Analysis on Relation Measuring and Development Innovation Path of Tourism Economy in Shenyang Economic Zone

This article firstly measures the tourism economy relations in Shenyang Economic Zone,and summarizes the spatial structure of tourism economy in Shenyang Economic Zone. The results show that Shenyang is in the central position and its tourism resource has obvious advantages. Finally,this paper provides the development innovation path of tourism economy in Shenyang Economic Zone.

Green Development of Tourism in the Context of Ecological Civilization Construction in the New Era

Xi Jinping s thought on ecological civilization has pointed out the direction for the green development of tourism.In the context of ecological civilization construction in the new era,the development of tourism must take the road of green development,to achieve mutual promotion and common improvement of economic,social and ecological benefits,and help build a beautiful China.The green development of tourism has a strong leading and driving role.On the premise that its development cannot exceed the carrying capacity of ecological environment,economic benefits should be given consideration,and efforts should be made to constantly convert ecological and environmental resources into economic benefits,to take the road of overall development.The green development of tourism needs the joint participation of government,enterprises and tourists to achieve breakthroughs in tourism development strategy,tourism planning,tourism resources development,tourism management and other fields.

Analysis on the Industrial Development Plan of the Tribal Hot Spring Demonstration Area in Taiwan’s Indigenous Areas

Under the impact of modern life, the traditional culture of Taiwan’s indigenous tribes is not only affected, because the traditional life is not easy and employment is difficult, which also causes the outflow of tribal population. Therefore, after the establishment of the Taiwan Council of indigenous people (TCIP), tourism development has been listed as an important policy, and it wants to use tourism development to improve the lives of indigenous people and enhance the ability of tribal economic development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of TCIP in developing tribal hot spring demonstration areas in indigenous areas. This study adopts the method of case study to investigate by means of document analysis, field interview and observation. The results of SWOT analysis show that: 1) Advantages: the indigenous tribes are rich in natural resources and have unique cultural characteristics. 2) Weakness: when indigenous people invest in hot spring industry, they will face difficulties in obtaining development funds, lack of land use and hot spring management talents. 3) Opportunities: Because of the prevailing leisure culture in Taiwan, coupled with the relevant laws and policies and plans of the indigenous people, it is guaranteed that the indigenous people can participate in the development plan of the hot spring demonstration area. 4) Threats: The development of the existing hot springs in the indigenous villages and towns is mostly invested by the Han people, so it is difficult for the indigenous people to compete with them. Moreover, they lack the management ability and guidance to enter the competitive market of hot spring development.

INDUSTRIAL TRANSFORMATION OF SHENYANG CITY

Industrial transformation represents a unique economic phenomenon in China’s regional economy, and old industrial city reconstruction has long been a key problem that affects state security. As a typical old industrial city in China, Shenyang established its heavy industrial city position in the First Five-year Plan period(1953-1957), and this industrial structure has been consolidated for a long time. After 1978, Shenyang began its long lasting industrial reconstruction in an all-round way by 3 main initiatives including restructuring economic system, upgrading traditional industrial technology and developing high-tech industry. In the end of the 1990s, it could be identified that remarkable structural changes took place in city economy at large as well as individual industrial sector. According to the GDP proportion change, Shenyang is on the way to a high level industrial structure. The secondary industry also engendered significant shifting as smelting and textile industry declined sharply but IT industry increased largely. Although the ratio of the heavy industry to the light industry changed periodically, the heavy industrial output value most time kept a high proportion over 60% of the gross industrial output value in the past five decades. Shenyang has favorable conditions for developing equipment manufacturing industry, but it should carry out the program by establishing its leading role in urban economy plan, building "Theme Industrial Parks", improving Tiexi Industrial Zone, removing any kind of system barrier, enlarging private and other ownerships economy and improving technology, marketing and management by IT application. In response to economy globalization, Shenyang needs to expand the cooperation worldwide and improve the cohesion with surrounding cities.

A Study on the Development of Cultural Tourism Industry in Yancheng

Culture is an essential condition for the rapid and healthy development of the tourism industry.However,tourism provides a platform for cultural exchange and communication,injecting a strong impetus to the development of the cultural industry.Under the background of the era that both culture and tourism industries have become national strategies,how to promote and realize the combination and interaction of culture and tourism industry is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on taking Yancheng salt culture and seashore wetland ecological culture as the case analysis,this article hackles the integration advantages of Yancheng and tries to find out the deficiencies.On the basis of the evaluation and analysis between culture and the differences in the comprehensive development level of tourism industry,this paper discusses the characteristics and mechanism of the combination of culture and tourism industry,proposes a coordinated development pattern of culture and tourism industry,and on this basis provides the corresponding strategies and suggestions of this pattern in Yancheng.

