CULTIVATION OF S&T TALENTS FOR THE NEXT CENTURY

In recent years, the research institutes under the CAS Shanghai Branch have emphasized the training of S&T talents, energized the restructuring of their system of personnel affairs and adopted a lot of effective measures conducive to producing prodigies, leading to remarkable results. This article gives a detailed exposition of these changes.

The Influence Mechanism of an Inclusive Organizational Climate on Innovation Input of Sci-Tech Talents

With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly fierce.Stimulating the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot topic in theoretical research and policy practice.Based on the data from 246 questionnaires collected from sci-tech talents in Hebei province,this study explored the influence mechanism of an inclusive organizational climate on innovation input from technological talents and verified the mediating effects of innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation.The results indicate that an inclusive organizational climate has a significant positive impact on innovation input,innovation self-efficacy,and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents.Both innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation play a partial mediating role between an inclusive climate and innovation input.This study verified the important role of an inclusive climate in an organization’s human resource management practices and encouraged managers to emphasize enhancing the innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents,thereby continuously improving the level of innovation.

Teaching Reform and Practice of Functional Experiment Based on the Cultivation of Excellent Medical Talents

In order to cultivate excellent clinical medical talents with a solid foundation, strong literacy, refined skills, excellent communication abilities, innovative thinking, and a strong focus on practicality, functional experiments have undergone a series of reforms in areas such as constructing new curriculum systems, improving teaching content, updating teaching equipment, introducing new teaching models, and enhancing teaching evaluation systems.

Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Guidance of the Spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness

Heilongjiang reclamation area has made great progress since its development and construction, among which the agricultural and forestry colleges in China have played a key role in the input of talents for the production of reclamation area, and the spirit of the Great Wilderness has important strategic significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. To innovate the cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges under the guidance of the spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness, and to provide a reference mode for the cultivation of undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges in China.

Construction of a Multi-Level Strategic System for Cultivating Cultural Industry Management Talents in Colleges and Universities

Through SWOT(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats)and PEST(political,economic,social,and technological)analysis,this study discusses the construction of a multi-level strategic system for the cultivation of cultural industry management talents in colleges and universities.First of all,based on SWOT analysis,it is found that colleges and universities have rich educational resources and policy support,but they face challenges such as insufficient practical teaching and intensified international competition.External opportunities come from the rapid development of the cultivation of cultural industry management talents and policy promotion,while threats come from global market competition and talent flow.Secondly,PEST analysis reveals the key factors in the macro-environment:at the political level,the state vigorously supports the cultivation of cultural industry management talents;at the economic level,the market demand for cultural industries is strong;at the social level,the public cultural consumption is upgraded;at the technological level,digital transformation promotes industry innovation.On this basis,this paper puts forward a multi-level strategic system covering theoretical education,practical skill improvement,interdisciplinary integration,and international vision training.The system aims to solve the problems existing in talent training in colleges and universities and cultivate high-quality cultural industry management talents with theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and global vision,so as to adapt to the increasingly complex and diversified cultural industry management talents market demand and promote the long-term development of the industry.

The Reform and Practice of Multicultural Cultivation Mode of Art Talents in Colleges and Universities Under the Strategy of “Three Highs and Four New”

As an important link in the development of modern quality education,art education is one of the methods to guide students to have a diversified vision.Under the background of multiculturalism,we need to explore the connotation and value of art education with the concept of“three highs and four new,”so that students can realize interdisciplinary and cross-cultural cognition through an immersive experience and practical operation in a wide range of multicultural situations,and to develop the knowledge of art education with the concept of“three highs and four new.”Based on the multicultural background,this paper focuses on the integration of multiculturalism into the reform practice of“student-centered”in colleges and universities,so as to cultivate art talents adapted to the multicultural background,in order to achieve the great mission of“three highs and four new”and better lead the innovative development of art education in colleges and universities.

Problems and Countermeasures in the Training of Master of Translation and Interpreting Talents in the Context of Technological Empowerment

This paper aims to explore the problems and countermeasures in the training of Master of Translation and Interpreting(MTI)talents in the context of technological empowerment.Through methods such as questionnaires and literature review,the study analyzes the problems in the training of MTI talents under technological empowerment and,by examining the feasibility and applicability of technologies,proposes countermeasures to these problems.The research finds that there are still problems in four areas:training concept,teaching content,research in the current training of MTI talents,and mutual empowerment of technology and education.Four countermeasures are suggested to address these problems,including utilizing technology to promote personalized training and optimize teaching content.This study provides valuable references for future educators to leverage technology in the training of MTI talents.

