Analysis of Hidden Danger in Farmer's Rights and Interests during Farmland Transfer——An Evaluation of Rights Safeguarding Effect of Farmland Transfer Contract

Taking Shuangliu County,Chengdu City,China as an example,evaluation index system for the rights protection effects of farmland transfer is established contract from three aspects of basic information,transfer agreement and legal safeguards in the contracts.According to the investigation data,weight of evaluation index is determined by both entropy weight and Analytic Hierarchy Process.Comprehensive index method is used to evaluate the rights protection effects of farmland transfer contract in the flat dam,high hill and low hill in Shuangliu County,Chengdu,China.Result shows that the transfer agreement of farmland and the basic information of contract greatly affect the rights protection effects of farmland transfer contract.There are differences in the five indices of the information of the signature of contract,pricing for payment,time limit for farmland transfer,transfer mode of farmland,and use range of farmland transfer.During the farmland transfer in reality,there are three hidden dangers in farmer's land rights and interests,which are the ill-formed transfer behavior,the relatively low income of farmers from farmland transfer,and the quality decline of farmland and difficult full reclamation in transfer period.Based on the evaluation result and investigation data,countermeasures are put forward to improve the rights protection effects of farmland transfer contract.

Managing Delivery of Safeguarding Substances as a Mitigation Against Outbreaks of Pandemics

The optimum delivery of safeguarding substances is a major part of supply chain management and a crucial issue in the mitigation against the outbreak of pandemics.A problem arises for a decision maker who wants to optimally choose a subset of candidate consumers to maximize the distributed quantities of the needed safeguarding substances within a specic time period.A nonlinear binary mathematical programming model for the problem is formulated.The decision variables are binary ones that represent whether to choose a specic consumer,and design constraints are formulated to keep track of the chosen route.To better illustrate the problem,objective,and problem constraints,a real application case study is presented.The case study involves the optimum delivery of safeguarding substances to several hospitals in the Al-Gharbia Governorate in Egypt.The hospitals are selected to represent the consumers of safeguarding substances,as they are the rst crucial frontline for mitigation against a pandemic outbreak.A distribution truck is used to distribute the substances from the main store to the hospitals in specied required quantities during a given working shift.The objective function is formulated in order to maximize the total amount of delivered quantities during the specied time period.The case study is solved using a novel Discrete Binary Gaining Sharing Knowledge-based Optimization algorithm(DBGSK),which involves two main stages:discrete binary junior and senior gaining and sharing stages.DBGSK has the ability of nding the solutions of the introduced problem,and the obtained results demonstrate robustness and convergence toward the optimal solutions.

SafeGuard压迫止血装置与绷带包扎在肝癌TACE术后止血中的效果对比分析

目的对比分析SafeGuard压迫止血装置与绷带包扎在肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)术后止血中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析行TACE治疗的肝癌患者病历资料,通过绷带包扎进行止血的患者为绷带包扎组(49例),通过SafeGuard压迫止血装置进行止血的患者为压迫止血装置组(49例)。比较两组患者止血操作时间、肢体制动时间、拆除包扎时间、卧床时间、血肿形成率、局部渗血率、皮肤瘀斑率、排尿困难率、假性动脉瘤率、皮肤受损率。结果压迫止血装置组止血操作时间(5.31±0.86)min、肢体制动时间(6.06±0.22)h、拆除包扎时间(6.19±0.41)h、卧床时间(12.07±1.23)h均短于绷带包扎组的(19.82±3.51)min、(7.85±0.56)h、(12.63±0.85)h、(23.31±1.89)h,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。压迫止血装置组血肿形成率2.04%、局部渗血率8.16%、皮肤瘀斑率2.04%均低于绷带包扎组的22.45%、30.61%、16.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组排尿困难率、假性动脉瘤率、皮肤受损率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与绷带包扎相比,在肝癌TACE术后采用SafeGuard压迫止血装置止血效果更好,可缩短止血操作时间、卧床时间等,减少血肿、局部渗血、皮肤瘀斑发生率,更加安全有效,临床使用价值高。

Research on the Construction of Aerospace Equipment Maintenance Support Chain Models

The current space launch missions are intense, and the utilization of equipment is frequent, demanding increasingly higher responsiveness and capability in maintenance and support. The aerospace equipment maintenance and support chain relies on aerospace equipment maintenance and support facilities, deploying various maintenance and support resources rationally according to specific requirements and principles, ultimately forming a unidirectional functional chain or network from the supply side to the demand side. This system helps address the “bottleneck” issue in the generation of aerospace equipment support capability and significantly improves the level of aerospace equipment maintenance and support. The model construction is a prerequisite for analyzing the formation and operation mechanism of the chain, and identifying factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance and support. With consideration of the particularity of aerospace equipment maintenance and support, the paper extensively investigates the construction of the aerospace equipment maintenance and support chain model by drawing on research achievements in modern supply chain and logistics theories, as well as model construction methods. It develops a structural diagram-based chain model, with symbols as key elements, and establishes an evaluation indicator system, providing insights into understanding and grasping the composition of the aerospace equipment maintenance and support chain effectively. Furthermore, it offers a reference for solving other equipment support chains’ construction and optimization problems.
