendations.

Engineering Geological Study of Regional Tectonic Stability in the Area of the Longyang Gorge Power Station on the Huanghe (Yellow) River

In the stability study of the regional structures in the area of the Longyang Gorge Hydroelectrical Power Station, a model of the current stress-deformation field of the area was constructed based on analyses of available data of regional surveys and historical earthquakes and field investigations of active faults and ancient earthquakes. This model was examined and verified by physical and mathematical simulation experiments, and quantitative relations and data were obtained.

Geophysical and Petro-Structural Characteristics of the Tarkwaïan and Associated Formations of the Gontougo Region (Northeastern Côte d’Ivoire)

Studies carried out in the Gontougo region aimed to describe the physical and petro-structural properties of the Tarkwaian formations of northeastern Côte d’Ivoire. The methodology developed is focused on the one hand on the gravimetric geophysical method and on the other hand, on petro-structural studies. The geophysical results highlighted two gravimetric facies characterized respectively by high density (ΔBg > 121 mGal) and low density (ΔBg < 114 mGal) anomalies. From a lithological point of view, the denser domains are made up of intrusive rocks dominated by granodiorites and tonalites cutting low density facies composed of Tarkwaian formations (polygenic conglomerates and arkosic sandstones) and volcanics (tuffs and cinerites). Structurally, these different lithological groups are affected by brittle (fractures, faults, strike-slip) and ductile (folds, schistosities and mineral lineations) deformations. These structures are mainly oriented NNW-SSW, WNW-ESE and NE-SW. The description of the sulphide minerals reveals a style of gold mineralization of the Tarkwaian formations.

新能源汽车对成品油替代的区域性研究

2023年,中国新能源汽车已进入全面市场拓展期。目前,中国新能源汽车正处于“两高一强”的发展阶段,对成品油的替代呈现“一家独大”的现状。将全国分为东北、西北、西南、华东、华南、华北六个区域,构建“长期看保有,中期看销量,短期看运营车”的分析框架,从短期、中期、长期三个维度对不同区域、不同省份的新能源汽车的成品油替代作用展开细化分析研究。建议成品油销售企业根据各区域新能源汽车发展特色制定油品销售规划,分区域推进综合能源服务站的布局与建设,同时助力公共领域新能源汽车的应用推广工作,以应对新能源汽车对成品油的替代,加快世界一流综合性国际能源公司的建设。

区域公用品牌建设助力乡村高质量发展的策略组合——基于陕西“袁家村”的案例分析

长期以来,乡村产品深陷品类多而不强(低质量)、产业强而不优(低品牌)、品牌优而不精(低价格)的“三低循环”窠臼,严重制约了乡村产业高质量发展,需要进行质量和品牌建设。品牌并非万能,没有品牌万万不能。乡村区域公用品牌建设能否破解“三低循环”、推动乡村高质量发展?本文基于品牌战略理论和生命周期理论,构建了一个区域公用品牌促进乡村高质量发展的分析框架,并基于陕西“袁家村”的案例分析,对这一问题进行研究。本研究认为,第一,找准品类是破除乡村产品多而不强的前提,通过差异化的品牌定位提升品牌的标识度,形成聚合效应,壮大集体经济。第二,提升品质是破除产业强而不优的基础,打造品牌形象提升知名度,产生溢价效应,促进联农带农。第三,推广品牌是破除品牌优而不精的关键,通过品牌组合提升美誉度,发挥品牌的扩散效应,实现强村富民。本研究提出,“找准品类—提升品质—推广品牌”是乡村区域品牌建设走向高质量、高品牌、高价格“三高循环”的序贯策略组合。本研究使用陕西省“袁家村”的品牌建设案例对分析框架进行印证,提炼了袁家村在区域公用品牌建设方面的核心经验。本文尝试为区域公用品牌助力乡村高质量发展,提供品牌策略组合和村域公用品牌的实践案例。

理工类综合院校区域国别人才培养模式及课程建设探究

在“一带一路”倡议不断深入推进的背景下,探索建立具有新时代中国特色的区域国别人才培养模式及课程建设范式是当前我国高校面临的迫切任务。基于此,分析当前我国高校区域国别人才培养的现状及存在的问题,以理工类综合院校为例,着重对该类院校区域国别人才培养模式、课程建设体系、师资及平台建设方面进行探讨,以期为我国高校区域国别人才培养模式的分类建构及具体实施提供参考。

