School-Enterprise Cooperation in Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program at UESTC

School of Information and Software Engineering at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(abbreviated hereafter as "SISE") joined Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program launched by Ministry of Education of China in 2011. This paper discussed nine models of school-enterprise cooperation practiced at SISE since 2011. The school-enterprise cooperation model effectively broadens the students' horizons and improves the students' practical ability and has been recognized by academic circles.

A Comparative Study of School-enterprise Cooperation and Work-study Combination System Construction in Vocational Education at Home and Abroad

In this paper, based on the experience and practice of school-enterprise cooperation in developed countries, the current situation ofschool-enterprise cooperation in China was studied. Through analysis and comparison, the mode of school-enterprise cooperationsuitable for higher vocational education in China was explored to promote the development of higher vocational education inChina. The current situation and existing problems of work-study integration in higher vocational education in China wereanalyzed, and different modes of work-study combination in foreign higher vocational education were compared. Under thecurrent situation, earnestly studying and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign developed countries is of greatsignificance to the continuing development of school-enterprise cooperation and the talent training mode of work-studycombination in national model colleges and key universities.

Coordinating rural-urban education and institution innovation

In order to implement the spirit of the Sixteenth National People＇s Congress to accelerate development of rural education, deepen reform of rural education, guarantee a well-off society, and harmonize rural and urban development, coordinating ruralurban education is the key to China＇s development. At present, the rural-urban coordinating education is influenced by many factors, including rural-urban income difference, rural-urban educational resources difference, rural-urban background difference, and rural- urban institutional difference. In order to realize the coordinating development of rural-urban education, we need innovation in ＂Hukou＂ institution, land institution, financial institution and rural education institution. Institution innovation would be the guarantee to the coordinating rural-urban education.

The Way of Constructing the Diversified and Joint Administration Model of School-Enterprise Cooperation and Education

With the rapid development of the world,the needs of society and enterprises for all kinds of talents are also increasing.Of course,the cultivation of application-oriented talents is the demand for the survival and development of students,as well as the training goals of major schools.Through schoolenterprise cooperation,the employment rate of students can be effectively improved.However,due to the limitations of many conditions,the current diversified school-enterprise cooperation model also faces some problems.This article provides some measures for the problems that exist on the way and how to construct them.

Analysis of the present condition on the coordinating developement of physical education of colleges and communities

The problems faced the policymakers of the present universities in physical education are how to break away from the traditional models of training,how to set up new systems,how to exploit resources in community and university for physical education,how to make the exercise courses,capacity and time for the inhabitsnts more scientific and reasonable and how to constantly satisfy most exercisers.This paper,by analysing the present situation of university physical education and social physical education,exploits their organic combination,to efficiently train high-qualified and all-round-way-developed talents.

An empirical study of the new mode of educating people through the school-enterprise cooperation in private universities based on "Intemet+"

With the use of the MIntemet+" thinking, vigorously carry out the innovation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode, and improve and promote the quality of the school-enterprise cooperation, which is a major task faced by all kinds of the private colleges and universities. The school-enterprise cooperation, as a personnel training mode adapting to the development of the times, makes ftill use of the resources of universities and enterprises, which is of great significance to strengthen the mutually beneficial cooperation between schools and enterprises and to train the practical talents. However, problems such as the imperfect equipment of private colleges and universities, the inactive participation of the enterprises in the cooperation, and the lack of communication and exchange between the two sides, still exist. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the development of the national education and the social progress to put forward the improvement measures and accelerate the development of the efficient and mutually beneficial mode of the school-enterprise cooperation.

A Study on the Strategies of the Coordinated Development of Education in Jing-Jin-Ji Region

Nowadays, the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji has been a national strategy, and has brought unprecedented opportuniyies for the development fof education in this region. However, there are also some bottlenecks that restrict the development of this region. Therefore, this paper will analyze some typical cases of coordinated development of education in this region and put forward some suggestions and strategies to provide some references for the development.

Research on the Coordinated Development of Higher Education in Lanxi in the Era of Popularization

China's higher education has entered the popularization stage,which coincides with the 14th Five-Year Plan and the process of educational modernization.As a"short board"in the development of higher education in the western region,the higher education in Lanxi should accurately understand the basic characteristics of the popularization stage of higher education and firmly grasp new opportunities for future development[1].On the basis of interpreting the development needs and policy opportunities of national higher education in the new era,the government in Lanxi needs to renew school-running ideas,clarify school-running development goals,deepen the reform of school-running system,promote the modernization of higher education governance system,strengthen the cultivation of collaborative ability and the construction of characteristic disciplines in its higher education,improve the quality of personnel training and the social contribution of human resources,as well as run a satisfactory education for the people.

