The realization of 100%polarized topologicalWeyl fermions in half-metallic ferromagnets is of particular importance for fundamental research and spintronic applications.Here,we theoretically investigate the electronic and topological properties of the zinc-blende compound VAs,which was deemed as a half-metallic ferromagnet related to dynamic correlations.Based on the combination of density functional theory and dynamical mean field theory,we uncover that the half-metallic ferromagnet VAs exhibits attractive Weyl semimetallic behaviors which are very close to the Fermi level in the DFT+U regime with effect U values ranging from 1.5 eV to 2.5 eV.Meanwhile,we also investigate the magnetization-dependent topological properties;the results show that the change of magnetization directions only slightly affects the positions of Weyl points,which is attributed to the weak spin–orbital coupling effects.The topological surface states of VAs projected on semi-infinite(001)and(111)surfaces are investigated.The Fermi arcs of all Weyl points are clearly visible on the projected Fermi surfaces.Our findings suggest that VAs is a fully spin-polarized Weyl semimetal with many-body correlated effects in the effective U values range from 1.5 eV to 2.5 eV. 展开更多

TiCoSb Half-Heusler合金固有的高导热性,以及传统制备方法制备周期长、成本高等缺点限制了其商业化应用。采用微波合成与急速热压烧结相结合的方法成功制备了低热导率的Ti_(1-x)Nb_(x)CoSb Half-Heusler合金,大大缩短了制备周期,同时提高了TiCoSb Half-Heusler合金的致密度。研究了Ti位Nb取代对Ti_(1-x)Nb_(x)CoSb Half-Heusler热电材料的相组成、成分分布及热电输运性能的影响。在功率因子增加和晶格热导率降低的共同作用下,Ti_(1-x)Nb_(x)CoSb样品的热电优值(ZT)得到显著优化。在725 K时,Ti 0.93 Nb 0.07 CoSb样品的最大ZT值为0.1,比相同工艺下制备的TiCoSb纯相样品高两个数量级。 展开更多

Half-Heusler(HH)合金由于其本身具有较为优异的力学性能和高温热稳定性,已成为目前最具有应用前景的中高温热电材料之一。然而,其本身较高的本征晶格热导率阻碍了热电性能的进一步提升。本文以P型Zr Co Sb0.85Sn0.15合金为研究对象,基于同构合金化具有优异P型热电性能的(Nb0.8Ta0.2)0.8Ti0.2Fe Sb,通过磁悬浮熔炼和放电等离子烧结设计并制备出一种(Zr Co Sb0.85Sn0.15)1-x[(Nb0.8Ta0.2)0.8Ti0.2Fe Sb]x(x=0,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5)高熵HH合金。微观组织分析表明,同构合金化这一策略引入了大量多尺度多衬度的第二相,这将有效增强对声子的散射。其中,当同构合金化含量为0.3时,晶格热导率在923 K时从Zr Co Sb0.85Sn0.15的4.72 W·m-1·K-1降至3.07 W·m-1·K-1,降低了35%。然而,由于多位点合金化元素间存在较为复杂的掺杂效果,使其电导率和塞贝克系数同时降低,最终导致热电优值存在一定的降低。本研究工作表明,高熵合金设计思想是一种降低HH热电合金晶格热导率的有力措施。 展开更多

Side lobe level reduction(SLL)of antenna arrays significantly enhances the signal-to-interference ratio and improves the quality of service(QOS)in recent and future wireless communication systems starting from 5G up to 7G.Furthermore,it improves the array gain and directivity,increasing the detection range and angular resolution of radar systems.This study proposes two highly efficient SLL reduction techniques.These techniques are based on the hybridization between either the single convolution or the double convolution algorithms and the genetic algorithm(GA)to develop the Conv/GA andDConv/GA,respectively.The convolution process determines the element’s excitations while the GA optimizes the element spacing.For M elements linear antenna array(LAA),the convolution of the excitation coefficients vector by itself provides a new vector of excitations of length N=(2M−1).This new vector is divided into three different sets of excitations including the odd excitations,even excitations,and middle excitations of lengths M,M−1,andM,respectively.When the same element spacing as the original LAA is used,it is noticed that the odd and even excitations provide a much lower SLL than that of the LAA but with amuch wider half-power beamwidth(HPBW).While the middle excitations give the same HPBWas the original LAA with a relatively higher SLL.Tomitigate the increased HPBWof the odd and even excitations,the element spacing is optimized using the GA.Thereby,the synthesized arrays have the same HPBW as the original LAA with a two-fold reduction in the SLL.Furthermore,for extreme SLL reduction,the DConv/GA is introduced.In this technique,the same procedure of the aforementioned Conv/GA technique is performed on the resultant even and odd excitation vectors.It provides a relatively wider HPBWthan the original LAA with about quad-fold reduction in the SLL. 展开更多

