巴蜀颗粒止咳祛痰平喘作用实验研究

目的:探讨巴蜀颗粒的止咳祛痰平喘作用。方法:采用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳试验和小鼠氨水引咳试验观察巴蜀颗粒的止咳作用;采用大鼠气管排痰试验和小鼠气管酚红排泌试验观察其祛痰作用;通过豚鼠氯化乙酰胆碱和磷酸组胺引喘试验观察其平喘作用。结果:巴蜀颗粒可明显延长豚鼠及小鼠咳嗽潜伏期、减少咳嗽次数,可明显增加大鼠排痰量和小鼠气管酚红排泌量。在豚鼠氯化乙酰胆碱和磷酸组胺引喘模型中,给药后豚鼠引喘潜伏期明显延长,肺脏病变积分明显降低,组织病理学检查结果显示巴蜀颗粒对哮喘模型豚鼠肺脏组织的炎细胞浸润、充血、肺泡扩张和动脉肥大等病变有明显改善作用。结论:巴蜀颗粒具有明显的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。

从李劼人到“雪米莉”历程中的文学巴蜀空间想象与建设

“空间”概念诞生时便与其他因素发生融合,尤以文学为重,“文学空间”的思索对文学发展及空间地理话语塑造具有启发性意义。“文学巴蜀”长期在文学史、文化史上独领风骚,新文化运动后,三十年代以李劼人为代表的巴蜀作家凭借个体经验,创作了表现巴蜀空间的优秀作品。八九十年代“巴山作家群”中田雁宁、谭力通过“雅俗变更”的三步走策略,使得巴蜀文学发展呈现向上的趋势。后因大众文化、主体创作以及其他文学空间话语崛起等因素影响下,巴蜀空间与书写机会失之交臂。借鉴现代文学巴蜀话语建构历程中的成就与波折,省思当下的空间话语权和巴蜀空间的新发展。

Development of Sightseeing Agricultural Landscapes Based on Bashu Culture and Red Culture Elements

The development of culture is closely related to politics and economy.There is some unique creativity in national culture.To a large extent,cultural appeal and cohesion can improve the sightseeing agricultural landscape in Bashu area.Meanwhile,the unique “red culture” of Chinese culture is a very popular representative part of Bashu sightseeing agriculture landscapes.Nowadays,when Chinese culture is vigorously promoted,Bashu culture is affected by the Going Global Strategy.Red tourism and red culture are beneficial to the rapid development of the sightseeing agricultural landscape in Bashu,which promotes the continuous construction and development of the economic and cultural development in Bashu area.Based on this,we analyzed Bashu culture and the red culture respectively,and expounded their influence on the sightseeing agricultural landscape in Bashu area and its future development.

Connotations of architectural culture transmitted in cliff carvings in the Bashu region

Based on site studies, historical literature investigation and academic communication, this work aims to dig out the cultural significance in architectural and religious aspects conveyed in cliff carvings in the Bashu region. After casting a glance at the origin and evolution of Bashu culture and religion mainly involving Daoism and Buddhism recorded in forms of cliff carvings, we concentrated on discovering the national, regional and folk architectural characters implicated in cliff carvings at different sites within the Bashu region. The cliff carvings in this region vividly depicted the evolution of the architectural culture hereof. The essence of their religious and architectural connotations can be good stuff to be input in today’s architectural design philosophy.

Bashu Culture and Du Fu's Poetic Space

Bashu culture has an important position in Chinese culture. Du Fu's poems on the theme of Bashu account for a considerable portion of his poems, due to his long-term stay in Bashu and the vital effects of Bashu culture had on him. The unique Bashu culture enriched his creativity, and greatly expanded his poetic space. Du Fu's Bashu poems show the natural scenery, human geography, local customs and practices, and the cultural personality of the Bashu people. A Brief Analysis of the Migration of Silk Weaving Craftsmen and the Spread of Silk Weaving Techniques in the Ancient Bashu Area along the Southern Silk Road

