Detecting land subsidence near metro lines in the Baoshan district of Shanghai with multi-temporal interferometric synthetic aperture radar

Land subsidence is a major factor that affects metro line （ML） stability. In this study, an improved multi- temporal interferometric synthetic aperture radar （InSAR） （MTI） method to detect land subsidence near MLs is presented. In particular, our multi-temporal InSAR method provides surface subsidence measurements with high observation density. The MTI method tracks both point-like targets and distributed targets with temporal radar back- scattering steadiness. First, subsidence rates at the point targets with low-amplitude dispersion index （ADI） values are extracted by applying a least-squared estimator on an optimized freely connected network. Second, to reduce error propagation, the pixels with high-ADI values are classified into several groups according to ADI intervals and processed using a Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical analysis strategy to obtain the distributed targets. Then, nonlinear subsidence components at all point-like and distributed targets are estimated using phase unwrapping and spatiotemporal filtering on the phase residuals. The proposed MTI method was applied to detect land subsidence near MLs of No. 1 and 3 in the Baoshan district of Shanghai using 18 TerraSAR-X images acquired between April 21, 2008 and October 30, 2010. The results show that the mean subsidence rates of the stations distributed along the two MLs are -12.9 and -14.0 ram/year. Furthermore, three subsidence funnels near the MLs are discovered through the hierarchical analysis. The testing results demonstrate the satisfactory capacity of the proposed MTI method in providing detailed subsidence information near MLs.

Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer： a meta-analysis

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with gemcitabine plus cisplatin（GP） in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： we performed a systematicsearch in the electronic databases such as Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database andWanfang Database up to 30 January 2017. Randomized controlled trials （RCT） of Shenqi Fuzheng Injectioncombined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC were searched, and all the RCTs wereconducted on methodological quality assessment. Data extraction and data analysis were according to standards ofCochrane systematic review. Results： Eight trials were included including a total of 701 patients. Meta-analysisresults： Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with GP chemotherapy could significantly improve the functionalstatus of patients with NSCLC （OR = 3.44, 95% CI [2.26, 5.25], P 〈 0.0001） and clinical treatment efficacy （OR =（OR = 0.31, 95%CI [0.20, 0.47], P 〈 0.0001. The rate of leukopenia （OR = .31, 95%CI [0.20,0.47], P 〈 0.0001）,thrombocytopenia （OR = 0.58, 95%CI [0.37, 0.91], P = 0.020）, hemoglobin decline （（OR = 0.31, 95%CI [0.16,0.59], P = 0.0004） and incidence of gastrointestinal reactions （OR = 0.58,P 〈 0.05） could be reduced. Conclusion：Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC obtainedsignificantly clinical efficacy. The quality of the literature incorporated is low, the conclusion requires high-qualityresearch to further prove.

CYFRA 21-1 as an early predictor of first line chemotherapy response in advanced non small cell lung cancer

Objective： In an era of ever evolving, promising new therapies for advanced non small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）, early predictors of response to therapy, are needed. We evaluated early variations in CYFRA 21-1 serum levels of patients with advanced NSCLC receiving first line chemotherapy and correlated the results with objective tumor response. Methods： 29 consecutive, previously untreated, patients of advanced non small cell lung cancer, with measurable disease on CT scan were evaluated. All patients were treated with conventional systemic chemotherapy, although the choice of chemotherapy was left to the discretion of the treating physicians. Serum samples were obtained immediately before the start of 1st and 2nd cycles of chemotherapy. CYFRA 21-1 was measured with an electrochemiluminescense immunoassay on an automatic analyzer （Elecsys 2000; Roche Diagnostics）. Response was evaluated using Response evaluation criteria in solid tumors （RECIST） criteria. Results： 10 patients had partial response, 9 patients had stable disease and 9 had progressive disease. None of the patients had complete response. 21/29 （72%） patients had an elevated baseline value of CYFRA 21-1.62% patients （18/29） had a decrease in CYFRA 21-1 after 1 cycle of chemotherapy. The average reduction in the 2nd reading was irrespective of whether baseline value was normal or not. The average reduction was statistically significant （P = 0.002; 95% CI, from 0.8369 to 3.49464; t test）. 8 out of 10 （80%） patients with partial response had a reduction in their 2nd reading of. CYFRA （P = 0.019; 95% CI, from 0.81965 to 7.20035; t test） which was significant. We also observed that 6/9 （66%） patients whose disease remains stable also had a decrease in their subsequent reading （P = 0.0106; 95% CI, from -0.44942 to 3.82720; t test）, though it was not significant statistically. Although 5 out of 9 （55%） patients, who had an increase in their CYFRA 21-1 level, had progressive disease, but it was not statistically significant （P = 0.537; 95% CI, from -1.20021 to 2.13354; ttest）. 14 out of 19 （73%） who either had partial response or had stable disease, had a reduction in their 2nd value of CYFRA 21-1 and was significant statistically （P = 0.004; 95% CI, from 0.74792 to 3.50208; t test）. We also observed that except for 1 patient, all patients who had a decrease of 42% or more in their subsequent CYFRA 21-1 level, were those who had either responded to chemotherapy or had stable disease （P = 0.001）, which was statistically significant. Conclusion： We can conclude that monitoring of serum marker CYFRA 21-1, early dudng first-line chemotherapy may be a useful prognostic tool for evaluation of early tumor response in patients with advanced NSCLC.

