Application of self-care based on full-course individualized health education in patients with chronic heart failure and its influencing factors 被引量:13

BACKGROUND The treatment of heart failure not only needs to relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life for patients but also needs to select scientific and reasonable ways to prevent or delay the progression of the disease,thus reducing the mortality and hospitalization rate.Although the previous regimen can effectively relieve symptoms in the early stage of treatment,long-term use may cause adverse events,such as arrhythmia,and even increase mortality.Therefore,conventional treatment cannot meet the actual health needs of patients,and scientific nursing intervention is very necessary.AIM To investigate the application of self-care based on full-course individualized health education (FCIHE) and its influencing factors in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).METHODS We enrolled CHF patients who were admitted to our center between September 2015 and June 2016 and divided them into an intervention group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50) using a random number table.Routine nursing care was applied to the control group,and FCIHE was offered to the intervention group.The self-care behavior,6-min walking distance (6MWD),and 36-item short form health survey (SF-36) scores were compared between the two groups.The influencing factors of the self-care were also analyzed.RESULTS The 6MWD was not significantly different between the two groups at admission (P > 0.05);however,at 3 and 6 mo after discharge,6MWD was significantly increased,and it was significantly longer in the intervention group (P < 0.05).The scores for self-care behavior showed no significant difference at admission between the two groups (P > 0.05);however,at 3 and 6 mo after discharge,the total scores for self-care maintenance,management,confidence,and behavior of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in the SF-36 scores at admission (P > 0.05);however,at 3 mo and 6 mo after discharge,the scores for all eight subscales,including physical functioning,role limitations due to physical problems,bodily pain,general health perceptions,vitality,social functioning,role-limitations due to emotional problems,and mental health,were significantly higher in the intervention group (P < 0.05).As shown by logistic regression analysis,the influencing factors of self-care mainly included age,cardiac function class,and education background (odds ratio > 1;all P < 0.05).CONCLUSION FCIHE improved self-care behavior and cardiac function in CHF patients.Age,cardiac function,and education level affected the implementation of self-care among CHF patients. 展开更多

Methods: Community residents were selected to detect, collate and analyze the social demographic information, body mass index, fasting blood glucose and blood lipid level of diabetic patients before and after health management. Results: The study showed that after the implementation of health management education in the community, the detection rate of diabetes patients increased, but the population was no longer mainly elderly patients, but mainly people under 60 years old. The levels of body mass index, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were significantly decreased (all P Conclusion: Through the investigation of patients before and after health management in residential communities, this study shows that the correct implementation of health management can effectively improve the physiological indicators of diabetes patients, improve the level of health quality, and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetes patients in communities. 展开更多

Background: According to the diversification of the health needs and the expansion of health disparities, it is necessary to raise their reflective practice skills so that PHNs present more appropriate activities. The purpose of this study was to elucidate the realities of reflective practice skills among public health nurses in Japan and identify related factors. Methods: This study covered 1725 public health nurses in the Chugoku/Shikoku area. We conducted an anonymous self-completed questionnaire survey. As reflective practice skills (RPS), we adopted the six components of the six cycles of the Gibbs reflective model. We used the 20 criteria of the Scale for Practical Competence (SPC). We set 25 learning history/daily lifestyle items. The study plan was approved by the Ethics Committee of Okayama University. Results: We analyzed the 962 (55.8%) valid responses. Although years of experience as a public health nurse was highly correlated with practical skills as measured by SPC, with a correlation coefficient of 0.627, it was not closely related with RPS, with a correlation coefficient as low as 0.129. A logistic regression analysis of the eight learning history items and six daily lifestyle items associated with RPS, with the introduction of the high/low RPS groups as dependent variables, showed a convergence to five factors (odds ratio of 1.38 - 2.29). Conclusions: Going forward, we will need to consider how to accumulate learning on a daily basis and how to include positive health practice in PHN education, in connection with exploring the curriculum and method of training. 展开更多

Oral Health Behaviors in a Sample of Portuguese Adolescents: An Educational Issue

