为实现电力系统次/超同步振荡的快速、准确辨识,提出了一种基于同步压缩广义S变换(synchrosqueezing generalized S transform, SSGST)和改进稀疏时域法(improved sparse time domain method,ISTD)结合的次/超同步振荡辨识方法。该方法... 为实现电力系统次/超同步振荡的快速、准确辨识,提出了一种基于同步压缩广义S变换(synchrosqueezing generalized S transform, SSGST)和改进稀疏时域法(improved sparse time domain method,ISTD)结合的次/超同步振荡辨识方法。该方法首先利用能量比函数对电力系统广域量测信息实时检测,当检测到信号能量发生突变时,利用SSGST对检测到的振荡信号分解得到相应的SSGST时频系数矩阵;然后通过改进的脊线提取方法在时频域实现对各振荡分量的最优轨迹搜索;进一步,结合最优轨迹时频索引重构各振荡分量的时域分量,并利用ISTD辨识方法计算出各振荡分量的频率和阻尼比系数;最后,通过自合成模拟信号、双馈风电场经串补并网系统仿真信号和某实际风电场实测数据验证了所提方法的准确性和有效性。 展开更多

Teaching Ultrasound Imaging for Central Line Placement—A Resident’s Perspective

The availability of ultrasound (US) devices has refined techniques for vascular access. The resident trainee’s ability to learn US techniques depends upon device availability, skills, and motivation of instructors. We hypothesized that hands-on teaching program of US techniques for vascular access would have a positive impact on the trainee’s perceptions. After IRB approval, PGY3 anesthesiology residents with limited prior experience in US-guided vascular access underwent close supervision by attending staff as they performed US-guided Internal Jugular Vein (IJV) central line placements. A total of 66 land mark (LM) and 75 US-guided IJV cannulation performed by 19 residents were supervised. Residents completing the study were more proactive with 68.4% agreeing to use US based techniques for an anticipated difficulty in accessing central lines. The graduating residents involved in the study all strongly agreed that US imaging for vascular access was within the scope of practice of all anesthesiologists, and that training guidelines be established and incorporated in their practice. Fifty eight percent of residents stated that their confidence and skill levels had significantly improved. Teaching US-guided techniques resulted in an increase employment of such techniques by graduating residents with no impediment attributed to knowledge deficits or inexperience. Residents were more proactive with using US for anticipated difficulty in IJV placement. A short neck, poor landmark, anticoagulation, morbid obesity favored US use by residents. Systematic teaching of US techniques is justified as it significantly improves the resident’s perceptions and confidence. 展开更多

Depth-dependent distribution patterns of bacterial and archaeal communities in deep sea water column around the Ninetyeast Ridge in the Indian Ocean were investigated using 16S rRNA gene profiling.Sampling was conducted at the northern Ninetyeast Ridge(1°59.89′N–9°59.70′S,87°58.90′E–88°00.03′E)from September to November 2016 where samples were collected from the bathyal(1000 m)to bathypelagic depths(>4000 m)in four different stations.A total of 1565405 clean data falling into 6712 bacterial OTUs and 1452727 clean data falling into 806 archaeal OTUs based on 97%similarity level were analyzed.Most of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequences were affiliated with Gammaproteobacteria,followed by Alphaproteobacteria and Bacteroidia.The archaeal 16S rRNA gene sequences mostly affiliated to Nitrososphaeria(Thaumarchaeota)dominated with relative abundances ranging from 52.68%to 97.2%,followed by Thermoplasmata(Euryarchaeota).Vertical partitioning of bacterial and archaeal communities among different water layers was observed.Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)and Spearman’s correlations revealed that depth(P=0.003),dissolved oxygen(P=0.019),and nitrite(P=0.033)were the main environmental factors affecting bacterial community structure at genus level in the Ninetyeast Ridge.On the other hand,the first two CCA axes accounted for 74.4%of the explained total variance,it seems that the archaeal communities at genus level were heavily influenced by the environmental variables including depth,dissolved oxygen(DO),nitrite,salinity,phosphate,ammonia,nitrate,and silicate,but none of them exhibited any significant correlation on the structuring(P>0.1). 展开更多