The New Molecular Entity Evolocumab, One Kind of PCSK9 Inhibitor, Reduce Plasma Small Size LDL-Cholesterol Levels by Using a New Standardized Method of Measuring LDL Size

Aims: There has been no evidence on the effects of evolocumab, protein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitor, on small size LDL. We observationally investigated the efficacy and side effects of evolocumab on the LDL subfraction particle diameter using PAGE system for lipoprotein analysis. Methods: We defined 30 patients with high-risk hyperlipidemia. As for analysis of LDL subfraction profile, we used polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis three methods: 1) 3% nondenatured poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis method (3%PAGE), 2) 2% - 16% nondenatured poly-acrylamide gradient gel electro-phoresis method (2% - 16% GGE) and 3) 2.7% - 5% GGE. Evolocumab 140 mg/day administered together with statin significantly improved serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-dense lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), and LDL-C after four-week treatment. Results: TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C levels were improved by, respectively, 33%, 20%, 10%, and 54%. The mean LDL size significantly increased from 25.6 ± 0.4 nm to 26.4 ± 0.8 nm. The small dense LDL-cholesterol (sdLDL-C), large buoyant LDL-cholesterol (lbLDL-C), and mid-band lipoprotein-cholesterol were reduced, respectively. Therefore, the preliminary study on this paper can be the first step into a new insight on the world of lipid metabolism. Conclusion: Short-term administration of evolocumab addedons to statin therapy, significantly reduced small size LDL levels.

Mechanism of lncRNA SNHG19 miR-299-5p MAPK6 signaling axis promoting metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer cells

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the mechanism behind lncRNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 19(lncRNA SNHG19)/microrNA-299-5P(miR-299-5p)/mitogen-activated protein kinase 6(MAPK6)signaling axis promoting metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods To analyze the abnormal expression of lncRNAs in NSCLC,50 surgically resected NSCLC and adjacent tissue samples were collected from August 2021 to August 2022.The mRNA expression levels of lncRNA SNHG19,Mir-299-5p,and MAPK6 were detected by qRT-PCR.The functions of lncRNA SNHG19,Mir-299-5p and MAPK6 were investigated by CCK-8,clone formation,EdU,scratch,Transwell western blotting(WB)and in vivo xenograft assay.RNA fluorescence in-situ hybridization(FISH),RNA pull-down,dual luciferase reporter,and RNA co-immunoprecipitation assays were used to explore the mechanism of action between lncRNA SNHG19,miR-299-5p,and MAPK6.Results High expression of lncRNA SNHG19 was correlated with poor prognosis,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,and TNM stage in NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Cell function experiments showed that lncRNA SNHG19 could improve the proliferation,clone formation,migration,and invasion ability of A549 cells both in vitro and in vivo(all P<0.05)and increased the relative expression levels of vimentin and MAPK6(P<0.05).The relative expression level of E-cadherin was decreased(P<0.05).lncRNA SNHG19 can interact with Mir-299-5p and regulate the expression level of MAPK6.Conclusion lncRNA SNHG19 is upregulated in NSCLC tissues and cells,and its high expression is associated with tumor progression and poor survival.Moreover,it can act as a molecular sponge for Mir-299-5p to regulate MAPK6 expression and promote the proliferation and metastasis of A549 cells.

