Knowledge workers are important human resources in service enterprises.How to cultivate the loyalty of knowledge workers in service enterprises is an important problem that managers must pay attention to.Beginning from the defines of basic concepts, the author analyzes factors influencing loyalty of knowledge workers. Finally, it puts forward effective measures including building people-oriented corporate culture; loyalty oriented recruianent and allocation; emphasis on compensation management; establishing a scientific career management system; paying attention to emotional management and so on.

Significance of Implementing ISO9001 and ISO14001 Standards in Tourism Service Enterprises——the Practice at xin Long Tropical Plants Garden

As a China national comprehensive tropical plants garden, the Xin LongTropical Plants Garden undertakes multiple tasks of scientific research, species protection, popularscience education and tourism reception. Same as a global tropical plants garden, it also faces thestrategic tasks of reasonable utilization of biological resources and environmental protection,international exchange and international cooperation and upgrading the level of management. How toupgrade the level of services; how to provide the society with high quality tourism services; how toachieve both re-sources exploitation and environmental protection; how to match with theinternational practice; how to eliminate technical barrier of trade and ensure fair competition etc;all these are the problems of common concern of both domestic and foreign enterprises of tourismservice. The Xin Long Tropical Plants Garden has taken a trial implementation of ISO9001:2000 and18014001:1996 dual standard system since 2001 and passed the certification of CQM (ChinaCertification Center for Quality Mark) in 2002 and gained the certificate of IQNet, so set anexample in implementing standardized management for both domestic and foreign enterprises of tourismservice.

Study on Performance Evaluation System of Chinese Public Service Enterprises

Based on characteristics analysis of performance evaluation for Chinese public service enterprises, to set up a new index system of performance evaluation by combining KPI index and BSC index. According to the complexity of the public service enterprises, to introduce Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model, DEA Evaluation Model, and a dynamic evaluation model with characteristics of incentive （punishment）, and integrate the advantages for the performance evaluation system to provide technical support and make reasonable modification to the evaluation results.

Case Study of Service Oriented Enterprise Architecture Framework

Many organizations have now adopted Service Oriented Architecture （SOA） as an architectural style to help them with architecture, design and implementation of their core services and systems. Most of these organizations are challenged in integrating SOA style with their overall Enterprise Architecture work. This framework links an SOA style with the Enterprise Architecture （EA） methodologies to help organizations organize their SOA effort as a key part of their Enterprise Architecture. The case study demonstrates the implementation of architecture goal with organization vision in service oriented organizational structure using services that align Business with Technology. The broadband business platform put out by China Netcom provides new generation of integrated ICT services which focus on service and would be rented to customers. Broadband business platform could satisfy varieties of informatization demands made by small and medium enterprises such as low investment,fast reaction,individuation and security. It could effectively assist small and medium enterprises to achieve informatization.

Common Information Model： A Bus Service for Electric Calculations in AES Eletropaulo

This paper resumes a research project developed in the concession area of AES Eletropaulo, the largest electrical energy distribution company in Brazil. First, the global standards of information exchange within power transmission and distribution area were evaluated, allowing the definition of state of the art on the theme, followed by determining its applications considering technologies already applied by the company. The specifications needed for the generation of a data integration model are adapted to radial overhead network at company concession area. The project developed an intermediary connectivity layer, based on the CIM （common information model）, which enables corporative systems to communicate in a standard way, through the use of integrating technologies. It, therefore, enabled modeling all main subjects of an electrical network in an open, extensible and non-proprietary way, in a model that contains classes and attributes of such subjects, as well as their relationships. Calculation and planning products adopted by the company were integrated to the technological layer implemented.

Event-Driven SOA Based Integration Platform for Mold Making Industry

The platform consists of three administers the infrastructure of the whole platform; layers： the management service layer the integration service layer provides the core integration functions and the user service layer satisfies the enterprise integration demands. For the purpose of accommodating the characteristics of mold making companies, an event-driven enterprise service bus working as the heart of the platform is realized. A prototype system combining Web services, Business Process Execution Language （BPEL） and Web Ontology Language （OWL） is implemented. The clients and suppliers and the applications of mold making company are integrated in a loosely-coupled way through the services provided by the platform. Meanwhile the sharing of data and knowledge, and the coordination of business process are realized. By adopting the platform, a new approach is provided to solve the problem of design and manufacture integration for intra and inter mold making companies.

Enterprise service bus and standard based hospital integration platform and its application research

For healthcare organizations, there is increasing needs to share data among applications to deliver qualitypatient care. It is a key for successful diagnosis and treatment to view accurate and up-to-date patient data in a single information dashboard in real time. But the fact is that many hospitals and healthcare providers today are struggling with legacy system or internally developed systems that cannot easily scale to support new interfaces; the plethora of inflexible point-to-point interfaces make changing in one system deleteriously impact other systems; some systems could not support information sharing; and the standards followed by different systems are not compatible to each other. This is making it increasingly difficult to meet the rapidly changing and demanding of healthcare service.
