The proposed research model was validated by distributing 250 survey questionnaires to the manufacturing sector in Jordan. Structural equation modelling (SEM) technique was used to analyze the results. One of the main limitations of this study was that the results could not be universal since the study was limited to Jordan. The power density of electronic components grows continuously,and the subsequent heat accumulation and temperature increase inevitably affect electronic equipment’s stability,reliability and service life.Therefore,ac...The power density of electronic components grows continuously,and the subsequent heat accumulation and temperature increase inevitably affect electronic equipment’s stability,reliability and service life.Therefore,achieving efficient cooling in limited space has become a key problem in updating electronic devices with high performance and high integration.Two-phase immersion is a novel cooling method.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is used to investigate the cooling performance of two-phase immersion cooling on high-power electronics.The two-dimensional CFD model is utilized by the volume of fluid(VOF)method and Reynolds StressModel.Lee’s model was employed to calculate the phase change rate.The heat transfer coefficient along the heatedwalls and the shear-lift force on bubbles are calculated.The simulation data are verified with the literature results.The cooling performance of different coolants has been studied.The results indicate that the boiling heat transfer coefficient can be enhanced by using a low boiling point coolant.The methanol is used as the cooling medium for further research.In addition,the mass flow rate and inlet temperature are investigated to assess the thermal performance of twophase immersion cooling.The average temperature of the high-power electronics is 80℃,and the temperature difference can be constrained to 8℃.Meanwhile,the convective heat transfer coefficient reaches 2740 W/(m2・℃)when the inlet temperature is 50℃,and the mass flow rate is 0.3 kg/s.In conclusion,the results demonstrated that two-phase immersion cooling has provided an effective method for the thermal management of high-power electronics.展开更多

A three- dimensional packaged half bridge-IPEM (HB-...High performance can be obtained for the integrated power electronics module(IPEM) by using a three-dimensional packaging structure instead of a planar structure. A three- dimensional packaged half bridge-IPEM (HB-IPEM), consisting of two chip scale packaged MOSFETs and the corresponding gate driver and protection circuits, is fabricated at the laboratory. The reliability of the IPEM is controlled from the shape design of solder joints and the control of assembly process parameters. The parasitic parameters are extracted using Agilent 4395A impedance analyzer for building the parasitic parameter model of the HB- IPEM. A 12 V/3 A output synchronous rectifier Buck converter using the HB-IPEM is built to test the electrical performance of the HB-IPEM. Low voltage spikes on two MOSFETs illustrate that the three-dimensional package of the HB-IPEM can decrease parasitic inductance. Temperature distribution simulation results of the HB-IPEM using FLOTHERM are given. Heat dissipation of the solder joints makes the peak junction temperature of the chip drop obviously. The package realizes three-dimensional heat dissipation and has better thermal management.展开更多

Methods: Establishment of an EPR based on open source technology (MySQL database and PI-IP scripting l...Aim: To improve workflow and usability by introduction of a new electronic patient record (EPR) and database. Methods: Establishment of an EPR based on open source technology (MySQL database and PI-IP scripting language) in a tertiary care andrology center at a university clinic. Workflow analysis, a benchmark comparing the two systems and a survey for usability and ergonomics were carried out. Results: Workflow optimizations (electronic ordering of laboratory analysis, elimination of transcription steps and automated referral letters) and the decrease in time required for data entry per patient to 71% ± 27%, P 〈 0.05, lead to a workload reduction. The benchmark showed a significant performance increase (highest with starting the respective system: 1.3 ± 0.2 s vs. 11.1 ± 0.2 s, mean ± SD). In the survey, users rated the new system at least two ranks higher over its predecessor (P 〈 0.01) in all sub-areas. Conclusion: With further improvements, today's EPR can evolve to substitute paper records, saving time (and possibly costs), supporting user satisfaction and expanding the basis for scientific evaluation when more data is electronically available. Newly introduced systems should be versatile, adaptable for users, and workflow-oriented to yield the highest benefit. The reliability of the IPEM is controlled from the shape design of solder joints and the control of assembly process parameters. The parasitic parameters are extracted using Agilent 4395A impedance analyzer for building the parasitic parameter model of the HB- IPEM. A 12 V/3 A output synchronous rectifier Buck converter using the HB-IPEM is built to test the electrical performance of the HB-IPEM. Low voltage spikes on two MOSFETs illustrate that the three-dimensional package of the HB-IPEM can decrease parasitic inductance. Temperature distribution simulation results of the HB-IPEM using FLOTHERM are given. Heat dissipation of the solder joints makes the peak junction temperature of the chip drop obviously. The package realizes three-dimensional heat dissipation and has better thermal management.
文摘Aim To study the diesel engine management spstem (DEMS). The DEMS can consider many engine parameters and so it can acquire the optimum system performance. Methods On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of diesel engine electronic system, the real-time, multi-tasks system design methods were used for the heavy duty vehicular diesel engine electronic control system . The hardware and software of DEMS were developed. Results and Conalusion By the test on dieSel engine bed, the system was verified and the foundation of the fully developed DEMS was laid.
文摘Nurses are at the forefront of providing healthcare services to individuals of all age groups and with varying medical conditions.Aside from the critical knowledge and technical skills from nursing science,advancement in technology has assisted nurses in delivering quality nursing care by streamlining workflow processes and ensuring that data can easily be retrieved or modified.Electronic health records dramatically changed the landscape of the healthcare practice by providing an electronic means to store data and for healthcare professionals to retrieve and manipulate health information in a secured and collaborative environment.But with the nature of data being stored in the electronic health records,nurses still need to organize and process these data into relevant information,knowledge or wisdom so they can provide better holistic care to patients.This discussion paper details the role of content management systems in addressing nursing workflow by providing a mechanism for nurses to be developers themselves,and not just users or consumers of health innovative technologies.By using content management systems as platform for application development,nurses or other healthcare professionals,may be able to address problems with internal workflow without having to incur huge amounts in software development,or having to extensively learn programming languages.

文摘Aim: To improve workflow and usability by introduction of a new electronic patient record (EPR) and database. Methods: Establishment of an EPR based on open source technology (MySQL database and PI-IP scripting language) in a tertiary care andrology center at a university clinic. Workflow analysis, a benchmark comparing the two systems and a survey for usability and ergonomics were carried out. Results: Workflow optimizations (electronic ordering of laboratory analysis, elimination of transcription steps and automated referral letters) and the decrease in time required for data entry per patient to 71% ± 27%, P 〈 0.05, lead to a workload reduction. The benchmark showed a significant performance increase (highest with starting the respective system: 1.3 ± 0.2 s vs. 11.1 ± 0.2 s, mean ± SD). In the survey, users rated the new system at least two ranks higher over its predecessor (P 〈 0.01) in all sub-areas. Conclusion: With further improvements, today's EPR can evolve to substitute paper records, saving time (and possibly costs), supporting user satisfaction and expanding the basis for scientific evaluation when more data is electronically available. Newly introduced systems should be versatile, adaptable for users, and workflow-oriented to yield the highest benefit.
