Analytical Investigation on Computer Network Security System of Colleges and Universities

With the development of network technology,computer systems of colleges and universities gradually use network management and services,which provides comprehensive and convenient information access and management conditions.How ever,in the network environment,the security of the system faces security threats like virus,malicious software and human at tack,which may make the network data of the computer system damaged and tampered,or even lead to network system paraly sis,breakdown of system concerning management and payment,missing and stealing of confidential documents.Therefore,it is of important application significance to promote the security of computer network systems of colleges and universities.This paper conducts comprehensive analysis on the security system of computer network systems of colleges and universities,elaborates its R&D and application status and puts forward specific schemes of prevention and solutions,which provides suggestions and refer ence for its construction.

Research and Practice on Security Protection and Disaster Recovery Strategy of Oracle Database in Colleges and Universities

Database security protection, database backup and disaster recovery are important tasks for all colleges and universities to ensure the safe and stable operation of information systems. Based on the operating environment of the Oracle production database in China University of Geosciences (Beijing), combined with the practical operation and maintenance experience, this paper provides a design and implementation case of Oracle database security protection system and disaster recovery architecture. The network security protection architecture of the three-layer firewall and fortress machine, the detection and repair of security vulnerabilities, the management of system accounts and permissions, data encryption and database audit constitute the security protection system of the database. Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters), Oracle DataGuard, redundant backup management and backup recovery constitute the disaster recovery architecture of the database. The case has practical significance for database operation and maintenance management in other colleges and universities.

Research on College Network Information Security Protection in the Digital Economy Era

In the era of the digital economy,the informatization degree of various industries is getting deeper and deeper,and network information security has also come into people’s eyes.Colleges and universities are in the position of training applied talents,because of the needs of teaching and education,as well as the requirements of teaching reform,the information construction of colleges and universities has been gradually improved,but the problem of network information security is also worth causing people to ponder.The low security of the network environment will cause college network information security leaks,and even hackers will attack the official website of the university and leak the personal information of teachers and students.To solve such problems,this paper studies the protection of college network information security against the background of the digital economy era.This paper first analyzes the significance of network information security protection,then points out the current and moral problems,and finally puts forward specific countermeasures,hoping to create a safe learning environment for teachers and students for reference.

The Emergence of Modern Physics Research in China:The Yenching Department of Physics and the Rockefeller Foundation

Based on archival materials discovered in America,Britain,and China,this paper carefully examines the history of the short-lived and completely overlooked Department of Physics in the Premedical School of Peking Union Medical College(PUMC),and uncovers this department’s extensive interconnections with its counterpart at Yenching University.This project also looks into the Master of Science(MS)program in the Department of Physics at Yenching University,which,founded in 1927,was the first graduate program in physics in China.It was this MS program that transformed the Yenching Department from a largely premedical training center serving the PUMC into a prominent cradle of Chinese physics research.This Yenching Department,despite its small faculty and brief existence,nurtured many eminent Chinese physicists,such as Chao-Ying Meng孟昭英,Wen-Yu Chang张文裕,Ming-Chen Wang王明贞,Chia-Liu Luke Yuan袁家骝,Cheng-Shu Wang(Chang)王承书,Ho-Fu Lu卢鹤绂,Ting-Sui Ke葛庭燧,Kun Huang黄昆,and Chia-Lin Hsieh谢家麟.It would have been impossible to achieve these outstanding accomplishments without the effective leadership and pioneering work of C.H.Corbett,P.A.Anderson,Y.M.Hsieh,and W.Band—the first four Department Chairs—in combination with relatively abundant private funding,mostly from America,and extensive educational connections with Western institutions.This paper not only introduces in detail these four department heads and their contributions,but also discloses the unique role played by the Rockefeller Foundation via the China Medical Board and the PUMC in the development of the Yenching Department of Physics.