目的:检测成人重型血友病A患者的凝血因子Ⅷ(FⅧ)药代动力学(PK)参数,对PK参数可能的影响因素进行相关性研究,并对患者进行PK指导下的个体化预防治疗。方法:对23例FⅧ抑制物阴性的成人重型血友病A患者的FⅧPK参数进行检测,分析患者年龄... 目的:检测成人重型血友病A患者的凝血因子Ⅷ(FⅧ)药代动力学(PK)参数,对PK参数可能的影响因素进行相关性研究,并对患者进行PK指导下的个体化预防治疗。方法:对23例FⅧ抑制物阴性的成人重型血友病A患者的FⅧPK参数进行检测,分析患者年龄、血管性血友病因子抗原(vWF:Ag)水平、血型、体重和体重指数(BMI)、FⅧ基因突变对于FⅧPK参数的影响,并根据PK参数推荐个体化预防方案。结果:FⅧ平均半衰期(t_(1/2))为20.6±9.3(11.47-30.12)h。t_(1/2)随着年龄增长(r=0.580)和vWF:Ag水平升高(r=0.814)呈延长趋势。平均药时曲线下面积(AUC)为913±399(328-1878)IU·h/dl,与年龄(r=0.557)和vWF:Ag水平(r=0.784)呈正相关。平均驻留时间(MRT)为24.7±12.4(13.2-62.2)h,与年龄(r=0.664)和vWF:Ag水平(r=0.868)呈正相关。FⅧ平均回收率(IVR)为2.59±0.888(1.5-4.29)(IU/dl)/(IU/kg),平均清除率(CL)为3±1.58(0.97-7.18)ml/(kg·h),IVR和CL与年龄及vWF:Ag均无明显相关性。PK指导的个体化给药模式下,15例患者为超低剂量、6例为小剂量、2例为中剂量预防方案。结论:成人重型血友病A患者FⅧ半衰期个体差异较大,患者年龄越大,vWF:Ag水平越高,FⅧ半衰期越长。需要根据FⅧPK参数进行个体化给药,以优化预防治疗模式。 展开更多

采用基于密度泛函理论的投影平面波方法,对Ruddlesden-Popper(RP)层状钙钛矿结构Bi_(8)Ba_(4)Mn_(8)O_(28)的电子结构和磁学性质进行了自旋极化计算。由于A位Ba的替位掺杂,造成MnO6八面体发生显著旋转、倾斜等畸变,会对电子结构与磁性... 采用基于密度泛函理论的投影平面波方法,对Ruddlesden-Popper(RP)层状钙钛矿结构Bi_(8)Ba_(4)Mn_(8)O_(28)的电子结构和磁学性质进行了自旋极化计算。由于A位Ba的替位掺杂,造成MnO6八面体发生显著旋转、倾斜等畸变,会对电子结构与磁性产生较大影响,对此进行了充分的讨论。考虑在位库伦作用修正的广义梯度近似(GGA+U)的计算表明,Bi_(8)Ba_(4)Mn_(8)O_(28)基态为铁磁半金属,其半金属能隙3.07 eV,晶胞总磁矩为31μB。Bi_(8)Ba_(4)Mn_(8)O_(28)的晶胞磁矩主要来自Mn原子磁矩的贡献,而Bi、Ba与O原子磁矩相对较小;而半金属性则主要源于Mn 3d自旋向上与自旋向下电子间存在较大的交换劈裂所致。使晶胞承受均匀变形,当其晶格常数在-10%~14%较大范围变化时,半金属性均可得到保持,且其晶胞总磁矩可始终稳定于31μB。 展开更多

