By using the hailstone disaster data,the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of hailstone in Shijiazhuang,the relationship between the hailstone disaster and the weather system,the hailstone path were analyzed.Moreover,the risk zoning of hailstone disaster in every county(city) of Shijiazhuang was done according to the occurrence frequency of hailstone.The results showed that the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of hailstone in Shijiazhuang were obvious,and there were 3 main paths.The zones where the paths passed were also the high risk areas of hailstone occurrence.The research provided the scientific guidance for the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the defense of hailstone disaster. 展开更多

Study on Ecological Land Demand of Shijiazhuang City Based on Carbon-Oxygen Balance Method

[Objective] The study aimed to analyze ecological land demand of Shijiazhuang City on the basis of carbon-oxygen balance method. [Method] Firstly, the release and absorption of CO2 and O2 in Shijiazhuang City during 2004 -2007 were studied by using carbon-oxygen balance method, and the ecological land area needed for carbon-oxygen balance was calculated, then the ecological land area needed for carbon-oxygen balance in 2015 was predicted. Finally, some measures to reduce the deficit of CO2 and O2 in Shijiazhuang were proposed. [Result] From 2004 to 2007, the unbalance between CO2 and O2 aggravated with the rapid development of Shijiazhuang City's economy, and the ecological land needed increased year by year. If the amount of CO2 released and 02 consumed grows constantly, the area of standard ecological land needed will be about doubled in 2015 compared with 2007 ( 1. 575 6 million hm2 ), namely increasing to 3.566 million hm2. In addition, appropdately improving the area of mixed forest and other vegetation with higher net production, developing some green energy resources like nuclear energy and wind energy and controlling its population could be adopted to reduce the deficit of CO2 and 02 in Shijiazhuang City. ~ ConclusionJ The research could provide theoretical references for the overall plan of land utilization in Shijiazhuang City. In recent years, the haze occurs frequently and air pollution is getting worse in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, China. The particulate matter pollution characteristic researches are playing a sig-nificant role especially in the districts where have higher concentration PM and air pollution. In this study, we collected daily particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5) mass concentration data from 7 air pollution monitoring stations in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei, China over a 3-month period from June to August to investigate particulate matter pollution characteristic and the relationship with me-teorological conditions. Statistical results show that PM10 is the major pollutant in Shijiazhuang City;the average daily concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 are 94.45 μg/m3 and 219.15 μg/m3, respectively. The daily average of PM10 and PM2.5 level over the period exceeded the first grade of the daily average limit of the ambient air quality standards (GB3095-2012). And there is a significantly positive correlation between atmospheric pressure and particulate matter pollution, but there is a significantly negative correlation between atmospheric temperature and PM concentrations. Precipitation has a clear role mainly in the coarse particles;however, there has little effect on fine particulate matter. Relative humidity and wind speed have a poor correlation with atmospheric pollutant concentrations (not remarkably high). 展开更多

Based on the relevant domestic and foreign theories,we establish the evaluation indicator system for the comprehensive benefits about under-forest economy. Using the data from 2010 to 2014,we employ AHP to measure the comprehensive benefits of under-forest economy,and convert the comprehensive benefits into the data that can be used for analysis and comparison. It is found that the comprehensive benefit index of under-forest economy in Shijiazhuang City continued to increase from 2010 to 2014(0.223,0.515,0.523,0.698 and 0.956,respectively). This further indicates that the under-forest economy in Shijiazhuang City shows a good trend towards the goal of high quality and efficiency,so it is a correct model of development. Based on the results and the problems during the research process,some policy recommendations are brought forward for the development of under-forest economy. 展开更多

Based on the daily observation data of shallow ground temperature, total cloud cover, precipitation, evaporation capacity and frozen soil of 5 stations in Shijiazhuang from 1981 to 2010, using methods such as linear trend and complete correlation coefficient, relation between variation characteristics and climatic influencing factors of shallow ground temperature was analyzed to lay the foundation for studying impact factors of shallow ground temperature and provide references for daily maintenance of automatic observation business. The results showed that fluctuant variability and fluctuant range of mean shallow layer ground temperature in Shijiazhuang became smaller with soil layer being deeper for all years and seasons, and the fluctuant variability was maximal in spring and minimal in winter, while the fluctuant range was maximal in summer and minimal in winter; mean shallow layer ground temperature for all years had a warming trend with an obvious warming trend in winter, and warming range in winter was smaller and the extent was weaker with soil layer being deeper while a cooling trend occurred in summer; there was a coincident trend between total cloud cover at night and shallow ground temperature in winter, and between evaporation capacity and shallow ground temperature in summer, while there was an inconsistent trend between maximum depth of frozen soil, period of freezing weather and shallow ground temperature in winter, and between total cloud cover in the davtime, orecioitation and shallow around temperature in summer. 展开更多

