An Evaluation System for Agriculture and Tourism Coupling Degree of Rural Complex Based on Production-living-ecological Space

Rural complex is a bright spot for China to realize the development of new industries for rural revitalization.Starting from the concept,development history and current situation of rural complex,based on the perspective of production-living-ecological space,according to the different characteristics of agriculture and tourism,3 secondary indices and 18 tertiary indices were selected,and each of them was weighted using the Delphi expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct an evaluation system for the coupling degree of agriculture and tourism in rural complex.The results show gross domestic product and forest coverage have the most significant impact on agriculture,economic benefits and the ecological water quality of tourist attractions have the most significant impact on the tourism industry,and tourism economic benefits and agricultural ecological benefits have the most significant impact on rural complex.

Development Model of Rural Complex against the Backdrop of Rural Revitalization Strategy: A Case Study of "Baixianggu" in Jing’an County

Rural complex is a new type of rural revitalization and development model,and fully mastering the concept and connotation of this model is of great significance to the construction of rural complex in our country.This paper makes an all-round research and discussion on the basic situation,development advantages,model characteristics and existing problems of the rural complex development model of Baixianggu in Jing’an County,and puts forward the corresponding optimization path in view of the existing problems of Baixianggu project,in order to provide scientific and objective reference basis for the construction of national rural complex.

Spatial Allocation of Land Use in Luodeli Village,Luquan County,Yunnan Province from the Perspective of Rural Complex

Conceptually,rural complex is actually a comprehensive sustainable development model for new agricultural and rural areas across industries and functions.From the perspective of rural complex,combined with the actual case of Idyllic Orient in Yangshan,Wuxi,the first rural complex in China,this paper analyzes the current benefits of relevant projects.Considering the basic situation of Luodeli Village in Luquan County,Yunnan Province,the direction,development model and spatial allocation of land use are initially determined.Finally,the overall development path is proposed for Luodeli Village in Luquan County,in order to provide some ideas for its next development.

Function of Rural Settlement Complex Ecosystem in Mountain Area:A Case Study of Raosi Village of Zuogong County,Tibet

Using energy analysis,the quantifying evaluation and study method on production, living and ecology functions and their sustainability of rural settlement ecosystem in mountain area is established with these energy index such as export of labor and products, export of water resource, internal energy reserve, energy consumption for human living, net energy of ecosystem function and net internal reserve. Taking rural settlement Raosi Village in Hengduan Mountains as a case study, and on the basis of the synthetic research into the ecological process of the complex ecosystem, the study shows that energy costs of production, human living and ecology functions are separately taking 1.36%, 13.59% and 85. 05% of the gross ecosystem functions, and the exertions of production and human living functions are close to a high-point state on the present using level of energy in the settlement. The study also shows that the most important function of a rural settlement in mountain area is its ecological rather productive function.

Construction of pastoral complex in Guizhou under the background of rural revitalization

The proposal of rural revitalization strategy has brought new opportunities and driving forces for rural development. The pastoral complex, as a new concept and new goal, is a new breakthrough in the thinking mode of rural development. Promoting the construction of pastoral complex is not only an important measure to effectively solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, and promote the modernization of the rural and the agriculture, but also a concrete practice to promote the development of rural green economy. First of all, this paper gives an overview of the rural revitalization strategy and the pastoral complex. Secondly, it analyzes the necessity of the construction of Guizhou pastoral complex. And then, considering the reality in Guizhou, it analyzes the constraints of the construction for pastoral complex. Finally, it makes us think upon the measures to the construction of pastoral complex in Guizhou, and put forward some reasonable suggestions.

Progress of Domestic Research on Rural Tourism Complex

This paper combed the literature of the Rural Tourism Complex(RTC) on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), analyzed progress of domestic research on RTC in recent years based on the method of mathematical statistics, and found out that current domestic researches focused on three aspects, namely basic concept and theory, planning and operation, influence and effect. Based on the characteristics of existing researches, the paper pointed out the future direction of the research about RTC:(1) In terms of content: lay emphasis on the summary of practical experience and the perfection of the theoretical system, further enhance the application value of the theoretical research to guide the development and construction of regional rural tourism complex;(2) In terms of method: pay attention to the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis and the application of multi-disciplinary theories to expand the perspective of the relevant studies..

