Ultra-stable piezoelectric nanogenerator(PENG)driven by environmental actuation sources with all-weather service capability is highly desirable.Here,the PENG based on N doped 4H-SiC nanohole arrays(NHAs)is proposed to harvest ambient energy under low/high temperature and relative humidity(RH)conditions.Finite element method simulation of N doped 4H-SiC NHAs in compression mode is developed to evaluate the relationship between nanohole diameter and piezoelectric performance.The density of short circuit current of the assembled PENG reaches 313 nA cm^(-2),which is 1.57 times the output of PENG based on N doped 4H-SiC nanowire arrays.The enhancement can be attributed to the existence of nanohole sidewalls in NHAs.All-weather service capability of the PENG is verified after being treated at-80/80℃and 0%/100%RH for 50 days.The PENG is promising to be widely used in practice worldwide to harvest biomechanical energy and mechanical energy. 展开更多

In the era of the rapid development of information technology,it is of great significance to study the combination of intelligent tourism industry and information industry and evaluate the intelligent tourism information service capabilities(ITISC).The purpose of this study is to explore a methodological approach of assessing ITISC,and offer insights into the theoretical investigation and practical development of ITISC.First,factor analysis is used to determine the object of intelligent tourism information service and the key evaluation items of ITISC.Next,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to the ITISC evaluation of Hanzhong City,a popular tourist attraction in China,as an example to verify the authenticity and operability of the index system.Then,importance-performance analysis is conducted to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of Hanzhong City’s ITISC construction and some corresponding measures are put forward.The findings suggest that only through the improvement of tourism public database,the establishment of big data analysis system and the application of various forms of mobile intelligent terminal can achieve the generalization of tourism information,seamless,instant,precise and interactive,which will be the development goal of intelligent tourism information service. 展开更多

目的 了解上海市公共卫生技术服务机构传染病防治检测技术服务能力现状,为进一步提升传染病防治检测技术服务行业总体能级水平提出建议,为相关政策和措施制定提供科学依据。方法 2020年4—6月,对上海市开展公共卫生技术服务的社会机构... 目的 了解上海市公共卫生技术服务机构传染病防治检测技术服务能力现状,为进一步提升传染病防治检测技术服务行业总体能级水平提出建议,为相关政策和措施制定提供科学依据。方法 2020年4—6月,对上海市开展公共卫生技术服务的社会机构和市区两级疾病预防控制机构开展问卷调查,收集2019年度开展传染病防治检测技术服务的业务量和市场供需,以及截至2020年6月在6大类40项传染病防治检测技术服务细分领域能力参数的储备情况。结果 被调查机构2019年全年共提供31 763次传染病防治领域检测技术服务。社会委托性质技术服务为主要需求方,出具社会委托性质报告占报告总数的78.3% (24 859份),社会机构为该领域检测技术服务的主要提供方,出具报告占报告总数的73.1%(23 207份)。截至2020年6月,能力储备率最高的是医疗机构环境卫生学监测项目(82.7%),最低的是消毒灭菌设备项目(11.5%)。疾病预防控制机构的传染病防治领域检测技术服务总体能力储备率(50.0%)高于社会机构(25.9%),在医疗器械及物品细菌学监测、消毒剂项目的能力储备率上疾病预防控制机构和社会机构存在差异(P<0.05)。环氧乙烷低温灭菌综合性能监测/化学监测能力参数尚为“零能力储备”。结论 上海市传染病防治领域检测技术服务市场已形成一定规模,检测技术服务能力储备已有一定基础,疾病预防控制机构总体能力储备高于社会机构。细分领域能力储备不均衡,部分能力欠缺有待提升。疾病预防控制机构和社会机构共同作为传染病防治领域检测技术服务提供方,发挥各自优势特点,依托质量控制中心平台,共同提升传染病防治领域检测技术服务能力水平,促进传染病防治领域检测技术服务行业发展。 展开更多

Increasing importance has been attached to the value of information technology (IT) infrastructure in today’s organizations. The development of efficacious IT infrastructure capability enhances business performance and brings sustainable competitive advantage. This study analyzed the IT infrastructure capability in a holistic way and then presented a concept model of IT capability. IT infrastructure capability was categorized into sharing capability, service capability, and flexibility. This study then empirically tested the model using a set of survey data collected from 145 firms. Three factors emerge from the factor analysis as IT flexibility, IT service capability, and IT sharing capability, which agree with those in the conceptual model built in this study. 展开更多