Introduction: Oral health education is an important issue that should be given to children and adolescents, allowing the acquisition of correct oral health behaviors. The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence of oral health behaviors among a sample of portuguese adolescents and verify the association with socio-demographic factors, in order to analyze the main needs related with oral health education to improve oral health status among adolescents. Methods: A cross-sectional study was designed with a sample of 447 adolescents aged 12 to 19 years old, attending a public school in Sát&atilde;o, Portugal. A self-administered questionnaire was applied questioning about socio-demographic factors and oral health behaviors to each adolescent in the classroom. Prevalence was expressed in proportions and crude odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) were used to measure the strength of association between oral health behaviors and socio-demographic factors. Results: The prevalence of tooth brushing (twice-a-day or more) was 90.6%. Five point eight percent of adolescents reported daily flossing, more frequent among female gender (female, OR = 2.03, 95% CI = (1.35 to 3.05)) and adolescents older than 15 years (>15 years, OR = 1.90, 95% CI = (1.24 to 2.92)). Sixty-seven percent had at least one dental appointment in the previous twelve months. The prevalence of dental appointments was associated with the father’s professional situation (unemployed, OR = 0.33, 95% CI = (0.17 to 0.65)) and crowding index (>1, OR = 0.4, 95% CI = (0.16 to 0.98)). Thirty-two point nine percent of adolescents referred having at least one episode of dental pain during their lives. Conclusion: Considering the results of the present study that show the need of improvement of some aspects related with oral health among adolescents, oral health community programs and primary preventive strategies, such as improvement of oral health education in schools should be considered in order to reduce the risk level of oral diseases and develop better oral health behaviors. 展开更多

This article addresses the important role school health education program can play in reducing youth risky behaviors that lead to incarceration, diseases and fatalities or that impact their academic performance in school. Children growing up are at risks of exposure to different behaviors and common social influences which if unchecked result in unexpected health consequences common among youth in America today. According to US Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, the six leading behaviors that cause death, disability, and social problems among American children are: unintentional injuries and violence, alcohol and drug use, tobacco use, unhealthy diets, inadequate physical activities, and sexual behaviors and diseases. This article shows that school health program: 1) can provide the foundation for children to learn desired healthy behaviors in order to preserve life, 2) protects the future of children and that of the nation, 3) can teach students skills to recognize risky behaviors and resist them, 4) can boost community efforts to achieve desired health behaviors, 5) closes socio-economic gaps that interfere with basic nurturing of children, and 6) finally links local stakeholders as partners in promoting community safety. Through review of literature, the authors found that it costs ($588) daily or (214,620) annually to incarcerate a juvenile and only $75 daily for the cost of individualized community-based services. The cost to New York is over $900,000, yet does not address the causative issues. The authors recommend that schools teach comprehensive school health from kindergarten to grade 12 and employ health educators to support teachers teach health promotion and education. 展开更多

The adequacy of language education largely depends on the favorable and unfavorable emotions that teachers and students experience throughout the education process.Simply said,emotional factors play a key role in improving the quality of language teaching and learning.Furthermore,these emotional factors also promote the well-being of language teachers and learners and place them in a suitable mental condition.In view of the favorable impact of emotional factors on the mental health of language teachers and learners,many educational scholars around the world have studied these factors,their background,and their pedagogical consequences.Nonetheless,the majority of previous studies have employed traditional research methods in assessing these variables and their influences on language teachers’and learners’mental health.Because of the complex and dynamic quality of emotional factors,traditional research approaches often fail to evaluate these factors and their dynamic,non-linear connections with teachers’and learners’mental health and well-being.Accordingly,some novel research approaches are required to measure the dynamicity and complexity of emotional factors in language education settings.To address this call,the current state-of-the-art conceptual article seeks to provide new insights for investigating emotional factors and their potential impact on language teachers’and learners’mental states.This study also intends to offer a comprehensive list of emerging methods that take into account the complex and dynamic nature of emotional variables.Finally,the study outlines the potential implications of this review for educational researchers. 展开更多

Integration of Cervical Cancer Screening Services in the Routine Examinations Offered in the Kenyan Health Facilities: A Systematic Review

