The emergence and application of new media are both opportunities and challenges for the development of libraries.In light of statistical analysis of development and use of new media platform tools such as the library portal websites of independent colleges in Jiangsu Province,WeChat,MicroBlog,and mobile libraries,etc.,the author in this paper is aimed at studying independent college libraries’self-development level and innovation of service models under the new information network environment as well as how to win favorable time and space so as to easily face the advent of cloud service era.

通过网络调查和文献调研分析了图书馆员的数据素养提升的Library carpentry课程项目,从发起背景、课程团队、经费支持、课程目标、课程内容等方面调查了Library carpentry的管理和运行实践,从项目组织、课程和教学方面总结出Library carpentry项目的特点。根据Library carpentry的成功经验,从开拓图书馆服务视野、打造实用化课程体系、推动教育可持续发展,搭建协同教育平台等角度思考对我国图书馆员数字素养教育的启示。

目的/意义提供高质量健康信息服务,促进医教协同发展,助力健康中国服务体系建设。方法/过程运用网络调研、文献调研、电话访谈等方法,调查30所医学高校图书馆教学支持服务现状,从教学资源服务、信息素养服务、学科服务、服务保障4方面分析存在的问题。结果/结论医学高校图书馆应建立并完善教学支持服务体系,提升学科教学支持服务力度、提供精准健康信息服务、加强区域或部门间协作、创新智慧化服务模式,成为健康中国行动的重要推动力量。

面向大学生就业的数字素养教育研究

数字素养的提升在提高大学生就业竞争力、解决大学生就业问题方面有着积极的促进作用。阐述了数字素养对大学生就业的重要意义,分析了当前大学生数字素养教育存在的问题,从发挥高校引导作用、加强数字素养课程建设、发挥图书馆数字服务主阵地作用3个方面提出了大学生数字素养教育的提升路径,以期促进大学生就业质量的提升。

The persistent and indefatigable efforts of all the College English teachers have brought about great changes in colle ge English teaching and learning in t he past few years.These changes,however,may be summa rized within the framework of a shift from one form of test -oriented teaching and learnin g to another.In reality,much has yet to be done to improve the language abilities of the studen ts.Under such circumstances,nationwi de English examinations or unified e xaminations at var-ious levels,are bound to make things even worse by misleading college and university teachers in their teaching practice.In this p aper,the author claims that College English teachers and their students should be freed from t he confinement of the unified examin ations so that they will be able to build a real learner -centr ed curriculum as far as possible according to their own needs.Finally,some tentative ideas are presented on the pathway for imp roving the quality of the College English teaching and learning.

高等教育数字化转型对大学生的数字化学习、生存和发展能力提出更高的要求,作为新媒体时代主流阅读形式的数字阅读,重塑了大学生的学习、生活和社交生态。文章采用案例分析、调查研究等方法,对安徽省高校图工委2014-2023年开展的“书香江淮”数字阅读项目活动数据进行收集、整理和分析,总结得出该项目在四个方面取得突出成效:为高校图书馆开展大规模数字阅读推广活动提供范例,引领大学生文化和价值观建设,全面提升大学生数字人文素养,满足大学生对数字时代精神文化生活的新期待。针对项目实施过程中暴露出的问题和不足,提出从丰富平台资源和功能建设、创新阅读推广形式、加强项目全过程管理、提升项目认可度和权威性等方面进行优化,深化数字阅读育人效果。

阅读是传承与弘扬中华优秀传统文化的重要方式。深入分析大学生中华优秀传统文化阅读行为,有助于相关机构提供更具针对性和有效性的阅读服务。文章采用问卷调查法,以威尔逊信息行为模型为理论基础,从阅读需求、阅读寻求、阅读处理与利用、阅读障碍和阅读动机等方面对四川省12所高校和科研机构大学生的中华优秀传统文化阅读行为进行调研,提出了将“新教育阅读”理念融入阅读活动、重建校园阅读文化、加大新兴媒介利用力度、内容为王和多元化内容呈现形式等改进建议。

基于Kano模型的高校图书馆服务能力提升研究

[目的/意义]旨在通过研究用户对高校图书馆服务内容的需求强度与优先次序,提出高校图书馆服务能力建设的优化策略。[方法/过程]结合高校图书馆服务能力现有相关文献调研与用户访谈等方式提炼出13项需求项目,运用Kano模型对需求指标进行定性分类和服务优化优先序分析。[结果/结论]根据Better-Worse系数分析的结果提出高校图书馆各类型需求下服务项目的服务策略及其相应能力建设路径,为高校图书馆服务能力建设优化提供方向。

“互联网+”时代背景下民办高校智慧图书馆建设策略研究

民办高校智慧图书馆的建设顺应了“互联网+”时代的发展,同时智慧图书馆的建设充满了机遇与挑战。通过阐述智慧图书馆的内涵与特点,论述了“互联网+”时代民办高校建设智慧图书馆的必要性,从资源配置、建设理念、人力资源、智慧服务等层面分析了我国民办高校智慧图书馆建设中存在的问题,并提出了“互联网+”时代民办高校智慧图书馆建设的相关策略。以期为我国民办高校智慧图书馆的建设提供相关参考,进一步服务师生,发挥图书馆为高校教学和科研服务的职能。

Z世代大学生算法素养现状及培育路径

文章在算法素养概念框架下,采用参与式观察和半结构化访谈方法,考察Z世代大学生在算法平台日常使用过程中的算法感知和应对行为。研究发现,大学生受到算法黑箱的困扰及算法智能化权力的操纵,并指出图书馆在信息素养教育实践中可从3个方面着手培育大学生的算法素养,即提升信息环境认知力,引导大学生批判性审视算法系统;增强个人隐私保护力,指导大学生防范算法风险;提升驾驭算法技能,强化大学生算法应对能力。

高校图书馆面向大学新生情绪困扰的阅读治疗实践探索——以河南工程学院图书馆为例

大学新生在入校第一学期的适应过程中较易被不良情绪困扰。高校图书馆联合学校心理健康教育与咨询中心对新生实行阅读治疗,对维护其心理健康,帮助其适应大学生活具有重要意义。文章采用问卷调查与艾森克情绪稳定性测验(EES)量表,对河南工程学院2023级部分新生的情绪困扰状况进行了深入调查,设计并实施了深入阅读治疗方案。结果表明,阅读治疗在缓解新生情绪困扰方面表现出显著效果,具有推广价值。
