人脸表情识别在人机交互、临床医学、安全驾驶等方面有着广泛的应用前景。针对传统LSTM网络只能根据单向传播信息学习表情时序特征的局限,提出在双向传播的Bi-LSTM网络基础上,采用恒等映射残差理论有效防止易受网络深度引起的梯度消失... 人脸表情识别在人机交互、临床医学、安全驾驶等方面有着广泛的应用前景。针对传统LSTM网络只能根据单向传播信息学习表情时序特征的局限,提出在双向传播的Bi-LSTM网络基础上,采用恒等映射残差理论有效防止易受网络深度引起的梯度消失问题。又因为提取空间特征的Inception-V3网络存在参数过多,容易过拟合等问题,提出添加两个Reduction模块减少参数,进而得到泛化性更好的Inception-w模型。最后对设计的模型在CK+和Oulu-CASIA两个数据集上进行实验,并与现有方法进行对比。实验可得最高识别率为99.6%,表明该方法在一定范围内具有较好的识别准确率。 展开更多

目的观察基于可及性、有效性、采用率、实施性与持续性(reach,effectiveness,adoption,implementation,maintenance,RE-AIM)和柯氏模型的反思实践培训方案在本科医学带教中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月-2023年6月重庆医科大学附属第... 目的观察基于可及性、有效性、采用率、实施性与持续性(reach,effectiveness,adoption,implementation,maintenance,RE-AIM)和柯氏模型的反思实践培训方案在本科医学带教中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月-2023年6月重庆医科大学附属第一医医学临床医学专业学生124名,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=61)及研究组(n=63)。对照组采用传统教学方案,研究组使用基于RE-AIM和柯氏模型的反思实践培训方案进行教学。观察2组学生的教学效果、考核成绩、自我效能、批判思维评分及学生满意度。结果研究组临床思维能力、医学人文精神、公共卫生服务、社区情怀评分均高于对照组;研究组实践成绩、理论成绩、总分高于对照组;研究组工作职责评分、教育要求评分高于对照组;研究组寻找真相、自信心、求知欲、分析能力、开放思维、认知成熟度、系统化能力7个维度均高于对照组;研究组学习兴趣激发、思维能力提高、自学能力培养、理论知识掌握、语言和表达能力提高5个维度满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于RE-AIM和柯氏模型的反思实践培训方案有助于提高本科医学生的教学效果,提高教理论及实践成绩,培养实习生批判思维并提高其对带教工作的满意。 展开更多

为提高鱼类表型分割精度和准确度,实现鱼类表型智能监测,该研究基于深度学习算法构建了VED-SegNet模型用于鱼类表型分割和测量。该模型将cross stage partial network和GSConv结合作为编码器(VoV-GSCSP),保持足够精度的同时降低网络结... 为提高鱼类表型分割精度和准确度,实现鱼类表型智能监测,该研究基于深度学习算法构建了VED-SegNet模型用于鱼类表型分割和测量。该模型将cross stage partial network和GSConv结合作为编码器(VoV-GSCSP),保持足够精度的同时降低网络结构复杂性。另一方面,该模型采用EMA(efficient multi-scale attention module with cross-spatial learning)建立强化结构,加强编码器和解码器之间的信息传递,提高模型精度,并实现了8个表型类别的输出。采用自建的鱼类表型分割数据集对VED-SegNet模型进行了测试,测量结果中鱼类各表型比例与实际测量值相接近,表型最大平均绝对和平均相对误差为0.39%、11.28%,能实现无接触式提取水产养殖中鱼类表型比例。对比其他常见语义分割模型,平均交并比mean intersection over union,mIoU和平均像素准确率mean pixel accuracy,m PA最高,分别到达了87.92%、92.83%。VED-SegNet模型在环境复杂、多鱼重叠的养殖水体鱼类监测场景中精准分割鱼类形态特征,可为鱼类表型智能测量提供技术支持。 展开更多