Therefore, there is need... Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer among women and the leading cause of deaths among women worldwide. In Kenya, uptake of screening services is at 3.2% below the targeted of 70%. Therefore, there is need to study the factors that lead to low uptake of the screening services. One way of increasing the uptake of the screening services is its integration with other routine services, thus leading to a reduction in morbidity and mortality rates associated with the disease. The objective of this study was to review and examine the importance of integrating cervical cancer screening services in the routine examinations offered in the Kenyan health facilities. A retrospective study design was adopted by this study. The review of articles, journals, strategic plans was done from the year 2012 to 2017. Data sources included Medline, PMC, Library, Pubmed, Google scholar, cancer prevention plans and strategies. About 28 data sources were reviewed with 78.5% indicating that increased knowledge and creation of awareness on cervical cancer would greatly improve the utilization of the screening services. More than 87% of the information collected among published work in Kenya demonstrated that knowledge on importance cervical cancer screening is inadequate. The primary results of this study suggest that all women of reproductive age (WRA) should undergo cervical cancer screening as a routine service. An integration approach should be adopted, to enhance knowledge on cervical cancer and the importance of screening, causes, preventive and treatment options. The study recommends that, the Government of Kenya through the Ministry of health should include cervical cancer screening as a routine procedure for all WRA. 展开更多

目的 以中国抗癌协会抖音账号内的健康科普短视频为例,分析其传播效果及影响因素,为提升健康科普短视频的传播效果提供理论参考。方法 基于“中国抗癌协会” 2个抖音账号中的科普视频,采用Wilcoxon秩和检验、Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验、... 目的 以中国抗癌协会抖音账号内的健康科普短视频为例,分析其传播效果及影响因素,为提升健康科普短视频的传播效果提供理论参考。方法 基于“中国抗癌协会” 2个抖音账号中的科普视频,采用Wilcoxon秩和检验、Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验、多元线性回归模型,从中心路径、边缘路径和内容发布时间3个方面分析影响健康科普短视频传播效果的主要因素。结果 本研究共纳入159条健康科普短视频。多元线性回归分析结果显示,中心路径方面的视频内容(β=-0.243)、出镜医务工作者职称(β=0.188)、视频时长(β=-0.408),边缘路径方面的标签数量(β=0.325)和内容发布时间方面的视频发布时间(β=-0.278)是影响健康科普短视频传播效果的主要因素(P<0.1)。结论 出镜医务工作者职称、视频标签数量、短视频时长及发布时间是影响健康科普短视频传播效果的主要因素,故相关部门应重视青年医务工作者科普能力的培养工作,优化健康科普短视频制作及传播策略。 展开更多

健康素养是指个人获取和理解基本健康信息和服务,并运用这些信息和服务作出正确决策,以维护和促进自身健康的能力。健康素养水平的提高能够显著改善个人和社会群体的健康行为,从而有助于提升一国人口的整体健康水平。为测算我国居民健... 健康素养是指个人获取和理解基本健康信息和服务,并运用这些信息和服务作出正确决策,以维护和促进自身健康的能力。健康素养水平的提高能够显著改善个人和社会群体的健康行为,从而有助于提升一国人口的整体健康水平。为测算我国居民健康素养水平,结合国内外健康素养的测评方法,从健康促进、疾病预防和医疗保健三个维度出发,创新性地设计了“北京大学中国居民健康素养网络调查问卷”,并面向中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2020年的受访者在全国范围内开展随机抽样与问卷调查。基于调查结果,对中国居民健康素养的总体水平和人群差异进行描述性分析,并在此基础上通过多元回归等统计方法考察不同维度健康素养的影响因素。结果显示,大多数中国居民具备一定的健康素养(71.41%),但具备较高健康素养水平的人群不足三成(25.07%)。分维度看,疾病预防(25%)与医疗保健(21%)维度中具备较高健康素养的人群比例较低。分人群看,健康素养得分较低的人群主要包括男性人群、60岁以下人群、受教育程度较低人群、自家农业生产经营人群与非农自雇雇主、农村与经济欠发达地区人群。研究结论表明,重视预防保健、关注文化程度较低人群的健康教育、关注劳动力人口的职业健康素养、推进欠发达地区的健康宣传对提升国民健康素养、实现健康中国战略具有重要意义。 展开更多

