In this paper a new proposal of a straight line, the "modified Tukey's line", for fitting to a normal quantile-quantile Plot, or normal Q-Q plot, is presented. This probability plot allows us to determine whether a set of sample observations is distributed according to a normal distribution. For this, the sample quantiles are represented against the quantiles of a theoretical probability model, which in this case is the normal distribution. If the data set follows the above mentioned distribution, the plotted points will have a rectilinear configuration. To verify this, there are different alternatives for fitting a straight line to the plotted points. Among the straight lines which can be fitted to a Q-Q plot, in this paper, besides the proposed straight line, the following straight lines are considered: straight line that passes through the first and third quartiles, straight line that passes through the 10th and 90th percentiles, straight line fitted by the method of least squares, straight line with slope s and constant the average of the data set, Theil's line and Tukey's line. In addition, an example, in which there are represented the different straight lines considered and the proposed straight line on a normal Q-Q plot obtained for the same set of observations, is developed. Background Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus(ILVEN)is a rare type of epidermal nevus that occurs in infancy and develops along Blaschko’s lines.Due to its rarity and clinical/histological similarities with other cutaneous disorders,correct diagnosis is sometimes difficult.In the present case,the whole exome sequencing of blood found no germline mutation,but the sequencing of the biopsy specimen revealed a novel potential pathogenic somatic mutation,C>T at rs200881715(p.R698X)in the cspp1 gene,which may provide new insight into the mechanism of ILVEN.Patient concerns A 10-year-old girl presented with linear,pruritic,erythematous,scaly,and exophytic verrucous skin lesions on her left thigh,buttock,and hand unilaterally along Blaschko’s lines from the third day after birth.Diagnosis Biopsy revealed psoriasiform acanthosis,papillary hyperplasia with orthohyperkeratosis,and parakeratosis of squamous epithelium,which are histological characteristics of ILVEN.Interventions Owing to the large lesion size and significant refractory response to previous treatments,multiple-stage surgical resections with a tissue expander were performed.Outcomes After surgical resection and defect reconstruction with a tissue expander,the outcome was satisfactory for the patient and her family.No recurrence was detected during the follow-up visits.Conclusion ILVEN is a rare type of cutaneous hyperplastic disease,and treatment is extremely challenging.Biopsy should be performed at the diagnostician’s discretion or if refractory to conservative treatments.Timely diagnosis and surgical intervention could result in satisfactory outcomes. 展开更多

BACKGROUND There is no standard therapy for second-line treatment of gemcitabine-refractory pancreatic cancer patients with poor performance status.A combination of chemotherapy drugs 5-fluorouracil(5-FU),leucovorin,irinotecan,and oxaliplatin(FOLFIRINOX)or 5-fluorouracil/leucovorin plus nanoliposomal irinotecan can be considered as second-line treatment for such patients;however,due to toxicity,none of the regimens are recommended for patients with poor performance.Capecitabine or S-1 has relatively low toxicity and can be considered a treatment option for gemcitabine-refractory pancreatic cancer.AIM To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of oral chemotherapy as second-line treatment in patients with pancreatic cancer.METHODS Patients who had progressive disease after first-line gemcitabine-based chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed between January 2011 and December 2018.They were treated with capecitabine or S-1 as the second-line treatment.Capecitabine was administered as a 2500 mg/m2 divided dose on days 1-14,followed by a 1-wk rest.S-1 was taken orally based on the patient’s body surface area for 28 d,followed by 2-wk of rest.Progression-free survival and overall survival were used to compare efficacy of capecitabine and S-1.RESULTS Of the 81 patients,41 were treated with capecitabine and 40 with S-1.The median time to treatment failure in both groups was 1.5 mo(P=0.425).The objective response rate was similar in the two groups:9.8%with capecitabine and 2.5%with S-1(P=0.359).Median progression-free survival was longer in the S-1 group than in the capecitabine group(S-12.7 mo,capecitabine 2.0 mo,P=0.003).There was no significant difference in the median overall survival between the capecitabine and S-1 groups(4.3 mo vs 5.0 mo,P=0.092).Grade 3 or 4 hand-foot syndrome was significantly more common in the capecitabine group than in the S-1 group(14.6%vs 0%,P=0.026).CONCLUSION Capecitabine or S-1 can be used as a second-line treatment for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer with poor performance status after progression to a gemcitabine-based regimen. 展开更多

A digital embroidery machine was selected to fabricate transmission lines. Effects of the typical process parameters on the S-parameter of these RF transmission lines were tested and discussed. And the results showed that embroidery process parameters such as stitch direction,stitch spacing,stitch length and embroidered tension had significant effects on the RF performance of embroidered transmission lines,of which stitch type was the most important factor for the measured S-parameter of transmission lines. 展开更多

