社会与情感能力是人生成功和幸福的奠基石。2021年SSES(Study on Social and Emotion-al Skills)全球首测结果发布,为开展青少年社会与情感能力的国际比较研究提供了坚实的数据基础。本文运用DEA(Data Envelope Analysis)方法,将班级规...社会与情感能力是人生成功和幸福的奠基石。2021年SSES(Study on Social and Emotion-al Skills)全球首测结果发布,为开展青少年社会与情感能力的国际比较研究提供了坚实的数据基础。本文运用DEA(Data Envelope Analysis)方法,将班级规模、教师学历、SSES培训、SSES措施、校园活动作为投入变量,将五大能力作为产出变量,对参加本次国际测评的10座城市的1171所中小学进行培养成效评估,结果发现:(1)各城市中小学的社会与情感能力培养成效普遍较高,小学阶段的均值在0.8以上,中学阶段的均值在0.9以上;(2)在小学阶段,苏州学校的培养成效较为突出,不仅均值最高,而且整体属于高水平均衡型;在中学阶段,培养成效较为突出的城市则是伊斯坦布尔,属于高水平均衡型;(3)各城市共有82所高绩效小学和87所高绩效中学,其中伊斯坦布尔和波哥大的占比较大;(4)学校归属感对各城市中小学的社会与情感能力培养成效提升具有重要促进作用。根据以上研究结果,本文建议应该加强社会与情感能力的国际合作与实证研究,在总结苏州成功经验的同时寻找差距补齐短板,将优质均衡作为我国中小学社会与情感能力培养工作的重要目标。展开更多

In this paper, based on th...As one of the major projects of GAME (GEWEX Asian Monsoon Experiment), the GAME\|Tibet aimed to mainly examine the energy and water cycle in Tibetan Plateau and its effects on Asian monsoon. In this paper, based on the in\|situ high\|resolution observation data of GAME\|Tibet, the soil energy\|moisture distribution and the melting\|freezing progresses and their effects on seasonal shift were preliminarily discussed.The soil energy\|water distribution and freezing\|melting processes varied at different sites in northern part of Tibetan Plateau. The temporal and spatial variation of the soil moisture content is more complex than that of temperature. The soil moisture content increased with depth in certain layers but decreased in other layers. The freezing and melting processes and the temperature distribution were largely influenced by the existence of higher soil moisture content layer. During summer monsoon, the soil moisture at 10cm at all sites is relatively high, but the spatial difference existed. Generally speaking, the shallow layers start to freeze in October and to melt from April at all sites, with about 6 months frozen period. However, the beginning time of freezing\|melting and frozen period varied at different sites.展开更多

The results show that the valuation of sensitivity to acidification of lakeweters and streamwaters often disagree with the actual circumstance only by the value of buffer capacity. “Acidification capacity”is firstly proposed to assess the sensitivity to acidification in this paper. Compared with other methods, this methods, this method not only can assess the sensitivity to acidification more effectively, but also can predict the time quantitatively when the acidificafion occures in lakewaters or streamwaters due to its consideration for the quantity of various components and their interrelation and interaction as far as possible.展开更多

Based on analyzing the process capability indices, a production department can trace and improve a poor process to enhance quality levels and satisfy customers. The process capabilit y analysis can also serve as an important reference for making decisions for imp roving the global quality of all products. Since C p and C pk are failed to account for process centering, the index C pm is developed. The index C pm takes the process centering into consideration and is su itable for the processes with nominal-the-best type. There are other indices l ike C pu and C pl, and those indices are used for unilateral s pecification processes. Chou (1994) developed a procedure using estimators of C p, C pu and C pl for practitioners to determine whether two p rocesses are equal capability or not. For bilateral specifications processes, i ndex C p is failed to measure process yield and process centering. Thus, th e index C pm is used to develop a similar procedure for practitioners t o determine whether two processes are equal capability or not. The major objective of this experimental study is to investigate and compare the corrosion resistance of medium Carbon steel (MCS) and KS7 stainless steel in saline and sodium carbonate environments. The MCS and KS7 S...The major objective of this experimental study is to investigate and compare the corrosion resistance of medium Carbon steel (MCS) and KS7 stainless steel in saline and sodium carbonate environments. The MCS and KS7 SS were exposed to 0.5 M each of NaCl and Na2CO3 solutions for a period of 36 days. The weight loss was taken every 3 days in order to evaluate CPR. The results obtained showed that KS7 SS generally offers a better corrosion resistance than the MCS in the selected media. While MCS is found to be inappropriate alloy in saline and sodium carbonate environments, KS7 SS is an unfailing choice material for manufacturing machines and other engineering amenities in which their service lives are predominant in Na2CO3 medium and fairly pleasing in NaCl environment.展开更多
