Hydrothermal Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Thermal Stability of a Binuclear Copper(Ⅱ) Complex with 3-(Pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole

One novel binuclear copper（Ⅱ） complex [Cu 2 （Hpt） 2 （CO 3） 2 （H 2 O） 2 ]·H 2 O with copper carbonate and 3-（pyridin-2-yl）-1,2,4-triazole （Hpt） was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR and X-ray diffraction analysis.The complex crystallizes in triclinic,space group P2 1 /n with a=0.6862（1）,b=0.7805（1）,c=1.1983（2） nm,α=72.03（2）,β=107.72（3）,γ=75.28（2）o,V=0.5884 nm 3,D c=2.105 g/cm 3,Z=1,F（000）=357,GOOF=1.041,the final R=0.01859 and wR=0.04348.The whole molecule is composed of two cooper ions,two Hpt molecules,two carbonate and three water molecules,forming a binuclear structure.The crystal structure shows that the cooper ion is coordinated with three nitrogen atoms from two Hpt molecules,two oxygen atoms from one carbonic acid and one water molecule,forming a distorted square pyramidal geometry.The TG analysis result shows that the title complex is stable under 131.0 ℃.

Synthesis, Structure and Properties of a Strontium(Ⅱ) Complex with 2, 3-Pyrazinedicarboxylic Acid

Complex [Sr2（pdc）2（H2O）7]·H2O （1, H2pdc = 2,3-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid） has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies and FT-IR. Structural determination reveals that there are two crystallographically independent strontium ions in 1. The coordination geometry of Sr（1） is a nine-coordinated distorted monocapped tetragonal antiprism, while Sr（2） is a nine-coordinated distorted monocapped tetragonal prism. The ligand pdc2- takes two different connecting modes and links St（If） centers to generate a 2D layer structure. The 2D layers are linked through O-H...O and O-H...N hydrogen bonds to form a 3D framework structure. Thermal stability and luminescent properties of complex 1 are investigated. 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 10.7182（10）, b = 7.0377（6）, c = 29.225（3） A, β = 95.7170（10）°, Z = 4, V = 2193.5（3） A3, Mr = 651.56, Dc = 1.973 g/cm3, F（000） = 1296,μ = 4.951 mm-1, the final R = 0.0318 and wR = 0.0726 for 3938 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（/）.

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Antitumor Activity in Vitro of a New Benzoate Binuclear Cupper(Ⅱ ) Complex

The title compound, [Cu2（C7H5O2）4（C2H6O）2], was synthesized by the reaction of benzoic acid, copper acetate and ethanol in an aqueous solution. Trypan blue dye exclusion method was used in experiment. X-ray single-crystal analysis has revealed that compound 1 （C32H32Cu2O10） crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, Mr = 703.66, a = 47.340（5）, b = 6.6613（4）, c = 22.028（2）A,β = 113.284（4）°, V = 6380.6（10） A^3, Z = 8, Dc= 1.465 g/cm^3, F（000） = 2896,μ = 1.388 mm^-11, the final R = 0.0515 and wR = 0.1172 for 5712 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. X-ray crystal structure analysis suggests that compound [CH2（C7H5O2）4（C2H6O）2] has a binuclear structure with two Cu（II） atoms coordinated by four benzoate groups and two ethanol molecules. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O-H...O hydrogen bonds. The compound inhibits the proliferation of K562 cells （chronic myeloid leukemic cells） significantly and dose-dependently in 48 h, and IC50 of K562 is 17.3μg/mL by trypan blue dye exclusion method.

The new compound 3-（2-pyridyl）-4-（p-methoxyphenyl）-5-（2-thienyl）-1,2,4-triazole L was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,UV and photoluminescent spectra.The complex CoL2（NCS）2 was prepared by the reaction of ligand L with Co（SCN）2,and its structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR,UV,elemental analysis and MS.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=13.7639（19）,b=7.6641（11）,c=18.409（3）,β=101.549（3）o,V = 1902.6（5） 3,Z=2,C38H28CoN10O2S4,Mr=843.87,Dc=1.473 g/cm3,μ=0.720 mm-1,S=1.075,F（000）=866.0,the final R=0.0825 and wR=0.2149 for 2566 observed reflections（I2σ（I））.In the crystal structure,the cobalt atom adopts a distorted octahedral environment with two NCS-ions in the axial positions and two bidentate chelating L ligands in the equatorial plane.The extended 2D network of the complex is formed by intermolecular C–H…N hydrogen bonds together with π-π stacking interactions.

