Diversity and Application of Herbaceous Flowers in Urban Road Greening in Hefei City

In urban road greening,the planting of ground cover flowers is essential,and herbaceous flowers are an important part.Through the investigation on the diversity of herbaceous flowers in urban road green spaces of Hefei City,the types,colors,application frequency and planting of herbaceous flowers in urban road green spaces were statistically analyzed,and the application forms of herbaceous flowers in the road greening of Hefei City were studied.The characteristics and problems of herbaceous flowers in the road greening of Hefei City were found,and some development suggestions were put forward.

Study on Road Greening in the Main Urban Area of Chongqing City Based on Plant Diversity

The greening situation of 242 road greenbelts in 7 administrative regions in the main urban city of Chongqing City was investigated by field survey, and the plant composition, application frequency, species richness and diversity of plants used for road greening in the main urban area were analyzed. The results show that there were 105 species of plants used for road greening(not including seasonal flowers displayed temporarily) in the main urban area of Chongqing City, belonging to 80 genera, 47 families. Among them, there were 95 species of woody plants and 10 species of perennial herbs, accounting for 90.47% and 9.53% of the total number respectively. Some suggestions were put forward according to the current situation and problems of road greening in the main urban area of Chongqing City.

Road Greenbelt Design of Zhangye City

Road greenbelt design is one of the important parts in urban road system.Zhangye City's road greenbelt design,relying on the general planning concept,namely,'water leads to green space,green space blends the city',emphasizes the harmonious relation between the greenbelt and ecological environment.The concept is adopted to guide the green design of the major roads,subsidiary roads,and trunk roads.It will offer some references for the similar engineering design.

Effects of Light Source in Road Green Spaces on the Growth of Picea koraiensis in Harbin

With Picea koraiensis as the research object which have similar growth vigor in a same habitat, the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content, weight of dry-matter and leaf color change of Picea koraiensis in different lighting conditions were determined. Environment without light sources was taken as the control group. The results showed that different light sources and different distances from light sources to plants had diversified impact on the photosynthetic physiology of Picea koraiensis. Among these different color lights, green light had the least influence on Picea koraiensis, yellow light and purple light had greater influence.

The road map for green development of Western China

China has made some remarkable achievements in sustainable development,but the constant deterioration of the overall trend of the environment has not yet been effectively curbed.To achieve the goal of sustainable development,we must first ensure coordination and coherence of national development goals in different areas and adhere to green development road.To achieve the objectives related to green development,and to clarify the direction of green development in the next 20years,a road map is needed to guide and coordinate the process.This paper describes the concept of the green development road map,introduces a green development road map for the western region,and further elaborates it The road map clarifies the objectives and guiding principles of green development in the western region,points the areas that deserve more concern and institutional innovation,and builds a green development monitoring and evaluation(M&E)framework.Finally,the paper provides corresponding policy recommendations based on the established road map.

Functions, Selection and Collocation of Greening Plants in the Construction of Ecological Roads

From the perspective of ecological construction of roads, the reduction and purifying effects of greening plants on noise, raising dust and automobile exhaust, selection principles of arbors, shrubs, ground cover plants and herbaceous fl owers, and the methods of collocating arbors shrubs and grass in the construction of ecological roads were discussed in this study.

Integrating Green Tourism of Jiangxi Province into “One Belt and One Road” Strategy

"One Belt and One Road" is a signifi cant move of China to further deepen reform and opening up and improve economic development, and also a key working point of the future national development. This paper, on the basis of study on "One Belt and One Road" strategy and current situation of green tourism in Jiangxi, proposed that green tourism in Jiangxi could integrate into the construction of "One Belt and One Road" from the four perspectives of information flow, cultural flow, traffic flow and regional collaboration flow, which contributed to the implementation of national strategies, promoted green tourism development of Jiangxi, and showed the "exceptionally beautiful scenes" of Jiangxi.