目的了解医学研究生生活方式和健康素养的现状及关系。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法选取贵州省全日制医学硕士研究生1562人为调查对象,自行设计调查问卷收集研究生的一般情况(包括性别、民族、年龄、身高、体质量、年级、学位类型、专业... 目的了解医学研究生生活方式和健康素养的现状及关系。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法选取贵州省全日制医学硕士研究生1562人为调查对象,自行设计调查问卷收集研究生的一般情况(包括性别、民族、年龄、身高、体质量、年级、学位类型、专业、生源地、父母亲文化水平及自评健康状况等),采用大学生健康生活方式量表和全国居民健康素养监测问卷测评研究生的生活方式和健康素养,采用Pearson相关分析和多元线性回归模型分析健康素养与生活方式的关联性。结果医学研究生生活方式总得分为(121.23±18.04)分,健康素养得分为(60.34±6.09)分,健康素养水平为75.99%;Pearson相关分析显示,除运动锻炼行为外,医学研究生的生活方式及各维度得分均与健康素养得分呈正相关(P<0.001);多元线性回归分析显示,在控制年龄、民族、年级、生源地、父母亲文化水平、家庭月收入及自评健康状况等变量后,医学研究生健康素养水平可正向预测生活方式得分(β=0.160,P<0.001)。结论贵州省医学研究生的生活方式与健康素养水平亟需改善,其健康素养水平可正向预测生活方式得分。 展开更多

目的探究天津市中小学生用眼行为情况与近视相关风险因素,以期针对性做好眼健康科普宣传与用眼教育指导工作。方法横断面调查研究。于2021年12月面向天津全市中小学生下发眼健康调研问卷,调查学生用眼习惯;并结合2021年下半年校园视力... 目的探究天津市中小学生用眼行为情况与近视相关风险因素,以期针对性做好眼健康科普宣传与用眼教育指导工作。方法横断面调查研究。于2021年12月面向天津全市中小学生下发眼健康调研问卷,调查学生用眼习惯;并结合2021年下半年校园视力筛查数据构建多因素Logistic回归模型,探究近视相关风险因素。结果共计回收问卷821459份,其中有效问卷701104份。小学生学习性电子产品使用时间与娱乐性电子产品使用时间大部分低于1 h(占比分别为57.74%与40.98%)。初中生学习性电子产品使用时间与娱乐性电子产品使用时间>2 h的人群(占比分别为26.61%与35.05%)较小学生(占比分别为11.21%与20.93%)均明显增多。大部分高中生每日学习性及娱乐性电子产品使用时间与纸质材料阅读时间均>2 h。51.59%的小学生睡眠时长不达标,初中生与高中生睡眠时长达标率分别为60.09%与64.99%。大部分(55.74%)中小学生日均户外活动时间为1~2 h。多元回归分析结果显示,小学生近视发生风险与电子产品使用时间(包括学习型与娱乐性)、近距离纸质材料阅读时间、户外活动时间、入睡时间及睡眠时长均相关(均为P<0.05);初中生近视发生风险则与娱乐性电子产品使用时间、近距离纸质材料阅读时间、户外活动时间及睡眠时长均相关(均为P<0.05);高中生近视发生风险仅与近距离纸质材料阅读时间及户外活动时长相关(均为P<0.05)。结论天津市小学生、初中生及高中生电子产品使用时间>2 h的人群比例逐渐升高,睡眠时长达标率逐步增加,其近视发生风险均与近距离纸质材料阅读时间及户外活动时长相关。整个社会应广泛开展科普宣传、加强用眼行为管理,实现我国儿童青少年近视率降低的目标。 展开更多

