Amorphous–microcrystalline MoS_(2)thin films are fabricated using the sol-gel method to produce MoS_(2)/Si-based solar cells. The generation mechanisms of the S-shaped current density–voltage(J–V) curves of the solar cells are analyzed. To improve the performance of the solar cells and address the problem of the S-shaped J–V curve, a MoS_(2)film and a p^(+) layer are introduced into the front and back interfaces of the solar cell, respectively, which leads to the formation of a p–n junction between the p-Si and the MoS_(2)film as well as ohmic contacts between the MoS_(2)film and the ITO, improving the S-shaped J–V curve. As a result of the high doping characteristics and the high work function of the p^(+) layer, a high–low junction is formed between the p;and p layers along with ohmic contacts between the p;layer and the Ag electrode. Consequently,the S-shaped J–V curve is eliminated, and a significantly higher current density is achieved at a high voltage. The device exhibits ideal p–n junction rectification characteristics and achieves a high power-conversion efficiency(CE) of 7.55%. The findings of this study may improve the application of MoS_(2)thin films in silicon-based solar cells, which are expected to be widely used in various silicon-based electronic and optical devices. 展开更多

The curves can be used as a preliminary design tool, allowing the designer to quickly evaluate alternative mooring system configurations, including the number of mooring lines, the characteristics of chain and wire rope to be deployed and the. initial tension. Two kinds of elementary solutions corresponding to a concentrated force applying at inclusion and matrix material respectively were presented. Utilizing the elementary solutions and taking density function of traction difference along curved rigid line, a group of weakly singular integral equations with log kernels can be obtained. After the numerical solution of the integral equations, the discrete values of density functions of traction difference are obtainable. So stress singularity coefficients at rigid line tips can be calculated, and several numerical examples are given. 展开更多

By utilizing the point force elementary solutions and taking density function of traction difference along curved rigid lines, a group of weakly singular integral equations with logarithmic kernels can be obtained. After the numerical solution of the integral equations, the discrete values of density functions of traction difference are obtainable. An active research topic in computer vision and graphics is developing algorithms that can reconstruct the 3D surface of curved objects from line drawings. There are a number of algorithms have been dedicated to solve this problem, but they can't solve this problem when the geometric structure of a curved object becomes complex. This paper proposes a novel approach to reconstructing a complex curved 3D object from single 2D line drawings. Our approach has three steps: (1) decomposing a complex line drawing into several simpler line drawings and transforming them into polyhedron; (2) reconstructing the 3D wireframe of curved object from these simpler line drawings and generating the curved faces; (3) combining the 3D objects into the complete objects. A number of examples are given to demonstrate the ability of our approach to successfully perform reconstruction of curved objects which are more complex than previous methods. 展开更多

Compared with a straight blade, a unique compressor blade integratedforward-swept and positive-curved stacking line is studied experimentally. Aerodynamic parameters ofthe two cascades are measured by a five-hole probe at different positions and ink trace flowvisualization is conducted on blade surfaces. The result shows that the swept-curved cascade haslower endwall loss and higher midspan loss as compared with the straight cascade. However, lowerloss is accompanied with lower diffusion factor. Opposite 'C' shape static pressure distribution isestablished on the suction surface of the swept-curved blade, which is helpful for avoiding theaccumulation of low energy fluid in the endwall corner region. Anyhow the studies support theconclusion that the swept-curved blade conduces to not only the reduction of overall loss but alsothe improvement of stable operation in the endwall corner region. 展开更多

The curved surface (CS) effect on nanosilicon plays a main role in the activation for emission and photonic manipulation. The CS effect breaks the symmetrical shape of nanosilicon on which some bonds can produce localized electron states in the band gap. The investigation in calculation and experiment demonstrates that the different curvatures can form the characteristic electron states for some special bonding on the nanosilicon surface, which are related to a series of peaks in photoluminecience (PL), such as LN, LNO, Lo1, and Lo2 lines in PL spectra due to Si-N, Si-NO, Si=O, and Si-O-Si bonds on curved surface, respectively. Si-Yb bond on curved surface of Si nanostructures can provide the localized states in the band gap deeply and manipulate the emission wavelength into the window of optical communication by the CS effect, which is marked as the Lyb line of electroluminescence (EL) emission. 展开更多