The results showedthat six generations of selection was effective in selecting main characters of S06M line, especially the selection of growth rate had no adverse effecton reproductive performance. All indicators of reproductive performance were improved in varying degrees during breeding, particularly the egg production at 68 weeks of age. The breeding progress of main target traits significantly slowed down after the second generation, but they still maintained at higher levels and the characters of S06M tended to be stable. 展开更多

电站锅炉在低NO_(x)燃烧过程中因锅炉内还原性气氛浓度较高,会产生较多H_(2)S气体。针对H_(2)S因具有易燃、强腐蚀性、剧毒性而可能对火电厂造成多种危害的问题,采用可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(tunable diode laser absorption spectrosc... 电站锅炉在低NO_(x)燃烧过程中因锅炉内还原性气氛浓度较高,会产生较多H_(2)S气体。针对H_(2)S因具有易燃、强腐蚀性、剧毒性而可能对火电厂造成多种危害的问题,采用可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy,TDLAS)方法结合多通池和计算机搭建低气体摩尔分数在线测量系统,实现了对混合气体中摩尔分数在10–6量级H_(2)S的精确在线测量,并利用该测量系统进行了H_(2)S高温反应实验,探究实验温度和混合气体中O_(2)摩尔分数对该反应的影响。实验结果展示了压力为80 kPa、O_(2)摩尔分数为0~5%的条件下,H_(2)S开始发生化学反应的温度随O_(2)摩尔分数变化的变化规律,整体而言,混合气体中O_(2)摩尔分数越高,H_(2)S开始发生化学反应的温度越低。实验结果可以为锅炉烟气中H_(2)S的生成、转化和危害控制提供一定数据基础。 展开更多

Resistance of these cells for adriamycin was 66-fold more than their parental cells. The resistance for a typical DNA topoisomerase Ⅱ inhibitor VP16 (Etopcaide) was increased 9 times. Overexpression of multidrug resistant gene (MDR gene) products, P-glycoproteins (P-1 70), was also demonstrated by immunohistochemistry. Furthermore, the ability of the resistant cells to reduce net cellular drug accumulation measured by flow fluorescence cytometry was 89-fold higher than their parental cells. These results support the hypothesis that the resistance of S-180R cells to adriamycin was mainly due to the overexpression of P-glycoproteins. The S-180R cells will be useful to select drugs or some other therapeutic strategies to overcome multidrug resistance in vivo. 展开更多

夹直线在一定程度上可以保证线型连续和行车平顺,但过短的夹直线长度会导致振动叠加,影响旅客舒适度和列车运行的稳定性,增加运营维护成本。本文通过对城市轨道交通S型曲线夹直线与长直线地段振动对比试验研究,从时域、时频域、振动加... 夹直线在一定程度上可以保证线型连续和行车平顺,但过短的夹直线长度会导致振动叠加,影响旅客舒适度和列车运行的稳定性,增加运营维护成本。本文通过对城市轨道交通S型曲线夹直线与长直线地段振动对比试验研究,从时域、时频域、振动加速度级及地面Z振级等方面对获得的数据进行分析,解释了夹直线段振动叠加的产生机理,验证了车体垂向加速度峰值在缓直点处会出现峰值提前现象,并阐述了夹直线段的振动叠加现象对地面环境振动的影响。结论如下:车辆在通过S型曲线线形变化点时产生的冲击振动会通过钢轨以弹性波的形式向前传播,与车辆在夹直线段行驶产生的振动叠加;由于弹性波的形式传播的速度远高于车辆行驶速度,因此会导致夹直线段出现振动加速度峰值提前现象;S型曲线夹直线的垂向振动加速度的优势频率要高于长直线段,且更向高频分散;S型曲线夹直线产生的振动叠加现象不会对地面环境振动产生影响。 展开更多

The effects of Sonic hedgehog(Shh) signaling pathway activation on S-type neuroblastoma(NB) cell lines and its role in NB tumorigenesis were investigated.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Shh pathway components— Patched1(PTCH1) and Gli1 in 40 human primary NB samples.Western blotting and RT-PCR were used to examine the protein expression and mRNA levels of PTCH1 and Gli1 in three kinds of S-type NB cell lines(SK-N-AS,SK-N-SH and SHEP1),respectively.Exogenous Shh was administrated to activate Shh signaling pathway while cyclopamine was used as a selective antagonist of Shh pathway.S-type NB cell lines were treated with different concentrations of Shh or/and cyclopamine for different durations.Cell viability was measured by using MTT method.Apoptosis rate and cell cycle were assayed by flow cytometry.The xenograft experiments were used to evaluate the role of Shh pathway in tumor growth in immunodeficient mice.High-level expression of PTCH1 and Gli1 was detected in both NB samples and S-type NB cell lines.Cyclopamine decreased the survival rate of the three cell lines while Shh increased it,and the inhibition effects of cyclopamine could be partially reversed by shh pre-treatment.Cyclopamine induced the cell apoptosis and the cell cycle arrest in G0/G1 phase,while Shh induced the reverse effects and could partially prevent effects of cyclopamine.Cyclopamine could also inhibit the growth of NB in vivo.Our studies revealed that activation of the Shh pathway is important for survival and proliferation of S-type NB cells in vivo and in vitro through affecting cell apoptosis and cell cycle,suggesting a new therapeutic approach to NB. 展开更多

