SWOT Analysis and Recommendations for Enhancing Sino-Russian Agricultural Trade Cooperation

With the outbreak of the Russian-Ukraine conflict,the changes in agricultural trade between China and Russia are receiving more and more attention.This study analyzes the current status of Sino-Russian agricultural trade and employs a SWOT analysis to explore the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats within their agricultural trading activities.The findings suggest there are opportunities for further optimization and enhancement in the Sino-Russian agricultural trade.Based on this,suggestions proposed include accelerating the development of transportation hubs,facilitating agricultural trade,refining legal frameworks for agricultural exports,and expediting the establishment of economic cooperation zones.

PEST and SWOT Analysis of The Chinese Version of TikTok

This paper applies PEST analysis to The Chinese Version of TikTok,a video-sharing app developed by Zhang Yiming and founded in 2016.It examines how TikTok has adapted to different market conditions over time using PEST and SWOT analyses.This paper will provide critical insights into how The Chinese Version of TikTok has developed from the perspective of the company’s top management team in light of changes within the market since its establishment to help them make decisions about their strategy going forward.It will also look at changes in social behavior over time to explain their resilience.The PEST study of The Chinese Version of TikTok reveals that the political paradigm of the technical element,which includes the AI big data algorithms and the AI economic calculation model,can stimulate public interest because it is a content platform.As a result of its monopolistic nature,however,it is motivated by a desire to serve the public interest.We can see the opportunities that arise from these problems,but the benefits of technological advances are less noticeable.According to the SWOT analysis,five main advantages stem from the technical aspects.First,it has a vast user volume,which means it has acquired many data on user behavior.Second,it has powerful Big Data-based financial debugging skills.Third,it has access to cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools and data.In the fourth place,it has created an advertiser-friendly platform.As the last step,it has established a public service-oriented website.Because it relies on Big Data,AI’s technical flaws-including its flawed big data algorithms and extremely conservative economic calculating model-are greatly relieved because it relies on Big Data.Business choices under a centralized economic paradigm have to be made at the top,reducing room for creativity.Another flaw is that there is no internal mechanism for The Chinese Version of TikTok to adapt to changing circumstances or industry trends.The AI big data algorithms and the AI economic calculation model face competition from other participants in this industry who may have access to a more comprehensive database and superior artificial intelligence equipment.

基于SWOT和PEST分析的模块化麻醉学技能培训教学模型应用

目的探讨基于SWOT和PEST分析的模块化配置麻醉学临床技能培训教学模型在研究生培训过程中的应用。方法选取2022年12月至2023年8月在郑州大学第一附属医院麻醉临床轮转的80名研究生,随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采取基于SWOT和PEST分析的模块化配置麻醉学临床技能培训教学模型教学,比较两组研究生的技能考试成绩、案例分析成绩、基础理论成绩,以及对教学满意度评分。结果观察组研究生培训后的技能考试、案例分析、基础理论成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=7.18、8.44、8.69,P均<0.05),观察组带教满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.91,P<0.05)。结论基于SWOT和PEST分析的模块化配置麻醉学临床技能培训教学模型在研究生技能培训中的应用可有效提高临床技能水平和综合应用能力,有助于实践能力和临床思维的培养。

Feasibility assessment of LID concept for stormwater management in China through SWOT analysis

The strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats SWOT analysis method is applied to assess the feasibility of traditional stormwater management and low impact development LID in China.The results show that traditional stormwater management has many disadvantages e.g.only stormwater collection and discharge or flooding peak-flow regulation is taken into consideration but lack of many important functions such as on-site infiltration non-point pollution control ecological treatment etc.Meanwhile as a new stormwater management concept the LID system has many advantages e.g.LID can not only control rainwater quantity but also effectively prevent non-point pollution. Moreover LID is easy for implementation and cost effective and operation and management can also be done easily.LID has attracted more and more attention from governmental authorities at different levels and the majority of practitioners. Therefore LID has bright prospects for wide applications in China.

