Resolu...In order to set up a simple and effective method for resolution of optical isomers, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was bonded to silica-gel, which can be used for preparation of thin-layer chromatography plates. Resolution of clenbuterol and propranolol were investigated on these thin-layer chromatography plates using different combinations of solvent systems at ambient temperature. The best simultaneous resolution was achieved in solvent system of acetonitrilen-butanol (50:50, v/v). Rst values of resolution of clenbuterol hydrochloride and propranolol hydrochloride are 3.6 and 4.3, respectively. The spots of different enantiomers are separated clearly. The results showed that hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin bonded silica-gel could be successful in resolution of chiral adrenergic drugs. The study offers a direct, rapid and reliable method for separation of this kind of optically active compounds.展开更多

TiC/Crl8Ni8 steel bonded carbides were synthesized by vacuum sintering with mixed powders of iron, ferrotitanium, ferrochromium, colloidal graphite and nickel as raw materials. The microstructure and microhardness of ...TiC/Crl8Ni8 steel bonded carbides were synthesized by vacuum sintering with mixed powders of iron, ferrotitanium, ferrochromium, colloidal graphite and nickel as raw materials. The microstructure and microhardness of the steel bonded carbides were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Rockwell hardometer. Results show that the phases of steel bonded carbides mainly consist of TiC and Fe-Cr-Ni solid solution. The synthesized TiC particles are fine. Most of them are not more than 1 μm. With the increase of sintering temperature, the porosity of TiC/Crl8Ni8 steel bonded carbides decreases and the density and hardness increase, but the size of TiC particles slightly increases. Under the same sintering conditions, the density and hardness of steel bonded carbides with C/Ti atomic ratio 0. 9 are higher than those with C/Ti atomic ratio 1.0. The TiC particles with C/Ti atomic ratio 0. 9 are much finer and more homogeneous.展开更多

The new compounds were characterized by elementary analysis, NMR and IR spectra. Treatment of 2a?2d with Merrifield’s peptide resin obtained 3a?3d. The compounds 3a?3d reacted with methyl iodide respectively gave 4a?4d. New complexes 4a?4d have been identified by IR, UV-visible spectra, and AES.
文摘TiC/Crl8Ni8 steel bonded carbides were synthesized by vacuum sintering with mixed powders of iron, ferrotitanium, ferrochromium, colloidal graphite and nickel as raw materials. The microstructure and microhardness of the steel bonded carbides were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Rockwell hardometer. Results show that the phases of steel bonded carbides mainly consist of TiC and Fe-Cr-Ni solid solution. The synthesized TiC particles are fine. Most of them are not more than 1 μm. With the increase of sintering temperature, the porosity of TiC/Crl8Ni8 steel bonded carbides decreases and the density and hardness increase, but the size of TiC particles slightly increases. Under the same sintering conditions, the density and hardness of steel bonded carbides with C/Ti atomic ratio 0. 9 are higher than those with C/Ti atomic ratio 1.0. The TiC particles with C/Ti atomic ratio 0. 9 are much finer and more homogeneous.
文摘N,N′-diphenylurea reacted with phosphorus trichloride and phenyl dichlorophosphane giving the heterocyclic compounds 1 and 2 with a direct phosphorus-phosphorus bond (P-P bond), respectively. The new compounds were characterized by elementary analysis, NMR and IR spectra. The results of preliminary bioassay showed that these heterocycles possess selective herbicidal activity at 1.5 kg/hm2.

文摘A novel metal-organic coordination polymer [Co(m-BDC)(Medpq)·2H2O]n(m-H2BDC = benzene-1,3-dicarboxyalic acid,Medpq = 2-methyldipyrido[3,2-f:2',3'-h]quinoxaline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 19.986(4),b = 15.789(3),c = 16.292(3)(A°),β = 126.54(3)°,V = 4130.3(14)(A°)^3,C23H18N4O6Co,Mr = 505.34,Dc = 1.625 g·cm^-3,Z = 8,μ = 0.883 mm^-1,F(000) = 2072,the final R = 0.0772 and wR = 0.1428.The crystal structure of complex 1 is an infinite zigzag-like chain of hexacoordinate Co^3+ ions,in which the Co^3+ ions are bridged in two coordination modes by m-BDC^2+ ligands and decorated by Medpq ligands,showing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry.Additionally,the compound shows strong fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature.Natural bond orbital(NBO) analysis is performed by using the NBO method built in Gaussian 03 Program.The calculation results show a covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Co^3+ ions.