Planning, Design and Practice of the Pastoral Complex Under the Rural Revitalization Strategy: A Case Study of Guixi Town in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County

The pastoral complex is a product of urban-rural integrated development, an important way to build beautiful villages, and an important channel for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper analyzed the planning and design of the pastoral complex, ranging from the planning and design ideas to the functional layout, and put forward the practical strategy of the pastoral complex planning under the rural revitalization strategy: to innovate the pastoral complex model with the construction of characteristic towns as the carrier; to achieve the goal of rural revitalization with poverty alleviation as the guide; and to enrich the pastoral complex with local culture as the reliance. In this paper, Guixi Town of Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County was selected for research to explore its unique national cultural value and ecological advantages, so as to provide perfect theories for the planning of rural towns and explore a new direction of the construction of beautiful villages.

数字赋能乡村振兴的内在逻辑和实现路径——基于复杂适应系统理论的分析

随着数字技术的迅速发展,数字化建设已成为助力乡村振兴的重要手段之一。复杂适应系统(CAS)理论的特征与数字化建设系统具有很大的契合性,为数字化建设系统提供了重要的指导。以CAS理论为分析框架,对数字赋能乡村振兴进行逻辑分析,并基于对数字化建设系统的“主体—技术—内容—情景”四维理解,分析数字赋能乡村振兴中存在的困境,如主体复杂性、技术不适用性、内容不合理性、情景不充分性等。数字赋能乡村振兴,一要形成数字主体赋能乡村的多元支撑,二要实现数字技术赋能乡村基础设施的升级,三要保障数字服务赋能乡村综合治理精细化,四要构建数字情景赋能乡村资源的全方位补给。

新阶段乡村体育旅游综合体构建的逻辑理路与推进策略——基于旅游景区消费升级的视角

乡村体育旅游综合体的构建有益于促进区域产业空间再生产,扩大体育消费优质供给,助力乡村全面振兴。立足新发展阶段,以旅游景区消费升级为视角,运用文献资料、实地调查等研究方法,对乡村体育旅游综合体构建的逻辑理路与推进策略进行系统研究,并对乡村体育旅游综合体的概念进行界定,借助旅游景区消费升级的理论视角与驱动因素厘定后认为:旅游景区升级乡村体育旅游综合体过程中存在管理壁垒、同质化竞争、动力不足、安全桎梏等问题。并针对上述问题提出策略:革新管理职能,协同组织多元治理;融入特色赛事,创新景区发展品牌;精准群体营销,引导居民体育消费;强化风险管理,健全户外安全防范。

复杂视角下乡村旅游地农户可持续生计组态影响研究——以成都市幸福村为例

乡村旅游地农户可持续生计是一个多元因素共同作用的复杂系统,其组态影响研究对于转变当前研究的简单线性思维、深化推动农户生计可持续发展和全面推进乡村振兴具有重要意义。文章基于社会-生态系统理论构建组态影响理论模型,以成都市典型乡村旅游地幸福村的农户为案例,应用模糊集定性比较分析法探究复杂视角下乡村旅游地农户可持续生计组态影响,以揭示农户可持续生计发展背后更为深刻的效应机理。研究发现:1)乡村旅游地农户可持续生计受经济、社会、生态等外因与内因的组态影响,单一因素难以构成影响乡村旅游地农户可持续生计的必要条件,内生动力、旅游产业、土地利用、政策制度、社区治理和自然环境是组态路径中的6大核心影响因素;2)乡村旅游地农户可持续生计组态路径包括4类正向驱动路径和3类负向抑制路径,同向组态路径彼此等价且条件之间具有互补和替代关系,异向组态路径间具有因果关系的非对称性;3)乡村旅游地农户可持续生计多重并发路径的形成受旅游区位和主客观条件的影响。最后基于研究发现提出管理启示,旨在为乡村旅游地农户可持续生计影响机制研究提供复杂组态思路和借鉴。