Research on The Software Development Ability Training With Gradual and Whole Process Based on The Deep Integration Between Industry and Education

In view of the mechanism and quality problems in the software ability training of computer majors in colleges and universities,as well as the engineering ability and innovation ability training results can not effectively meet the needs of society,this paper discusses how to realize the deep integration of production and education through school enterprise cooperation under the existing training mode.Through the establishment of a progressive whole process training system,students’software ability can be improved in an all-round way.Taking Shenyang Aerospace University as an example,it expounds how to organically combine the theoretical teaching in class with the cultivation of extracurricular innovation ability,and gradually guide students to comprehensively improve their software development ability and innovation ability.The model has been running for many years,and plays a leading role in promoting the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of education,and provides reference for the brotherly colleges and universities.

Does School Enterprise Cooperation Promote Students＇ Occupation Career Planning： On the Inspirational Experience of School-enterprise Cooperation from Developed Countries

This paper systematically introduces the advantages of several developed countries, i.e., in Britain, Germany, the USA and other developed countries. The author mainly discusses some advanced school enterprise cooperation models and in combination with China＇s national conditions, the author examines what we should do and in what ways we should learn from them and improve, in order to facilitate the cooperation education in line with the development of China, thus contributing to the students＇ occupation career planning in vocational colleges. Therefore, this article has certain reference values.

未来教育视域下高校新型混合式教学研究

未来教育是一种畅想和育人方向,既要保持教育的本真,也要紧跟时代的步伐,在技能与想象、工具性与价值性之间保持动态平衡。第四次工业革命诞生下的“互联网+”时代,教育衍生出多种学习和教学新形态。当今世界数字技术蓬勃兴起,生成式人工智能为高校教学带来机遇与挑战,混合式教学异军突起成为教学形式的主力军,也是未来教育教学的“新常态”表现之一。混合式教学一种特殊的社会生产也在走向内涵式发展,以强化教学互动多种实现方式为基石,以沉浸式教学环境为前提,以描摹数字画像促进多元评价为保障,不断探索混合式教学多种实现方式,积极重构教育新常态。

以产业需求为导向的产教融合研究生培养模式探索与实践

为顺应社会经济高速发展对人才的迫切需求,促进人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素全方位融合,进一步优化产教融合人才培养模式,解决现阶段存在的校企合作不稳定、产学相对脱节、多主体协同机制不完善的问题,湖南大学控制科学与工程学科提出以产业需求为导向的“两翼支撑-三维协同-四链贯通”深度产教融合人才培养模式,以构建校内校外双实践平台为两翼支撑,完善学校、企业、政府三维协同机制,贯通产业链、教育链、实践链及人才链,将产教融合贯通产学研全过程,全面提升研究生的专业实践能力,在新时代高层次应用型工科人才的培养上取得显著的成效,实现研究生培养模式改革和产业迭代双统筹发展,可供国内外高校借鉴。

我国高等职业教育与区域经济耦合协调的机理、评价与启示

高等职业教育与区域经济通过宏观产教融合、中观校企合作和微观工学结合的嵌套,形成三位一体的耦合。基于2011—2021年的省际面板数据,运用耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数、空间关联分析与空间杜宾模型探究高等职业教育与区域经济耦合协调度的时空分异、空间集聚与影响因素。研究发现:全国与省际的耦合协调度呈上升趋势,耦合协调度较高的省份呈现出东部沿海地区向内陆收缩的“漏斗形”分布格局;耦合协调度的整体表征为全局空间正相关,局部主要为高-高集聚,集聚区的演变反映出省际协调与博弈;政府支持程度对本地的影响为正,对邻地的影响为负,政府干预力度对本地和邻地的影响为负,市场化水平对本地和邻地的影响为正。为进一步推动高等职业教育与区域经济的耦合协调发展,应当把握好系统逻辑、空间逻辑与主体逻辑,持续深化两系统的协同发展。