Circumferential yielding lining is able to tolerate controlled displacements without failure,which has been proven to be an effective solution to large deformation problem in squeezing tunnels.However,up to now,there has not been a well-established design method for it.This paper aims to present a detailed analytical computation of support characteristic curve(SCC)for circumferential yielding lining,which is a significant aspect of the implementation of convergence-confinement method(CCM)in tunnel support design.Circumferential yielding lining consists of segmental shotcrete linings and highly deformable elements,and its superior performance mainly depends on the mechanical characteristic of highly deformable element.The deformation behavior of highly deformable element is firstly investigated.Its whole deforming process can be divided into three stages including elastic,yielding and compaction stages.Especially in the compaction stage of highly deformable element,a nonlinear stress-strain relationship can be observed.For mathematical convenience,the stress-strain curve in this period is processed as several linear sub-curves.Then,the reasons for closure of circumferential yielding lining in different stages are explained,and the corresponding accurate equations required for constructing the SCC are provided.Furthermore,this paper carries out two case studies illustrating the application of all equations needed to construct the SCC for circumferential yielding lining,where the reliability and feasibility of theoretical derivation are also well verified.Finally,this paper discusses the sensitivity of sub-division in element compaction stage and the influence of element length on SCC.The outcome of this paper could be used in the design of proper circumferential yielding lining. 展开更多

[目的]内嵌式中低速磁浮系统作为一种新型的轨道交通制式,其车辆及轨道系统依靠非接触式支撑运行,且车辆走行机构内嵌于轨道梁内,因此需针对其车线匹配原理、车辆和轨道梁结构特点,研究线路平面最小曲线半径取值,以支撑工程设计。[方法]介绍了内嵌式中低速磁浮系统的特点;介绍了平面最小曲线半径取值的基本原理;基于车辆行驶动力学理论,分析了内嵌式中低速磁浮线路的旅客舒适度标准及平面最小曲线半径取值。[结果及结论]在列车运行速度一定的情况下,平面最小曲线半径主要取决于横坡角允许值和未被平衡离心加速度允许值。在参考国内外其他轨道交通制式的试验结果、相关标准规定、传统中低速磁浮系统实际建设运营情况的基础上,建议最大横坡角不大于8°,最大未被平衡离心加速度在一般和困难情况下分别不大于0.4 m/s^(2)和0.6 m/s^(2)。当内嵌式中低速磁浮系统设计速度为200 km/h时,线路平面最小曲线半径一般和困难情况下分别可取为1800 m和1600 m。 展开更多

为实现双物料缓急有度地输出并分装入容器,提出一种新型连杆式供送机构。由1个能生成对称、自切且带有鲍尔点的特殊连杆曲线的四连杆机构,驱动2个阀门推杆执行带停歇的直线往复运动,以控制2个阀门交替开启和闭合。四连杆机构中曲柄、连... 为实现双物料缓急有度地输出并分装入容器,提出一种新型连杆式供送机构。由1个能生成对称、自切且带有鲍尔点的特殊连杆曲线的四连杆机构,驱动2个阀门推杆执行带停歇的直线往复运动,以控制2个阀门交替开启和闭合。四连杆机构中曲柄、连杆、摇杆及机架杆的杆长比为1:1.8371:1.8371:2,连接杆与连杆等长,夹角为109.47°。分装过程的仿真结果表明:锥形阀门在开启/闭合阶段,其运动位置对出料区域的控制可使落料量变化平稳;在1个运动周期内完成双物料的分装,提高装料的效率。研究为包装机械中的其他推送装置的设计提供新思路。 展开更多

