借助Raman,IR和XRD等技术探讨了Si—Al—Zr—O系非晶在原位受控晶化过程中微结构变化。结果表明,Si—Al—Zr—O系非晶在920℃左右出现网络结构重整,形成了富Si区和富Zr和Al区。在920~950℃间,从富Zr区析出初晶相四方氧化锆,并从富Al区... 借助Raman,IR和XRD等技术探讨了Si—Al—Zr—O系非晶在原位受控晶化过程中微结构变化。结果表明,Si—Al—Zr—O系非晶在920℃左右出现网络结构重整,形成了富Si区和富Zr和Al区。在920~950℃间,从富Zr区析出初晶相四方氧化锆,并从富Al区形成Al—Si尖晶石相。随着温度进一步升高,Al—Si尖晶石衍射峰先增强随后消失,同时在1200~1100,1000~700和650~400cm-1观察到莫来石的红外特征峰;当温度升高至1100~1150℃,出现了单斜氧化锆的拉曼特征峰179和193cm-1,同时形成了方石英,四方氧化锆和莫来石成为主晶相。说明在热处理过程中,Al不是以三氧化二铝形式析出而是先形成过渡Al—Si尖晶石相,随后与非晶二氧化硅反应形成莫来石晶相,Zr首先以四方氧化锆析出,高温下有小部分四方氧化锆发生相变转化为单斜相,其中过剩的非晶二氧化硅转化为方石英。 展开更多

以氮化硅、活性氧化铝微粉和纯铝酸钙水泥为原料 ,研究了在焦炭保护情况下 ,Si3N4-Al2 O3-CaO系材料经 1 5 0 0℃、1 6 0 0℃和 1 6 5 0℃烧成时的烧结性能和物相变化 ,同时借助SEM、EDX和XRD等手段对其显微结构和反应过程进行了观察和... 以氮化硅、活性氧化铝微粉和纯铝酸钙水泥为原料 ,研究了在焦炭保护情况下 ,Si3N4-Al2 O3-CaO系材料经 1 5 0 0℃、1 6 0 0℃和 1 6 5 0℃烧成时的烧结性能和物相变化 ,同时借助SEM、EDX和XRD等手段对其显微结构和反应过程进行了观察和分析。结果表明 ,该体系材料的烧结性能与试样的组成和烧成温度有关 :温度由 1 5 0 0℃升至 1 6 0 0℃ ,试样体积密度增加 ,显气孔率降低 ,但升至 1 6 5 0℃时 ,试样的体积密度反而下降 ,显气孔率增加 ;在同一温度下 ,试样中Si3N4含量增加 ,体积密度下降。同时 ,试样在烧成过程中存在质量变化现象 :1 5 0 0℃烧成试样均表现为质量增加 ,当温度升至1 6 0 0℃和 1 6 5 0℃时 ,试样质量又由增加变为减小。根据热力学分析推测 ,试样烧成过程中存在复杂的化学反应 ,低于 1 5 0 0℃时 ,反应Si3N4(s) +3 /2CO(g) =3 /2Si2 N2 O(s) +1 /2N2 (g) +3 /2C(s)是试样质量增加的主要机理 ;高于 1 5 0 0℃时 ,反应Si3N4(s) +3 /2CO(g) =3 /2SiC(s) +3 /2SiO(g) +2N2 (g)是引起质量损失的主要机理。XRD分析显示 ,烧后试样中除存在刚玉和Si3N4相外 ,在烧成过程中还发生了物相变化 :1 5 0 0℃时出现了钙黄长石相 ,1 6 0 0℃时钙黄长石又消失 ,出现了Ca -α Sialon和β Sialon ,温度升至 1 展开更多

Trace amount of Sr(0.05 wt.%)was added into the hypoeutectic Al−Si(3−12 wt.%Si)alloys to modify their microstructure and improve thermal conductivity.The results showed that the thermal conductivity of hypoeutectic Al−Si alloys was improved by Sr modification,and the increment and increasing rate of the thermal conductivity gradually increased with Si content increasing.The improvement of thermal conductivity was primarily related to the morphology variation of eutectic Si phases.In Sr-modified Al−Si alloys,the morphology of eutectic Si phases was a mixed morphology of fiber structure and fine flaky structure,and the proportion of the fine flaky eutectic Si phases gradually decreased with Si content increasing.Under the Si content reaching 9 wt.%,the proportion of fine flaky eutectic Si phases was nearly negligible in Sr-modified alloys.Correspondingly,the increment and increasing rate of thermal conductivity of Sr-modified alloys reached the maximum and tended to be stable. 展开更多