独立式脑-计算机接口信号处理和识别方法研究

目的 为独立式脑-计算机接口(brain computerinterface ,BCI)选择合适的数据预处理、特征提取和模式识别算法,提高系统的识别率。方法 分别使用不同的空间滤波算法、特征提取方法和模式识别算法,对同一组BCI数据进行处理,并对结果加以比较分析。结果 使用空间滤波器small laplacian提高信噪比,AR谱估计提取C3和C4导联特定波段能量作为特征,Bayesian判决进行分类,可以取得较好的识别率。结论 高信噪比以及合适的特征是提高识别率的关键因素。

Molecular Engineering Design for High-Performance Aqueous Zinc-Organic Battery

Novel small sulfur heterocyclic quinones(6a,16adihydrobenzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,7,9,14,16,18-hexaone(4S6Q)and benzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,9,14,18-tetraone(4S4Q))are developed by molecule structural design method and as cathode for aqueous zincorganic batteries.The conjugated thioether(–S–)bonds as connected units not only improve the conductivity of compounds but also inhibit their dissolution by both extendedπ-conjugated plane and constructed flexible molecular skeleton.Hence,the Zn//4S6Q and Zn//4S4Q batteries exhibit satisfactory electrochemical performance based on 3.5 mol L-1(M)Zn(ClO4)2electrolyte.For instance,the Zn//4S6Q battery obtains 240 and 208.6 mAh g^(-1)of discharge capacity at 150 mA g^(-1)and 30 A g^(-1),respectively.The excellent rate capability is ascribed to the fast reaction kinetics.This system displays a superlong life of 20,000 cycles with no capacity fading at 3 A g^(-1).Additionally,the H+-storage mechanism of the 4S6Q compound is demonstrated by ex situ analyses and density functional theory calculations.Impressively,the battery can normally work at-60℃benefiting from the anti-freezing electrolyte and maintain a high discharge capacity of 201.7 mAh g^(-1),which is 86.2%of discharge capacity at 25℃.The cutting-edge electrochemical performances of these novel compounds make them alternative electrode materials for Zn-organic batteries.

Lymphangioma of the small bowel mesentery: A case report and review of the literature

Lymphangioma is a rare benign condition characterized by proliferation of lymphatic spaces. It is usually found in the head and neck of affected children. Lymphangioma of the small-bowel mesentery is rare, having been reported for less than 1% of all lymphangiomas. Importantly, it can cause fatal complications such as volvulus or involvement of the main branch of the mesenteric arteries, requiring emergency surgery. Moreover, the gross and histopathologic findings may resemble benign multicystic mesothelioma and lymphangiomyoma. Immunohistochemical study for factor Ⅷ-related antigen, D2-40, calretinin and human melanoma black-45 (HMB-45) are essential for diagnosis. Factor Ⅷ-related antigen and D2-40 are positive in lymphangioma but negative in benign multicystic mesothelioma. HMB-45 shows positive study in the smooth-muscle cells around the lymphatic spaces of the lymphangiomyoma. We report a case of smallbowel volvulus induced by mesenteric lymphangioma in a 2-year-and-9-mo-old boy who presented with rapid abdominal distension and vomiting. The abdominal computed tomography scan showed a multiseptated mass at the right lower quadrant with a whirllike small-bowel dilatation, suggestive of a mesenteric cyst with midgut volvulus. The intraoperative findings revealed a huge, lobulated, yellowish pink, cystic mass measuring 20 cm × 20 cm × 10 cm, that was originated from the small bowel mesentery with small-bowel volvulus and small-bowel dilatation. Cut surface of the mass revealed multicystic spaces containing a milky white fluid. The patient underwent tumor removal with small-bowel resection and end-to-end anastomosis. Microscopic examination revealed that the cystic walls were lined with flat endothelial cells and comprised of smooth muscle in the walls. The flat endothelial cells were positive for factor Ⅷ-related antigen and D2-40 but negative for calretinin. HMB-45 showed negative study in the smooth-muscle cells around the lymphatic spaces. Thus, the diagnosis was lymphangioma of the small bowel mesentery with associated small bowel volvulus.

A new method of quality improvement for quadrilateral mesh based on small polygon reconnection

In this paper, a new method of topological cleanup for quadrilateral mesh is presented. The method first selects a patch of mesh around an irregular node. It then seeks the best connection of the selected patch according to its irregular valence using a new topological operation： small polygon reconnection （SPR）. By replacing the original patch with an optimal one that has less irregular valence, mesh quality can be improved. Three applications based on the proposed approach are enumerated： （1） improving the quality of a quadrilateral mesh, （2） converting a triangular mesh to a quadrilateral one, and （3） adapting a triangle generator to a quadrilateral one. The presented method is highly effective in all three applications.