以探究重载线路运行参数对车辆通过缓和曲线低轨侧波磨区轮轨力的影响规律为目的,基于Simpack多体动力学软件搭建了C80车辆-轨道耦合多体动力学模型,利用Matlab生成美国五级轨道随机不平顺,叠加缓圆点前钢轨波磨时域激励作为模型输入,... 以探究重载线路运行参数对车辆通过缓和曲线低轨侧波磨区轮轨力的影响规律为目的,基于Simpack多体动力学软件搭建了C80车辆-轨道耦合多体动力学模型,利用Matlab生成美国五级轨道随机不平顺,叠加缓圆点前钢轨波磨时域激励作为模型输入,仿真得到在缓圆点处不同波长、波深波磨状态下,缓和曲线长度、曲线半径、超高、行驶速度等关键参数对轮轨力的影响。通过分析一位轮对的轮轨力变化趋势和其最大增长率,发现波磨侧的轮轨力受波磨影响较大;无波磨一侧轮轨横向力受波磨的影响比垂向力大;曲线参数中,各指标最大增长率均随速度的增加而下降;除高轨侧轮轨横向力外,其余指标均随曲线半径的增大而减小;缓和曲线长度和超高的变化,对各指标最大增长率没有明显的降低作用,甚至随着运行参数的增加,指标最大增长率反而增加。 展开更多

为了研究原状黄土土-水特征曲线与黄土湿陷性之间的联系,在陕西西安长安区取地表以下30 m范围内的原状黄土土样,进行基本物理指标试验和湿陷性试验。对不同典型地层的黄土-古土壤试样进行土水特征曲线试验,通过电镜扫描从微观角度分析... 为了研究原状黄土土-水特征曲线与黄土湿陷性之间的联系,在陕西西安长安区取地表以下30 m范围内的原状黄土土样,进行基本物理指标试验和湿陷性试验。对不同典型地层的黄土-古土壤试样进行土水特征曲线试验,通过电镜扫描从微观角度分析。研究结果表明:大孔隙的数量与饱和体积含水率呈正相关;中孔隙的数目与过渡区斜率的大小呈正相关,孔隙数目越多土体失水速度越快;微小孔隙的数目和土的塑性指数影响残余含水率的大小。对于不同深度土层,饱和体积含水率和过渡区斜率与土层的湿陷系数呈正相关;塑性指数接近土层的湿陷系数对残余体积含水率的影响不明显;古土壤层的SWCC与湿陷系数之间存在与黄土层相同的正相关性。文章从非饱和土力学的方向去研究黄土的湿陷性,为湿陷性的研究提供一种新的研究角度。 展开更多

针对边坡失效概率计算中功能函数难以确定、多重积分计算不便等问题,提出了Copula理论下基于g-line失效域的边坡可靠性分析方法。首先简要介绍了Copula理论,给出了基于Copula理论的边坡可靠性分析步骤,进而探讨了一般均质边坡的g-line... 针对边坡失效概率计算中功能函数难以确定、多重积分计算不便等问题,提出了Copula理论下基于g-line失效域的边坡可靠性分析方法。首先简要介绍了Copula理论,给出了基于Copula理论的边坡可靠性分析步骤,进而探讨了一般均质边坡的g-line曲线拟合形状及表征边坡失效域的抗剪强度参数范围,结果表明,二次多项式能很好拟合g-line曲线,内摩擦角和黏聚力可表征g-line曲线下的边坡失效域。以一均质边坡为例,通过在g-line失效域内积分,得出了3种Copula函数下边坡的失效概率,均与FORM及MCS法得出的结果比较接近,从而验证了Copula理论下基于g-line失效域的边坡可靠性分析方法的合理性。最后,讨论了不同Copula函数下失效概率计算结果的差异性随安全系数变化的特点,认为在低失效概率(高安全系数)时,可靠性分析结果对Copula函数类型比较敏感,应重视不同Copula函数类型引起的计算结果差异性及最优化问题的研究。 展开更多
