ETSI re-elects Director-General Luis Jorge Romero

During their 73rd General Assembly,April 2-3,2019,ETSI members re-elected the current ETSI Director-General Mr.Luis Jorge Romero with an overwhelming majority on the first ballot.ETSKs Director-General is elected for a five-year term of office,which may be extended by the members for a further three years.Luis Jorge Romero,first elected as ETSl's Director-General 8 years ago,has 30 years' experience in the telecommunications sector.

尖峰岭抗逆性根瘤菌的筛选及其16S rDNA序列的测定

为了探讨木本豆科植物根瘤菌对不良环境的抵抗能力,对分离自海南尖峰岭国家自然保护区的9株根瘤菌进行了初步研究。结果发现：9株根瘤菌最适生长pH值均为7,最适NaCl含量均为10.0 g.kg-1;菌株CAF224的最适生长温度为37℃,菌株CAF416、CAF438和CAF279的最适温度为20-28℃,其余5株为28℃。9株根瘤菌均可在pH值4-11、NaCl 20.0 g.kg-1、37℃条件下生长,其中CAF224和CAF276菌株耐受pH值3;CAF226可以在40.0 g.kg-1NaCl培养基中生长;CAF276可耐受20 min 50℃、10 min 60℃高温。不同宿主、不同生态条件下的根瘤菌株具有不同的抗逆性,通过综合分析,筛选出4株高抗菌株（CAF226、CAF276、CAF224、CAF414）。16S rDNA序列系统发育分析表明：9菌株在系统进化树上与GenBank中序列号为EF054889的Rhizobium tropiciClone H12（热带根瘤菌）聚为一族,相似度为99.4%,初步确定9株根瘤菌为热带根瘤菌。