文摘An inorganic-organic hybrid lanthanide selenidostannate [{Tb(en)3}2(μ-OH)2]Sn2Se6(1) was synthesized by the solvothermal method.1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a=10.120(2),b=11.781(3),c=15.403(3),β=99.534(5)°,V=1811.1(7)3,Mr=1423.62,Z=2,Dc=2.611 g/cm3,μ=11.281 mm-1,F(000)=1312,S=1.101,the final R= 0.0400 and wR=0.0853 for 3242 observed reflections with Ⅰ 〉2σ(Ⅰ).1 consists of a [Sn2Se6]4-and a [{Tb(en)3}2(μ-OH)2]4+ ions.The [Sn2Se6]4-anion is constructed by two SnSe4 tetrahedra sharing a common edge.The binuclear [{Tb(en)3}2(μ-OH)2]4+ complex is composed of two [Tb(en)3]3+ ions joined by two μ-OH bridging ligands.The Tb3+ ion lies in an eight-coordinated bicapped trigonal prism.In 1,the [Sn2Se6]4-and [{Tb(en)3}2(μ-OH)2]4+ moieties are connected into a 3-D network via N-H···Se and O-H···Se H-bonds.

The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.7358(17), b = 8.1664(18), c = 28.271(6) A, β= 95.184(4)°, V= 1778.6(7) A3, Z = 4, C14H14LaN3O11, Mr = 539.19, Dc = 2.014 g/cm^3, μ= 2.471 mm^-1, F(000) = 1056, the final R = 0.0350 and wR = 0.0659. In this complex, each metal center adopts a ten-coordination geometry formed by two N atoms from a ligand L and eight O atoms from three H2O molecules, a nitrate ion and carboxylates of two ligands. Each ligand adopts a N2,O3-pentdentate coordination mode using two N and two O atoms chelating a La(Ⅲ), and using another O atom of carboxylate to bridge another La(Ⅲ) center resulting in a 1D helical chain molecule. Intermolecular strong O-H…O and weak C-H…O hydrogen bonds extend the 1D chain structure into a 3D supramolecular architecture.

文摘Recently biospecific affinity chromatography has been widely used for the separation and purification of various enzymes and nucleic acids. In this paper, a series of synthetic reactions of solid-liquid phase were carried out on silica surface, using a macroporous(30 mu m), microspherical silica (8 mu m) as the matrix and gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as the activating agent, the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD) was bonded through its amino groups to the carboxylic groups of linked phospholipid which was bonded covalently on aminated support. The bonded stationary phase has high thermal stability, and could be used to separate of nucleotides with good resolution.

文摘The reaction of pyrrole with 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde afforded new porphyrin ligand 1. Treatment of 1 with copper( II ) acetate, cobalt ( II ) acetate gave complexes 2-3 respectively. 2 and 3 reacted with Merrifield's peptide resin produced 4 and 5. Complexes 4 and 5 reacted with methyl iodide respectively gave 6-7. The new compounds 1-7 have been identified by H-1 NMR, IR, MS and UV-visible spectra, elemental analysis and AES.

文摘A new quinolyl substituted 1,2,4-triazole, 3-(p-methylphenyl)-4-phenyl-5-(2- quinolyl)-1,2,4-triazole (L) and its iron(II) complex cis-[FeLE(NCS)2] (1), have been successfully synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both L and 1.Me2CO crystallize in monoclinic system but with different space groups: P21/c for L and C2/c for I.Me2CO. The L molecule is nonplanar and intermolecular C-H...N hydrogen bonds link two L molecules to form a dimer, which is further connected by intermolecular C-H...π interactions to produce 1D chains along the c axis. In complex 1-Me2CO, the iron(II) cation lies in a distorted octahedral environment with two cis-disposed NCS- ions. The L ligand coordinates via one triazole nitrogen and the quinolyl nitrogen. There is an intermolecular offset face-to-face π...π stacking interaction in the crystal packing of 1-Me2CO. 1 is the first complex with a quinolyl substituted 1,2,4-triazole.

文摘The title compound, 2,6,8,12-tetraacetyl-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazatetracyclo[5.5.0.05,9.03,11] dodecane (TAIW, C14H20N6O4, Mr = 336.36), has been synthesized by hydrogenolysis debenzylation of tetraacetyldibenzylhexaazaisowurtzitane (TADB) and its crystal structure was determined to be monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 28.193(6), b = 12.139(2), c = 17.678(4) ?, β = 97.44(3)o, V = 5999(2) ?3, Z = 16, Dc = 1.490 g/cm3, F(000) = 2848, μ(MoKα) = 0.112 mm-1, R = 0.0631 and wR = 0.1586. X-ray investigations indicate that the molecule has different isomers and there exist intermolecular C–H…O hydrogen bonds in the crystal structure. The results of elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy are included.

X-ray structure analysis reveals that there exist two intramolecular and six intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions in the crystal lattice, which can stabilize the configuration of the α-imino acid dihydrate 4.