Research on the Path of Cultivating High-Level Technical and Skilled Talents in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

This paper explores strategies to cultivate high-level technical talents in vocational undergraduate colleges by analyzing their development,the essence of such talents,and proposing several key measures.Strategies include optimizing professional settings and curricula,enhancing school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry-university-research,improving teaching staff quality and educational standards,and expanding international cooperation.The importance of policy support and funding and establishing robust quality assurance systems is emphasized for effectively cultivating skilled talents in vocational undergraduate colleges.

高校“专创融合”教育研究进展——基于CiteSpace的文献计量分析

“专创融合”是教育部关于新时期高校教育教学工作的重大要求,也是当前高校教育教学工作中的一项重大课题。该文以2013—2023年中国知网(CNKI数据库)的1 416篇“专创融合”主题论文为样本,借助CiteSpace对数据进行时空分布、研究热点、研究前沿等方面的文献计量分析。研究结果显示,“专创融合”相关研究正处在初步发展阶段,研究热点集中于“专创融合”的内涵特征、改革建议以及教学模式探索三个方面。研究前沿包括“课堂教学”“融合路径”“实践平台”和“教学模式”等。发文作者尚未形成稳定的核心作者群体,发文机构多分布在广东等地职业院校。

LSTM 智能导向的电子信息实践教改探索

针对传统电子信息专业教学中存在的问题,提出融合AI技术的针对性LSTM智能导向实践教学模型,构建了因材施教的人才培养体系。结合AI技术构建融合平台,包括结合深度学习技术在电子信息基础理论与实践课程中有针对性地推荐课程;借鉴强化学习思想和组内竞争思想助力学生竞赛创新;采用LSTM对学生个体进行建模,用以准确评估学生的自身能力,以便教师对他们进行因材施教。该教改方案实施以来,实验班相比对照班在获奖门类和数量上都有显著提高,验证了所提教改方案的有效性。

基于CiteSpace可视化分析儿科人才培养现状

儿科医生紧缺人才培养是全面建设健康中国战略目标下医院高质量发展的重要组成部分,直接关系到国家的未来和社会的发展。本研究旨在基于CiteSpace可视化分析工具,通过发文量、发文作者及机构,以及研究关键词分析来探索医院高质量发展中儿科人才培养模式。结果显示,儿科人才培养模式的研究呈现逐年增长趋势,但核心作者群尚未形成,研究机构之间的合作关系相对疏散,关键词分析表明教学模式是当前研究的热点。据此热点,本研究介绍了西安交通大学第二附属医院创新儿科教学模式的创新经验及实施成效。

面向新质人才需求的STEAM培育机制研究

组织与人力视角下的STEM教育师资发展与新质提升

STEM教育现已成为培养学习者科技创新能力的国际共识。国际STEM教育一类中心落地上海,肯定了我国STEM教育取得的成绩,提振了本土STEM教育未来发展的信心。然而长期以来我国中小学开展STEM教育实践受制于师资不足问题的影响,师资问题是分科教育发展惯性造成的“系统性短缺”与人力资本勾勒不清造成的“结构性短缺”的结合体。当前培养拔尖创新人才已经成为新时期教育的主旋律,STEM教育具有“立足核心素养,培养创新人才”的价值支点。STEM教师群体基本盘初步建立,教师立足自身的能力迁移实现了STEM教师数量的提升,院校助推的教学模式与评价研究促进了STEM教师能力的提升。随着教育人工智能的发展及其对教育全要素的重塑,组织、人力治理与数智技术的融合将共同实现STEM教育的新质发展。为此,有关部门要开展STEM教育生态评价,助推发展规划落地;构建STEM教师胜任模型,促进专职教师成长;建设STEM教育数字资源,探索人机双师模式。

