Provide legitimate transportation plans for the petrol secondary distribution are the key links to guarantee the petrol provision. If the total supply is insufficient, some petrol stations can’t avoid shortage because their demands could not be met. So the shortage cost will appear. This paper studies the problem of how to arrange the transportation plan in order to minimize the total cost when the total volume of supply is insufficient. Given the storage volume, the sales rate and the unit shortage cost of every petrol station, considering the full loading constraints of the compartment vehicle, a mixed integer programming model for minimizing the total cost of petrol secondary distribution is established. A Lingo program is compiled for solving the model. Finally, simulation on an example has been done and a reasonable transportation plan is obtained. The model and algorithm in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for dispatching department to make transportation plan. 展开更多

This paper addresses the problem of distributed secondary control for islanded AC microgrids with external disturbances.By using a full-order sliding-mode(FOSM)approach,voltage regulation and frequency restoration are achieved in finite time. For voltage regulation,a distributed observer is proposed for each distributed generator(DG)to estimate a reference voltage level.Different from some conventional observers, the reference voltage level in this paper is accurately estimated under directed communication topologies.Based on the observer,a new nonlinear controller is designed in a backstepping manner such that an FOSM surface is reached in finite time.On the surface, the voltages of DGs are regulated to the reference level in finite time. For frequency restoration,a distributed controller is further proposed such that a constructed FOSM surface is reached in finite time,on which the frequencies of DGs are restored to a reference level in finite time under directed communication topologies. Finally, case studies on a modified IEEE 37-bus test system are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness, the robustness against load changes, and the plug-and-play capability of the proposed controllers. 展开更多

Plants are assumed as immovable media. The resistance caused by vegetation is expressed by the theory of poroelasticity. Considering the influence of a secondary flow, the momentum equation can be simplified. The momentum equation is nondimensionalized to obtain a smooth solution for the lateral distribution of the longitudinal velocity. To verify the model, an acoustic Doppler velocimeter (ADV) is used to measure the velocity field in a rectangular open channel partially with emergent artificial rigid vegetation. Comparisons between the measured data and the computed results show that the method can predict the transverse distributions of stream-wise velocities in turbulent flows in a rectangular channel with partial vegetation. 展开更多

This paper introduces a distributed secondary control scheme for achieving current sharing and average voltage regulation objectives in a DC microgrid. The proposed scheme employs a dynamic diffusion algorithm(DDA)instead of the consensus algorithm to enable distributed communication among converters. To help understand DDA,the relation of DDA and other diffusion algorithms is discussed in detail and its superiority is shown by comparison with diffusion and consensus algorithms.Furthermore, considering the discrete nature and different sampling time of the digital controller and communication network,a z-domain model of the entire DC microgrid is established. The influence of communication and secondary control parameters on the system stability is investigated.Based on the established model, the tolerable communication rates are obtained.Real-time simulations conducted on the OPAL-RT platform validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, showcasing its advantages in terms of convergence speed and stability. 展开更多

A distributed secondary control(DSC) strategy that combines Q-learning and pinning control is originally proposed to achieve a fully optimal DSC for droop-controlled microgrids(MGs). It takes advantages of cross-fusion of the two algorithms to realize the high efficiency and self-adaptive control in MGs. It has the following advantages. Firstly, it adopts the advantages of reinforcement learning in autonomous learning control and intelligent decision-making, driving the action value of pinning control for feedback adaptive correction. Secondly, only a small part of points selected as pinned points needs to be controlled and pre-learned, hence the actual control problem is transformed into a synchronous tracking problem and the installation number of controllers is further reduced.Thirdly, the pinning matrix can be modified to adapt to plugand-play operation under the distributed control architecture. Finally, the effectiveness and versatility of the proposed strategy are demonstrated with a typical droop-controlled MG model. 展开更多

The present article provides an overview of the chemical and physical features of haze in China, focusing on the relationship between haze and atmospheric fine particles, and the formation mechanism of haze. It also summarizes several of control technologies and strategies to mitigate the occurrence of haze. The development of instruments and the analysis of measurements of ambient particles and precursor concentrations have provided important information about haze formation. Indeed, the use of new instruments has greatly facilitated current haze research in China. Examples of insightful results include the relationship between fine particles and haze, the chemical compositions and sources of particles, the impacts of the aging process on haze formation, and the application of technologies that control the formation of haze. Based on these results, two relevant issues need to be addressed: understanding the relationship between haze and fine particles and understanding how to control PM2.5. 展开更多

To investigate the influence of haze on the chemical composition and formation processes of ambient aerosol particles,PM_(2.5) and size-segregated aerosol particles were collected daily during fall at an urban site of Gwangju,Korea.During the study period, the total concentration of secondary ionic species(SIS) contributed an average of 43.9% to the PM_(2.5) ,whereas the contribution of SIS to the PM_(2.5) during the haze period was 62.3%.The NO_3 and SO^(2-)_4 concentrations in PM_(2.5) during the haze period were highly elevated, being 13.4 and 5.0 times higher than those during non-haze period, respectively. The PM,NO^-_3,SO^(2-)_4,oxalate,water-soluble organic carbon(WSOC),and humic-like substances(HULIS) had tri-modal size distributions peaks at 0.32,1.0,and 5.2 μm during the non-haze and haze periods. However, during the non-haze period they exhibited dominant size distributions at the condensation mode peaking at 0.32 μm,while on October 21 when the heaviest haze event occurred, they had predominant droplet mode size distributions peaking at 1.00 μm.Moreover, strong correlations of WSOC and HULIS with SO^(2-)_4,oxalate,and K+at particle sizes of 〈 1.8 μm indicate that secondary processes and emissions from biomass burning could be responsible for WSOC and HULIS formations. It was found that the factors affecting haze formation could be the local stable synoptic conditions, including the weak surface winds and high surface pressures, the long-range transportation of haze from eastern China and upwind regions of the Korean peninsula,as well as the locally emitted and produced aerosol particles. 展开更多
