The status of domestic scientific & technical innovation is analysed. A series of emergent managerial problems caused by the system ISTI (SISTI) are pointed out. Because of Hall three dimensions structure's enlightenment, a three dimensional logical net diagram in which the system integration of innovation based on problem in real world but not on disciplinary logic is drawn. The intelligent group' s need span is greater under the conditions of relatively low material level than common groups who have lower degree of education. The SISTI is composed by multi-rule and intelligent multi-agent behavior. It is concluded that the logical relationships of integrated technology which based on the author's experience and observation must be considerded for a valid management of SISTI.展开更多

Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology innovation.Therefore,the coordina...Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology innovation.Therefore,the coordinated development of the two is of great significance to the marine economy sustainable development in China’s coastal areas.On the basis of clarifying the connotations of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in China’s coastal areas from 2006 to 2019,the mechanism for their coordinated development was analysed.A comprehensive indicator system based on the connotation of the two was constructed,and the coordinated development relationship was empirically tested using the coupled coordination model and the panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)model.The results show that:1)the level of China’s coastal marine science technology innovation continues to improve,gradually forming the core of the development of marine science technology innovation in the north,east and south of Shandong,Shanghai and Guangdong;the level of marine eco-civilization development fluctuating upward trend,showing obvious spatial differentiation characteristics.2)The degree of coordination of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization is growing over time.There is no causal relationship between marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in the northern marine economic circle,but there is a two-way causal relationship between the two in the eastern and southern marine economic circles.3)Marine eco-civilization shows a significant positive and continuous impact on marine science technology innovation,and marine science technology innovation shows a long-term,continuous,fluctuating,and lagging impact on marine eco-civilization.The overall role of marine eco-civilization on marine science technology innovation is dominant,and there are significant differences in the impact effects of the two major marine economic circles.展开更多

为全面了解土壤胶体影响重金属行为方向的研究现状和前沿动态,基于Web of Science(WoS)核心合集数据库,利用WoS自带分析工具、HistCite引文图谱分析软件、VOSviewer和Citespace可视化分析软件对1990—2021年间土壤胶体影响重金属行为的...为全面了解土壤胶体影响重金属行为方向的研究现状和前沿动态,基于Web of Science(WoS)核心合集数据库,利用WoS自带分析工具、HistCite引文图谱分析软件、VOSviewer和Citespace可视化分析软件对1990—2021年间土壤胶体影响重金属行为的文献进行了计量分析。结果表明,在世界范围内该方向的发文量逐年稳步增长,我国相关研究起步较晚,但近些年呈现迅猛发展的势头。目前土壤胶体影响重金属行为研究发文量最多的国家和研究机构分别是美国和中国科学院,发文量最高的期刊为Environmental Science&Technology,主要研究学科为环境科学与生态学的交叉学科。关键词聚类分析显示“土壤胶体颗粒粒径分级与重金属的形态分布”、“土壤胶体的释放、沉积及对重金属的吸附作用”和“土壤胶体颗粒的迁移机制与迁移模型研究”为主要的研究主题,人工纳米颗粒在土壤中的行为、迁移转化以及生物有效性是现阶段的研究热点。利用场流分离技术结合单粒子电感耦合等离子体质谱等技术,探讨土壤胶体与人工纳米颗粒之间发生的复杂相互作用及其对人工纳米颗粒迁移归趋与环境命运的影响,是未来的主要研究方向。展开更多

目的应用文献计量学方法分析近10年来近视研究领域的现状、热点和未来的发展方向。方法检索Web of Science核心数据库中2013年1月1日至2022年12月31日近视相关的研究类和综述类文献,使用VOSviewer软件对国家、研究机构、作者进行共现分...目的应用文献计量学方法分析近10年来近视研究领域的现状、热点和未来的发展方向。方法检索Web of Science核心数据库中2013年1月1日至2022年12月31日近视相关的研究类和综述类文献,使用VOSviewer软件对国家、研究机构、作者进行共现分析,使用CiteSpace软件对关键词和共被引参考文献进行聚类分析。结果最终纳入9745篇文献,涉及123个国家或地区,7150个机构和29343位作者。通过分析发现全球在近视领域的发文量整体呈增长趋势,中国是发文量最多的国家,来自美国的研究总被引用次数最多。关键词分析结果表明,早期近视研究热点主要集中于屈光手术、并发症的诊断与治疗、遗传学研究以及流行病学特征,而近年来研究重点已迅速转向近视的预防和控制。共被引文献聚类分析结果显示,近视领域包含多个聚类模块,如#0学龄儿童、#1小切口角膜基质透镜取出术、#2近视控制、#3屈光不正、#4接触镜等研究方向。研究前沿主要聚焦于近视管理技术、近视与视网膜和脉络膜血管、人工智能在近视领域的应用等方面。结论近十年近视研究领域涵盖眼科学、分子生物学、遗传学、眼视光学、流行病学等多个学科领域。未来需要进一步探索近视的病因和发病机制、早期识别和筛查、管理技术、人工智能辅助诊断等,以制定更加有效、安全的近视防控策略。展开更多