基于CiteSpace的乡村人才振兴研究热点的可视化分析——以2018年—2022年文献资料为基础

人才振兴是乡村振兴的基础和关键,对乡村的建设和发展至关重要.文章利用CiteSpace文献计量工具,对2018年—2022年的中国知网数据库收录的以“乡村人才振兴”为主题的840条有效文献进行分析,挖掘发文量、研究作者、研究机构、研究热点及发展趋势等信息,旨在厘清乡村人才振兴领域的研究概况和热点变迁,提高理论研究的现实指导性.研究结果表明乡村人才振兴的研究经历了“起步—发展—蓬勃”的三个发展阶段,发文量整体上不断攀升,研究力量主要集中在高校和研究机构,但作者间和机构间的合作网络仍有待加强.乡村人才振兴的背景研究、对象研究、路径研究和目标研究是近五年的研究热点主题.未来研究还需开拓研究视角,深化研究内容,创新研究着眼点,丰富研究方法,提高研究的可信度和精确性,进一步指导实践向前发展.

Exploration of Graduate Student Cultivation Mode of Landscape Architecture under the Background of“Artificial Intelligence+X”

Under the background of“artificial intelligence+X”,the development of landscape architecture industry ushers in new opportunities,and professional talents need to be updated to meet the social demand.This paper analyzes the cultivation demand of landscape architecture graduate students in the context of the new era,and identifies the problems by comparing the original professional graduate training mode.The new cultivation mode of graduate students in landscape architecture is proposed,including updating the target orientation of the discipline,optimizing the teaching system,building a“dualteacher”tutor team,and improving the“industry-university-research-utilization”integrated cultivation,so as to cultivate high-quality compound talents with disciplinary characteristics.

构建STEAM教育产学政研一体化系统,发挥主体适应性,对于促进STEAM教育发展具有现实必要性和价值合理性.目前STEAM教育产学政研一体化系统构建格局尚处于探索阶段,还缺乏系统性考量和整体协同性创新推进,存在诸多现实困厄.鉴于此,基于复杂适应系统理论分析了其构建理据、体系架构和现实困厄,提出破解之道在于整合政府、社会机构、企业、学校和科研机构等多方力量,从理念、体制、机制和环境等4重维度上,促进系统各自适应性主体之间的“点线面体”有机结合、融合联动,同心协力推动STEAM教育高质量生态发展,提升人才培养的数量和质量.

STEM国际教育政策动向与实践趋势——以美英加澳新为例

STEM人才正在成为影响国家发展和科技创新的关键因素。美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰在国际高等教育市场中占据优势地位,五国在STEM国际教育政策与实践方面呈现出一些共同的特点:高度重视STEM教育和国际人才竞争,从国家战略层面制定STEM国际教育政策和措施;政校企合力构建STEM人才培养支持体系;普通教育与职业教育并重的STEM人才培养路径;针对生源国实施差异化的STEM国际学生流动政策。在全球人才竞争的背景下,五国的做法可为我国STEM人才培养与引进提供参考。

中国人才政策研究的现状与趋势——基于Cite Space的可视化分析

科学的人才政策是实现人才强国和科教兴国战略的重要保障。借助Cite Space量化分析软件,分别从发文作者、发文机构、高被引文献、关键词等方面对人才政策研究情况进行可视化分析,在整合既有研究基础上展望未来。研究表明:我国人才政策研究主要聚焦于人才政策本身、实施存在的问题、可行性路径三个维度。当前的研究热点主题为人才战略、人才开发、人才培养,已有关键词之间关联性不强,机构合作密度不高,缺少系统研究框架和强大理论支持。据此,今后人才政策的研究应该加强跨学科融合思考,建构具有中国特色的本土化研究架构,注重人才培养的硬环境和软环境建设。

基于SWOT的粮食行业数字化人才培养路径分析

人才始终是困扰和制约我国粮食行业发展的“瓶颈”。为促进我国粮食行业数字化转型,从粮食行业数字化人才培养视角出发,对粮食行业数字化转型方向与数字化人才需求进行具体分析。其次,运用SWOT方法分析了我国粮食行业数字化人才培养存在的优势和劣势、机遇和挑战。并依据SWOT分析结果,围绕“政产学研”四大人才培养主体,构建了我国粮食行业数字化人才培养四大路径。最后,基于我国粮食行业数字化人才培养的优势大于劣势,机遇大于威胁的现状,对提出的扭转型人才培养路径进行了具体分析。
