This paper took the demands on talents in the integrated revitalization of culture and tourism in Xiadang Town, Shouning County, Fujian Province for example, proposed that cultural and tourism integrative development is an effective form of rural industrial revitalization, so that the regions such as Xiadang Town just getting rid of poverty could explore a characteristic road of rural revitalization through promoting rural talent revitalization effectively, implementing rural talent revitalization strategies according to the actual conditions, and urging the government to formulate policies for solving the talent structure conflicts during the overall revitalization.展开更多