During ancient times,silk weaving techniques already matured in the Bashu area and“Shu Satin”silk products were widely known.Shu Satin not only performed as a high-quality commodity in the Northern Silk Road trade activities,but also conveyed cultural and social significance.Credit for the importance of Shu Satin must go to the extraordinary weavers in the Bashu area.The migration and circulation of these weavers spread the exquisite brocade and sericulture techniques throughout and beyond the Bashu area,and accelerated brocade and sericulture techniques in ancient southern China,Myanmar,and Vietnam.Accordingly,the Southern Silk Road can be seen as a path to disseminate the silk weaving techniques that originated in the Bashu area.This paper takes the migration of Shu Satin as its mainline and discusses how the weaving craftsmen spread the brocade and sericulture techniques throughout southern China during their travels and migrations,and the immeasurable contributions these craftsmen made to economic and trade activities along the ancient Southern Silk Road.This paper explores the technical accumulation and dissemination of brocade craftsmen in the Bashu area from three perspectives.The first perspective is the accumulation period of the ancient silk weaving techniques-the inflow of craftsmen from central China and the development and integration of the sericulture and silk weaving techniques in the Bashu area.The second is the technique dissemination period,centered on the silk weaving craftsmen in the Chengdu region of the Bashu area.The third is the techniques’outmigration period and the migration and circulation of craftsmen throughout the Bashu area.This paper strives to outline the dynamic lines that the Bashu silk weaving craftsmen created and the spread of their exquisite weaving techniques during their migration and circulation.This will illustrate that the ancient Southern Silk Road was not only a trade and cultural exchange zone for ancient silk commodities,but more importantly,it was a dynamic space for the dissemination and development of brocade weaving techniques.

全媒体时代背景下,我国红色文化的保护和传承面临新的发展机遇。以巴蜀地区为例,旨在探讨全媒体时代下红色文化传播策略地重构:重塑红色文化传播叙事结构,激活其内涵;充分利用数字技术和媒体融合策略,在传播策略上做到守正创新。采用文献分析法对巴蜀地区红色文化传播的历史背景、现状进行剖析,并通过案例研究法,分析现有红色文化传播的实例。巴蜀地区的红色文化传播需结合地域特色进行全媒体化的创新,在传播内容上应注重时代联系和现实意义,利用故事化叙事,提高红色文化的吸引力和影响力;通过数字化手段和互动体验,有效提升公众对红色文化的认知和共鸣;积极构建红色文化对外传播话语体系,不断扩大红色文化的影响力。

绵竹、梁平木版年画是巴蜀年画的代表。通过对这两个地方年画产生和发展的文化生态基础和条件进行深入的调查和研究,可以看到在巴蜀木版年画产生和发展的过程中,当地的社会文化、自然资源、产业状况对于年画产生和发展所起的重要作用。通过这一调查研究,我们可以更清楚地认识到在文化生态条件已发生重大变迁的当下,应如何建构适应木版年画保护、传承与发展的文化生态环境,找到有效促进巴蜀木版年画保护、传承与发展的新路径,使巴蜀木版年画得到高质量的保护、传承与发展。

宋祁蜀中行迹及诗文考

宋祁于北宋嘉祐年间知成都府,镇守西川,在蜀两年有余。宋祁治蜀以静,大兴文教,化育士人,同时又能入乡随俗,与民同乐,甚得民心。政事之暇,时寓诸诗,有《西州猥稿》集,可惜失传。今从《全宋诗》中考订出其入蜀后所作诗89首,庶几可还原其本来面目。另从《全宋文》以及补遗中考订出包括序文、书信、公文在内的蜀中文章92篇。以上述诗文为主,结合史书、碑传、方志、笔记等相关文献,考其蜀中行实,系以年月。

蜀道在世界文明史中的意义

蜀道在中国古代交通格局中有重要的地位。蜀道的开通对于克服秦岭、巴山阻障,实现南北早期文明的沟通,有重要的作用。因此在世界文明生成的初期,蜀道成为交通开发史中的特例。上古时期关中与巴蜀这两个“天府”由蜀道连通,也为统一的秦帝国的诞生准备了条件。而秦帝国出现于世界东方,改变了全球史的格局。蜀道成为战国、秦及西汉“大关中”出现的基础,而“大关中”即所谓“山西”“关西”,曾经是世界东方的政治、经济、文化重心。蜀道联系秦汉行政中枢咸阳-长安与西南地方,继续延伸,则有“西夷西”国际道路的开拓,形成“西南丝绸之路”以及通过“枸酱”之路与南海丝路起点番禺、徐闻、合浦的连通。而汉简所见敦煌“之蜀”道路,也可以理解为西北丝绸之路的支线。由此也实现了丝绸之路河西路段与蜀道交通系统的曲折关联。蜀道研究因而也应当被作为对世界文明进程显示出重要意义的丝绸之路史考察的主题之一。

毛晋汲古阁刊《史记索隐》志疑

明末毛晋刊汲古阁本《史记索隐》单行本刊行以来,在引起学界重视的同时,也受到了一些质疑。本文将《史记》存世的二家注本、三家注本与汲古阁本《史记索隐》进行了全面的校勘,结果使得汲古阁本《史记索隐》暴露出了许多疑点。此本当不是毛晋所说的覆北宋大字刊本,不排除其为毛晋以不全之本加以缝合而形成的一个新本子的可能性。