架空输电线路上的鸟巢侵占会对铁塔上的电力设备造成安全隐患,间接可能影响整个电力系统的稳定运行。针对目前架空输电线路鸟巢检测模型在复杂场景以及小目标场景下检测精度不高,检测效率低,模型复杂等问题。本研究提出一种基于YOLOv5s... 架空输电线路上的鸟巢侵占会对铁塔上的电力设备造成安全隐患,间接可能影响整个电力系统的稳定运行。针对目前架空输电线路鸟巢检测模型在复杂场景以及小目标场景下检测精度不高,检测效率低,模型复杂等问题。本研究提出一种基于YOLOv5s框架的轻量化架空输电线路鸟巢检测网络。首先在主干部分采用Fasternet重构YOLOv5s特征提取网络,降低模型复杂度,提高运行速度;然后在特征融合网络部分嵌入ConvMixer层,ConvMixer层的结构设计有助于在特征信息中更好的捕捉空间和通道的关系,提升模型对于小目标的检测能力;最后在特征融合网络部分引入ODConv模块,令送入检测头的特征图包含更多有效特征,提高模型对复杂场景和小目标的检测性能。实验结果表明,本文与基线模型YOLOv5s相比,计算量和模型体积分别减少了86%和72%,平均精度均值达到96.4%,检测速度达到104.2帧/s,验证了本文改进模型的有效性和可行性。 展开更多

基于改进HybridNets的多任务驾驶感知方法

针对计算资源有限的自动驾驶系统和多任务驾驶感知算法精度低问题,提出了一种改进的HybridNets多任务驾驶感知算法。选择EfficientNetV2-S作为该算法的主干网络,降低参数数量,提高训练速度和识别准确率;结合深度可分离卷积并采用shuffle... 针对计算资源有限的自动驾驶系统和多任务驾驶感知算法精度低问题,提出了一种改进的HybridNets多任务驾驶感知算法。选择EfficientNetV2-S作为该算法的主干网络,降低参数数量,提高训练速度和识别准确率;结合深度可分离卷积并采用shuffle-channel方式卷积降低模型计算量;使用三个独立的解码器来解决不同难度的问题,并在主干网络与Neck端之间加入A2-Nets双重注意力机块,充分提取全局特征。与基础网络HybridNets相比,该模型在车辆检测任务中mAP50可达79.8%,提高了2.6%;可行驶区域分割任务中mIoU可达91.8%,提高了1.2%;车道线检测任务中IoU可达32.55%,提高了0.93%。运行速度达到38 FPS。实验结果表明,与现有方法相比,所提方法的准确率有较大提高。 展开更多

目的探讨肿瘤细胞内还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)浓度对肿瘤细胞药物敏感性及在肿瘤细胞耐药机制中的作用。方法以马来酸二乙酯(DEM)处理人乳腺癌耐药细胞株MCF-7/ADM和敏感细胞株MCF-7/S,以消耗细胞内GSH,MTT法检测DEM处理前后两种细胞存活率... 目的探讨肿瘤细胞内还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)浓度对肿瘤细胞药物敏感性及在肿瘤细胞耐药机制中的作用。方法以马来酸二乙酯(DEM)处理人乳腺癌耐药细胞株MCF-7/ADM和敏感细胞株MCF-7/S,以消耗细胞内GSH,MTT法检测DEM处理前后两种细胞存活率的变化,并采用荧光分光光度法同步检测其细胞内GSH的消耗程度,分析细胞内GSH浓度的变化与MCF-7细胞对ADM敏感性变化间的相关关系。结果0.1μmol/L DEM使MCF-7/ADM细胞内GSH浓度减少37.4%(P<0.01),使MCF-7/S细胞内GSH浓度减少29.7%(P<0.01);ADM亦使细胞内GSH含量呈ADM浓度依赖性的下降;DEM与ADM合用时,GSH浓度显著下降,其下降程度大于DEM和ADM单独应用之和。随着细胞内GSH数量的减少,无论是MCF-7/ADM细胞,还是MCF-7/S细胞,细胞存活率均下降,即对ADM的敏感性均增强(P<0.01)。结论DEM耗竭细胞内GSH的作用与ADM有协同效应,耗竭细胞内GSH可增强人乳腺癌MCF-7/S细胞对ADM的敏感性,部分逆转MCF-7/ADM细胞对ADM的耐药性。 展开更多