“前车之鉴”对教育数字化的启迪

出于对追赶世界一流的渴盼,近代中国长期不懈地关注器物文明。对这种历史实践的反思有助于教育数字化的健康发展。其一,明确教育数字化的指导理念,体用统一而中和,融洽共生而相互作用。教育数字化不应只关注表层的“用”,更应关注内核的“体”,即教育技术文化的进步,由此才能触发深层次的教育变革;其二,应走出技术决定论和物本发展观的误区,认识到物只是发展条件,技术本无力承担变革教育的重任,人的开悟才是影响教育发展的核心因素;其三,教育数字化应树立物与人辩证统一的协调发展观,主要包括发展的主要矛盾与次要矛盾的统一、发展平衡与不平衡的统一以及发展短板与潜力的统一。借助上述的历史启迪,人们能够更为警醒地认识当前教育数字化面临的问题,以便有效地探索其发展道路。

我国学前教育可持续发展评价指标体系及其测算

可持续发展是我国学前教育事业发展的战略目标和未来向往,也是学前教育事业健康稳定发展的必有表征、必需保障和必然路径。学前教育可持续发展亟需构建科学、完善的指标体系加以指引。基于可持续发展系统论,从高度与水平、空间结构、时间进程三个维度出发,构建了由发展度、协调度和永续度组成的学前教育可持续发展评价指标体系,并测算了当前我国学前教育可持续发展综合水平和“三度”水平,发现我国学前教育可持续发展整体处于中等水平,全国四大区域之间差异明显,发展度、协调度和永续度三者之间均衡性不足,“三度”内在构成要素之间也存在明显差异。我国学前教育可持续发展的实现,应以经费投入为重点,多措并举提高学前教育发展水平;以公平均衡为导向,推动城乡、园际学前教育协调发展;以内外合力为保障,驱动学前教育健康永续发展。

我国高等教育、人力资本与科技创新的耦合协调研究

在教育、科技、人才“三位一体”发展视域下,高等教育、人力资本与科技创新的耦合协调发展是实现中国式现代化的必由之路。在对三系统耦合机理进行探讨的基础上,本研究基于2010—2021年省级面板数据,利用熵权法和耦合协调度模型对三系统综合发展水平和耦合协调发展水平进行分析,并采用GM(1,1)预测模型对2022—2026年的耦合协调度进行了预测。研究发现,我国高等教育、人力资本与科技创新发展水平呈现增长趋势,整体水平较低,高等教育发展最快,但在三系统中处于较为落后的状态;全国三系统耦合协调度有所提升,截至2021年达到勉强协调状态,整体水平依旧偏低;各省份耦合协调度差异较大且持续存在,整体上呈现“东部>中部>东北>西部”的空间特征与梯度格局;2022—2026年耦合协调度有所增长,大致延续了2010—2021年的变化趋势,短期内难以实现跨越式发展,且地区差异依然存在。为此,我国需要发挥高等教育核心枢纽的支撑作用,依托新质人才培养促进“三位一体”融合发展;政府要在宏观战略上统筹“三大战略”,形成“三位一体”螺旋发展合力;各地区要明确内外差异与发展重点,因地制宜促进区域协调发展。

思政课教学与管理育人协同的逻辑依据与实践进路

从理论上看,实践与认识的辩证关系原理、系统组分协同理论、内化与外化的统一规律、显性教育与隐性教育的互补性是思政课教学与管理育人协同的内在依据。从现实上看,思政课教学与管理育人协同是消解知行分离、育人冲突现象与解决由实际问题引发的学生思想问题的必然选择。实践中,推动思政课教学与管理育人协同,应促进思政课教师与管理者的角色交叉,搭建思政课教学与管理育人的协同平台,构建思政课教学与管理育人的联动机制。

京津冀高等教育协同发展政策分析与优化

京津冀协同发展于2014年上升为国家战略,高等教育协同发展作为重要组成部分是经济社会发展的重要战略支撑力量。由于协同发展通过三地政府主导,实现了一些资源共享与交流,但面临着协同政策缺位和衔接不畅、体制机制掣肘与发展路径不明确,合作成效明显滞后于其他领域,对区域服务支撑能力没有充分发挥。回溯十多年来的政策实践,探索京津冀高等教育协同发展政策优化依据、优化方向及政策优化路径,为京津冀高等教育协同发展政策执行,提供保障和决策依据。