Purpose:The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between funded and unfunded papers and their citations in both basic and applied sciences.Design/methodology/approach:A power law model analyzes the relati...Purpose:The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between funded and unfunded papers and their citations in both basic and applied sciences.Design/methodology/approach:A power law model analyzes the relationship between research funding and citations of papers using 831,337 documents recorded in the Web of Science database.Findings:The original results reveal general characteristics of the diffusion of science in research fields:a)Funded articles receive higher citations compared to unfunded papers in journals;b)Funded articles exhibit a super-linear growth in citations,surpassing the increase seen in unfunded articles.This finding reveals a higher diffusion of scientific knowledge in funded articles.Moreover,c)funded articles in both basic and applied sciences demonstrate a similar expected change in citations,equivalent to about 1.23%,when the number of funded papers increases by 1%in journals.This result suggests,for the first time,that funding effect of scientific research is an invariant driver,irrespective of the nature of the basic or applied sciences.Originality/value:This evidence suggests empirical laws of funding for scientific citations that explain the importance of robust funding mechanisms for achieving impactful research outcomes in science and society.These findings here also highlight that funding for scientific research is a critical driving force in supporting citations and the dissemination of scientific knowledge in recorded documents in both basic and applied sciences.Practical implications:This comprehensive result provides a holistic view of the relationship between funding and citation performance in science to guide policymakers and R&D managers with science policies by directing funding to research in promoting the scientific development and higher diffusion of results for the progress of human society.展开更多

文摘As a tool for human communication,the use of language is affected by the way of thinking in cross-cultural communication.Due to the differences between Chinese and Western cultures,the way of thinking varies under the influence of such cultural differences.In the process of translation,the influence of the different thinking mode on translation activities cannot be ignored.At present,a lot of studies and researches have focused on the influence of Chinese and Western thinking mode on translation.However,it is still worthwhile to study what specific influence the difference between Chinese and Western thinking mode will exert on the translation process of science texts and what kind of measure should be taken to solve the negative influence brought by the differences when we are translating.This paper aims to discuss the influence of thinking differences between Chinese and Western countries on the process of English-Chinese translation of science and technology from the perspectives of long sentences,passive voice and nominalization,and how the translators should appropriately adjust their thinking pattern and use reasonable skills to eliminate the potential negative interference caused by the difference and achieve a better transformation between English and Chinese.

文摘Paleogenomics is a discipline in which the extraction and analysis of DNA from ancient biological remains are studied to understand the evolutionary history of past organisms.Research on this topic has revealed the evolutionary history of humans and other species,traced human migrations and genetic changes,and investigated ancient diseases and environmental influences due to its uniqueness.This paper reviews the scientific and technological history of the development of paleogenomics,including the molecular cloning era,the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique era,the genomics era,and the bio-data analysis era.This field explores the key technological development processes and effects of significant scientific discoveries,ranging from gene cloning technology and sequencing technology to breakthroughs and applications in big data analysis,addressing challenges such as sample contamination and trace collection analysis in paleogenomics research.