Utilization of Solid Waste Materials as Roadbed Fillers in Road Construction:a Review

China has a large solid waste stockpile and a low resource utilisation rate,and the utilisation of solid waste resources is of great significance in promoting sustainable social development.In order to further promote the green and efficient development of China's road field,an overview of the current status of the application,research progress,hot frontiers,problems and their countermeasures based on the three aspects of industrial solid wastes,engineering solid wastes and municipal solid wastes in highway engineering was conducted,and the development prospect of the resourceful utilisation of solid waste in highway engineering was outlooked,with a view to promoting the development of China's green roads.Statistics on the stockpile,utilisation and comprehensive utilisation rate of industrial solid wastes in China are presented,and the optimal mixing amount,production process and application technology of industrial solid wastes for road base materials are systematically summarised.Based on the concept of high-value utilisation of solid waste,the mechanical properties,durability,construction technology and quality control standards of engineering solid waste applied in roadbed engineering are summarised,and the difficulties in the application of engineering solid waste in road engineering are summarised.Finally,the feasibility,mechanical properties and environmental characteristics of municipal solid waste domestic waste incinerator slag,waste tyres and plastics applied in road engineering are summarised.This review can provide references and lessons for the design and development of green roads,and promote the innovation and development of greening road engineering.

The Landscape Design of Roads Afforestation of Jiangnan New District in Mudanjiang Municipality

Based on road characters in Jiangnan New District in Mudanjiang Municipality,four typical roads were selected to carry out road afforestation design with consideration of local building features and local vegetations,in order to integrate both of landscape effects,in terms of improving and beautifying city environment,and of ecological effects,such as filtering air,reducing temperature,increasing humidity,and reducing noise.

多情景视角下丝绸之路经济带沿线省份碳达峰预测

基于碳达峰碳中和目标的战略背景,结合“共建绿色丝绸之路”的时代倡议,考虑丝绸之路经济带国内沿线省份的产业发展态势,运用STIRPAT拓展模型,构建碳排放量与各影响因素的预测模型,进一步设置不同情景模式,预测丝绸之路经济带沿线省份2021—2040年的碳达峰趋势。结果表明:(1)能源消耗水平对碳排放的影响最大,是影响丝绸之路经济带沿线省份碳达峰的最重要因素。(2)技术突破模式下,丝绸之路经济带沿线省份在2030年实现碳达峰,峰值4808.43×106吨;政策调控和数字经济模式下,丝绸之路经济带沿线省份在2035年实现碳达峰,峰值分别为5519.46×106吨和4988.32×106吨;基准模式下,丝绸之路经济带沿线省份未能实现碳达峰。(3)内蒙古、陕西和新疆是碳达峰重点关注区,应加快政策落地、加大技术突破、加强数字经济,确保如期实现碳达峰。

Ecological Landscape Road Design

With the Traveling Road in Ma＇anshan as an example, natural and human-made plants are both used to create a four-dimensional space considering plant layers and colors. Besides, the relationships between landscape and eco-environment, input and output, and construction and maintenance should be well coordinated in order to make sure sustainable development of road afforestation. On the other hand, landscaping of the Road as a whole should be guaranteed by coordinating functional regions along roads to make sure benign evolvement of urban greening system. Finally, the principle of people first ensures road landscaping to better serve the city socially, culturally and economically. The central greenbelt combines rule and nature and match shrub and arbor to shape a linear landscape sequence in order to maximize road functions and ecological benefits and build ecological landscape-oriented roads.

Research on Micro Technology of Microclimate Environment in Urban Green Space Based on Humanization Concept

To create a comfortable microclimate environment,the design methods of green layout and green structure of four common forms of urban green space(park green space,road green space,waterfront open green space,and green space between houses)were discussed,and the modes"concentric three rings"and"three-layer sandwich cake",as well as the matching principles of three-dimensional green elements of trees and shrubs with lawn and hard matrix elements,were proposed.