Clean-energy substitution technology for existing residential buildings in cities is an inevitable choice for sustainable development and low-carbon ecological city construction.In this paper,the current status of energy-saving renovation and renewable-energy applications for existing residential buildings in various cities in China was summarized by using statistical methods.The geographical distribution of clean-energy power generation in primary energy production in China was explored in depth.According to different climatic divisions for existing urban residences,clean-energy production and consumption were analyzed and predicted based on the STIRPAT model.The results show that the energy consumption of urban residential buildings in 2016 increased by 43.6%compared with 2009,and the percentage of clean energy also increased from 7.9%to 13.4%.Different climatic regions have different advantages regarding clean energy:nuclear power generation leads in the region that experiences hot summers and warm winters,whereas wind and solar power generation lead in the cold and severely cold regions.The present results provide basic data support for the planning and implementation of clean-energy upgrading and transformation systems in existing urban residences in China. 展开更多

This paper focused on Japan who was as a new colonial government in Taiwan under Japanese rule,during the period of which took official buildings or urban planning mainly of a series of Western European-style architecture as a ruler’s cultural identity and a modern Taiwan policy.However,in the context of East Asian modernity,the basic colonial not only mixed Eurocentric,but also included Japan Center and the interaction between the two.Therefore,the scope of research and discussion shall have regarded to the non-Western,non-white nature of the Japanese Empire,and its colonial/modernity construction is another new model.Taiwan Governor-General’s Residence as the Governor-General’s residence for Japanese government combined administrative office,daily living,and social life,showing a symbol of Japan’s colonial ruling class,and a hostel to greet Japanese royal family and the nobility from time to time.As a mansion of both Western Baroque and Japanese style,its architectural design has class meaning,therefore it featured with a class-separation building,also combined the leisure of Western high society.The associated festivals at that time included tea party,fairs and royal family welcoming pilgrimage,the part of which with a strong political implication.This paper mainly uses the images of the Taiwan Governor-General’s Residence during the Japanese rule period and the literature at that time to restore the mixed taste and Japanese-Western style of Taiwan at that time.The Japanese colonists ruled the complex interactions of different ethnic groups in Taiwan. 展开更多

熔融包裹体中的硅酸盐子矿物、金属相和流体相可以动态地反映岩浆演化过程中岩浆的成分变化和金属成矿物质从熔浆中出熔分离的过程。本文选取南大西洋中脊15°S(SMAR15°S)热液区玄武岩斜长石熔融包裹体作为研究对象,通过扫描... 熔融包裹体中的硅酸盐子矿物、金属相和流体相可以动态地反映岩浆演化过程中岩浆的成分变化和金属成矿物质从熔浆中出熔分离的过程。本文选取南大西洋中脊15°S(SMAR15°S)热液区玄武岩斜长石熔融包裹体作为研究对象,通过扫描电镜能谱分析和激光拉曼分析,揭示熔融包裹体中熔体相的成分和金属矿物的种类,探讨岩浆作用对成矿的贡献。研究表明,斜长石熔融包裹体中存在黄铜矿、黄铁矿、磁铁矿和铬铁矿等金属子矿物,它们随脱气作用从岩浆中分离并进入岩浆流体相中冷凝结晶。熔融包裹体中金属子矿物与母岩无明显蚀变,共同指示岩浆流体对SMAR15°S热液区块状硫化物的形成可能具有一定贡献。SMAR15°S热液区热液硫化物可能存在岩浆来源。 展开更多

