The practice of human rights in contemporary China puts forward an urgent demand for the innovation in human rights theories.On the basis of summarizing the practice of human rights in contemporary China,the developmental theory of human rights holds that human rights are the value consensus and social norms fostered by the common crisis faced by all human beings under the background of globalization of market economy.The free,comprehensive and harmonious development of all people is the ultimate goal of human rights.Taking the right to human development"as a purposive right can provide more enlightening explanations for the relational structure of human rights.

Impacts of Changes in Structure of Rural Land Property Rights on Agricultural Performance

In the reform process of the rural land property rights system,the incentive mechanism of the rural land property rights system has a crucial impact on the production activities of rural economic entities.Due to the different rights structures of the property rights system in different social and economic development stages,the land rights and interests enjoyed by rural economic subjects are different,and the degree of incentives for farmers is also different.This difference in incentives affects farmers investment in agricultural production factors,which in turn affects agricultural performance.This paper analyzes the incentive impacts of the structure of rural land property rights on the changes of farmers land rights and agricultural performance since the founding of the People s Republic of China,in order to further deepen the reform of the land system,protect the rights and interests of farmers,promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and explore the realization form and operation mechanism of the rural collective land system in the new era.

The Analysis of the Governance Effect of Chinese Public Corporation Based on Capital Structure

Under the existed system, the capital structure is the basis of the corporate governance, the structure of the corporate governance is the reflection of the capital structure. The choice of the capital structure decides the level of the corporate governance to a great degree. This paper discusses the governance effect of Chinese public corporation in the view of capital structure. At last, the author suggests that the government should change the state of state-owned stock which takes a great proportion, make the state-owned stocks and corporation stocks enter and circulate in the market, develop investment banks, promote the stockholder＇s rights to circulate and recombine, enhance the supervision and the management of the stock markets, perfect the mechanism of the market＇s operation, set up the mechanism of the way to protect to pay back the debt, perfect the system of bankruptcy and develop the way of bond-financing, offset the drawbacks of the indirect-financing among banks and so on. All of the advice was given to perfect the public company＇s capital structure and improve the efficiency of the corporate governance.

A new broadband differential phase shifter fabricated using a novel CRLH structure

Broadband phase shifters are mostly proposed and fabricated based on the scheme proposed by Shiffman, which uses a coupled line with far ends connected together and a uniform transmission line to give a differential phase shift. Based on the unique dispersion property of the composite right/left-handed (CRLH) metamaterial structure, a new configuration is presented in this paper for fabricating the broadband differential phase shifter, which employs a novel CRLH metamaterial structure as one of the differential phase-shift arms, instead of the conventional coupled line. The new circuit can achieve a phase shift of 90° in an operational bandwidth as broad as one octave and its phase deviations are quite small. An original design of the novel broadband phase shifter is presented, in which the artificial CRLH structure was implemented by microstrip quasi-lumped elements. Both the simulated and measured results of the 90° broadband differential phase shifter are presented.

Echocardiography evaluation of right ventricular structure and function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Background Early and accurate assessment of right ventricular changes in patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is of great value,because these changes are important factors affecting the prognosis of patients with COPD. This study aimed to investigate the changes of right ventricular structure and function by electrocardiography in COPD patients,and to evaluate the correlations of pulmonary function,COPD assessment test(CAT)score with the changes. Methods According to the"ABCD"2016 Global initiative for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(GOLD)update,stable COPD patients were divided into four groups:GOLD A group,GOLD B group,GOLD C group,and GOLD D group. There were 30 patients of each group enrolled from December 2016 to December 2017 in Guangdong General Hospital. During the same period,30 physical examination volunteers were enrolled as the healthy control group. Pulmonary function and echocardiography were performed in all subjects. All COPD patients completed CAT test. One-way ANOVA and SNK-q test were used to analyze the differences in parameters of right ventricular structure and function between different GOLD groups and healthy controls. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relation between CAT score,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and echocardiographic parameters. Results Compared with control group,right ventricular wall thickness(RVWT)was significantly thicker in patients of GOLD A,B and C groups(P<0.001),but not for GOLD D group. In sharp contrast,only in the patients of GOLD D group,right ventricular basal diameter(RV basal diameter)and right ventricular outflow tract(RVOT)(2.84±0.56 cm and 4.63±0.54 cm)were significantly longer than those in healthy controls and other GOLD groups(P<0.001).The patients of GOLD C and D groups had higher E/A ratio and E/e′ ratio compared with control group,GOLD A and B groups(P<0.001). But only in GOLD D group,the fractional area change(FAC)and tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion(TAPSE)were decreased significantly,compared with control group and other GOLD groups(P<0.001). The right ventricular index of myocardial performance(RIMP)in GOLD B,C and D groups was increased significantly compared with healthy control and GOLD A group(P<0.001). Moreover,correlation analysis showed that no correlations were found between FEV1 and all parameters of right ventricular structure and function,but CAT was positively correlated with RIMP(r=0.696,P=0.019). Conclusions Echocardiography could be a good assessment for right ventricular structure and function in COPD patients. Right ventricular wall thickening and diastolic dysfunction occur in the early stage of COPD,followed by right ventricular volume enlargement and systolic dysfunction.