文摘为全面了解土壤胶体影响重金属行为方向的研究现状和前沿动态,基于Web of Science(WoS)核心合集数据库,利用WoS自带分析工具、HistCite引文图谱分析软件、VOSviewer和Citespace可视化分析软件对1990—2021年间土壤胶体影响重金属行为的文献进行了计量分析。结果表明,在世界范围内该方向的发文量逐年稳步增长,我国相关研究起步较晚,但近些年呈现迅猛发展的势头。目前土壤胶体影响重金属行为研究发文量最多的国家和研究机构分别是美国和中国科学院,发文量最高的期刊为Environmental Science&Technology,主要研究学科为环境科学与生态学的交叉学科。关键词聚类分析显示“土壤胶体颗粒粒径分级与重金属的形态分布”、“土壤胶体的释放、沉积及对重金属的吸附作用”和“土壤胶体颗粒的迁移机制与迁移模型研究”为主要的研究主题,人工纳米颗粒在土壤中的行为、迁移转化以及生物有效性是现阶段的研究热点。利用场流分离技术结合单粒子电感耦合等离子体质谱等技术,探讨土壤胶体与人工纳米颗粒之间发生的复杂相互作用及其对人工纳米颗粒迁移归趋与环境命运的影响,是未来的主要研究方向。
文摘低温逆境已成为限制全球小麦稳产丰产与优质的主要农业气象灾害之一。为客观全面地了解全球小麦低温逆境领域的研究现状和发展趋势,基于Web of Science核心数据库中2000-2020年发表的以“小麦”和“低温”为研究主题的相关文献为数据源,利用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对检索到与主题密切相关的475篇文献从发文数量、发文国家、发文作者、研究机构、研究热点等方面进行统计分析。结果表明:自2000年以来,小麦低温逆境领域年发文数量总体呈波动上升趋势;以中国、美国和加拿大等国家为代表的农业大国均致力于该领域的研究;美国学者Skin⁃ner是该领域发文量最多的作者,与其他学者合作密切的有李向楠和Fowler;该领域文献多发表于《Molecular Genetics and Genomics》和《Annual Review of Plant Biology》等优质期刊上;俄罗斯科学院是该领域发文量最多的科研机构;耐低温小麦新品种培育、耐寒分子生物学研究以及提高小麦产质量等方面成为该领域的研究热点。
文摘为了解淀粉多酚相互作用的研究现状和发展趋势,采用文献计量学方法,以Web of Science核心合集数据库出版日期为2010-01-01至2024-04-18的论文为研究对象,进行可视化分析,为相关学科的研究提供参考。结果显示:淀粉多酚相互作用研究领域的年发文量总体呈上升趋势;中国研究机构在该领域发文数量优势明显,但在影响力方面与新西兰、澳大利亚和西班牙等国的研究机构相比还有一定差距;该领域研究热点主要集中在食品科学技术与化学学科方向,但同时也展示出多学科交叉融合的发展趋势。消化、特性、相互作用、生物利用度、抗菌活性、分子对接、复合物、纳米颗粒、活性膜等方面是该领域的研究前沿。
文摘目的分析近20年来副凋亡研究现状、热点和发展趋势,为今后的研究提供参考。方法以副凋亡为主题在Web of Science数据库中检索并筛选于2003年1月1日至2023年12月31日发表的语言为英语的论著和综述,利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件生成知识图谱。结果共纳入305篇文献,副凋亡研究的发文量呈逐年递增趋势。中国(106篇)和亚洲大学(韩国)分别是发文量最多的国家和机构,美国与其他国家合作更频繁。刊文量较多的期刊为《Cell death disease》《Photochemistry and Photobiology》《Oncotarget》。关键词的热度分析显示线粒体功能障碍、内质网自噬、乳腺癌和肝细胞癌是该领域的研究热点。结论国内外副凋亡研究发展迅速,尤其在肿瘤学领域,信号通路将成为未来研究的重点。

文摘以2000—2023年“Web of Science核心合集”中111篇与战争旅游研究高度相关的论文为基础,对战争旅游研究现状及成果进行系统性总结和梳理。研究发现:按照文献发表数量,战争旅游的发展可分为萌芽期(2000—2009年)、缓慢增长期(2010—2015年)和快速增长期(2016年至今)3个阶段;战争旅游研究的方法主要采用定性研究,但定量研究和混合研究方法也逐渐受到研究者的重视;战争旅游的相关研究内容主要集中在战争旅游概念界定、战争旅游体验、战争旅游动机、战争旅游游客类别、战争旅游的功能、战争旅游目的地管理6个方面。最后,结合国外的研究经验,立足于中国的实际情况,就中国战争旅游地的实践发展提出建议,并对该领域的未来研究进行展望。