全域旅游背景下离岛“乡村活力节点”——洞头区鹿西码头交通综合体策划研究

全域旅游是推动乡村振兴的重要途径。鹿西乡是温州市洞头区唯一的离岛乡镇,全岛建设空间有限,项目资源稀缺,规划建设的鹿西码头不应仅是功能单一的交通码头,而应在海岛乡村整体发展和洞头区全域旅游建设中扮演更重要的角色。因此如何把握机会,补足乡村发展迫切需求的功能要素,打造一个“乡村活力节点”,是进行本次策划研究的核心理念。针对鹿西乡面临的交通与旅游、游客与岛民、发展与保护三对主要矛盾,研究团队提出了“综合交通换乘、功能用途混合、地域文化融入、场所记忆延续”四大策划理念,并进一步规划了交通集散、社区服务、旅游集散、特色餐饮、观光游览、文化展览、综合商业七大业态板块,将鹿西码头打造成一个交通综合体,从而激发海岛乡村活力,并进一步带动洞头北部全域旅游发展,实现局部发展与整体发展的融合。这也将为今后其他海岛乡村发展和小规模码头综合体建设提供可资借鉴的经验。

基于生态位模型的县域乡村聚落用地适宜性评价

现有县域乡村聚落用地适宜性评价方法的评价精度低,无法为县域乡村聚落用地合理划分与土地资源高效利用提供有利条件,因此引入生态位模型,开展对县域乡村聚落用地适宜性评价。从自然条件、资源条件、社会经济条件等方面选择出地质灾害、农用地质量、道路通达度等指标,完成对县域乡村聚落用地适宜性评价指标体系的构建。在此基础上,对各项适宜性指标量化。最后,结合生态位模型,构建适宜性评价模型,实现对用地适宜性的评价,确定不同适宜性程度用地区域的具体分布。通过对比实验证明,新的评价方法得到的评价结果更符合实际,评价精度更高,评价结果可为实现用地区域划分提供有利条件。

三产融合背景下田园综合体农产品的包装创意研究与实践

目的研究三产融合背景下田园综合体农产品包装创意升级的需求与设计策略。方法通过分析、比较国内外现有田园综合体农产品包装的实际案例,从综合产业优势、连接情感需求和导入农产品IP的具体创新方法中提出与三产融合概念叠加的农产品包装创意策略,并应用于河北金沙河红薯岭田园综合体特色农产品的包装实践之中。结果构建了从农村生产、生活、生态三方面综合提炼田园综合体农产品产业优势和创意要素的创新方法,阐述了产业融合后包装创意实现消费者情感连接和数字化传播的有效途径。结论在政策背景和经济发展模式的推动下,我国田园综合体农产品的包装创意应充分整合产业资源和地域文化、强调叙事性的乡村情怀、建立衍生力强的IP形象以适应于日渐年轻化的消费群体和互联网销售平台。

冲突与调适:复杂政策下农村基层治理实践与策略

农村基层治理存在政策执行困难,这催生出基层多元化应对策略。基于“冲突—调适”的分析框架,农村复杂政策执行中的多重冲突表现为国家行政话语与乡土伦理话语的冲突、多任务政策设计与地方政策资源不足的冲突、综合性政策内容与部门分权的冲突,以及属地问责制与地方有责缺权的冲突。为应对以上冲突,基层政策执行主体靶向性实施行政嵌入社会导向下行政技术与施政伦理结合、资源争取与再分配导向下资源吸纳与选择性执行结合、构建行政共同体导向下组织结构再造与党政引领结合,以及避责思维导向下责任分解与灵活应对结合的调适策略。未来各类调适策略的基层运用应不断走向稳定化、常态化与制度化,为新时期基层治理提供更多解题思路。

促进与抑制农村集体经济发展的复杂组态——基于NCA与fsQCA方法的分析

文章从复杂性视角出发,结合NCA与fsQCA两种新兴方法,以实地调研案例为研究样本,探讨农村集体经济发展的复杂条件组态。研究发现:单个要素不构成农村集体经济发展的必要条件。促进性组态有3种类型,不同的组态代表着促进农村集体经济发展的多重实现方式。抑制性组态同样有3种类型,不同的组态代表着农村集体经济发展受困的多重原因。进一步分析发现,农村集体经济的发展具有因果非对称性、殊途同归性、困因多重性。因此,各主体应通过多重条件的适配来实现发展路径的切实可行,同时加强要素间的协同联动并营造良好发展环境,整体性推动农村集体经济的全面发展。

田园综合体建设试点促进了我国乡村产业高质量发展吗?