With the huge rise of energy demand,the power system in the current era is moving to a new standard with increased access to renewable energy sources(RESs)integrated with distribution generation(DG)network.The RESs necessitate interfaces for controlling the power generation.The multilevel inverter(MLI)can be exploited for RESs in two diverse modes,namely,the power generation mode(stand-alone mode),and compensator mode(statcom).Few works have been carried out in optimization of controller gains with the load variations of the single type such as reactive load variation in different cases.Nevertheless,this load type may be unbalanced hence,to overcome such issues.So,a sophisticated optimization algorithm is important.This paper aims to introduce a control design via an optimization assisted PI controller for a 7-level inverter.In the present technique,the gains of the PI controller are adjusted dynamically by the adopted hybrid scheme,grey optimizer with dragon levy update(GD-LU),based on the operating conditions of the system.Here,the gains are adjusted such that the error between the reference signal and fault signal should be minimal.Thus,better dynamic performance could be attained by the present optimized PI controller.The proposed algorithm is the combined version of grey wolf optimization(GWO)and dragonfly algorithm(DA).Finally,the performance of the proposed work is compared and validated over other state-of-the-art models concerning error measures. 展开更多

青藏高原地区的湖泊对当地环境、生态、人文的影响巨大,从遥感高分影像上准确、迅速提取大型湖泊是开展相关研究的重要基础。遥感影像的湖泊提取方法已从传统人工目视解译向自动化发展,但NDWI等常用水体提取技术在应用于不同地域对象时... 青藏高原地区的湖泊对当地环境、生态、人文的影响巨大,从遥感高分影像上准确、迅速提取大型湖泊是开展相关研究的重要基础。遥感影像的湖泊提取方法已从传统人工目视解译向自动化发展,但NDWI等常用水体提取技术在应用于不同地域对象时精度不一,特别在提取高原大型湖泊时精度仍有待提高。针对这一问题,设计了一种Res-Unet相结合的水体提取深度学习神经网络,选取青藏高原地区的Landsat高分影像作为训练数据,利用训练所得模型对青藏高原的色林错湖进行提取并分析其20年内的面积变化情况。结果表明:(1)基于Res-Unet的神经网络提取湖泊面积的mIoU为0.9279,Kappa系数为0.9252,远高于NDWI的提取精度,适用于色林错湖面积提取;(2)2000—2020年,该湖泊总面积增长了468.70 km^(2),与青藏高原北部的各拉丹东冰川消融带来的径流补给增加存在联系。 展开更多

Reradiation interference(RRI) from ultra high voltage(UHV) power lines has become a hotspot for researches in electromagnetic(EM) interference between UHV power grids and adjacent radio stations.The mechanism of RRI,numerical simulations,methods of protecting distance calculation,and resonance characteristics of RRI are reviewed in this paper using results of works reported by IEEE and Chinese publications.We conclude in this review that RRI at short and medium wavelengths can be simulated using method of moment(MoM) and two commonly used models,the wire model and the surface model,which have different applicable conditions.We indicate that the accurate simulation of RRI at higher frequencies using uniform geometrical theory of diffraction is still beyond our capability because it requires studies of the relative simulation methods.We also suggest that further researches of the mechanism of RRI and the prediction of resonance frequencies above 1.7 MHz are necessary for dealing with the interference between the existing power lines and radio stations because resonance frequencies proposed by IEEE are less than 1.7 MHz. 展开更多

In precision machining of complex curved surface parts with high performance, geometry accuracy is not the only constraint, but the performance should also be met. Performance of this kind of parts is closely related to the geometrical and physical parameters, so the final actual size and shape are affected by multiple source constraints, such as geometry, physics, and performance. These parts are rather difficult to be manufactured and new manufacturing method according to performance requirement is urgently needed. Based on performance and manufacturing requirements for complex curved surface parts, a new classification method is proposed, which divided the complex curved surface parts into two categories: surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints(PRCS) and surface unique complex curved surface parts with pure geometric constraints(PUCS). A correlation model is constructed between the performance and multi-source constraints for PRCS, which reveals the correlation between the performance and multi-source constraints. A re-design method is also developed. Through solving the correlation model of the typical paws performance-associated surface, the mapping relation between the performance-associated surface and the related removal amount is obtained. The explicit correlation model and the method for the corresponding related removal amount of the performance-associated surface are built based on the classification of surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints. Research results have been used in the actual processing of the typical parts such as radome, common bottom components, nozzle, et al., which shows improved efficiency and accuracy of the precision machining for the surface re-design parts with complex curved surface. 展开更多