文摘植物内生真菌作为一种高度生物多样性和多用途的微生物群落而备受关注。深入了解植物内生真菌研究现状,可为该领域未来研究方向的确立及发展趋势预测提供理论依据。本文通过文献计量学方法,对1926年至2022年11月期间Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的植物内生真菌相关论文,以“植物内生真菌(Endophytic Fungi)”为检索词进行主题检索,统计相关文献的作者、国家、机构、年发表量、学科、期刊和关键词的分布情况,并利用文献可视化软件VOSviewer对所得数据进行分析。检索结果显示,1926年至2022年11月Web of Science一共收录“Endophytic Fungi”相关论文9945篇,从作者来看,以佘志刚、Proksch Peter、王斌贵以及Lee In-Jung等人为核心的研究团队发文量最高。中国、美国、印度、德国和巴西是发文量最多的国家,其中中国在该领域的发文量占总发文量的33.9%。国内主要发文机构集中在中国科学院、中国科学院大学、中山大学,国外的主要发文机构是圣保罗大学、美国农业部、法国国家科学研究中心。植物内生真菌生物多样性、植物内生真菌与宿主互作机制及利用以及植物内生真菌次生代谢产物生物活性物质挖掘为本领域研究热点,植物内生真菌代谢组学和天然衍生产品合成也是诸多学者关注的重点。本文为植物内生真菌相关领域的学者寻找潜在合作者与合作机构,并为其追踪当下研究热点和分析未来研究发展趋势提供重要参考依据。
文摘目的应用文献计量学方法分析近10年来近视研究领域的现状、热点和未来的发展方向。方法检索Web of Science核心数据库中2013年1月1日至2022年12月31日近视相关的研究类和综述类文献,使用VOSviewer软件对国家、研究机构、作者进行共现分析,使用CiteSpace软件对关键词和共被引参考文献进行聚类分析。结果最终纳入9745篇文献,涉及123个国家或地区,7150个机构和29343位作者。通过分析发现全球在近视领域的发文量整体呈增长趋势,中国是发文量最多的国家,来自美国的研究总被引用次数最多。关键词分析结果表明,早期近视研究热点主要集中于屈光手术、并发症的诊断与治疗、遗传学研究以及流行病学特征,而近年来研究重点已迅速转向近视的预防和控制。共被引文献聚类分析结果显示,近视领域包含多个聚类模块,如#0学龄儿童、#1小切口角膜基质透镜取出术、#2近视控制、#3屈光不正、#4接触镜等研究方向。研究前沿主要聚焦于近视管理技术、近视与视网膜和脉络膜血管、人工智能在近视领域的应用等方面。结论近十年近视研究领域涵盖眼科学、分子生物学、遗传学、眼视光学、流行病学等多个学科领域。未来需要进一步探索近视的病因和发病机制、早期识别和筛查、管理技术、人工智能辅助诊断等,以制定更加有效、安全的近视防控策略。
文摘目的:运用文献计量学方法分析男男性行为(MSM)相关艾滋病的研究现状、前沿热点和研究趋势,为艾滋病防治研究提供借鉴。方法:计算机检索并收集Web of Science核心合集数据库中与MSM相关艾滋病有关的文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行作者合作分析、机构分布分析,并绘制关键词共现和聚类知识图谱。结果:共纳入MSM相关艾滋病研究文献5221篇,发文量整体呈现上升趋势,发文量最多的国家是美国,发文量最多的机构是加利福尼亚大学旧金山分校,发文量最大的期刊是AIDS and Behavior,Mayer是核心作者,纳入研究的高频关键词为HIV/AIDS,gay men,infection,risk behavior,prevention。结论:MSM相关艾滋病的研究处于积极状态,研究主题丰富,热点集中,作者合作度高。未来还需继续探索积极有效的干预措施,早期和全面识别具有感染风险的MSM人群,快速启动抗逆转录病毒治疗,注重MSM人群心理健康,构建良好的社会支持和照护系统。
文摘目的通过文献计量学及可视化分析,对心肌桥的研究热点进行全面概述,寻找未来的研究方向。方法在Web of Science数据库中检索出1991~2022年关于心肌桥的文献,使用VOSviewer、CiteSpace和R包“bibliometrix”进行文献计量学分析。结果本研究共纳入2030篇英文文献。发表文章的数量呈逐年增长的趋势。这些文献出自75个国家的2333个机构,其中领先的国家是美国,领先的机构是哥伦比亚大学。Annals of Thoracic Surgery为发表相关论文数量最多的期刊,Tremmel Jennifer A为发表相关论文数量最多的作者。最常见的关键词是心肌桥、心力衰竭、心源性休克、心肌梗死等。结论经调查研究,心肌桥的病理和病理生理学、诊断方法、临床症状和治疗等会成为未来心肌桥研究的重点内容。
