In the textile industry,garment manufacturing contains four major pro-cesses containing cutting,sewing,finishing,and packaging.Sewing is the most crucial and intricate section,dealing with a large number of varied operations.A successful sewing process needs to be optimized regarding different factors,including time,sewing equipment,and skilled workers.Assembly lineflow is combined by a set of operations with a particular sequence.The utmost impor-tance of all garment industry is to arrange the workstations to minimize the num-ber of employees in order to produce at the best productive rate with the most reasonable cost,shortest time,and satisfying quality.In most garment factories,the production lines are balanced using the empirical judgment of the line man-agers.For the whole process the data of production time at each step,labor pro-ductivity,proper choices of equipment were always needed to calculate line efficiency.As far as the issue is concerned,there has not been an academically sewing process analyzing software providing adequate data of sewing motions and sewing time as the credible input for the line balancing tasks.Towards this goal,this paper presents the results of research on optimizing academically self-built software to analyze the sewing process of knitted products applied to industrial production using Java programming language on Google tools.The results achieved by the software are not only to analyze sewing products and the technological sewing process,calculate the sewing time on the machine but also analyze the sewing activities of workers into manipulations,movements,and motions to calculate the preparation time for two typical knitted products,namely,Polo-Shirt and T-Shirt with the case studies at General Textile Garment Joint Stock Company Hanoi and Star Fashion Company Limited. 展开更多

This paper presents an efficient and realistic approach to seam the 2D panels together into a 3D garment mesh. Our main goal is to be able to seam any kind of panels together robotically without considering the variation of style and geometry. In particular, we are discussing difficult situations with respect to deformations and variation of sewing forces Based on the mass-spring model, two-dimensional panels are seamed together along the seams and then three-dimensional garment meshes are built. Our main contribution is that we add five pairs of sewing forces avoiding undesirable sharp folds. Our approach provides a useful design tool to create 3D garment mesh directly in the 3D space through 2D patterns. It is reasonably easy to incorporate our 3D mesh construction techniques into existing 3D graphics systems because we use standard triangular mesh structures and force-based mass-spring model for cloth animation. 展开更多

Foreign body ingestion is a common presentation but the extraluminal migration of a foreign body is rare. A 46-year-old man presented with protruded sharp swelling left side of neck, X-rays and CT scan of the neck showed a needle migrating from the pyriform fossa to the skin. Carotid angiography was also done to see the relations of foreign body with great vessels. Transcutaneous removal of foreign body was done under general anesthesia. The migrated foreign body was a sewing needle which patient unknowingly swallowed two days back. Migrated ingested foreign bodies from the upper digestive tract have the potential to cause life-threatening complications. Cases of spontaneous expulsion of ingested foreign bodies to the skin of the neck are quite rare. 展开更多

为探索猪肺炎支原体阴性群的培育方法,本试验研究了集成联合用药、SEW和"三点式"饲养管理体系等技术对猪肺炎支原体的净化效果。先通过妊娠母猪的筛选,母猪程序性用药,SEW技术,屏障隔离系统,"三点式"生产饲养管理... 为探索猪肺炎支原体阴性群的培育方法,本试验研究了集成联合用药、SEW和"三点式"饲养管理体系等技术对猪肺炎支原体的净化效果。先通过妊娠母猪的筛选,母猪程序性用药,SEW技术,屏障隔离系统,"三点式"生产饲养管理体系及仔猪程序性用药的培育方法,再通过猪肺炎支原体血清抗体检测和荧光定量PCR检测鼻拭子的方法对所培育的仔猪进行长达4个月的监测,结果发现新培育的5批猪在35日龄后血清抗体均为阴性,鼻拭子抗原检测全为阴性。结果表明集成联合用药、SEW和"三点式"生产管理体系技术可以有效净化猪肺炎支原体,为国内猪气喘病的控制和净化提供理论基础及临床实践经验。 展开更多