A New Efficient Finite Volume Modeling of Small Amplitude Free Surface Flows with Unstructured Grid

A staggered finite-volume technique for non-hydrostatic, small amplitude free surface flow governed by the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations is presented there is a proper balance between accuracy and computing time. The advection and horizontal diffusion terms in the momentum equation are discretized by an integral interpolation method on the orthogonal unstructured staggered mesh and, while it has the attractive property of being conservative. The pressure-correction algorithm is employed for the non-hydrostatic pressure in order to achieve second-order temporal accuracy. A conservative scalar transport algorithm is also applied to discretize k - c equations in this model. The eddy viscosity is calculated from the k-c turbulent model. The resulting model is mass and momentum conservative. The model is verified by two examples to simulate unsteady small amplitude free surface flows where non-hydrostatic pressures have a considerable effect on the velocity field, and then applied to simulate the tidal flow in the Bohai Sea.

Diagnostic value of tumor marker pro-gastrin-releasing peptide in patients with small cell lung cancer： a systematic review

Background Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the world and one of the leading cancers that result in death. The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the diagnostic value of the serum tumor marker pro-gastrin-releasing peptide 31-98 （ProGRP31-98） to pathological diagnosis as reference standard in patients with suspected small cell lung cancer （SCLC）.Methods Literature searches covering 1978 through to 2009 were performed in Pubmed, OVID, MEDLINE, EMbase,Cancerlit, China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, and CBM using the key search words; ＇small cell lung cancer＇,＇tumor marker＇, ＇ProGRP31-98＇ and ＇diagnostic tests＇, ＇ELISA＇, ＇EIA＇ and ＇diagnostic accuracy＇. Studies were collected and data analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic value of serum ProGRP31-98 levels for the diagnosis of SCLC compared with pathology. Eligibility criteria for inclusion in the analysis were based on criteria for diagnostic research published by the Cochrane Screening and Diagnostic Tests Methods Group （SDTMG）. The characteristics of the included articles were appraised and the data were extracted from the original articles for further statistical analysis of study heterogeneity using Review Manager 4.2 software. Based on study heterogeneity analysis, a suitable ＇effect＇ model was selected to calculate pooled sensitivity and specificity by meta-analysis. A Summary Receiver Operating Characteristic （SROC） curve and the area under the curve （AUC） were generated and sensitivity analysis conducted.Results A total of 22 articles were entered into this meta-review, including 11 English articles with a quality at level C. In total, the studies involved 6759 subjects, of which 1470 were diagnosed with SCLC by pathology, and 5289 subjects diagnosed with non-SCLC （NSCLC）. The meta-analysis showed that heterogeneity among studies was high （P=0.00001,（I2）=86.8%）. With ELISA, the pooled sensitivity was 0.72 （0.70 to 0.75 at 95% Cl） and the pooled specificity was 0.93 （0.92to 0.94 at 95% Cl）; the SROC and the AUC were 0.8817. These data suggest that ProGRP31-98 has a relatively high rate of missed diagnosis （28%）, but a relatively low rate of misdiagnosis （7%）.Conclusion From meta-analysis, we concluded that serum ProGRP31-98 is a valuable marker with a high specificity for diagnosis of SCLC with a similar diagnostic accuracy to pathology.

Synergetic Alkoxy Side-Chain and Chlorine-Contained End Group Strategy toward High Performance Ultra-Narrow Bandgap Small Molecule Acceptors

Ultra-narrow bandgap(ultra-NBG)small molecule acceptors(SMAs)show great potential in organic solar cells(OSCs)due to the extended near-infrared(NIR)absorption.In this work,a synergetic alkoxy side-chain and chlorine-contained end group strategy is employed to achieve A-DA'D-A type ultra-NBG SMAs by introducing alkoxy chains with oxygen atom at the second position into the thiopheneβposition as well as replacing the F atoms with Cl atoms in the end group.As a result,the heptacyclic BZO-4F shows a redshifted absorption onset(960 nm)compared with Y11(932 nm)without oxygen atoms in the side chains.Then,the fluorinated end groups are substituted with the chlorinated ones to synthesize BZO-4Cl.The absorption onset of BZO-4Cl is further redshifted to 990 nm,corresponding to an optical ultra-NBG of 1.25 eV.When blending with the polymer donor PBDB-T,the binary devices based on PBDB-T:BZO-4F and PBDB-T:BZO-4Cl deliver power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)over 12%.Furthermore,ternary devices with the addition of BZ4F-O-1 into PBDB-T:BZO-4Cl system achieve the optimal PCE of 15.51%.This work proposes a synergetic alkoxy side-chain and chlorine-contained end group strategy to achieve A-DA'D-A type ultra-NBG SMAs,which is important for future molecular design.

