The letters and visits system plays a vital role in government work, serving as a crucial tool for supervising law enforcement and administrative conduct, ensuring public officials’ integrity, and promoting governance by law. As Chinese citizens’ political awareness grows, the volume of letters and visits has increased steadily. This paper reviews the current state of letters and visits information construction, identifies challenges and problems in system integration, presents integration ideas for existing systems, and proposes an innovative approach to letters and visits system integration. This research aims to provide valuable insights and guidance for other units undertaking similar system integration efforts.

Analysis of the Influence of Clothing on Characterization from Symbolism: Taking The Scarlet Letter, Daisy Miller, and Dry September as Examples

In the novels, the clothing worn by the characters are symbols made and used by the authors to express the characters’ personality and deepen the theme, and grasping their symbolism helps to enter into the interior of the novels and understand their essence. This paper will analyze and interpret the clothing of typical female characters in The Scarlet Letter, Daisy Miller and Dry September from the perspective of symbolism, so as to illustrate how the symbolism of clothing, as a kind of symbols, shapes the image of the main characters.

基于三维质量结构模型构建神经外科患者身体约束护理质量评价指标体系

目的 构建神经外科患者身体约束护理质量评价指标,用于指导护士临床实践工作,持续改进工作流程与质量。方法 以三维质量结构模型为理论指导,通过回顾文献和专家访谈,运用Delphi专家函询法,构建神经外科患者身体约束护理质量评价指标。结果 3轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数均>0.9,一、二级的协调系数分别为0.126、0.094(P<0.001),最终确定的评价指标包括一级指标3个,二级指标31个。结论 建立的评价指标科学、规范、内容全面,对神经外科患者身体约束护理质量具有指导作用。

论新时代信访工作法治化模式

党的十八大以来,信访工作法治化改革持续推进,其制度成果集中体现于《信访工作条例》。新时代的信访工作法治化,要求每个环节严格依法,做到预防法治化、受理法治化、办理法治化、监督追责法治化、维护秩序法治化。它建立于“在法治轨道上全面建设社会主义现代化国家”“全面推进国家各方面工作法治化”的理论基础之上,显现出鲜明的时代特征,形成了制度化规范化的“信访渠道汇集问题、依法分流处理、兜底解决剩余问题”的信访工作法治化模式。这种模式具有高度的实践回应性,信访渠道聚集问题有其社会心理基础,分流处理问题契合体制运行规律,剩余问题兜底解决有赖综合施策。这种模式不仅回应合法诉求,而且能有效回应政策性、情感性等各种诉求,体现了信访工作的群众工作属性,在法治化的同时保持了社会主义底色。

会计信息可比性与监管问询

本文以我国A股上市公司2014-2020年的数据为样本,研究了会计信息可比性对交易所监管问询的影响。研究发现,会计信息可比性越高,公司收到交易所年报问询函的概率越低。机制检验发现,在信息处理成本较高、外部监督较弱的公司中,会计信息可比性对降低公司收到问询函概率的影响更突出。在进一步分析中,本文采用文本分析法检验了会计信息可比性对问询严重程度的影响,发现会计信息可比性越低,被问询的严重程度越高。最后,我们还发现会计信息可比性能够降低交易所发生监管误差的可能性,提高监管问询准确性。本文的研究结论为分行业监管的背景下会计信息可比性对监管问询的影响提供了实证证据,为上市公司提高会计信息可比性的实践提供了理论依据。

贺信精神引领下微纳加工技术课课程思政教学改革与实践

微纳加工技术课程的教学内容与我国当前所面临的高端芯片制造“卡脖子”技术密切相连。2020年以来该课程将习近平总书记贺信精神融入课程思政教学设计,通过寓德于教、寓哲于教、寓念于教和寓新于教的“四位一体”方式,引导学生树立坚定理想信念,厚植爱国主义情怀,提升品德修养,激发远大志向。该文列举多个典型案例,经过教学改革基本实现知识传授、价值引领和情怀根植三方面的有机统一,期待该教学设计及经验分享为全国各高校电子封装专业的课程思政教学改革提供借鉴。

凡是锦囊,皆为妙计?——论陀思妥耶夫斯基早中期小说的“信中信”现象

在陀思妥耶夫斯基1870年前的早中期小说如《穷人》《双重人格》《九封信组成的小说》《地下室手记》《罪与罚》《白痴》等中,普遍存在“文中信”“文中文”和“信中信”的形式(本文统称为“信中信”现象)。这些在文体上属于书信的内容,叙事的层级等次不一,功能和效果也不尽相同。它们虽然并非都是提供现成答案的“锦囊妙计”,但确实有利于操控叙事进程:有的是为了设置更多的复杂线索、转移叙事的核心,有的则是为了避开焦点、混淆视听、制造冲突,在故意设置的混乱背景中立体展现主人公的心理和思想。作为套叠叙事、亚文本或次亚文本的“信中信”现象,既是陀思妥耶夫斯基独特的书信体和类书信体书写,也是其小说创作中一种力求创新突破的叙事策略。