南大西洋中脊的26°S热液区广泛发育多金属硫化物、底泥、枕状熔岩、非活动性烟囱体和活动性烟囱体。为了有效探索硫、铜等成矿物质的来源以及成矿作用过程,分别以玄武岩、烟囱体残片及块状多金属硫化物为研究对象,开展了熔融包裹... 南大西洋中脊的26°S热液区广泛发育多金属硫化物、底泥、枕状熔岩、非活动性烟囱体和活动性烟囱体。为了有效探索硫、铜等成矿物质的来源以及成矿作用过程,分别以玄武岩、烟囱体残片及块状多金属硫化物为研究对象,开展了熔融包裹体、硫同位素和铜同位素研究。结果显示:区内玄武岩新鲜未蚀变且斑晶中产出大量熔融包裹体;熔融包裹体气泡壁附着黄铜矿、黄铁矿及磁铁矿等子矿物,说明在岩浆作用过程中可从熔浆中分离出成矿所需的金属元素和硫,这些成矿元素随着岩浆去气作用进入挥发分中,并随着脱气作用迁移出来。通过对烟囱体残片及块状多金属硫化物中黄铁矿的硫同位素组成进行比对分析,发现26°S热液区内硫化物的硫同位素与大西洋各热液区硫化物的硫同位素变化范围相一致,但δ^34SV-CDT值略低(3.0‰~3.9‰)。低的δ^34SV-CDT值指示硫以岩浆硫源为主,海水硫酸盐还原硫占比低。黄铜矿呈现略微富铜重同位素特征且分馏程度较低,其δ^65Cu值(0.171‰~0.477‰)趋近于大洋中脊玄武岩的铜同位素值(0)。综合硫同位素及铜同位素特征,表明热液流体经历了岩浆和海水的混合过程,成矿物质主要来自于岩浆热液,成矿作用过程中可能有少量海水混入。 展开更多

南大西洋14.0°S热液区是由我国在大西洋中脊首次发现的热液区,该热液区位于南大西洋中脊与卡蒂诺(Cardno)转换断层相交的离轴内角位置。本文利用透反显微镜和X射线衍射(XRD)方法,对14.0°S热液区的热液硫化物进行了矿物学研究... 南大西洋14.0°S热液区是由我国在大西洋中脊首次发现的热液区,该热液区位于南大西洋中脊与卡蒂诺(Cardno)转换断层相交的离轴内角位置。本文利用透反显微镜和X射线衍射(XRD)方法,对14.0°S热液区的热液硫化物进行了矿物学研究。结果显示,热液硫化物按照矿石构造可分为块状硫化物和烟囱残片两类,块状硫化物包括富铁和富铜硫化物,烟囱残片为富铁硫化物。块状硫化物矿石根据孔隙发育程度的差异,又可分为致密型和多孔硫化物矿石,这种致密程度的差异取决于硅质物质的含量。块状硫化物矿相学特征表明,本区热液活动至少存在3个期次,表层堆积矿石中硅质物质的大量产出很可能与侵入型网脉矿的发育有关。表层堆积矿石贫Zn的特征,指示虽然该区热液具有多期次性,但热液系统内Zn再活化作用不显著,这种特征很可能是由于本区洋壳较好的渗透性导致。 展开更多

目的应用电子鼻咽镜测量Ⅱ型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者上气道结构的变化,予指导改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术中软腭切除的范围,观察其手术疗效。方法选取2020年2~10月,福建医科大学莆田学院附属医院耳鼻咽喉科应用电子鼻咽镜... 目的应用电子鼻咽镜测量Ⅱ型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者上气道结构的变化,予指导改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术中软腭切除的范围,观察其手术疗效。方法选取2020年2~10月,福建医科大学莆田学院附属医院耳鼻咽喉科应用电子鼻咽镜,经鼻分别测量试验组38例Ⅱ型OSAHS患者与对照组38例健康成人腭部的长度及咽后壁派氏嵴的距离,分析两组所得参数;试验组采用完整保留软腭游离缘及悬雍垂改良术式,根据测量数据切除软腭组织,平均切除软腭长度(10.3±3.7)mm。术后随访6~12个月,观察术后并发症及临床疗效。结果两组测量所得咽后壁的派氏嵴距离比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),腭部长度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者明显变长,手术切除变长的软腭组织,术后随访其临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未出现术后常见的并发症。结论应用电子鼻咽镜可直视下评估OSAHS患者在清醒状态下的上气道解剖结构变化,为手术治疗OSAHS患者定量提供切除软腭的范围,提高手术疗效,有效防止术后并发症的发生。 展开更多
