Firstly,the method is used to obtain the robust values which have low sensitivity to velocitycharacteristic and analyze the influences of the parameters on velocity characteristic. Secondly,the method is used to obtain their maximum tolerances under the condition of ensuring productquality. The results obviously improve the velocity characteristic.展开更多
基于先导溢流阀原理设计了一种内置电磁阀式阻尼连续可调减振器,对可调阻尼力进行了理论分析,在Simulink中建立其力学仿真模型;结合减振器试验标准设计可调减振器的试验方案,利用INSTRON-8800型单通道伺服激振台架对可调减振器样件进行...基于先导溢流阀原理设计了一种内置电磁阀式阻尼连续可调减振器,对可调阻尼力进行了理论分析,在Simulink中建立其力学仿真模型;结合减振器试验标准设计可调减振器的试验方案,利用INSTRON-8800型单通道伺服激振台架对可调减振器样件进行试验。试验结果表明,减振器的复原阻尼力调节范围为0~3.72 k N,压缩阻尼力调节范围为0~1.01 k N;并且与仿真结果之间的误差未超过20%,证实了减振器模型的正确性和减振器结构的可行性。通过试验获得的阻尼力与电流关系可为半主动悬架控制器的匹配开发提供数据支撑,为减振器设计提供参考。展开更多