In order to simulate the recovery of groundwater funnels under the condition of reducing groundwater abstraction, hydrogeological conditions of recoverability construction of Shijiazhuang groundwater funnel were analyzed, and a numerical simulation method was used based on the change of various parameters. The results show that the groundwater flow model can accurately reflect groundwater hydrogeological characteristics, and can guarantee the reliability of groundwater restoration prediction. The research has set up four schemes for rural water-saving, planting structure adjustment, urban reducing abstraction and integrated method. The effect of four restoration schemes on the restoration of groundwater funnels was compared with water table variations of two observation well. Comparison results show that the level changes of plan Three and Four are different from the other two kinds of exploitation and the drop trend of water table in the funnel area is flat. So we can conclude that Plan Three and Four have significant effect on the groundwater funnel restoration of Shijiazhuang. 展开更多

In order to give guidelines for the execution of countermeasures in response to extreme precipitation events.the tempo-spatial variation characteristics of extreme precipitationare are analyzed by 11 extreme precipitation indexes during the past 60 years(1955-2015)in Shijiazhuang City.The results showed that the extreme precipitation of Shijiazhuang City generally showed a downward trend in the past 60 years,and the wet day precipitation(PRCPTOT)exhibited the most obvious downward trend.There were significant spatial differences in the trend of extreme precipitation indexes.According to the spatial superposition of the historical trend of extreme precipitation index and Hurst index,the extreme precipitation intensity indexes in most areas of Shijiazhuang city will continue to decline in the future,and the extreme precipitation intensity indexes in some central areas will continue to rise. 展开更多

Study on the Correlation between Temperature and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Shijiazhuang, China—Retrospective Cohort

Using the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) medical records from January 1st to December 31st of 2013 and the Meteorological observation data, the air pollution data in the same time periods, generalized additive models were used to quantitatively analyze the relationship between COPD hospitalizations and temperature with controlling the confounding effects of time trend, meteorological factors and air pollution index (AQI). Results showed: variable temperature in 24 h (BT), 3d lagged minimum temperature (Tm3) and 5d lagged diurnal maximum temperature and minimum temperature range (Tc5) have different effects on COPD hospitalizations. When BT is between -4.4°C and -0.7°C, the relative risk (RR) increases to 1.0207 (95% CI: 1.0074 - 1.0342)with every 1°C increase in BT;when Tm3 is between -3.6°C and 3.2°C, the relative risk (RR) increases to 1.0118 (95% CI: 1.0015 - 1.0222)with every 1°C increase in Tm3, and when Tm3 is greater than 20.5°C, the relative risk (RR) increases to 1.0069 (95% CI: 1.0005 - 1.0133) with every 1°C increase in Tm3;when Tc5 is between 0.9°C and 8.6°C, if the Tc5 increases 1°C, the relative risk (RR) increases to 1.0125 (95% CI: 1.0066 - 1.0185. There are different effects for weather in different seasons on COPD hospitalizations: in autumn and winter, it is mainly of little BT and heavy air pollution weather;in spring, the large Tc5 weather is a main feature, and in summer, it’s mainly of high temperature and low pressure weather. The weight A and the single factor evaluation matrix R were synthesized using the M( ·,+) fuzzy composite operator,obtaining a fuzzy matrix B between the factor set and the evaluation level. This research sampled subaerial ambient coarse aerosol particles (〉2μm of equivalent area diameter) in the typical air polluted city of Shijiazhuang to measure the particle size distribution and shape characteristics by the analyzer of CIS-50 and the scan electronic microscope of S-570 in the non-heating period and heating period respectively. The results show that the coarse aerosol particle size distribution mode is 2-4μm in the non-heating period and 3-5μm in the heating period, with the size range of 0.8-120μm, mostly under 10μm; and the square or square like particle shape is dominant, the sphere like lesser, the acute-angle and lathy shape sparse. There exist particle size distribution and shape characteristics differences in the non-heating period and heating period influenced greatly by the ground coal combustion emission and windblown dust. In the heating period, particle size average increases by 53.2%, principally in the size range of 5-10μm, and 20-50μm secondly. Meanwhile, the particle number of quasi-round and round shape group and those with convex-concave fractal edge increase obviously. These quasi-round particles are agglomerate derived from combustion in the SEM images. The relationship between particle size and shape is demonstrated by that the percentage of PM5 and the particle number of the quasi-square and square shape group are positively correlative with r of 0.9458; quasi-round and round shape group negatively correlative with r of-0.9726 respectively. 展开更多

Entrusted to by Shijiazhuang municipal Party committee and government, Shanghai Tongji University fin- ished “The General Planning of Ecological Development Project of Hutuo River in Shijiazhuang City”. It aims to build Hutuo River into a wind-breaking and sand-fixing barrier and ecological protect district in the north of Shijiazhuang based on the recovery of natural ecology to improve the environment of Shijiazhuang city. It also intends to develop the district lightly and build it into a nature beauty spot and big park. After the construction for several years, the general environment of this district has been greatly improved. But during the development, the man-made landscapes are highlighted excessively, which deviates from the construction of nature landscape. The currency of constructing big leisure park gradually comes into being, so the recovery of nature ecological is slow. So, this paper intends to make the orientation to ecological development of Hutuo River in Shijiazhuang city and puts forward the community participation to promote the future development of ecotourism in Shijiazhuang. 展开更多