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Thermal Stability of a Nickel(Ⅱ) Complex with Bicycle[2.2.1]-2-hepten-5,6-dicarboxylic Acid

The nickel complex {Ni（2,2-bipy）（H2O）3[C8H11O2（COO）]}（H2O）3 with bicycle-[2.2.1]-2-hepten-5,6-dicarboxylic acid [C7H8（COOH）2] and 2,2＇-bipyridine （bipy） as ligands has been synthesized and characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P , with a = 0.74975（3）, b = 1.20309（4）, c = 1.30593（4） nm, α = 109.861（2）, β = 98.519（2）, γ = 90.575（2）o, V = 1.09337（7） nm3, Dc = 1.552 g/cm3, Z = 2, F（000） = 524, the final GOOF = 1.064, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1171. The crystal structure shows that the nickel ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from one bicycle[2.2.1]-2-hepten-5,6-dicarboxylic acid molecule and three water molecules and two nitrogen atoms from the 2,2′-bipyridine molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 200.0 ℃.

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New One-dimensional Nickel(Ⅱ) Complex with 2-Pyridinecarboxyic Acid and 4,4′-Bipyridine Ligands

A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Ni[（2-pya）2（4,4′-bipy）]n·6nH2O （2-pya = 2-pyridinecarboxylic acid, 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-pyridine） 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in tetragonal, space group I4 1/α with a = b = 22.5642（19）, c = 10.7118（18） A, V = 5453.8（11） A^3, C22H28N4NiO10, Mr= 567.19, Dc = 1.382 g/cm^3, μ（MoKα） = 0.769 mm^-1, F（000） =2368, Z = 8, the final R = 0.0572 and wR = 0.1254 for 1401 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. It exhibits a one-dimensional chain-like structure by mixed ligands of 2-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and 4,4′-pyridine.

MHC-Ⅱ联合MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色在特发性炎性肌病诊断中的应用价值探讨

目的探讨主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)-Ⅱ联合MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色在特发性炎性肌病(IIM)诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2010年3月至2018年4月在首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科行肌肉活检患者的标本29份,并通过医院电子病历系统收集患者的临床资料,包括4种IIM[皮肌炎(DM)5例,多发性肌炎(PM)5例,散发性包涵体肌炎(IBM)4例及坏死性自身免疫性肌病(NAM)5例]和2种非炎性肌病(NIM)[肌营养不良(MD)5例,dysferlinopathy肌病5例]。将标本进行苏木精-伊红(HE)染色及MHC-Ⅰ、MHC-Ⅱ免疫组化染色。结果免疫组化染色结果显示,PM、DM及IBM患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅰ阳性率达100.0%,NAM和MD患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅰ阳性率为80.0%,dysferlinopathy肌病患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅰ阳性率为20.0%。PM和IBM患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅱ阳性率分别为40.0%、50.0%,其余类型疾病患者肌肉标本的MHC-Ⅱ免疫组化染色均呈阴性。结论相较于MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色,MHC-Ⅱ免疫组化染色在鉴别IIM与NIM中有较高的特异性。MHC-Ⅱ联合MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色对不同肌病类型的诊断有较好的临床应用价值。

Syntheses, Structures and Photoluminescence of the Cadmium(Ⅱ) and Copper(Ⅱ) Complexes Based on 4'-(4''-Pyridyl)-2,2':6',2''-terpyridine and 1,4-Benzenedicarboxylic Acid Ligands

Two new metal-organic complexes [Cd2（1,4-BDC）（4-pytyp）（H2O）4]·（1,4-BDC）（1） and [Cu2（1,4-BDC）（4-pytyp）2（H2O）2]·（1,4-BDC）·8H2O（2）（4-pytyp = 4＇-（4＇＇-pyridyl）-2,2＇：6＇,2＇＇-terpyridine, 1,4-H2 BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid） have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The scrutiny of single-crystal structure reveals that complex 1 forms to a 3D supramolecular network linked by π-π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 2 exhibits a 3D supramolecular network linked through complicated hydrogen bonds. The thermogravimetric analysis and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 are discussed in detail.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Binuclear Cu(Ⅱ) Complex with Tetradentate Schiff-base Ligand

A novel binuclear complex （[Cu^2（μ2-shed）（hshed）].（CIO4）,H2O, h2shed = N-salicylidene-N＇-（2-hydroxyethyl）ethylenediamine） has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 12.511（10）, b = 15.750（12）, c = 14.281 （12） A, β = 100.564（14）°, C22H31CIN4O9Cu2, Mr = 658.04, V = 2766（4） A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.580 g/cm^3,μ（MoKα = 1.689 mm^-1, F（000） = 1352, the final R = 0.0528 and wR = 0.1433 for 4880 independent reflections with Rint = 0.0577. The complex is a binuclear copper compound, and two Cu（Ⅱ） ions in the binuclear cation are in different coordination environments. The Cu（1） ion adopts a distorted square pyramidal geometry （x = 0.22） with four donor atoms （N2O2） of the ligand in the basal plane, and one hydroxyl oxygen atom with protonated form occupying the apical position. The Cu（2） ion assumes the geometry of a distorted square plane with four donor atoms （N2O2） of the ligand. The Cu...Cu separation is 3.103 A,. In addition, N-H…O and C-H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions link these binuclear cations into a quasi one-dimensional chain along the a axis.

Hydrothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Fluorescent Property of a Cd(Ⅱ) Complex Based on Biimidazole and Isonicotinate-N-oxide

A new complex [Cd（H2biim）2（H2O）2]·（ino）2·4H2O （H2biim = 2,2＇-biimidazole, ino = isonicotinate-N-oxide） has been prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, IR and fluorescence spectra analysis. The crystal is of triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.5380（6）, b = 8.0402（7）, c = 13.5094（11） , α = 104.269（1）, β = 93.604（1）, γ = 98.349（1）°, V = 780.93（11） 3, Mr = 765.00, Dc = 1.627 g/cm3, F（000） = 390, μ = 0.776 mm-1 and Z = 1. The final R = 0.0322 and wR = 0.0825 for 7038 observed reflections with I 2σ（I） and R = 0.0341 and wR = 0.0832 for all data. The title complex exhibits an infinite chain-like structure through bridging isonicotinate-N-oxide. Strong interchain hydrogen bonds between isonicotinate-N-oxide and H2biim result in the robust 3-D supramolecular architecture. Moreover, the complex shows strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at λ = 401 nm upon λex = 330 nm.

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Theoretical Calculation of a Novel 2D Network of Manganese(Ⅱ) Complex

A novel complex, [Mn(2-NCP)(H2BTC)(H2O)]n(1, 1,3,5-H3BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, 2-HNCP = 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)-1 H-imidazo(4,5-f)-(1,10)phenanthroline), was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural analyses reveal that complex 1 exhibits a(6, 6)-connected topology network with a Schlafli symbol of(6^3). The adjacent 2D layers are further stacked via strong hydrogen-bonding interactions, giving a 3 D supramolecular framework. In addition, the structure of complex 1 was calculated by the B3LYP/LANL2 DZ method by Gaussian program. The results from natural bond orbital(NBO) analysis shows obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Mn(Ⅱ) ion.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Seven-coordinate Cadmium(Ⅱ) Complex

The reaction of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (H2L),4, 4-diaminodiphenylmethane (DADPM) and Cd(NO3)2?H2O in methane/water gave rise to a seven-coordinate Cd(Ⅱ) complex [Cd2(HL)4(H2O)6]?H2O which has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 with unit cell parameters: a = 10.3352(3), b = 12.0481(3), c = 28.2016(1) ? V = 3511.65(13) 3, Z = 4, C28H36Cd2O20, Mr = 917.37, Dc = 1.735 g/cm3, F(000) = 1840, (MoK? = 1.29mm-1. The final R and wR are 0.0536 and 0.1086 for 4898 observed reflections with I ≥ 4(I). The Cd(Ⅱ) is seven-coordinated in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The inter-molecular hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a two-dimensional layer structure.

Hydrothermal Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Cobalt(Ⅱ) Complexes Constructed by Dipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine and Different Carboxylate Ligands

Two new metal-organic complexes,{[Co2（bptc）（DPPZ）2（H2O）2]·H2O}n 1 and {[Co2（ccm）2（DPPZ）2]·2H2O}n 2,were obtained by the hydrothermal reactions of Co（NO3）2·6H2O with chelating ligand dipyrido[3,2-a：2＇,3＇-c]phenazine（DPPZ） and the corresponding carboxylic acid,namely,3,3＇,4,4＇-benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid（H4bptc） or 2-carboxycinnamic acid（H2ccm）,respectively.The complexes were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses,IR spectra,and thermal gravimetry.1 presents unique chiral chain structures,which are further consolidated into three-dimensional supramolecular frameworks via noncovalent bonds,such as hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions.2 features infinite double-chain structures,which are connected by strong π-π interactions to result in three-dimensional supramolecular architectures.

