With the development of intelligent vehicles and autonomous driving technology,the safety of vulnerable road user(VRU)in traffic has been more guaranteed,and many research achievements have been made in the key area of collision avoidance decision-making methods.In this paper,the knowledge mapping method is used to mine the available literature in depth,and it is found that the research focus has shifted from the traditional accident cause analysis to emerging deep learning and virtual reality technology.This paper summarizes research on the three core dimensions of environmental perception,behavior cognition and collision avoidance decision-making in intelligent vehicle systems.In terms of perception,accurate identification of pedestrians and cyclists in complex environments is a major demand for VRU perception;in terms of behavior cognition,the coupling of VRU intention identification and motion trajectory prediction and other multiple factors needs further research;in terms of decision-making,the intention identification and trajectory prediction of collision objects are not included in the risk assessment model,and there is a lack of exploration specifically for cyclists'collision risk.On this basis,this paper provides guidance for the improvement of traffic safety of contemporary VRU under the conditions of intelligent and connected transportation. 展开更多

This paper provides a review of predictive analytics for roads,identifying gaps and limitations in current methodologies.It explores the implications of these limitations on accuracy and application,while also discussing how advanced predictive analytics can address these challenges.The article acknowledges the transformative shift brought about by technological advancements and increased computational capabilities.The degradation of pavement surfaces due to increased road users has resulted in safety and comfort issues.Researchers have conducted studies to assess pavement condition and predict future changes in pavement structure.Pavement Management Systems are crucial in developing prediction performance models that estimate pavement condition and degradation severity over time.Machine learning algorithms,artificial neural networks,and regression models have been used,with strengths and weaknesses.Researchers generally agree on their accuracy in estimating pavement condition considering factors like traffic,pavement age,and weather conditions.However,it is important to carefully select an appropriate prediction model to achieve a high-quality prediction performance system.Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each model enables informed decisions for implementing prediction models that suit specific needs.The advancement of prediction models,coupled with innovative technologies,will contribute to improved pavement management and the overall safety and comfort of road users. 展开更多

In this paper,based on the decision-making policy in traditional condition-based maintenance,the connotation of condition-based maintenance for equipment was defined, and its characteristics were analyzed.Working contents of condition-based maintenance for equipment were provided,which were divided into three stages. The influence factors in condition-based maintenance for equipment were analyzed. The key links of equipment maintenance contents and decision-making process were proposed. Road transportation plays a crucial role in society and daily life,as the functioning and durability of roads can significantly impact a nation's economic development.In the whole life cycle of the road,the emergence of disease is unavoidable,so it is necessary to adopt relevant technical means to deal with the disease.This study comprehensively reviews the advancements in computer vision,artificial intelligence,and mobile robotics in the road domain and examines their progress and applications in road detection,diagnosis,and treatment,especially asphalt roads.Specifically,it analyzes the research progress in detecting and diagnosing surface and internal road distress and related techniques and algorithms are compared.In addition,also introduces various road gover-nance technologies,including automated repairs,intelligent construction,and path planning for crack sealing.Despite their proven effectiveness in detecting road distress,analyzing diagnoses,and planning maintenance,these technologies still confront challenges in data collection,parameter optimization,model portability,system accuracy,robustness,and real-time performance.Consequently,the integration of multidisciplinary technologies is imperative to enable the development of an integrated approach that includes road detection,diagnosis,and treatment.This paper addresses the challenges of precise defect detection,condition assessment,and unmanned construction.At the same time,the efficiency of labor liberation and road maintenance is achieved,and the automation level of the road engineering industry is improved. 展开更多

