目的 测定并比较西藏、四川等5个不同产地的丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法 采用HPLC法测定。结果 丹参酮 ⅡA的含量在0.098%-0.913%之间。结论 西藏产丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的含量较高。HPLC法测定快速、灵敏度高。