A Novel Copper(Ⅱ) Complex of Asymmetrically N-Functionalized 1,4,7-Triazacyclononane Ligand： Syntheses, Structure, Electrochemical Property and Biological Activities

A novel copper（Ⅱ） complex derived from 1,4,7-triazacyclononane[CuL]_2（PF_6）_3×MeCN×H_2 O was synthesized and crystallographically characterized {L = 1,4-bis（2-carbamoylethyl）-7-benzimidazole-2-yl-methyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane}. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, with a = 13.2425（13）, b = 14.0807（15）, c = 17.6798（18）, α = 86.296（2）, β = 72.773（2）, γ= 68.905（2）o, V = 2934.5（5）A^3, Z = 2, D_c = 1.611 g/m^3, F（000） = 1456, M_r = 1423.09, m = 0.920 mm^-1. The final R = 0.0671 and wR = 0.1874 for 6501 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. The structural analysis shows that the complex cation（[CuL]_2^3＋） was formed by two complex cations, namely（[CuL^3]^2＋） and [CuL_（-H）~3]~＋） through a hydrogen bond. In each complex cation, the Cu（Ⅱ） lies in a distorted square pyramidal geometry. The redox behavior was studied by cyclic voltammetry（CV） in aqueous solution which indicates a reversible one electron redox reaction. The result of UV absorption, ethidium bromide（EB） fluorescence spectra indicated that the complex binds to CT-DNA in an intercalative mode. Superoxide dismutase（SOD） activity of the complex was determined by photoreduction of NBT, and the value of IC_（50） is 5.22 μmol·L^-1.

A new hexanuclear copper（Ⅱ） complex,[Cu 6 （DPPZ） 4 （btc） 4 （H 2 O） 8 ]·5H 2 O （1,DPPZ=dipyrido[3,2-a：2,3-c]phenazine,H 3 btc=1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid）,has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction,elemental analyses,IR,and thermogravimetric analysis.Its crystal structure is of triclinic system,space group P1 with a=12.489（4）,b=14.234（5）,c=14.484（5）,α=82.848（4）,β=79.399（4）,γ=73.646（4）°,V=2421.2（13） 3,Z=1,Cu 6 C 108 H 78 N 16 O 37,M r=2573.17,D c=1.752 g/cm 3,μ=1.398 mm-1,F（000）=1308,GOOF=1.011,the final R=0.0495 and wR=0.1030 for 5420 observed reflections with I 2σ（Ⅰ）.In 1,four btc 3ligands act as bridges between six neighboring Cu atoms to form an unusual hexanuclear copper cluster.The clusters are further connected by two types of O-H···O and O-H···N hydrogen bonds,generating a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.In addition,intermolecular and intramolecular π-π stacking interactions further consolidate the three-dimensional supramolecular framework of 1.

Hydrothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Fluorescence Properties of a Three-dimensional Triply-bridged Binuclear Zinc(Ⅱ) Complex [Zn_2(Mba)_3(Phen)_2EtOH)]·ClO_4

The novel complex [Zn2（Mba）3（Phen）2EtOH）]·ClO4 （Hrnba = methoxybenzoic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, EtOH = ethanol） was synthesized by hydrothermal reactions, and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pi with a = 1.15362（1）, b = 1.3655（3）, c = 1.61451（1） nm, α= 72.842（2）, β = 83.259（3）, y = 72.083（2）°, V = 2.3112（6） nm3, Z = 2,μ（MoKa） = 11.71 cm-1, F（000） = 1120, R = 0.0552 and wR = 0.1157 （I 〉 2σ（I））. The two centric zinc（H） ions in the complex locate in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry and a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination geometry, respectively. Two bridging bidentate carboxyl groups and a μ2-O carboxyl group from three methoxybenzoic acids act as the bridge to link two Zn（Ⅱ） ions. The asymmetric units are connected by π-π packing interactions between aromatic rings to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network. The experimental results show a good fluorescence property for the complex.

Hydrothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Properties of One Binuclear Nickel(Ⅱ) Complex with 3-(2-Pyridiyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole

A new binuclear nickel（Ⅱ） complex [Ni_2（C_7 N_4 H_5）_3（C_9 H_9 O_2）]n has been hydrothermally synthesized with nickel sulfate, 3-（pyridin-2-yl）-1H-1,2,4-triazole and 3,5-dimethylbenzoic acid（3,5-DMBA）. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 11.5769（7）, b = 12.3115（7）, c = 12.6431（7） A, α = 81.4860（10）o, β = 64.2830（10）o, γ = 63.7130（10）o, V = 1453.45（15） A^3, D_c = 1.604 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F（000） = 720, the final GOOF = 1.048, R = 0.0285 and wR = 0.0628. The crystal structure shows that the whole molecule consists of two nickel ions bridged by three μ_2-η~1：η~0-3-（pyridin-2-yl）-1,2,4-triazole anions. The coordination environment of Ni（Ⅱ） ion is NiO_2 N_4 and NiN_5, giving a distorted octahedral geometry and square pyramidal geometry respectively. The luminescence and thermal properties of the complex were investigated.