文摘人工智能驱动的科学研究(AI for Science)被视为科学发现的第五范式的曙光。依循演绎主义的科学研究逻辑,梳理了人工智能在科学假设生成、数据收集以及分析挖掘中的应用。人工智能“数据算法算力”三原则,对科学数据的质量、算法的复杂性以及计算能力提出了更高的要求。AI for Science时代预计会出现科技巨头、AI专家、软硬件工程师、政府以及教育机构等紧密协同的新型科研模式。然而,AI算法的黑箱特性对科学研究的可解释性和可重复性构成潜在威胁。因此,在推进人工智能驱动的科学研究的发展过程中,必须坚持伦理优先的原则,注重科学数据的安全性管理,防范化解大模型分布外泛化带来的解释性弱等问题。
文摘Purpose:The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between funded and unfunded papers and their citations in both basic and applied sciences.Design/methodology/approach:A power law model analyzes the relationship between research funding and citations of papers using 831,337 documents recorded in the Web of Science database.Findings:The original results reveal general characteristics of the diffusion of science in research fields:a)Funded articles receive higher citations compared to unfunded papers in journals;b)Funded articles exhibit a super-linear growth in citations,surpassing the increase seen in unfunded articles.This finding reveals a higher diffusion of scientific knowledge in funded articles.Moreover,c)funded articles in both basic and applied sciences demonstrate a similar expected change in citations,equivalent to about 1.23%,when the number of funded papers increases by 1%in journals.This result suggests,for the first time,that funding effect of scientific research is an invariant driver,irrespective of the nature of the basic or applied sciences.Originality/value:This evidence suggests empirical laws of funding for scientific citations that explain the importance of robust funding mechanisms for achieving impactful research outcomes in science and society.These findings here also highlight that funding for scientific research is a critical driving force in supporting citations and the dissemination of scientific knowledge in recorded documents in both basic and applied sciences.Practical implications:This comprehensive result provides a holistic view of the relationship between funding and citation performance in science to guide policymakers and R&D managers with science policies by directing funding to research in promoting the scientific development and higher diffusion of results for the progress of human society.