“巴蜀文化”学术概念的提出与区域文化史研究系统的再造

1941年《说文月刊》首倡“巴蜀文化”学术概念,引发了巴蜀文化研究热潮,一时成为学术风尚,并对区域文化史研究产生了冲击,在一定程度上推动了中国文化史研究系统的再造。区域文化史成为一个新的学术分支,巴蜀文化、吴越文化等区域文化成为独立的学术概念,并逐渐为人们所认同。“巴蜀文化”作为学术概念提出并引发相关研究热,有着深层次的社会原因,一是与晚清至民国救亡图存背景下中国文化研究热的兴起有关,二是与现代考古学在中国的发展有着直接的关系。在此背景下,部分学人突破了以中原文化史代替中国文化史的研究范式,增强了对中国历史文化空间向度的认识。尽管“巴蜀文化”概念提出之初,不少学人对巴蜀文化概念的认识还颇多分歧,并产生了学术争鸣,但众多学者最终还是认同了这个新的学术概念,由此推动了巴蜀文化以及其他区域文化史研究的兴起,增强了学术界对中国文化多元一体的整体认知。

巴蜀移民文化史编写旨趣刍议

巴蜀地区之所以成为长江上游和大西南地区古代文明的中心,绝非偶然,从“地势”而论,正是“地理与人民二者常相待”造就的。地域文化不断创新的动力,其成因更多是来自于人口流动及其带来的文化互动。巴蜀地域文化之所以能够保持其创新活力,正在于它通过人与环境的互动,不断吸收其他文明的成分,始终保持旺盛活力的缘故。

探求司马士风人格 创新传承文化精神——评王长顺教授《先秦士人与司马迁》

王长顺教授《先秦士人与司马迁》一书将司马迁放在先秦士人文化变迁的视域中予以观照,探讨先秦士人对司马迁的影响以及司马迁对先秦士人文化精神的继承、弘扬与创新。该书结构宏阔,论证精严,为研究《史记》提供了新的视角,从历史的纵深视域揭示了《史记》的生成及历史价值,在司马迁思想研究方面有所突破和创获,对推动“史记学”研究有着积极意义。

嘉陵江沿线古城“山-水-城”景观特征研究

嘉陵江是长江水系中第二大支流,空间上连接南北丝绸之路,是巴蜀地区重要的文化廊道。在典型山地曲流环境中,其沿线古城蕴含了丰富的山水营建智慧。从自然环境、文化环境、行政建制三方面梳理了嘉陵江沿线古城的形成基础,并以上、中、下游8个古城为例,通过历史文献系统梳理及结合GIS平台的历史地图空间转译,提炼其“山-水-城”景观特征。具体为“宏观格局把控”方面“巴蜀要冲,控扼形胜”的城市选址、“襟江带河,群山四望”的山水格局、“江山聚结,生气聚集”的风水脉络;“中微观空间结构塑造”方面“迎山接水,不拘一格”的城市空间结构、“依形江山,因地制宜”的城市功能营建;以及“沿江山集群,南北人文关联”的“跨尺度风景审美经营”等在地特征,以期为巴蜀文化遗产保护与传承、西南山地宜居城乡建设提供参考。

由组诗写作看魏燮均对杜甫的继承

清代辽东地区著名诗人魏燮均在诗歌创作上转益多师,杜甫是其师法对象之一。在感时伤乱主题的创作上,魏燮均有意效法杜甫,以组诗形式写作了大量诗歌,其中拟杜甫《秋兴》八首而作的《拟杜少陵秋兴八首即用原韵》最具代表性。拟作用原韵且做到了主旨与原作基本一致,虽然在艺术成就上与原作尚有差距,但也自成一体,颇见功力。由于具有诗史性质,魏燮均的组诗不仅有助于研究当时辽东地区的文学状况,也有助于了解清朝末年辽东的历史和百姓生活。

“尸位素餐”新解

“尸位素餐”这个成语意义较为明确,但是“尸位”为何?“素餐”为何?学界对此尚有一些争议。我们对“尸祭”相关研究成果进行了梳理,并且结合“尸”的分化字“居”含有闲居之意,对“尸位”词义进行了旁证。关于“素餐”的解释,我们在学界已有研究成果的基础上,结合“素”“索”二字的同源关系认为“素”是后起字,“素”在这里应该理解为索取之意,“素餐”可理解为不劳而获索取饭食之意,即吃白饭。