采取有效的政策举措促进我国乡村产业高质量发展,不仅是实现我国乡村振兴和共同富裕目标的必然要求,也是政府和学界广泛关注的重大现实问题。本文基于2011—2021年我国30个省(直辖市、自治区)的面板数据,从乡村产业的规模、结构、创新与效益4个维度对乡村产业高质量发展水平进行了测度并揭示了其时空演进特征。在此基础上,聚焦田园综合体建设试点,通过倾向得分匹配—双重差分法实证分析了其对我国乡村产业高质量发展的影响及其在沿海和内陆省份、农业和非农业经济大省之间的差异,并评估了财政支农水平、乡村产业就业吸引力对上述影响的调节效应。研究表明:从时间维度看,2011—2021年我国各地区乡村产业高质量发展水平均有所提升但发展速度存在明显差异,从空间维度看,我国乡村产业高质量发展高聚类区域呈现出由以沿海为主,演变为华东、华中以及川渝地区三足鼎立的空间格局;田园综合体建设试点能够显著正向影响我国试点地区乡村产业高质量发展,且结果稳健;在沿海地区和农业经济大省,田园综合体建设试点对乡村产业高质量发展的促进作用更加明显,同时,财政支农水平和乡村产业就业吸引力均在田园综合体建设对乡村产业高质量发展的促进作用中起正向调节作用。研究对于更有针对性地实施、推广田园综合体建设试点政策,发挥该政策在乡村产业高质量发展中的作用具有重要理论和现实意义。

综合门户城市地区乡村高质量发展路径--以广州国家级田园综合体规划建设为例

结合高质量发展与乡村振兴的逻辑关系,选取在城乡融合起主导地位的综合门户城市地区的乡村作为研究对象,分析其发展特点及问题,提出镇域统筹、资产盘活、机制传导的乡村高质量发展的应对路径,并以广州国家级田园综合体规划建设实践为例,分析其创建情况和创建路径,以地方国企引领带动乡村建设的实践验证乡村高质量发展路径,以期为其他地区的乡村高质量发展提供经验借鉴。

乡村振兴背景下田园综合体发展模式研究——以云南省玉龙纳西族自治县拉市田园综合体为例

结合新时期田园综合体的特征及要求,文章基于保护与发展的关系,以云南省玉龙纳西族自治县拉市田园综合体为研究案例,提出包括全系统的生态治理模式、全域化的产业发展模式以及全要素的风貌塑造模式,并从创新田园综合体运营模式、联动上下级规划等方面保障田园综合体未来的可实施性,以期对类似规划实践有所参考。

康养产业和田园综合体融合发展研究

康养产业和田园综合体都是顺应时代和经济发展要求的产物,二者也都处于发展的上升阶段。但二者之间不是孤立隔绝的,而在核心内涵、根本目标、环境要求等方面具有一定的契合点,具有融合发展的可能。但同样也都面临着一些困境,比如人才供给不足、产业用地矛盾、规划设计缺乏特色、缺乏成熟可供借鉴的模式等。本文通过融合发展的可行性分析以及指出二者存在的问题,为促进中国农业农村发展、解决养老问题等提供一定的启示。

田园综合体视角下的石官营村人居环境提升设计探究

农村的发展在我国整体发展中占有极其重要的位置,近些年在各项政策引导下农村发生了巨大变化。田园综合体是一种集循环农业、农事体验、创意农业、田园社区为一体的乡村综合发展模式,是实现乡村振兴的重要方式之一,能够更好地缩小城乡差距。本文通过探索河北省三河市高楼镇石官营村田园综合体发展策略,以期为该地人居环境提升带来更好的可持续发展思路。