治理现代化视域下我国高校国家安全教育问题与对策研究——以河南省为例

治理现代化视域下高校国家安全教育研究是一个十分重要的前沿课题,自推进国家治理能力和体系现代化的时代命题提出以来,国家治理现代化逐渐成为国内外学者研究热点。安全是党和国家一切事务开展的基本前提,国家安全教育作为维护国家安全的固本之举和长久之策,对于增强全民国家安全意识和素养,推进国家安全体系和能力现代化,推进国家治理现代化具有重要意义。本文则是从治理现代化的视域出发,以高校国家安全教育存在问题为导向,通过文献计量法、问卷调研法和实地访谈法等方法,对河南省10所不同层次的高校展开问卷与访谈相结合的调研,并辅之以与我国高校国家安全教育相关的36份政策文本,深度挖掘数据资源,探究我国高校国家安全教育现状及存在问题,以期为高校国家安全教育提质增效提供借鉴。研究发现目前高校国家安全教育存在主管部门—职能部门—高校等缺乏协同合作、国家安全教育资源链接共享机制尚未形成、专职教师队伍建设亟须配备等问题。对此本文提出构建党委领导下的多元协同育人主体及育人模式、加快推进多部门资源交互共治机制、以立法形式压实国家安全教育责任、加快专业教材编撰和打造精湛的“师资库”等若干可行性建议。

HPS教育融入公安院校大学化学课程的创新与实践

公安院校中,大学化学是刑事科学技术专业的一门专业基础课。传统教学中,教师专注于培养学生的专业基础知识、理论和实验技能,忽略了思想素质的培养。HPS教育就是将科学史、科学哲学和科学社会学融入科学教学中,强调“科学的批判性、科学的创新性、科学的人文性”。同时,可以培养公安院校大学生的家国情怀、创新意识、科学思维和人文关怀等科学素养。通过充分挖掘大学化学中化学史、化学哲学和化学社会学元素,设计了一种HPS教育融入公安院校大学化学课程的模式。以河南警察学院某系22级为检测效果的对象,结果表明,随着HPS教育在大学化学课程中的运用,学生学习大学化学课程的积极性呈上升趋势,科学素养和职业认同感进一步增强。HPS教育的融入极大促进了大学化学课程的教学效果,同时也可以为公安院校同仁大学化学的教学提供可行的模式与方法,为公安院校其他课程提供一些实践参考和借鉴。

高校数字档案信息安全防护策略研究

随着信息技术的发展,档案数字化管理应用越来越广泛。因数字档案依托信息技术,导致档案管理面临病毒的入侵、存储介质不稳定等新的安全问题,这制约数字档案的信息安全。为保障电子档案信息的安全,文章以高校数字档案信息安全为研究对象,重点研究高校电子档案信息安全保障方案,首先拟就高校数字档案信息安全的研究现状、影响因素、存在问题,然后分析高校数字档案的具体防护策略,希望能为高校数字档案信息的安全防护提供针对性和建设性的策略选择。

PTEN、NF-κBp65和CyclinD1在胃腺癌中的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理间的相关性

背景与目的:探讨PTEN、NF-κBp65和CyclinD1在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理特征之间的相关性。材料与方法:用免疫组织化学S-P法检测73例胃腺癌及20例正常胃粘膜组织中PTEN、NF-κBp65和CyclinD1的表达情况。结果:①PTEN在胃腺癌组织中蛋白表达阳性率为42.5%(31/73),明显低于它在正常胃粘膜组织中的阳性表达率90%(18/20)(P<0.01);NF-κBp65和CyclinD1在胃腺癌组织中蛋白表达阳性率分别为58.9%(43/73)和60.3%(44/73),明显高于它们在正常胃粘膜组织中的阳性表达率20%(4/20)和25%(5/20)(P<0.01);②PTEN与胃腺癌组织分化程度呈正相关(P<0.01),与胃腺癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);NF-κBp65与胃腺癌组织分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05),与胃腺癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);CyclinD1与胃腺癌的浸润深度相关(P<0.05),与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期无相关关系;③胃腺癌中PTEN的阳性表达率与NF-κBp65和CyclinD1均呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),NF-κBp65与CyclinD1的阳性表达率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN、NF-κBp65和CyclinD1基因在胃腺癌的发生、发展中起着不同的作用;联合检测PTEN、NF-κBp65和CyclinD1,可能有助于对胃腺癌恶性程度的判定及侵袭转移能力的评估,进而为胃腺癌的预后分析和进一步治疗提供依据。