为了缓解生成对抗网络(generative adversarial network,GAN)自身存在的训练不稳定问题,增强图像超分辨率重建的效果,提出一种基于GAN逆映射的图像超分辨率重建算法。通过渐进式网络增加模型的稳定性,通过逆映射金字塔充分学习低分辨人... 为了缓解生成对抗网络(generative adversarial network,GAN)自身存在的训练不稳定问题,增强图像超分辨率重建的效果,提出一种基于GAN逆映射的图像超分辨率重建算法。通过渐进式网络增加模型的稳定性,通过逆映射金字塔充分学习低分辨人脸图像的语义特征,实现准确的隐空间转换,通过半空间特征调制进行图像增强。对所提算法进行实验验证,该算法在Celeb A数据集上重建8倍后的图像峰值信噪比为27.18 dB,相比超分辨率生成对抗网络(super-resolution generative adversarial network,SRGAN),提高了2.44 dB,模型的收敛速度也更快。实验结果表明,通过GAN逆映射和渐进的方式进行图像超分辨率重建具有较好的效果和更高的稳定性。 展开更多

A new cell line, CSEC, has been successfully established from embryos at gastrula stage of a cultured marine fish, half smooth tongue sole (Cynoglossus sernilaevis). CSEC cells grow actively and stably more than 50 passages for over 200 d in DMEM medium supplemented with 15% FBS (fetal bovine serum), 2.5 ng/cm^3 bFGF (basic fibroblast growth factor), 1 ng/cm^3 LIF (leukemia inhibitory factor) and 50 mmol/dm^3 2-ME (2-mecaptoethanol). The cells grew well in the temperature range of 24-30 ℃ and the optimal growth temperature was 24 ℃. FBS and bFGF concentrations are the two key components for CSEC cells proliferation. Chromosome analysis reveals that CSEC cells have a normal diploid karyotype with 2n=42t. The significant fluorescent signals were observed in CSEC after transfection with the GFP reporter gene, suggesting that the CSEC cell line can be used as a useful tool for transgenic and genetic manipulation studies. CSEC cells showed the cytopathic effect (CPE) after infection with lymphosystis disease virus (LCDV) in 2 d. Moreover, the LCDV particles can be observed in the cytoplasm of virus-infected cells by electron microscopy. It suggests that CSEC could be potentially used for the study of aquatic virus. 展开更多

目的:观察半量CAG方案联合地西他滨治疗老年初诊急性髓系白血病患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年1月于该院就诊的108例老年初诊急性髓系白血病患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各54例。对照组予以地西... 目的:观察半量CAG方案联合地西他滨治疗老年初诊急性髓系白血病患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年1月于该院就诊的108例老年初诊急性髓系白血病患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各54例。对照组予以地西他滨治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合半量CAG方案治疗,比较两组临床缓解率、住院时间、治疗前后T细胞亚群指标水平和治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床缓解率为72.22%(39/54),高于对照组的40.74%(22/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:半量CAG方案联合地西他滨治疗老年初诊急性髓系白血病患者可提高临床缓解率,缩短住院时间,降低T细胞亚群指标水平,效果优于单纯地西他滨治疗。 展开更多

The physical models of the outer and inner half coil jackets were simplified to two types of coiled ducts.The mathematic models of incompressible fluid at the condition of laminar flow and heat transfer in the two types of jackets for cooling process reactor were set up and solved by the semi-implicit method for pressure linked equa-tions consistent (SIMPLEC) algorithm based on a control volume method.The flow and temperature fields were given and the effects of Dean and Prandtl numbers on flow and heat transfer were studied.The results show that flow in the inner half coil jacket is found to exhibit transition of secondary flow pattern from two vortices to four vortices when the Dean number increases,but that in the outer half coil jacket is not found.The critical Dean num-ber is about 96.The inner half coil jacket has stronger heat transfer ability than the outer half coil jacket and this superiority is more evident with larger Prandtl number.However,as the Dean number is greater than 105,the flow resistance enhances more severely in the inner jacket than the outer jacket.For both jackets,the centers of the heated wall are the poorest for heat transfer. 展开更多

The integral equation is set up based on derivation of dyadic Green's functions in this environment. The coupling is divided into nearby region and well-separated region by grouping. The Green's function can be divided into two parts: primary term and reflected term. In the well-separated region, the two terms are both expressed as Sommerfeld integral, which can be accelerated by deforming integral path and taking interpolation and extrapolation. For the nearby region, the direct Sommerfeld integral makes the filling of impedance matrix time-expensive. A tabulation and interpolation method is applied to speed up this process. This infinite integral is pre-computed in sampling region, and a two-dimensional table is then set up. The impedance elements can then be obtained by interpolation. Numerical results demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of this algorithm. 展开更多