目的探索影响医务人员开展医院健康教育的因素,为完善医疗机构健康教育激励政策提供参考。方法2023年5—6月通过多阶段整群随机抽取北京市医疗机构人员,并开展横断面调查。描述性分析医务人员的基本人口学特征、健康教育指标;并采取χ^... 目的探索影响医务人员开展医院健康教育的因素,为完善医疗机构健康教育激励政策提供参考。方法2023年5—6月通过多阶段整群随机抽取北京市医疗机构人员,并开展横断面调查。描述性分析医务人员的基本人口学特征、健康教育指标;并采取χ^(2)检验比较不同特征人群及各因素下开展健康教育的组间差异;采用二分类Logistic回归分析探讨特征、能力、机会和动机对健康教育行为的影响。结果本研究共纳入医务人员2563名,其中医生1054人,护士1509人。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄(OR=1.294,95%CI:1.151~1.455)、文化程度(OR=1.193,95%CI:1.019~1.397)、技术职称(OR=1.311,95%CI:1.123~1.531)、经费支持(OR=1.233,95%CI:1.111~1.368)和绩效考核制度建设(OR=1.330,95%CI:1.178~1.502)为门诊健康教育的保护因素,个人月均收入(OR=0.755,95%CI:0.658~0.866)、医疗机构级别(OR=0.682,95%CI:0.615~0.756)和材料支持(OR=0.853,95%CI:0.734~0.992)为门诊健康教育的危险因素;医疗机构级别(OR=3.060,95%CI:2.739~3.418)和文化环境支持(OR=1.712,95%CI:1.497~1.957)为住院健康教育的保护因素,个人月均收入(OR=0.800,95%CI:0.698~0.916)为住院健康教育的危险因素。结论年龄、文化程度、个人月均收入、技术职称、所属医疗机构级别、经费支持、材料支持、文化环境支持和绩效考核制度建设为医务人员开展医院健康教育的影响因素。应定期开展健康教育能力提升,加强人员的健康教育知识与经验;同时,要为健康教育提供健全的反馈机制,鼓励医务人员将健康教育作为临床实践的一部分。 展开更多

目的:通过不同地区护理人员对脑卒中高危气象因素的认知和体验,探究基于气象的影响因素及应对策略,为形成规范的基于气象的脑卒中高危人群预防管理方案提供借鉴。方法:2023年2月—4月,采用目的抽样法选取兰州市、西安市、沈阳市、锦州... 目的:通过不同地区护理人员对脑卒中高危气象因素的认知和体验,探究基于气象的影响因素及应对策略,为形成规范的基于气象的脑卒中高危人群预防管理方案提供借鉴。方法:2023年2月—4月,采用目的抽样法选取兰州市、西安市、沈阳市、锦州市、长春市、南京市、苏州市、广州市、东莞市9个城市三级甲等医院的15名护理人员,采用质性研究的主题分析法进行深度访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步法分析访谈资料。结果:共提炼了两大主题:气象因素对脑卒中发病影响的认知和体验(气温对脑卒中发病影响的认知、季节对脑卒中发病影响的体验、气压对脑卒中发病影响的认知、湿度对脑卒中发病影响的认知);基于气象因素对脑卒中发病的管理策略(居家生活相关的管理策略、家庭支持相关的管理策略、信息支持相关的管理策略、健康教育相关的管理策略、用药指导相关的管理策略)。结论:气象因素与脑卒中关系密切,气象因素改变会导致机体出现微妙的变化进而诱发脑卒中。预防脑卒中的发病,应注意脑卒中发病与气象因素的关系,根据气象因素对脑卒中高危人群进行健康管理。 展开更多

基于LASSO-logistic回归探析中国边境地区流动人口结核病防治健康教育影响因素

目的:了解我国边境地区流动人口结核病防治健康教育接受现况,探析相关影响因素,为开展边境地区流动人口结核病防治健康教育提供参考。方法:基于2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查A卷6687名边境地区流动人口监测数据,采用LASSO-Logistic回... 目的:了解我国边境地区流动人口结核病防治健康教育接受现况,探析相关影响因素,为开展边境地区流动人口结核病防治健康教育提供参考。方法:基于2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查A卷6687名边境地区流动人口监测数据,采用LASSO-Logistic回归模型分析相关影响因素,并与传统Logistic回归结果进行比较,结合AIC和BIC评价两种模型效果。结果:6687名边境地区流动人口中共计2824(42.23%)人接受过结核病防治健康教育,西北边境地区(54.29%)接受率高于东北(35.28%)和西南(40.93%)边境地区。LASSO-Logistic回归显示,愿意居留(OR=1.153,95%CI:1.015~1.311)、知晓国家基本公共卫生服务项目(OR=3.279,95%CI:2.926~3.674)、与同乡交往(OR=1.267,95%CI:1.092~1.471)、参与组织(OR=1.436,95%CI:1.286~1.602)和社会活动(OR=1.290,95%CI:1.156~1.438)的边境流动人口接受结核病防治健康教育可能性较高。LASSO-Logistic回归模型的AIC和BIC均小于传统Logistics回归模型。结论:2017年边境地区流动人口结核病防治健康教育接受率较低且地区间差异较大。愿意居留、知晓国家基本公共卫生服务项目、与同乡交往、参与组织和社会活动对边境地区流动人口接受结核病防治健康教育具有显著正向影响。边境地区政府应制定针对流动人口的个性化福利与融合政策,扩大对结核病防治健康教育服务项目的政策宣传,提升流动人口的社会融入感与社会参与体验感,促进边境地区流动人口结核病防治健康教育利用。 展开更多