The delay of maintenance works can lead the road in the stage of expensive rehabilitation and reconstruction. In Nepal, Department of Roads (DoR) is responsible for maintenance of strategic roads of country. The maintenance practice of the road under Department of Road is predominantly based on Strengthen Maintenance Division Process where several maintenance activities like Routine maintenance, Recurrent Maintenance, Periodic Maintenance and Emergency Maintenance are planned and carried out. The maintenance work is based on traditional quantity and unit price based short term maintenance contracts, where maintenance of physical works is outsourced. Client demands the contractor what work is to be done, when to be do it and the extent of the work. The contractor is paid on the basis of a defined output or quantity accomplished, and the schedule of the rates. DoR engineers required full time supervision of work. Pilot based performance based maintenance practice of road started in Nepal in 2003. The study assesses performance road maintenance practices of road maintenance in Nepal on the basis of the framework of cost efficiency, level of service effectiveness and quality of service. The study concluded that implementation of Performance Based Maintenance Contract (PBMC) was not successful in Nepal as Road Asset condition was not maintained to performance standard. One of the reasons is the weak service delivery of contractor alongside weak contract enforcement from the road agency. 展开更多

To make equipment maintenance policies more suitable to real operations, a fuzzy logic-based modeling method of deciding maintenance policies was proposed in this paper. Five maintenance policies which are built with downtime and breakdown frequency as decision criteria are discussed. To decide efficiently maintenance policies, the decision criteria are divided into low, medium, and high levels. On the basis of the levels, fuzzy sets and membership functions of the decision criteria are established with a fuzzy logic theory. A fuzzy logic algorithm of solving overall degree of satisfaction is presented to select the most efficient maintenance policy for equipment. Finally, the modeling method is tested. Experiment results show that the proposed method can solve efficiently problems of the traditional decision-making bias, and it is more valid and practical than the method of traditional decision-making grid (DMG). 展开更多

针对探地雷达(GPR)数据解译依赖于人工经验,存在费时费力和主观偏差的问题,提出了基于极限梯度提升(XGBoost)和GPR时频特征的水泥路面脱空识别方法。采用正演模拟、室内试验和现场试验获得了脱空病害数据源,建立含有标签的脱空GPR数据集... 针对探地雷达(GPR)数据解译依赖于人工经验,存在费时费力和主观偏差的问题,提出了基于极限梯度提升(XGBoost)和GPR时频特征的水泥路面脱空识别方法。采用正演模拟、室内试验和现场试验获得了脱空病害数据源,建立含有标签的脱空GPR数据集;通过重采样方法统一GPR数据采样频率,并对预处理后的GPR数据进行时频域特征提取,建立了包含18个时域和12个频域特征的数据集。以时频域特征为输入,是否存在脱空病害为输出,采用XGBoost算法构建脱空识别模型,并与随机森林(RF)和人工神经网络(ANN)算法进行对比。结果表明,模型的识别准确率排序为XGBoost(98.10%)>ANN(95.10%)>RF(93.17%),XGBoost模型识别精度最高,并能在实际路面上准确定位脱空区域。 展开更多

针对沥青路面最佳预防性养护策略选择问题,结合关于沥青路面预防性养护指标及规范标准,建立了基于判断性指标、综合性指标和控制性指标的三级预防性养护判断标准。在此标准下,以多年度项目级养护规划为研究对象,结合GM(1,1)预测模型确... 针对沥青路面最佳预防性养护策略选择问题,结合关于沥青路面预防性养护指标及规范标准,建立了基于判断性指标、综合性指标和控制性指标的三级预防性养护判断标准。在此标准下,以多年度项目级养护规划为研究对象,结合GM(1,1)预测模型确定预防性养护时段,并引入多目标智能加权灰靶决策模型对适用性预防性养护方案进行优化决策。在此过程中,确定了养护费用、耐久性等8个养护目标并利用博弈论组合赋权法确定权重,选取G30连霍高速甘肃省境内某路段进行决策分析。结果表明:该路段最早需要开展预防性养护的时间为第3年,在第6年底之后不宜再实施预防性养护,在该预防性养护时段内,方案4的综合效益值最大,其值为0.735 8,即应在第4年采取超薄层罩面预养护措施。该方法简单实用,可成为沥青路面预防性养护策略选择的一种新方法。 展开更多