Preliminary radioimmunoimaging and biodistribution of ^131iodine-labeled single-chain antibody fragment against progastrin-releasing peptide（31-98） in small cell lung cancer xenografts

Background Monoclonal antibodies （mAbs） such as DD3,raised against progastrin-releasing peptide（31-98） （ProGRP（31-98）） antigen,have been used to target small cell lung cancer （SCLC）.However,as an intact mAb,DD3 is cleared slowly from the body,with an optimal radioimmunoimaging time of 72 hours.More recently,a singlechain antibody fragment has demonstrated reduced excretion time in blood and normal tissues and is increasingly used in diagnostic cancer research.Thereby,it potentially increases the radioimmunoimaging efficacy.However,there have been few studies with this antibody fragment.The aim of this study was to characterize the preliminary radioimmunoimaging and biodistribution of 1311I-anti-ProGRP（31-98）scFv in nude mice bearing SCLC xenografts.Methods Anti-ProGRP（31-98） scFv was used to detect ProGRP expression by flow cytometry analysis and immunohistochemistry.131I-anti-ProGRP（31-98） scFv was injected intravenously into healthy Kunming mice and the percentage injected dose per gram （%ID/g） in various organs was calculated.Similarly,the %ID/g and tumor/non-tumor ratio in xenograft-bearing mice was calculated.After injection of 131I-anti-ProGRP（31-98） scFv,treated mice were imaged at 1,24,and 30 hours.Then the tumor/base ratios were calculated.Results ProGRP was highly expressed in NCI-H446 cells and xenograft tissue.The metabolism of 131I-anti-ProGRP（31-98） scFv in healthy mice was consistent with a first-order and two-compartment model; T1/2α and T1/2β were 10.2 minutes and 5 hours 18 minutes,respectively.The %ID/g of 131I-anti-ProGRP（31-98） scFv in xenografts was much higher than in healthy tissues at 12 hours after injection,reaching a maximum of （5.38±0.92） %ID/g at 24 hours.Successful imaging of xenograft tissue was achieved as early as 1 hour post-injection and persisted until 30 hours,with 24 hours proving optimal.Conclusion 131I-anti-ProGRP（31-98）scFv shows highly selective tumor uptake with low accumulation in normal tissues and rapid blood clearance,indicating thatit could be a promising agent for SCLC radioimmunoimaging.

Achieving high short-circuit current and fill-factor via increasing quinoidal character on nonfullerene small molecule acceptor

Recently, the fused-ring based low band gap （LBG） small molecule acceptors （SMAs） have emerged as efficient nonfullerene acceptors. So far, these LBG SMAs are mainly designed with IC （2-methylene-（3- （1,1 -dicyanomethylene）indanone）） or its analogs, the benzo-type electron-accepting （A） units. Compared to benzene, thiophene is less aromatic and thus the thiophene-involving semiconducting molecule has more quinoidal character, which effectively reduces the energy gap between the highest occupied molecular orbit （HOMO） and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbit （LUMO）. Herein, we show that replacing the IC units in ITIC with the CT （cyclopenta[c]thiophen-4-one-5-methylene-6-（1,1-dicyano- methylene））, a thiophene-fused A unit, the quinoidal character is enhanced from 0.0353 on ITIC to 0.0349 on ITCT, the CT-ended SMA. The increase in the quinoidal character reduces the optical band gap and enhances the near IR absorptivity. When blended with the wide band gap （WBG） polymer donor, PBDB-T, an average power conversion efficiency of 10.99% is obtained with a short-circuit current-density （Jso） of 17.88 mA/cm2 and a fill-factor （FF） of 0.723. This case indicates that the replacement of the benzene ring on the IC unit with a more polarizable five-member ring such as thiophene is an effective way to enhance the absorption of the near IR solar photons towards designing high-performance nonfullerene polymer solar cells.