SWOT Analysis of Eco-agricultural Tourism Development in Zhenjiang City,Zhejiang Province of China

Concept and significance of eco-agricultural tourism was introduced, SWOT Analysis was applied to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of eco-agricultural tourism development in Zhenjiang. Its strengths were concluded as excellent natural conditions, diversified species, abundant eco-agricultural tourism resources, advantageous location; weaknesses as low development level, serious homogeneity of products, low technical level of peasants, lack of management staff and technician, seriously degraded eco-environment; opportunities as preferential policies, joint development of "Ningbo-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou" Tourist Zone; threats as backward concepts and non-standard management order. Through fully analyzing development strategies of its eco-agricultural tourism, it was stressed that present industrial structure should be adjusted, environment protected; scientific planning, functional division and government supervision enhanced; combined advantages of natural resources integrated to promote the sustainable development of agro-tourism; eco-agricultural resources well planned, new ideas introduced in the design of tourist products.

目的:分析儿童青少年近视预防工作所面临的内部及外部环境因素,并提出相应策略,进而推动儿童青少年近视预防事业可持续发展。方法:基于SWOT-PEST模型,深入分析我国儿童青少年近视预防事业发展的优势与劣势,并从政治、经济、社会和技术四个维度梳理其发展的机遇与威胁。结果:从政策、经济、社会、医疗等多方主体提出发挥政策引领作用、扩大宣传、加强筛查建档等相应策略。结论:我国儿童青少年近视预防事业尚存在监管机制不健全、宣传教育欠缺等问题。本研究基于多方主体提出相关发展策略,以期为推动儿童青少年近视预防事业提供借鉴与参考。

目的:分析我国老年失能精准防控体系的内、外部环境和优、劣势,为促进其高质量发展提供参考。方法:运用SWOT-PEST分析模型从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面对我国老年失能精准防控体系的内、外部因素进行系统分析,归纳总结出我国老年失能精准防控体系建设发展过程中的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。结果:我国老年失能精准防控体系具有国家政策助力发展、信息技术发展迅速、老龄化程度加深及国外先进经验丰富等较好的内部优势与外部机遇,但也有相关标准规范不完善、老年人对精准防控体系认知不足及高质量人才缺乏等关键劣势和威胁需要规避。结论:我国老年失能精准防控体系应建立预防为主、防治结合的新思路,加大政府政策支持力度,积极培养高素质专业人才和挖掘社会资源,促进我国老年精准防控体系快速发展,助力积极应对人口老龄化战略。

“双碳”目标下新型电力系统PEST-SWOT分析

对多学科医疗质量控制体系构建的PEST-SWOT分析

目的:在高质量发展背景下,分析我国三级公立医院学科建设现状与策略,为探索学科高质量发展路径和模式提供参考。方法:通过对2016年以来的17份相关政策文件解读及2019年以来的148篇相关文献分析,基于PEST-SWOT模型,从政治、经济、社会和技术四个维度对三级公立医院学科建设内部优劣势与外部机遇和威胁进行梳理总结。结果:在内部优势方面,三级公立医院社会知名度和患者信任度高、地理位置优越、诊治能力全面、学科特色性强,党建、文化和制度引领赋能学科建设。在内部劣势方面,公立医院盈利能力及医疗资源受限、规模与效益发生冲突、学科发展不均衡、人才引育困难且医教研负担较重。在外部机遇方面,三级公立医院学科建设发展符合国家战略发展需要,我国基本医疗覆盖面大、居民高水平医疗服务需求提升,医保支付方式的改革和紧密型医联体趋势有效推动医疗资源上下贯通,信息技术迭代升级也实现了医疗服务效率和质量的提升。在外部威胁方面,国家经济增长放缓、医疗政策落实相对滞后且监管机制亟需完善、医保异地结算不便、患者机会主义行为与DRG目标发生冲突、公众疾病防治素质差异大及健康理念亟待转变制约着学科发展。结论:政策的支持,社会、经济和技术的发展为三级公立医院学科建设带来了新的机遇和挑战,未来应根据自身学科发展的优劣势,相应采取增长型、扭转型、建设型和防御型发展战略,实现学科高质量内涵式发展。

基于SWOT-PEST模型的平顶山梨产业发展现状及对策分析

平顶山作为丘陵浅山区农业大市,梨产业发展已具有一定规模,但在市场中果品竞争力和影响力较为薄弱,与省内外的梨产业竞争对手仍具有较大差距。为了加快平顶山梨产业发展,发挥丘陵浅山区独有优势,缩小竞争差距,该研究通过分析平顶山梨产业在政治、经济、社会、技术环境中所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,构建了平顶山梨产业的SWOT-PEST矩阵,并针对优势机遇提出积极推进性战略,针对劣势威胁提出创新转变性战略,以期为平顶山梨产业发展提供参考依据。