Because the nonlinearity of fatigue damage accumulation is taken into account,this model is able to predict the fatigue reliability for random spectrum loadingconveniently. To verify the predicted results, a special fatigue expenment, in which thenumber of specimen is up to 101, is conducted using a fighter spectrum loading. Oriented to CAD/CAM seamless integration, this paper presents an idea for synthetically considering the qualitative history model, which represents the whole course of modeling, and the quantitative geometry model, which contains the extended Brep model, CSG and feature pedigree. History model building captures in background the dynamic interactive definition of engineering requirement and then explicitly conveys the original intention to successive application layers, which is conductive to the decision support of manufacturing planning in not only automatic geometry re constructing but also machining set up. G DSG theory as an earlier achievement is applied to generate the topology independent generalized mid model as an input to manufacturing planning, which is therefore simplified and its accuracy is simultaneously improved. Manufacturing planning lays emphasis on optimizing the mapping in both geometry and function from part itself to detail machining scheme. 针对当前车型识别过程中检测精度与实时性难以平衡的问题,提出了一种基于RepVGG-A0改进的公路车型识别网络,利用结构重参数化思想融合多分枝网络以提升网络推理速度。使用混合空洞卷积替换传统卷积,强化了模型对大目标的识别能力。在网... 针对当前车型识别过程中检测精度与实时性难以平衡的问题,提出了一种基于RepVGG-A0改进的公路车型识别网络,利用结构重参数化思想融合多分枝网络以提升网络推理速度。使用混合空洞卷积替换传统卷积,强化了模型对大目标的识别能力。在网络主干中插入融合残差结构的坐标注意力(RES-CA)模块,提升了网络对有效特征信息的提取能力,同时避免了梯度消失与梯度退化造成的影响。此外采用了标签平滑正则化方法对损失函数进行改进,降低了模型过拟合对检测结果的影响,提升了模型的泛化性。经验证,本方法在公路车辆数据集BIT-Vehicle上的识别准确率达到了97.17%,较原模型提升了2.67%,优于现有的ResNet-18,VGG等网络模型,同时保证了模型的检测速度。 展开更多

It is widely acknowledged that Requirements Engineering (RE) has an important implication for the overall success of software or system development projects. As more and more organizations consider RE as the principal problem areas in the projects, improving RE process therefore appears critical for future business success. Moreover, nowadays there are evidences that support improving RE process maturity can contributes to improved business performance. There exist generic Software Process Improvement (SPI) standards, specialised RE process improvement models as well as guidance and advices on RE. However, they suffer from various issues that limit their adoption by organizations that are interested to assess and improve their RE process capability. Therefore, the research presented in this paper proposes a new RE process improvement model. The model is built by adapting and expanding the structure of the continuous representation of the formal maturity framework Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) developed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) through three rounds of development and validation stages, which involved RE and CMMI expert panel in the software industry. This paper aims to provide an overview on what, why and how we build the maturity model for RE. The intention is to provide a foundation for future development in the area of RE process improvement. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a dynamic multi-descriptor fusion (DMDF) approach to improving the retrieval accuracy of 3-dimensional (3D) model retrieval systems. First, an independent retrieval list is generated by using each individual descriptor. Second, we propose an automatic relevant/irrelevant models selection (ARMS) approach to selecting the relevant and irrelevant 3D models automatically without any user interaction. A weighted distance, in which the weight associated with each individual descriptor is learnt by using the selected relevant and irrelevant models, is used to measure the similarity between two 3D models. Furthermore, a descriptor-dependent adaptive query point movement (AQPM) approach is employed to update every feature vector. This set of new feature vectors is used to index 3D models in the next search process. Four 3D model databases are used to compare the retrieval accuracy of our proposed DMDF approach with several descriptors as well as some well-known information fusion methods. Experimental results have shown that our proposed DMDF approach provides a promising retrieval result and always yields the best retrieval accuracy. 展开更多