Half axle gears is produced by precision forging popularly because of the advantages in minimum machining allowances, lower material consumption and good service properties. But the forming quality of precision forging is difficult to control. Many simulations and analysis of precision forging process were taken by previous researchers. But no concrete method is proposed to evaluate and optimize the forming quality of half axel gears. The primary purpose of this work is improving the forming quality of half axel gears by analyzing and optimizing the affected factors of forming quality. The enclosed-die warm forging process of half axle gears was developed, and a new type of die-set used on double action hydraulic press was brought forward. The main influential factors of precision forming quality were analyzed after the forming process had been simulated by using finite element method(FEM). These factors include die structure, web thickness and web position. A method used to evaluate the forming quality was established, which investigated the maximal forming load, the metal filling rate and the material damage factor. The FEM simulations of half axle gears precision forging were evaluated by this method. The results show that the best forming quality can be achieved when the punches were added with bosses, the web located at the middle plant of the gear, and the web thickness was 30 percent of the inner hole diameter. Verification experiments taking the above optimized parameters were performed on a 7.8 MN double action hydraulic press. The trial products were formed well. And their geometric precision meets the demand. The verification result shows that the optimization of the influential factors, according to the simulations and the evaluation method, can improve the forming quality. The new structure of precision forging die-set and the new evaluation method guarantee a high forming quality ofhalfaxel gears. 展开更多

目的 对比不同剂量钆对比剂注射后增强液体衰减反转恢复(contrast enhanced T2 fluid attenuated inversion recovery,CE-T2 FLAIR)序列与对比增强T1WI(contrast enhanced T1WI, CE-T1WI)上脑转移瘤的强化效果,探讨半剂量对比剂条件下CE... 目的 对比不同剂量钆对比剂注射后增强液体衰减反转恢复(contrast enhanced T2 fluid attenuated inversion recovery,CE-T2 FLAIR)序列与对比增强T1WI(contrast enhanced T1WI, CE-T1WI)上脑转移瘤的强化效果,探讨半剂量对比剂条件下CE-T2 FLAIR序列在脑转移瘤MRI检查的诊断价值。材料与方法 前瞻性纳入颅外原发恶性肿瘤经病理学明确诊断、脑转移瘤经病理或临床随访证实的患者30例,于3.0 T MRI设备行头颅MRI增强扫描,在常规平扫序列的基础上,行半剂量(0.05 mmol/kg)CE-T2 FLAIR和CE-T1WI扫描,随后分次补充钆对比剂达常规剂量(0.1 mmol/kg)后至双倍剂量(0.2 mmol/kg),在注射对比剂后均进行CE-T2 FLAIR和CE-T1WI扫描。由两位观察者对三次扫描的CE-T2 FLAIR和CE-T1WI图像进行客观测量。计算不同剂量条件下CE-T2 FLAIR和CE-T1WI图像的对比信噪比(contrast to noise ratio, CNR)、相对对比度(relative contrast, RC)及百分比增加(percentage increase, PI)。采用方差分析对客观测量结果进行组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)时进行后续多重比较;采用t检验比较两组之间的差异。结果 两位观察者客观评分一致性良好。三组对比剂剂量下CE-T2 FLAIR图像间CNR值与RC值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与平扫T2 FLAIR相比,病灶PI增高,增强效果良好。三组对比剂剂量下CE-T1WI图像间CNR值与RC值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两两比较结果表明双倍剂量CE-T1WI图像上CNR值及RC值均明显大于半剂量组(P<0.05)。半剂量及常规剂量CE-T2 FLAIR图像CNR值及RC值上均较该组CE-T1WI明显增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。半剂量CE-T2 FLAIR图像CNR值及RC值均明显大于常规剂量CE-T1WI(P<0.05)。与双倍剂量CE-T1WI相比,半剂量CE-T2 FLAIR图像CNR值增大(P<0.05),RC值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 半剂量对比剂下CE-T2FLAIR图像上脑转移瘤的强化效果与常规CE-T1WI相仿,病灶显示良好,为半剂量对比剂的CE-T2 FLAIR序列应用于脑转移瘤MRI检查提供依据。 展开更多