The effects of Cu addition(0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, and 3%, mass fraction) on the quality index(Qi) and hot tearing susceptibility(HTS) of A356 alloy were investigated. According to the results, Cu addition up to 1.5... The effects of Cu addition(0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, and 3%, mass fraction) on the quality index(Qi) and hot tearing susceptibility(HTS) of A356 alloy were investigated. According to the results, Cu addition up to 1.5% increases the Qi by almost 10%, which seems to be due to its solid solution strengthening and dispersion hardening effect of Cu-rich Al2Cu and AlMgCuSi compounds. However, further addition of Cu(up to 3%) decreases the Qi by almost 12%, which is likely due to the reduction of tensile strength and elongation caused by increased volume fraction of brittle Cu-rich intermetallics and microporosities in the microstructure. It is also found that Cu increases the HTS of A356 alloy measured by constrained rod casting method. According to the thermal analysis results, Cu widens the solidification range of the alloy, which in turn, decreases its fluidity and increases the time period during which the mushy-state alloy is exposed to the hot tearing susceptible zone. SEM examination of the hot tear surfaces in high-Cu alloys also demonstrates their rough nature and the occurrence of interdendritic/intergranular microcracks as convincing evidences for the initiation of hot tears in the late stages of solidification in which there is not enough time for crack healing. 展开更多

Si/Al composites with different Si contents for electronic packaging were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique. Properties of the composites were investigated, including density, thermal conductivity, coefficient of thermal expansion and flexural strength. The effects of the Si content on microstructure and thermal and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the Si/Al composites consist of Si and Al components and Al uniformly distributes among Si grains. The relative density of the Si/Al composites gradually increases with the decrease of Si content and reaches 98.0% when the Si content is 50%. The thermal conductivity, the coefficient of thermal expansion and the flexural strength of the composite all decrease with the increase of the Si content, and an optimal matching of them is obtained when the Si content is 60%(volume fraction). 展开更多

The phase composition,microstructure and hardening of aluminum-based experimental alloys containing0.3%Sc,0?14%Si and0?10%Ca(mass fraction)were studied.The experimental study(electron microscopy,thermal analysis and hardnessmeasurements)was combined with Thermo-Calc software simulation for the optimization of the alloy composition.It wasdetermined that the maximum hardening corresponded to the annealing at300?350°С,which was due to the precipitation of Al3Scnanoparticles with their further coarsening.The alloys falling into the phase region(Al)+Al4Ca+Al2Si2Ca have demonstrated asignificant hardening effect.The ternary eutectic(Al)+Al4Ca+Al2Si2Ca had a much finer microstructure as compared to the Al?Sieutectic,which suggests a possibility of reaching higher mechanical properties as compared to commercial alloys of the A356type.Unlike commercial alloys of the A356type,the model alloy does not require quenching,as hardening particles are formed in thecourse of annealing of castings. 展开更多

MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)玻璃的^(29)Si和^(27)Al固体核磁共振研究

铝硅酸盐玻璃具有高强度、硬度、弹性模量及良好的热学和化学稳定性,使其应用领域也越来越广泛。利用核磁共振(NMR)^(29)Si谱和^(27)Al谱,研究了不同Al/Si比MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系玻璃的结构。研究表明,MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系... 铝硅酸盐玻璃具有高强度、硬度、弹性模量及良好的热学和化学稳定性,使其应用领域也越来越广泛。利用核磁共振(NMR)^(29)Si谱和^(27)Al谱,研究了不同Al/Si比MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系玻璃的结构。研究表明,MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系玻璃网络由硅氧网络和铝氧网络交替连接而成。由于游离氧不充足,大部分Al^(3+)都以5配位的形式存在于玻璃网络之外,只有25.0%~29.8%的Al^(3+)以[AlO_(4)]的形式存在,[AlO_(6)]的Al^(3+)其所占比例更少。随着Al/Si比例的增大,硅氧网络在镁铝硅玻璃结构中的聚合程度,呈现出了先增加而后降低的变化形式。在玻璃组分中Al与Si之间的比例为0.81时,由硅氧所形成的网络聚合程度达到极大值点。同时铝氧网络在玻璃结构中的聚合程度却呈现出了随Al/Si比的增加先是逐渐降低,在Al/Si=0.81时出现最小值。由[SiO_(4)]与[AlO_(4)]共同构成的整个玻璃网络的聚合程度呈现逐步降低的趋势。 展开更多