Composition of Garden Road System in Urban Park

Based on the idea of system,the paper had analyzed components of garden road system in urban park and their relations from the perspective of function,pattern and facility,and established framework of garden road system for guidance of garden road construction.After introduction of the connotation of garden road system,its attributes were summarized which were isolated elements,integrated collection,clear level and dynamic development;and its functional composition had been concluded from the aspects of practical function and social function.Practical functions contained traffic organization and guidance tour,space division and landscape composition,facility organization and habitat improvement.Social functions consisted of communication and education function.The pattern of garden road system had been introduced in terms of pattern elements,level structure and layout form.Facilities of garden road system had been classified into five categories covering rest facilities,ornamental facilities,light facilities,display facilities and service facilities.

Spatio-temporal Pattern of Ecosystem Pressure in Countries Along the Belt and Road: Combining Remote Sensing Data and Statistical Data

Building a Green Silk Road by integrating the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) is one of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI) visions, but the BRI faces enormous challenge that is the conflict between economic development and ecological sustainability.Understanding the current scale and trend of the impact of human activities on the ecosystem is the preliminary work to ensure that human activities do not exceed the ecological carrying capacity under the BRI. This study evaluated the ecosystem pressure in countries along the Belt and Road(B&R) from 2000–2017 based on the supply-consumption balance relationship of ecological resources. Net primary productivity(NPP) is taken as the measure of ecological resources, and the supply level and consumption intensity of ecological resources is estimated based on remote sensing data and statistical data, respectively. Results show that thirteen countries with overconsumed ecological resources concentrated in the West Asia/Middle East. Although the intensity of the ecological resource consumption correlated with ecological resource endowments, the ecosystem pressure was determined by social development dependence on the ecological resources at the same ecological resource endowments level. Nearly 80% of countries along the B&R suffered from significantly increased(P < 0.05) ecosystem pressure during 2000–2017, since most of the countries along the B&R were developing countries,and their economic development was highly dependent on ecological resources. Some West Asia/Middle East countries successfully mitigated the ecosystem pressure by importing feed for livestock. Likewise, the Southeast Asian islands benefitted from the import of agricultural products. The results highlight that the BRI should reduce the dependence of social development demands on local ecological resources by international trade for ensuring the increasing ecosystem pressure trend within the ecological carrying capacity.

Maintenance Measures of Urban Road Landscaping

Functions of urban road greening were analyzed firstly,and then problems in the maintenance of urban road greening were discussed. Finally,measures to strengthen the maintenance of urban road greening were put forward,such as strictly controlling design and construction,strengthening greening supervision,enhancing greening maintenance and management and improving maintenance measures,and strengthening the prevention and control of pests and diseases in road greening.

The Safe Distance Between Road Lighting Fixtures and Street Trees

The road lighting system and the road greening system, which are mutually interrelated and independent, are two important parts in the urban road environment. Unreasonable road lighting is easy to induce light pollution and has a great negative impact on the physiology and growth of garden plants in the urban green space. In this paper, 21 kinds of common tree species in the urban green space of Zhengzhou were selected as the research object, and the photosynthetic physiological parameters of landscape trees under the LED light source were observed using LI-6400 Photosynthesis System. This paper attempted to find the critical point for initiating photosynthesis of different types of tree species under a certain light source and then calculated the safe distance between lighting fixtures and landscape trees. The results showed that road lighting interfered with the photosynthetic physiological activities of the surveyed trees, affecting the normal dormancy of the plants at night; the sensitivity of different tree species to night lighting was different, and there were some differences in the light compensation points, so the corresponding safe distance was also different. It is hoped that this study can provide a valuable reference and scientific basis for urban road greening and lighting design.

“一带一路”倡议对绿色产品贸易的影响——基于双重机器学习方法的分析

推动绿色“一带一路”建设是“一带一路”倡议的重要内容,更是实现“双碳”目标的重要载体。本文通过匹配法国国际经济研究中心(CEPII)世界贸易数据库、世界银行数据库等,运用双重机器学习方法分析了“一带一路”倡议实施对沿线国家绿色产品贸易的影响作用。研究发现,“一带一路”显著促进了沿线各国绿色产品贸易发展;该效应具有异质性,相比较而言,对经济增速较低、创业环境优越、法治环境好、海上丝绸之路以及与中国邻近的沿线国家绿色产品贸易作用更显著;该效应发挥作用的机制为政策沟通和民心相通的“软联通”,以及设施联通、贸易畅通和资金融通的“硬联通”;拓展分析表明,注意力配置和制度相近会扩大“一带一路”倡议对沿线国家绿色产品贸易的促进效应,且这种作用在绿色产品出口和进口方面均显著为正。此外,本文还特别发现“一带一路”倡议显著促进了沿线国家绿色产品贸易网络地位的提升。基于此,本文提出如下对策:一是优化完善绿色“一带一路”的顶层设计;二是着力发挥“软联通”和“硬联通”的积极作用;三是制定差异化绿色产品贸易发展策略。

