The efficacy study of trinity permeation synergism on anti-aging

Background:More and more consumers are paying attention to skin rejuvenation.However,there is a lack of a non-invasive and efficient solution.Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of a trinity permeation synergism(TPS),which consists of a firming essence,an atomizer and a photoelectric penetrator,for facial anti-aging efficacy.Material and methods:In this work,in vitro cell experiments and human efficacy study were used to evaluate the firming and anti-wrinkle effects.Cell experiments were used to verify the effect of the firming essence on the cell proliferation,migration,and anti-inflammation in keratinocytes(HaCaT),and on the gene expression levels of type I and type III collagen(Col-1 and Col-3)and type I matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-1)in human skin fibroblasts(HSF).After in vitro test,60 women aged 35–60 years were enrolled in the randomized test,of which 30 subjects were randomly selected to be the experimental group and treated with the TPS system,while the left 30 subjects were treated with the firming essence only considered as control.After 28 days,skin elasticity,skin redness value,and skin wrinkles were measured to evaluate the efficacy of the TPS system.Results:Cell experiments showed that the firming essence can significantly improve the proliferation and the migration of HaCaT cells.It also promoted the expression level of Col-1 and Col-3 gene,and inhibited the expression level of MMP-1 gene in HSF cells.After confirming the efficacy of firming essence,the efficacy benefit of the TPS was further studied.The 28-day tests show that combined use firming essence with atomizer and penetrator can significantly increase skin elasticity,reduce skin hemoglobin value and skin wrinkles on Day 28.Moreover,all the mentioned improvements are significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Through efficient delivery in the whole process,TPS boosts the efficacy of active components in the firming essence.TPS offers an efficient,non-invasive,and convenient way for enhanced facial rejuvenation efficacy.

Application of a hospital–community–family trinity rehabilitation nursing model combined with motor imagery therapy in patients with cerebral infarction

BACKGROUND Rehabilitation nursing is considered an indispensable part of the cerebral infarction treatment system.The hospital–community–family trinity rehabilitation nursing model can provide continuous nursing services across hospitals,communities,and families for patients.AIM To explore the application of a hospital–community–family rehabilitation nursing model combined with motor imagery therapy in patients with cerebral infarction.METHODS From January 2021 to December 2021,88 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into a study(n=44)and a control(n=44)group using a simple random number table.The control group received routine nursing and motor imagery therapy.The study group was given hospital–community–family trinity rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.Motor function(FMA),balance ability(BBS),activities of daily living(BI),quality of life(SS-QOL),activation status of the contralateral primary sensorimotor cortical area to the affected side,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated before and after intervention in both groups.RESULTS Before intervention,FMA and BBS were similar(P>0.05).After 6 months’intervention,FMA and BBS were significantly higher in the study than in the control group(both P<0.05).Before intervention,BI and SS-QOL scores were not different between the study and control group(P>0.05).However,after 6months’intervention,BI and SS-QOL were higher in the study than in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,activation frequency and volume were similar between the study and the control group(P>0.05).After 6 months’intervention,the activation frequency and volume were higher in the study than in the control group(P<0.05).The reliability,empathy,reactivity,assurance,and tangibles scores for quality of nursing service were higher in the study than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Combining a hospital–community–family trinity rehabilitation nursing model and motor imagery therapy enhances the motor function and balance ability of patients with cerebral infarction,improving their quality of life.

Clinical Study of Acupotomy Trinity Lysis on Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy with Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of acupotomy trinity lysis and traditional acupotomy on cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods:A total of 205 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group(105 cases)and the control group(100 cases).The experimental group was relaxed with acupotomy in three positions:Heaven(tian),Human(ren)and Earth(di).Traditional acupotomy was used to relax Ashi acupoints of the affected vertebra in the control group.One treatment was conducted in one week,and the duration of one course of treatment was three weeks.The VAS,JOA score and NDI index were observed after treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,the total treatment efficiency of the treatment group was 95.23%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,there was significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05;Before operation,there was no significant difference in JOA score,NDI index score,and VAS score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference after 1 week(P>0.05),but there were significant differences between the two groups 2 weeks and 3 weeks after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy trinity lysis is a safe,effective and economical treatment for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.

