Correlation Analysis between Well-cellar Early Transplanting of Robust Seedlings and Diseases in Shiyan Tobacco-growing Area

[Objectives]The paper was to investigate the relationship between the well-cellar early transplanting of robust seedlings and the prevalence of diseases in the Shiyan tobacco-growing area.[Methods]The relationship between disease occurrence and meteorological factors during the field growth period was examined by analyzing the prevalence of flue-cured tobacco virus diseases,brown spot,and total disease in the Shiyan tobacco-growing area before(2013-2017)and after(2018-2022)the well-cellar early transplanting of robust tobacco seedlings.[Results]The implementation of a well-cellar early transplanting technique of robust seedlings resulted in a reduction in the average incidence of tobacco virus disease,brown spot,and total disease by 0.83%,8.85%,and 7.91%,respectively,in comparison to the incidence observed prior to early transplanting.These findings suggest that early transplanting can significantly reduce the incidence of flue-cured tobacco diseases.Prior to the well-cellar early transplanting of robust tobacco seedlings,there was a significant(including highly significant)positive correlation between the incidence of brown spot and total disease and precipitation in August and September.The incidence of brown spot and total disease in tobacco plants was found to be significantly positively correlated with May precipitation and significantly negatively correlated with May sunshine hours following the well-cellar early transplanting of robust seedlings.The advancement of the transplanting period by 20 d resulted in a reduction in the growing period of tobacco plants in the field under autumn rains(late August to November)in western China.This effectively circumvented the suitable conditions for disease occurrence and can reduce the incidence of disease.[Conclusions]This study offers a framework for enhancing the quality and efficiency of flue-cured tobacco production in the northwest tobacco-growing area of Hubei. 展开更多

According to the actual problems existing in grain crops production and management, we raised points: to promote the grain industrial mechanism building actively, to improve agricultural infrastructure, to strengthen the management of land transfer, to accelerate scientific, technological progress and innovation and so on. The main issues affecting land transfer were summarized,such as big difference of inflow and outflow will,single way of land transfer,high cost of planting,weak agricultural infrastructure,a lack of production and operation technology,insufficient funds and short land transfer period,and imperfect social security system.Meanwhile,some countermeasures were proposed,such as improving land transfer system,precise subsidy policy and social security mechanism of Shiyan City,guiding long-term and normalized land transfer,strengthening training of professional skills and improving the quality of human resources,actively promoting the " three-township project",and attracting the investment in land transfer projects. 展开更多

目的探讨实炎方对湿热蕴肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法82例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片,观察组在对照组基础上加用实炎方,疗程8周。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、炎症因子(白细胞介素-6、白... 目的探讨实炎方对湿热蕴肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法82例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片,观察组在对照组基础上加用实炎方,疗程8周。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、炎症因子(白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-22、白细胞介素-33)、肠黏膜屏障功能指标(二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸、内毒素)、肠道菌群(大肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌)、GQOLI-74评分变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、血清炎症因子、肠黏膜屏障功能指标降低(P<0.05),GQOLI-74升高(P<0.05),肠球菌减少(P<0.05),双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌增加(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论实炎方可提高溃疡性结肠炎患者生活质量,临床疗效明显。 展开更多

In determining the orbits of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites using spaceborne GPS, the errors caused by receiver antenna phase center offset (PCO) and phase center variations (PCVs) are gradually becoming a major limiting factor for continued improvements to accuracy. Shiyan 3, a small satellite mission for space technology experimentation and climate exploration, was developed by China and launched on November 5, 2008. The dual-frequency GPS receiver payload delivers 1 Hz data and provides the basis for precise orbit determination within the range of a few centimeters. The antenna PCO and PCV error characteristics and the principles influencing orbit determination are analyzed. The feasibility of PCO and PCV estimation and compensation in different directions is demonstrated through simulation and in-flight tests. The values of receiver antenna PCO and PCVs for Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) and Shiyan 3 satellites are estimated from one month of data. A large and stable antenna PCO error, reaching up to 10.34 cm in the z-direction, is found with the Shiyan 3 satellite. The PCVs on the Shiyan 3 satellite are estimated and reach up to 3.0 cm, which is slightly larger than that of GRACE satellites. Orbit validation clearly improved with independent k-band ranging (KBR) and satellite laser ranging (SLR) measurements. For GRACE satellites, the average root mean square (RMS) of KBR residuals improved from 1.01 cm to 0.88 cm. For the Shiyan 3 satellite, the average RMS of SLR residuals improved from 4.95 cm to 4.06 cm. 展开更多

十堰市是南水北调中线工程调水源头所在地和核心水源区,为全面了解十堰市水资源可持续性开发利用情况,基于水资源、生态环境、社会经济三个层面构建了十堰市水资源承载力评价指标体系,使用灰色关联分析法对指标体系进行筛选,采用熵权法... 十堰市是南水北调中线工程调水源头所在地和核心水源区,为全面了解十堰市水资源可持续性开发利用情况,基于水资源、生态环境、社会经济三个层面构建了十堰市水资源承载力评价指标体系,使用灰色关联分析法对指标体系进行筛选,采用熵权法-层次分析法组合权重计算指标权重,通过改进的模糊综合评价法评价了2010~2021年十堰市水资源承载力情况。结果表明,十堰市水资源承载力整体呈波动上升趋势,2016年开始稳定达到可承载状态,丰水年可达到良好承载状态;生态环境子系统和社会经济子系统呈上升趋势,而水资源子系统波动较大,无明显规律;十堰市应继续加大污、废水治理力度,调整用水结构,建设节水型社会,以实现水资源与人类社会和谐发展。 展开更多