“公转铁”政策对京津冀绿色物流效率的影响

为落实绿色发展理念,促进京津冀物流业高质量发展,有效发挥“公转铁”政策对绿色物流效率的提升效应,在系统梳理“公转铁”政策促进绿色物流效率理论机制的基础上,用2010—2020年京津冀地区面板数据,通过双重差分模型、广义双重差分模型和中介效应模型,研究“公转铁”政策对绿色物流效率的促进效应以及作用机制。研究发现,“公转铁”政策在京津冀地区的实施对提升绿色物流效率具有显著的促进效应,并且该效应在经过稳健性检验后依旧成立;政策实施力度对绿色物流效率存在显著的影响,绿色物流效率随着政策实施力度增强而不断提升;“公转铁”政策通过改变物流企业的运输方式偏好,增强铁路运输对公路运输的替代作用,提升绿色物流效率;绿色物流效率提升还受到铁路设施水平、区域建设水平、经济水平、创新能力等多种因素的影响。因此,京津冀绿色物流效率提升,应该考虑多种因素的综合影响,以多层次和系统性支撑政策推动“公转铁”政策的实施;以改变承担社会物流活动企业运输偏好为导向;充分考虑当地内外部环境,结合产业结构、创新能力等因素调整“公转铁”政策实施力度。

考虑碳排放的市政道路绿色施工评价研究

【目的】有效减少施工过程中的碳排放量,优选出绿色施工水平较高的市政道路建造方案,提升市政道路科技创新和绿色建造水平。【方法】从碳减排的角度出发,针对市政道路绿色施工综合评价问题,结合市政道路施工的特点,建立了市政道路绿色施工评价体系和标准,构建了基于组合赋权的灰色关联模型,在综合主、客观权重基础上进一步运用灰色关联法计算各指标和各路段施工方案的灰色关联度,分析比较绿色施工水平。【结果】该研究建立的市政道路绿色施工评价体系具有适用性,通过长沙市某市政道路各路段的施工建造方案对所提出的模型进行了验证,其结果与实际情况相符,据此确定了一套合理的市政道路绿色施工方案。【结论】基于组合赋权的灰色关联理论在市政道路绿色施工评价中的应用具有可行性和科学性,并为市政道路绿色施工方案设计提供了参考依据。

基于云物元的寒区公路绿色施工评价体系研究

脆弱性冻土生态环境与寒区公路建设存在复杂的博弈关系,二者相互制约、相互影响,为践行绿色低碳公路的战略目标,科学构建一套寒区公路绿色施工评价体系,是十分迫切且重要的。鉴于此,文章基于文献调查法和德尔菲法进行寒区公路绿色施工评价指标体系的构建,运用改进的三标度层次分析法对评价指标权重进行确定,将云模型引入到物元可拓评价模型,建立各评价指标正态云评价语言云参数,实现模糊性指标评价语言从定性到定量的转换,通过MATLAB多次仿真计算评价指标与各评价等级间隶属度,运用最大隶属度原则判断寒区公路绿色施工评价等级。对黑龙江省多年冻土区呼玛至十八站段公路项目进行绿色施工评价,得到“Ⅳ”级评价结果,绿色施工发展态势较好。对比模型计算结果与项目实际绿色施工情况得,绿色施工模型评价结果与项目绿色施工实际开展状况相吻合,证实了建立的指标体系与评价模型的科学合理性,可为同类寒区公路项目开展绿色施工评价提供一定的借鉴。