目的:探析农民工群体结核病健康教育相关影响因素,提供相关可行策略,以期提高其结核病健康教育接受率。方法:以2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查A卷91481名农民工为样本,基于Logistic回归及决策树模型分析农民工结核病健康教育影响因素... 目的:探析农民工群体结核病健康教育相关影响因素,提供相关可行策略,以期提高其结核病健康教育接受率。方法:以2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查A卷91481名农民工为样本,基于Logistic回归及决策树模型分析农民工结核病健康教育影响因素。构建ROC曲线并计算曲线下面积以比较判断两模型分析效果。结果:91481名农民工群体结核病健康教育接受率为33.9%,接受方式主要为宣传资料(纸质、影视)(93.8%)和宣传栏/电子显示屏(85.8%)等传统方式。Logistic回归显示,流入中、西及东北部地区、愿意居留当地、知晓国家基本公共卫生服务项目、建立健康档案、利用随访体检服务、参与组织或社会活动、参加社会医疗保险的农民工接受结核病健康教育可能性较高。决策树模型显示,国家基本公共卫生服务项目知晓情况为农民工结核病健康教育影响程度最大因素,其次为流入地区、组织或社会活动参与和健康档案建立。两模型整体效能均较高,Logistic回归模型特异度(63.3%)高于决策树模型(61.1%),决策树模型灵敏度(72.1%)高于Logistic回归模型(71.8%)。结论:在推进基本公共卫生服务均等化过程中应重点关注弱势群体如农民工群体的可及性问题,加强项目宣传,出台普惠政策,搭建救助平台,多举措吸引农民工群体参与利用服务。 展开更多

某医科大学医学生亚健康状况的影响因素分析

目的了解某医科大学医学生亚健康状况,分析医学生亚健康状态的相关影响因素,以冀为预防医学生亚健康状态提出切实可行的干预措施,改善医学生亚健康状况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,于2022年11月—2023年3月对黑龙江省某医科大学286... 目的了解某医科大学医学生亚健康状况,分析医学生亚健康状态的相关影响因素,以冀为预防医学生亚健康状态提出切实可行的干预措施,改善医学生亚健康状况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,于2022年11月—2023年3月对黑龙江省某医科大学2865名医学生应用亚健康评定量表(SHMS V1.0)进行现场问卷调查,利用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析医学生亚健康状态的影响因素。结果2865名医学生中,SHMS V1.0量表总转化分为(66.07±12.76)分,亚健康总人数为1783人,健康人数为427人,疾病人数为655人,亚健康总检出率为62.2%。单因素分析结果显示,家庭所在地、独生子女情况、父亲受教育程度、母亲受教育程度、家庭人均月收入、体检情况、接受过健康教育情况、饮酒情况、每周吃早餐频率、饮用含糖饮料频率、每周锻炼频率和每日睡眠时长不同的医学生亚健康检出率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,母亲受教育程度(OR=0.790)、体检情况(OR=0.724)、是否接受过健康教育(OR=0.802)、是否饮酒(OR=1.272)、饮用含糖饮料频率(OR=1.705)、每周锻炼频率(OR=0.703)和每日睡眠时长(OR=0.510)是医学生亚健康状态的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论该医科大学医学生亚健康检出率较高,母亲受教育程度、体检情况、是否接受过健康教育、是否饮酒、饮用含糖饮料频率、每周锻炼频率和每日睡眠时长均是医学生亚健康状态的影响因素,高校多措并举可有效改善医学生亚健康状态,如大力开展健康教育且设立专项健康体检基金、重点关注高等教育对健康的代际传递效应、校企合作精准帮扶贫困学生等。 展开更多