包融共生 交叉互鉴——区域国别音乐研究学科关系摭谈

区域国别音乐研究作为一个由区域国别学和音乐学交叉而成的新兴研究领域,所涉学科属性与专业概念繁多,且内涵丰富、关系错综复杂。因此,站在学科与专业发展的交汇点上,借用采纳系统论、关系论和范畴学方法,以抽丝剥茧、条分缕析的方式对区域国别音乐研究相关学科属性、概念范畴、研究领域与研究方法等进行层层剖析,廓清区域国别音乐研究的学科边界与相互关系,厘清其理念内涵与概念范畴,对于区域国别音乐研究的建设与发展至关重要。在音乐学学科领域内,区域国别音乐研究与既有研究领域在学科生长点、研究内容、研究方法与视角上承前启后、相互交织,形成包融共生、交叉互鉴的发展格局。当前区域国别音乐研究方兴未艾,需在理性与激情的考量和反思中面向未来。

中国—东盟教育共同体视域下的国际中文教育及其未来发展进路

中国—东盟教育共同体的建立为“一带一路”倡议背景下国际中文教育的高质量发展提供了重要契机。现阶段应聚焦国际中文教育在国家战略、区域发展、事业发展以及个人能力发展等方面的时代要求,总结国际中文教育发展事业中的政策制定及其阶段性特征,在宏观层面构建一个强有力的政策治理体系,为中观层面的政策实施提供机制保障。同时,从微观层面着眼于教育合作的多方参与者,关注参与人员的规模、交流活动的成效以及教育发展的态势等。未来,还应从完善语言治理体系、构建项目合作集群、探索师资队伍建设、着力立体化人才培养、加强数智战略对接等方面推进高质量共建“一带一路”教育合作共同体背景下国际中文教育事业的创新发展。

新时代区域国别学的机遇与挑战——“一带一路”倡议十周年之际的第二届区域国别学交叉学科高峰论坛综述

“一带一路”倡议十周年之际,第二届区域国别学交叉学科高峰论坛的举办意义尤为重大。论坛以新时代区域国别学的使命为主题,围绕区域国别学交叉学科的学科构建、学科内涵、跨学科研究的理论与方法、复合型人才培养体系、本硕博贯通学制、学科建设的国际比较、跨学科管理、科研平台建设、师资队伍建设、实践模式与路径,以及区域国别学与国际政治语言学、国际传播、国际中文教育、外交话语的关系,区域国别学自主知识体系建构等诸多具体议题,进行了深入研讨和交流。会议的目的是促成区域国别学在新时代的体系化、系统化发展。

2023年菲律宾研究发展报告

2023年,学界对菲律宾研究重点和热点聚焦于国际关系中的安全和战略研究,研究成果较为丰硕。学者们对中美博弈中的菲美同盟因素,菲律宾安全政策及南海政策,菲律宾国内政治、经济、社会、教育和中菲关系等方面进行了研究。在对菲律宾在美国“印太战略”中的角色作用、菲律宾南海政策的历史梳理、菲律宾最新国家安全政策分析、家族政治、网络民粹主义、菲律宾经济、华侨华人、职业教育、华文教育、中菲关系、中菲双边贸易及产业合作等方面的研究取得了多项成果。下一步可在现有的基础上继续深化或开展专题研究,同时积极进行理论创新。此外,在历史、社会、文化及中菲关系研究等多个领域仍有很多可挖掘之处。由于学科设置的历史原因,目前对菲律宾的研究主要集中在国际关系、教育学和华侨华人等学科领域,其他学科对菲律宾研究的成果较分散且数量不多。菲律宾研究中存在的研究方向过于集中和研究力量不均衡的问题亟需得到有效改善。未来的菲律宾研究需要依托区域国别学的建设,需要历史学、政治学、国际关系学、国家安全学、经济学、法学、人类学和社会学等各学科之间的有机融通结合,使得菲律宾研究不断深入并取得更多更好的成果。
