Facing the development and change of contemporary urban and rural planning discipline and social talent demand,it is imperative to develop the talent training of urban and rural planning major.Based on the teaching platform,this study constructed a perfect talent training mode,implemented modular teaching,took the occupation as the guidance,carried out the application-oriented talent training,and delivered high-quality professionals to the society.

The Evolution and Trend Analysis of Rural Planning Research Hotspots under the Background of Territorial and Spatial Planning

Under the background of the new round of land and space planning,the research on rural planning in China is undergoing positive changes.Based on the past emphasis on engineering thinking and planning technology,it has entered the field of planning strategy and planning guidance.The extended development trend shows a research trend of intensified integration with public management disciplines and government governance theories.The intervention of government regulation research will provide a solid theoretical guarantee for the rural revitalization strategy that focuses on planning and planning first.In order to study the rural planning hotspots and trends in the context of territorial and spatial planning,using CiteSpace software to map rural areas from the perspectives of the number of articles,authors,publishing organizations,keyword co-occurrence networks,keyword clustering analysis,hotspot evolution,prominent word analysis,etc.The knowledge map was planned and visualized comparative analysis was carried out.

Exploring the Gaps between Master’s Degree Holders’Competence and Industrial Demands in Urban and Rural Planning:Senior Field Engineers’Observations and Reflexive Narrative

This paper examines the academic-work gap in terms of performance reality and performance expectations by expanding on the cultivation model of Master's students in the university context and the most recent industry requirements for talents'competence.The subjects of this paper are Master's degree holders,both academic and professional.The paper examines common issues encountered by enterprise professionals when employing Master's degree holders and proposes a university-enterprise joint cultivation model to achieve win-win outcomes for both higher education institutions and businesses.

A Study on the Innovations of Rural Planning and Management of Chengdu, Sichuan, China

China has adopted a dual urban-rural administration system for many years which gives far more attention to cities than to rural areas. Designated as a National Comprehensive Reform Experiment Area for Coordinated Urban-Rural Development, Chengdu is one of several areas in China where the practice of rural planning was fi rstly carried out. After the earthquakes in Wenchuan in 2008 and Lushan in 2013, the post-disaster reconstruction further enriched the local capabilities of rural planning and management. The practice of Chengdu demonstrates that the success of rural planning and management depends on two aspects, a well-organized and well-developed legal systems and institutions and bottom-up selfadministration of local residents which incorporates the social relationships of local communities based on clan and blood kinships. This paper introduces the positive experience of Chengdu in rural planning and management that could be benefi cial for other areas in the country.

Reform of Rural Planning in Southern Jiangsu in the Context of the New Normal: A Case Study of Suzhou

As China's economic development enters the new normal stage, the rural development mode and trend will assume new features. Rural planning must be reformed to adapt to the new rural development law accordingly. Focusing on Southern Jiangsu where rural study and planning began earlier than other areas, this paper takes Suzhou as an example and analyzes the features of rural planning in Southern Jiangsu through stage division, based on the internal logic of new normal development. It points out that rural planning of Southern Jiangsu has experienced a "normal to abnormal" development transition. After summarizing existing problems in the planning process, as well as new demands brought to planning by rural development under the new normal stage, this paper also puts forward the reform directions and thoughts of rural planning in Southern Jiangsu from the perspectives of planning value idea, planning drafting system, and planning management mechanism.

Rural Health Tourism Planning and Design Based on Tea Travel Experience-Take Huanghuaxi Village in Anhua County as an Example

In the context of rural revitalization era,more and more villages choose tourism as the direction of development,and the primary link of rural tourism development is to combine the characteristics of different villages,mining tourism resources suitable for their own characteristics and development direction.For villages with tea culture,how to develop rural health tourism from the perspective of tea travel experience has become a new focus.Taking Huanghuaxi in Anhua County as an example,the paper evaluates and analyzes the planning methods and key points of rural health tourism based on tea tourism experience from the perspective of development potential,and makes clear the foothold and feasibility of health tourism development.Secondly,from the perspective of tea culture activation and inheritance and health tourism design,this paper discusses how to effectively integrate the functions of tea culture and health tourism.Through the spatial layout,road traffic,landscape and construction and operation of Huanghuaxi Village in Anhua County,a series of construction strategies are proposed to make tea culture and health industry promote each other.At the same time,there are two kinds of theme tour lines for people with different needs,namely,the leisure vacation theme tour line and the tea travel health theme tour line,which provide new ideas for the planning and design research of rural recreation projects related to the tea travel experience.

Rural Development Program for State-Level New Area in Western China: An Empirical Analysis and Policy Suggestions Based on Villagers' Wishes

Rural development that has been raised to an unprecedented strategic position has become an important fulcrum for China to maintain its rapid economic growth in the future when China's economy has entered a period of new normal. As a quintessential example in the state-level new area of western China and mountainous city, rural areas around Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area have typical preferential policies, space structure, and industrial layout. This study is different from the traditional rural research which focuses on the spatial arrangement of settlements and facilities. From the perspective of villagers' participation and field investigation, this study objectively understands the characteristics, advantages and problems of rural development, and explores the development problems in rural areas, so as to provide a reference for rural planning.

Analysis of Local Features and Shaping of Rural Tourism in Kuandian of Liaoning Province

In the process of rural tourism development and planning,local features and related concepts have attracted more and more attention from scholars with the deepening of development. As one form of places,rural areas have extraordinary significance,so the participation of local residents,the integration of traditional culture and the inheritance of local features should be fully taken into account in the development of rural tourism. However,some local governments refuse to focus on local features in the process of rural tourism planning,so the planning and development of rural tourism in many places are similar and can't reflect the unique features of local culture. Therefore,this paper takes Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County in Liaoning Province as an example,which has rich rural tourism resources and unique features,and conducts research on the tourism planning with local features from local perspective.

The Evolution of China's Rural Governance System and Its Influences on Rural Spatial Planning

This paper reviews the development process of China's rural governance system, indicating that the current system of "township governance based on village autonomy" is facing a new situation such as the weakening governance capacity of grass-roots authorities and the emergence of new governing bodies. Aiming at promoting practical rural planning, the paper conducts research about the rural governance system, public goods supply, and rural planning reform. It divides the rural governance mechanisms on public goods supply into three categories: government, community and market. The paper then focuses on how to achieve a community-based supply of public goods via emerging "rural organizations," as well as on how to transform the public service center allocation and spatial planning philosophy and methods in rural planning accordingly.