Discussion on the Necessity and Realization of the Integrative Development of Tourism and Cultural Industry

Reuse of Industrial Heritage Based on “Leisure-Holiday Tourism Complex”

Tourism development, as a novel approach in the reuse of industrial heritage, is conducive to the settlement of issues of urban industrial heritage conservation. However, in practical terms, the development of industrial heritage as tourist resources, has encountered problems including monotonous development projects, the lack of tourism facilities, low economic efficiency, poor sustainability of project operation, etc.. This paper, based on the transformation plan of Salt Manufacturing Plant in Qingjiang County of Zhangshu, Jiangxi, proposes that a leisure-holiday tourism complex can be used as the development model of the reuse of industrial heritage at a time when the reuse of industrial heritage is advised to shift from a single mode to a compound mode. Specifically, it is suggested that industrial raw materials are developed into tourism resources to fully excavate relevant history and culture, for the purpose of achieving the coordinated economic and social growth of the reuse of industrial heritage.

Development and Research on Rural Regional Characteristic Sports Tourism Industry: A Case Study of Southern Jiangxi Province

With the hope of providing basis for sound development of rural sports tourism industry in economic less-developed region and the establishment of macro industry policy,this paper demonstrated the selection of development way,space frame and product system of rural sports tourism industry in southern Jiangxi Province by consulting document literature and conducting field research and based on the analysis of social background for the rise of rural sports tourism.

乡村振兴背景下文旅产业融合发展

随着人民生活水平的提高和旅游需求的不断多样化,文旅产业融合的概念开始出现在大众的视野,当前我国正处于经济转型的关键时期,文化和旅游产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,大力推进文旅产业融合发展,不仅对于乡村振兴具有重要意义,同时对于我国产业结构转型也有着重要意义。本文利用1042份调查问卷数据,采用线性回归模型分析政府措施在乡村产业振兴中对文旅产业融合发展的影响,搭建中介和调节效应模型,并进一步探讨农户参与度影响文旅产业融合发展的可能路径和变化规律。研究表明:政府措施有助于文旅产业融合发展;政府措施以农户参与度为中介有助于文旅产业融合发展。在乡村产业振兴背景下,政府通过实施相关措施,提升了农民积极性,增加了农户参与度,对政府措施产生调节效应,促进文旅产业融合发展。因此,为促进文旅产业融合发展与乡村振兴,引导性的政策措施亟须出台,并带动当地农民群众,提升农户的参与度,以此来提升文旅产业融合发展水平。

旅游强国建设与旅游业高质量发展

党的二十大报告中提出要坚持以文塑旅、以旅彰文,推进文化和旅游深度融合发展。国家全域旅游示范区创建工作正持续开展,文旅融合在旅游示范区建设工作中起着至关重要的作用。梳理皖南国际文化旅游示范区建设现状,厘清示范区现有资源优势,分析其所面临的文化传承不力、创新能力欠缺、产业延伸不足、制度框架不全等问题,从保护传承文化资源、凸显文化特色内涵、加快全域旅游发展和提高旅游服务质量4个方面针对性地提出示范区具体建设路径,以期稳步推进示范区建设,助其融入长三角旅游高质量发展,并为文旅融合视域下同类型旅游区建设发展提供参考和指引。

旅游业高质量发展评价指标体系构建研究

旅游业高质量发展是国家战略实施的重要抓手,是全面实现中国式现代化的助推器。本文通过梳理旅游业高质量发展的最新研究进展,结合我国国情,在充分理解旅游业高质量发展的基础上,设计和构建包括效益、结构、环境三个一级指标,经济增长稳定性等六个二级指标,旅游经济增长率等十五个三级指标的旅游业高质量发展综合指标体系,运用专家打分法和层次分析法确定各级指标权重。最后,本文提出了旅游业高质量发展的建议:(1)从提高旅游全要素生产率,增强旅游经济高质量运行效率;(2)合理优化旅游产业结构,加快建设现代化旅游产业体系;(3)改善旅游公共服务环境质量,提高游客满意度等,仅供参考。