Clinical Study of Acupotomy Trinity Lysis Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Spastic Paralysis after Stroke

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of acupotomy trinity lysis combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke,and to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:From July 2019 to November 2020,119 patients with post-stroke spastic paralysis who were admitted to our hospital's encephalopathy department were selected as the research objects,and 61 patients were divided into acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group as the observation group by random number table method.58 patients were divided into the rehabilitation training group as the control group.After 21 days of treatment,they passed the modified Ashworth Spasm Scale(MAS)grading scale score,Clinical Spasm Index(clinical spasm index,CSI)assessment,Fugl,Meyer exercise function scale(FMA)Score,Modified Barthel Index Score,and compare the clinical efficacy after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(95.08%)was higher than that of the control group(86.21%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,the contrast difference of MAS,FMA,CSI scores and modified Barthel index scores of the two groups of patients is not statistically significant;After treatment,the MAS scores and CSI scores of the elbow and knee joints of the observation group[(1.52±0.81)(1.46±0.83)(5.87±2.12)]were significantly lower than those of the control group[(2.17±0.68)(2.03±0.79)(8.36±2.41)];FMA upper limb and lower limb scores and modified Barthel index[(51.87±4.41)(30.21±5.05)(72.41±5.81)]of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group[(44.26±4.78)(28.45±4.23)(68.65±6.09)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy trinity lysis combined with rehabilitation training is effective in treating patients with post-stroke spastic paralysis.It provides a safe,reliable and clinically effective new program,which is worthy of popularization and application.

“三位一体”临床实践能力培养模式的构建与应用

对医学生进行规范化的临床技能训练是高等医学教育实践教学改革实施的关键。针对当前高校临床实践教学过程中存在教学水平和硬件差异化明显等问题,大连医科大学附属第一医院以提高学生临床实践能力、促进理论与实践相结合为目标,采用“三位一体”模式应用于卓越医学人才的培养中,即“三阶段”医学本科生标准临床技能培训(大医模式)、结合循证医学的以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)/以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、基于互联网资源实施的交互式教学模式。这一模式在大连医科大学备战校内技能大赛的学生中得到了应用,并取得了显著成效,即学生在校内比赛中荣获一等奖。实践证明,“三位一体”临床实践能力培养模式能够助力学生岗位胜任力的提高,受到师生欢迎。

三位一体专业融合的教学模式在实习护生教学课程建设中的应用

目的探讨三位一体专业融合的教学模式在实习护生教学课程建设中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—7月广州南方学院、广州新华学院、广州医科大学、嘉应学院、中山大学5所学校临床实习的护生共50名为对照组,选取2022年8—12月相同学校临床实习的护生临床实习的护生50名作为观察组。对照组采用传统的手术室教学实习模式,观察组采用三位一体专业融合的教学模式。培训前,分析观察组护生的三位一体教学课程建设需求度为≥98%;培训后对比2组教学方法在实习结束后对手术室、麻醉复苏室(postanesthesia care unit,PACU)以及消毒供应中心(central sterile supply department,CSSD)的课程掌握程度和满意度。结果培训后,除手术室课程中环境、设施、布局、职责分工1项外,观察组护生对手术室、PACU和CSSD课程的掌握度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生满意度(98%)高于对照组(56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三位一体专业融合的教学模式打破传统3个专业独自为政的局限性,在本科护生教学课程建设中促进3个学科的发展,利于沟通,营造和谐的工作氛围,提升护理学生在临床思维、与患者沟通、应对紧急情况、操作技能、团队合作方面等临床实践中的综合能力,对于培养其综合素质及提升教师整体教学水平具有积极作用。
