随着信息技术的发展,基于视频的课堂教学观察方法在教育研究中得到越来越广泛的应用。该方法具有对课堂干扰少、支持回溯、可有效提高课堂观察的效率和质量等特点。本文从数据采集、统计及分析三方面对S-T分析法进行了改进,提出了一种... 随着信息技术的发展,基于视频的课堂教学观察方法在教育研究中得到越来越广泛的应用。该方法具有对课堂干扰少、支持回溯、可有效提高课堂观察的效率和质量等特点。本文从数据采集、统计及分析三方面对S-T分析法进行了改进,提出了一种基于视频的改进型S-T分析方法。该方法提出"时间抽样,动态补偿"的教学行为数据采集原则,以行为持续时间作为行为占有率的统计标准,并对教学模式的结构分布进行了调整。在理论研究的基础上,选取了11个教学视频样本,分别用原始S-T分析法和改进型S-T分析法两种方法进行数据采集与分析,对两种方法进行了比较研究,验证了改进型S-T分析法的有效性。 展开更多

S-T段抬高型心肌梗死及合并心源性休克患者急诊PCI术中血运重建策略的荟萃分析 被引量:3

目的为S-T段抬高型心肌梗死患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗方案提供循证医学证据。方法计算机检索并筛查Medline、Pubmed、Web of Science、Clinicaltrials.gov、知网、万方和SinoMed数据库中2019年6月前发表的文献,利用Jadad评分评估文... 目的为S-T段抬高型心肌梗死患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗方案提供循证医学证据。方法计算机检索并筛查Medline、Pubmed、Web of Science、Clinicaltrials.gov、知网、万方和SinoMed数据库中2019年6月前发表的文献,利用Jadad评分评估文献质量。采用随机效应模型进行荟萃分析,并利用Egger回归分析评估发表偏倚。结果共纳入13项研究,3617例患者,其中1817例接受了完全血运重建。对于S-T段抬高型心肌梗死患者,完全血运重建组主要心血管不良事件发生率(RR=0.562,95%CI:0.47~0.68,P<0.001)、全因死亡(RR=0.654,95%CI:0.53~0.82,P<0.001)和再次血运重建率(RR=0.495,95%CI:0.36~0.68,P<0.001)均显著降低,再发心肌梗死发生率差异无统计学意义。对于合并心源性休克的急性心肌梗死的患者,完全血运重建降低了主要心血管不良事件发生率(RR=0.764,95%CI:0.60~0.98,P=0.034)。各项结果的发表偏倚不显著。结论完全血运重建能够降低S-T段抬高型心肌梗死患者主要心血管不良事件发生率、全因死亡和再次血运重建率。对于合并心源性休克的急性心肌梗死患者,完全血运重建可以减少主要心血管不良事件发生率。 展开更多

目的评价院前应用重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)对急性S-T段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者的疗效及安全性。方法选择2007年4月至2011年4月因严重胸痛呼叫120的急性STEMI患者84例,随机分为试验组和对照组各42例。试验组院前急救中给予rt-... 目的评价院前应用重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)对急性S-T段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者的疗效及安全性。方法选择2007年4月至2011年4月因严重胸痛呼叫120的急性STEMI患者84例,随机分为试验组和对照组各42例。试验组院前急救中给予rt-PA,对照组常规治疗,两组入院后即刻行PCI术。收集所有病例的临床和冠状动脉造影资料,观察PCI术前、术后即刻罪犯血管(CV)的TIMI血流分级,术后6、12h肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的改变以及术后30d内的主要不良心脏事件(死亡、新近心肌梗死和顽固性缺血状态)、药物不良反应(出血、血小板减少)。结果试验组于院前应用rt-PA使PCI前梗死相关动脉(IRA)血流分级提高,与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCI术后即刻CV的TIMI血流分级、CK-MB值方面试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);住院期间不良心血管事件(MACE)发生率试验组低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未发生严重出血并发症(包括大量出血和颅内出血等),出血事件发生率试验组较对照组有增多趋势但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论院前应用rt-PA可改善STEMI患者梗死相关动脉(IRA)的TIMI血流,且安全有效,疗效优于常规治疗。 展开更多

This paper addresses the problem of the fuzzy H ∞state feedback control for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with time delay. The Takagi Sugeno (T S) mo del with time delay and parameter uncertainties is adopted for modeling of nonlinear system. The systematic design procedure for the fuzzy robust controller based on linear matrix inequality (LMI) is given. Some sufficient conditions are derived for the existence of fuzzy H ∞ state feedback controllers such that the closed loop system is asymptotically stable and the effect of the disturbance input on controlled output is reduced to a prescribed level. An example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

In order to overcome data-quantization, networked-induced delay, network packet dropouts and wrong sequences in the nonlinear networked control system, a novel nonlinear networked control system model is built by the T-S fuzzy method. Two time-varying quantizers are added in the model. The key analysis steps in the method are to construct an improved interval-delay-dependent Lyapunov functional and to introduce the free-weighting matrix. By making use of the parallel distributed compensation technology and the convexity of the matrix function, the improved criteria of the stabilization and stability are obtained. Simulation experiments show that the parameters of the controllers and quantizers satisfying a certain performance can be obtained by solving a set of LMIs. The application of the nonlinear mass-spring system is provided to show that the proposed method is effective. 展开更多

To improve the control performance of nonlinear ultra-supercritical(USC)thermal power units,an improved min-max fuzzy model predictive tracking control(FMPTC)strategy is proposed.First,a T-S fuzzy model is established to approximate the dynamics of the nonlinear boiler-turbine system.Then,based on an extended fuzzy model containing state variables and output variables,a min-max FMPTC is derived for output regulation while ensuring the closed-loop system stability and the inputs in their given constraints.For greater controller design freedom,the developed controller adopts a new state-and output-based objective function.In addition,the observer estimation error is regarded as a bounded disturbance,ensuring the stability of the entire closed-loop control system.Simulation results on a 1000 MW USC boiler-turbine model illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

In this paper, the output consensus problem of general heterogeneous nonlinear multi-agent systems subject to different disturbances is considered. A kind of Takagi-Sukeno fuzzy modeling method is used to describe the nonlinear agents' dynamics. Based on the model, a distributed fuzzy observer and controller are designed based on parallel distributed compensation scheme and internal reference models such that the heterogeneous nonlinear multi-agent systems can achieve output consensus. Then a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the output consensus problem. And it is shown that the consensus trajectory of the global fuzzy model is determined by the network topology and the initial states of the internal reference models. Finally, some simulations are given to illustrate and verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. 展开更多
